This wasn't fair. This wasn't fair. This wasn't fair!

She thought, for one moment, she could put the mask down and breathe – for one moment of daydreaming, she thought she could just be Furina. She thought she would finally get to live the live she should've had in the first place, the life she threw away to play God to an audience who saw her as nothing but a circus animal, dancing to their whims. Furina just wanted to be selfish for one brief and fleeting moment..and it was gone before she could even grasp it in her hand. A comet soaring past far out of her reach.

She can barely keep her hands from violently shaking as she looks down at them – broken and bloody and more a corpse then a person – and she feels so numb she can't even feel the rain pelting against her back. None of this is fair, she wants to scream, why is it always me? But her voice is silent beneath the torrent of rain. She wonders if the ocean would take her if she sank into it's depths – just for a moment, she wonders how it would feel to finally be able to sleep at ease.

Furina is tired.

But Furina is nothing if not useful, isn't she?

So she forces her feet to move, dragging against the stone beneath her heels, and drags their bloodied body into the nearest empty building, letting the rain do the work of washing away the smeared blood following her path. The smell makes her feel sick, the feeling of it sticking to her hands and gloves makes her lightheaded, but she persists. Because Furina is useful, because Furina won't let them die out in the rain, because Furina won't stand by and just let them rot on the streets like some..pest.

Furina wants to go home. She wants to sleep and she isn't she if she wants to wake up, this time. But she keeps going anyway.

Because it's all she's ever done, and the habit sticks.

An Archon she may not be, not anymore, but the expectations of five hundred years still linger like eyes on the inside of her skull. They watch her, pry and prod at her thoughts, mocking laughter and judging eyes following her as she forces herself to dance to the song they weave with glee. Furina never stepped off that stage – she's still there, she thinks, watching the crowd stare at her in disdain as the curtain call looms above her like a guillotine. She still hears Neuvillette deliver her damnation and salvation with a trembling voice, still feels her hair stand on end when electro crackled like the crack of the whip, Clorinde's blade aimed at her like a loaded gun.

She's trapped on that stage and she never left, not really.

She hates it. She thinks she hates them, but it's not their fault. They didn't ask for this, didn't ask for everyone to turn against them, didn't ask for her to save them. Neither did she..yet here they are, she thinks.

She tries to tell herself she's in control this time, though. She can stop performing her part in this horrible, bloody play any time she wants. It makes her feel better, just for a little while, if she convinces herself she's still Furina, painfully human.

And Furina has always been good at lying.

It's the believing that's the hard part.

There isn't time for her to wallow in her own self pity, though. They're still bleeding out onto the dusty, creaky floorboards of some random, broken down house and she's just standing there as the blood stains the wood. She can fix it – she's good at fixing things. She's done nothing but fix things – try to, anyway – for five hundred years. She can fix a little wound, how hard could it be? Her hands are clenched so tight they ache as she kneels down, wincing at the creak of the floorboards beneath her heels– she hesitates just long enough to wonder if she's making a mistake before she peels away just enough of the outer layer of their clothes to see the deep, bloody gash across their chest. She tries not to think about it – it's deep, too deep, and she feels dizzy just looking at it, but she's handled worse, right?

Furina can fix it. That's what she's good at.

She doesn't feel so confident when she tries to wrack her brain for..something. Five hundred years, and a little wound stumps her? No, she had to have learned something, right? She's decidedly not trying to buy time because she's panicking, parsing through hundreds of years of memories like flipping through a book. Furina isn't made for this, not really – she's running on nothing but adrenaline and she's really not sure what she's doing, but she's trying. And just like before, it won't be enough, will it?

She'll fall short again – she'll be too late to fix it before she's alone again.

Furina was an Archon..used to be. What use would she have for that sort of knowledge? Which makes her predicament all the more harrowing and bleak. What was she supposed to do?

Furina had heard it first hand, that vitriol in Neuvillette's voice. She isn't sure she's ever heard him that..angry before. She's not sure he would listen to her if she tried, either. And that scares her more then anything. All of Fontaine was up in arms about this..imposter, yet here she was, staring down at them bleeding out in front of her, and she was trying to save them.

Why? Why is she throwing away her only chance at normalcy for a fraud? Why didn't she just turn them in?

They were dying – that should've been a good thing, shouldn't it? So why didn't it feel like it?

"Why you?" Her voice breaks as she speaks in harsh tones, grabbing the front of their shirt in trembling, bloodied hands. "Why now?" She wants to scream, to demand answers they can't give, to claw back the reprieve she was promised after five hundred years of agony..and all she can do is sob into their chest, pleading for an answer that will not come. "Why me?"

Silence is their answer, and it hangs heavy on her trembling shoulders as she cries.

Of course they don't, she thinks bitterly, no one has ever answered her pleas spoken in hushed sobs. Not her other self and certainly not them.

Furina has always been alone. Furina will always be alone.

Because Furina never left that stage, never left that moment when she looked at herself in the mirror and took up a mantle too heavy for her to bear. She always finds her way back eventually. There's no one on the other side anymore – she stands alone on a stage, waiting for an inevitable end she isn't sure will come.

"Please," She pleads through tears and choked sobs, clinging to them like they are all that keeps her from sinking. "Please don't leave me, too." The words burn on her tongue – how pathetic is she that she craves companionship from the bloodied body of the imposter? Perhaps she's truly lost her mind after all these years..perhaps she's finally gone mad. She must have.

But their presence is like the first feeling of gentle warmth upon her skin as the sun crests the horizon, like the gentle lap of tides along her heels, the sway of branches and leaves as the wind blows through them like an instrument all it's own. They are the soothing sound of rain against the window as she watches the dreary skies in fond longing, the first bloom of spring as color blooms upon the landscape like paint had been spilled across the hills and valleys.

They are like the faint spark she carefully nurtures and stokes, so fragile even the smallest wind could blow it out like a candle. She cradles it within her palms, pleads with whoever will listen – prays that someone finally listens, because if not for her, then for them.

She's failed to protect too much already, let too many people with so much trust in her fall between the cracks of her fingers like grains of sand. She won't let them go – she can't.

If nothing else, if she couldn't be saved when she begged for salvation from that five hundred year long agony, even if she never got that chance..

Furina will make sure they do.

this tutorial will include both links to cc and credit to the creators , aswell as a step by step guide on how to install mods and cc - custom content (specifically on mac) in 2025 . aswell as links to some of my favorite creators and some tips in the end for new simmers ! i would not call myself some type of expert , theres still a lot i need to learn but with what little i do know , i want to spread it to others because it took me about 2 years before i even knew about some of the things i do now . . i hope this can help someone and make things easier because there is a lot of gatekeeping in this community and its pretty annoying when you're new loll

step 1 :

this is a fairly simple step , and takes very little effort .

go into the game .

click on the [esc] button on your keyboard , or the three dots on the top right of your screen .

click 'Game Options' and then go into the 'Other' tab .

click on 'Enable Custom Content and Mods' . additionally , you can select 'Script Mods Allowed' but this is not necessary . allowing script mods is needed for mods like Wicked Whims , Extreme Violence and Basemental Drugs , but custom content works just fine without this .

step 2 :

gather your custom content ! this is where i will pause the tutorial and link where everything is from .

first , we will start with appearance .

this sim is inspired by Valeria Lukyanova , the russian living barbie .

if youre new to the sims you might not have heard of sliders , sliders are mods that make the sim making process more customizable . i used a lot of sliders for this sim , as i do with all my sims .

i used @teanmoon's mouth scale slider , @magic-bot's default mouth slider , @marsosims's mouth size slider and head size slider , @luumia's height slider , @miikocc's chin slider , @magic-bot's default eyebrow slider , and @miikocc's eyebrow sliders 1 & 2 .

now if you find that too difficult , there is a perfect solution . presets ! presets are like the already existing options but most of the time a lot prettier and you can usually find exactly what you want . but me personally , i wouldnt choose this instead of sliders because a lot of the time presets can look a bit too unatural or not really fit the rest of the sim . and that is when sliders come in ! they give you the ability to tweak and change small things to make them exactly what you want !

the presets i used were : @ohmybunnny's cloud or bunny body preset ( i dont remember which one TT ) .

another preset i used was the [dreamlike] set by unknown .. its a merged file that is kinda haunting the sims community and is a bit infamous loll ! it really helps though , it has a lot of bgc - base game compatible stuff .. you can find it here . this was used for the nose , eyes and jaw presets !

the lip preset used was this by @lutessasims . i love her presets ! the irises are also from her , i prefer using the default versions instead of the facepaint versions ! you can find it here , or here , i always download both so i have no idea which one it is . .

now ofc , what pulls the sim together . . . makeup !

the skin overlay ( found in skin details ) is also from the [dreamlike] set .

eyebrows are in this set by @atomiclight .

eyeshadow is eyeshadow 2 by @v3n3rian . the contact lenses ( found in the facepaint category ) is from the same set !

the eyeliner ( which is the actual eyeshadow ) comes from this set by Adi Taig .

the blush and lashes are from @asansan3 .

the lipstick is from @obscurus-sims .

the piercings are from @magic-bot .

i'm adding the hair later because i want to show how a traditional lookbook looks !

now , lets find our clothing !

this is called a lookbook , where you show a picture of a sims clothes and tell people where they can find the look .

look 1 : hair , headpiece , dress , shoes , nails

look 2 : necklace , corset top ( tsr - the sims resource ) , acc ( accessory ) top , skirt , tights , socks , boots

look 3 : dress , tights , leg warmers , shoes

look 4 : dress ( tsr ) , tights , socks from cats and dogs ep - expansion pack

you usually mark somehow when something is behind adfly or paywall . annoying sites like tsr and simsfinds are often marked aswell so people can either avoid or be prepared . when you've already added an item there , you dont add it in the next look .

well now you have your cc ! time for the next step .

step 3 :

make a folder and name it 'clothes' , in turn make another folder and name it 'appearance' .

i usually make two other folders called 'building' and 'gameplay' , but we dont need to do that for this walkthrough . i'll make a follow up post for that , some time . . .

step 4 :

download and install winzip ! some macs can do this automatically but i use winzip so thats why its in this tutorial .

winzip helps you unzip rar and zip files , and it places them in the chosen folder . it helps me feel organized and less stressed loll

step 5 :

i'm not sure if this is something automatic or if its just like that for me because i got the mac after someone else but the downloaded files should be in the bottom right corner , right beside the bin .

if it isnt , locate it in Finder and place it there .

you dont have to do this but , once again , since this is my tutorial i'm telling you how to do it in the way that makes the most sense to me .

when or if the downloads are by the bin , you can start dragging them to the folders from earlier . hair , presets , sliders , makeup , etc all goes in the 'appearance' folder . clothing and jewelry goes in the 'clothes' folder .

make sure to click on the rar or zip files . when they've been opened in winzip , on the top there should be a button called 'unzip' . click on this , and pick where you want it unzipped - in this case we will click on 'Desktop' > 'clothing' / 'appearance' and unzip it there .

this usually takes a while . when youre done you can go to the next step .

step 6 :

play the game ! now youve installed custom content , and also everything needed to make a living doll inspired sim , yay !! have fun ♡︎

questions ,

now , you may wonder some things . such as " why do we need to sort our mods ? " and to that i tell you , you dont !! its just something that i like to do because it calms my brain , aswell as making things easier if you have too many mods for the game to work or if theres a corrupted / old mod that stops the game from running .

an example of that happening actually happened today ! my game wasnt launching so instead of deleting all my mods or having to go through them all individually , i could just take the folders out . turned out to be something in the building folder loll

its not often that you see his tentacles out, usually theyre for his hunting as well as defense.. and to look more intimidating. you know, generally not something that he wants you to be around for..

but i think every now and then they creep out during down time with you, perhaps during a cuddling session with your tall monster boyfriend? or maybe you even get him to indulge in "play" (not that kind of play get your mind out of the gutter) and his tentacles slip out, like you guys playing simple games

the image of someone playing tag or hide and seek with the forest demon is making me chuckle, something much needed post mini cry/freak out session LMAO

personally i like to think that he can only half way control his tentacles. like yeah sure when he needs them they're out, but for the most part they do their own thing, you know?

set up down, lets get to the actual request. his tentacles are colder than him, and admin is personally torn on making them slimy or not... perhaps slightly so? like juuuuuuust enough to be just a little oily but nothing insane, kind of feels like your hands after you just put lotion on them. smooth, too

basically he doesnt expect you to show any love to this part of him, so hes thoroughly confused when you grab one of them and gently press your lips to it.. then let go. then grab another and give it a kiss as well

isnt it uncomfortable, with the slight ooze? isnt it too cold? doesnt it at least taste a little off?

torn about it, because on one hand hes used these things to kill. but on the other hand he mostly kills in order to protect his space and to sustain his body, and admin likes thinking that he sometimes gets a bit of guilt. call it him resenting his own existence and simply wanting to be left alone while having a natural curiosity for the world around him even though he only really destroys the life around him

also he doesnt like giving you stuff from victims, and i think he would have similar feelings about his tentacles

and yet... he cant deny, that he can hold you closer with them, that he can keep you nearby with them... and that you love him, and every part of him. undeniably, you do. i dont know, its something that when i think about it, its sweet

started watching the TnC anime today because im so desparately craving more content and i think its still too soon for me to replay the game.. im on episode 7 right now (plot wise: Nano showed up, Keisuke is on Line now) and.. hmmmm. i dont think its the best thing ever but its also not straight ass. sure, the art style is super inconsistent, the animation whacky most of the time, the pacing a bit unfortunate but at least the music slaps! what kind of REALLY bugs me is that they... just took out the yaoi?? i get that they wouldnt include anything super graphic but... come on. until now (and i honestly doubt itll be brought up at this point because comparing it to the game, we're already past that) there was not a single explicit mention of Keisuke's years long pining for Akira?? Kazui wasnt mentioned in regards to Rin's backstory (even though there would have been an opportunity for it??), Shiki doesnt make a single suggestive comment towards Akira, except for that point where he compares him to a dog or whatever (but that type of mild petplay-adjacent talk is nothing on the Shiki-scale of bdsm-ness).. actually, at the VERY LEAST they could have kept the HEAVY tension between Akira and Nano.

the way their first meeting goes in the anime is so cold.. theyre supposed to feel instantly drawn to each other??? LITERAL sparks every time they touch. Akira being so terribly entranced by Nano's eyes and aura... i just feel like if they wanted to reel in a new audience (especially non-bl lovers and people who havent played the game) THEN THEY SHOULDNT HAVE ADVERTISED IT AS A BL??? (at least its tagged as shounen-ai wherever i look, so im assuming it was announced as one?) or at that point, why even adapt a fucking yaoi game if youre gonna de-yaoify it?? like, okay. i get it. it aired 15 years ago but still. there was gay shit around in 2010. okay okay enough complaining. like i said, despite that im having a fun time and sometimes the animation even slapsssss (Takeru's death, im looking at youuuuuuu). im also just happy to see my wife Emma every now and then. from a story standpoint i like how theyre including little bits and pieces from the different routes and also new stuff (like the gang having a picnic on the roof <3). i wonder what they'll do for the ending.. i feel like ive reached the point in the anime where the story will only further stray away from how it is in the game....

(also im reading through some of the episode discussions on MAL and some of the things people had to say back then are so funny. thank god im not someone who went into the anime without having played the game.. i dont think that would have been a nice experience :P)

basically this au is seliel gets dragged intro the royal familys business by cole and gets a cute little crush on harumi while harumi wants to kill him❤

after way of the departed cole and seliel interact much more, they play games together online, send themselves postcards, message themselves on their phones and just talk a lot more but its long distance because nom is literally on the other side of ninjago in the middle of nowhere. well when season8 comes around the ninja are recruited to watch over and protect the oni mask that resides in the palace... but everyone immidiatelly notices that lloyd gets a crush on harumi. everyone giggles about it a little but they soon realize that it might be an issue later on. cole back in the first few seasons and pilots used to be the leader of the group (you can see it very well in order comics and books) and he realizes that this might be an obsticle because of how much they already have to do; keeping the mask of the oni safe, looking for the other one, figuring out why someone would need them and what they would use them for, and also looking for master wu... but the royal family still needs protection, and they won't take in a some rando. so cole suggests seliel. everyone (excluding lloyd who has no idea who seliel is) is like well considering our situation she's the best choice... though some are sceptical because the last time all of them interacted was years ago during rebooted and he was a dick to them lowkey😭 lloyd also agrees because he's too embaressed to admit he has a crush on the princess.

cole hypes phantom the fuck up to the royal family. he tells them that they need more personal protection while the ninja are there in general and because they themselves are mostly focused on the oni mask shenanigans. they relucantly agree and cole calls phantom.

he very relucantly agrees BUT has very specific and strict rules that he would work under:

1. most important - COMPLETE ANONIMITY. no one in nom knows that seliel is the phantom and he doesnt want anyone else other then his dad and the ninja knowing. he takes this very seriously; the floor his room will be on has to be completely cut off from the rest of the palace, no one can enter it for the sake of his privacy.

2. an extenstion of the first rule - they have to make him a new suit (he was just being a bit bossy and thought yk might as well make them make me a new gi if they need me that bad they will do it.) and they do! tbh this was lwk just an excuse for me to design my own phantom suit LMAO

3. working only at night. phantom is a night creature that sleeps during the day

4. oh yeah he has to have his own place there in the palace with somewhere to train and stuff. cole didn't tell the royal family where phantom is from, just that's he's a "great warrior from far away"

Hi my name is Crow! Most of what I reblog is fandom stuff, and I jump between fandoms quite frequently <//3 I have a few that I tend to come back to regularly however (Somehow I manage to have a dragon age obsession at least once a year. it is very consistent)

If I don't respond to something, it is either bc 1) I genuinely don't know what to say and social interactions terrify me, 2) I was too tired to respond to something when I saw it then I promptly forgot about it or 3) got anxious and convinced myself that the person who sent it hates me or something. Deepest apologies I'm just awful at stuff like that and have pretty bad anxiety I do try though <//3

I block very very generously! If you do end up blocked by me it may not be for any actually bad reasons, you could have just worded something in a way that mildly annoyed me, please dont take offense to it lmao. Me and the block button are madly in love, and I do not hesitate to press it. Aviae Surana

(she/her)

Aviae is my main dragon age origins oc, and I talk about her quite a bit. Shes specializes in spirit healing/arcane warrior/battle mage. Technically she also takes a little bit of levels into keeper, but I don't really consider it one of her canon class since I never use it with her like I do the others.

She romances Morrigan, and does the dark ritual with her. She puts Alistair on the throne due to her distrust of Anora. She feels guilty about it, but she would do it again in a heartbeat. Her closest friends from Origins are Zevran and Alistair, but she considers all of the people she traveled with dear friends. From the Awakening crew, Anders is practically family to her (they grew up in the Circle together, and shes always considered him like a brother), and Nathaniel becomes someone she ends up relying on. Her and Justice also get along very well, even if they butt heads on occasion.

For important decisions, she sided with the mages, made Bhelen king of Orzammar, made a truce between the Dalish and the werewolves, helped Redcliffe and saved Connor without Isolde dying. She kept Avernus alive (I'm still in the air about whether she allows him to continue his research), let the Architect live as well, and saved Amaranthine. Vigil's keep stood its ground with the upgrades she had provided it.

This is my girl! Sadly I don't have a better reference for her current canon outfit (she has an old outdated reference sheet though), so this will have to do.

In some of the older posts, I refer to her and Alistair as exes. Sadly, while this is a fascinating dynamic, it is not canon anymore. As much as I love Alistair, Aviae would not trust him enough to fall in love with him due to him having trained as a templar. Eventually they become close friends, but never more than that. She is part of my "Mage rights" Worldstate. I tag all of her posts as "oc: Aviae Surana"

Relationships with companions:

Alistair: These two. Most fucked up friendship ever happens between these two. At the start of the game, she's wary of him, due to his templar training, but the two eventually become close friends. Of course, this is completely fucked up by the Landsmeet. Aviae originally tells Anora that she will support her (this is a bold faced lie), and does NOT inform Alistair of her deceit. Then, once actually at the Landsmeet, she puts Alistair on the throne, sucessfully twisting the knife in both alistair AND anora. Two birds one stone, as they say. Trying to make up for it, she promises to help him lead, to stay by his side and advise him. This placates their relationship for a while, making them a bit less awkward around each other. However. However. Aviae lied. Well, she didn't MEAN to lie. But when the final fight is over, Aviae's mental health tanks for the worse, and she struggles coping with Morrigan leaving her. She feels guilty over being alive, all that shit yada yada. She doesn't even stay in denerim a week before she ditches and travels with Zevran (well. It was more of Zevran going "Aviae my dear friend, if you stay here it will kill you. Do you want to stab people. Would that make you feel better. Lets go stab people"). This completely shatters what little of a friendship the two had. When Awakening rolls around about three months later, their reunion is. Tense. And awkward. For everyone there. They don't properly have a conversation after this until many, many years later.

Morrigan: Ohhh these two. Now that im sitting here trying to type something up nothing is coming to me but man. They both longed for freedom most their life; Aviae from the Tower, and Morrigan from her mother. Aviae ends up with a small crush on Morrigan from the moment they meet, and it only grows as time passes. Morrigan takes a bit longer to accept her feelings, but eventually they enter a relationship. Despite the fondness they hold for each other (not that either of them are willing to say it), they argue quite a bit throughout origins. About the mages, about the elves in denerim, about the anvil. Somehow they always end up snapping at each other during this time. Despite it all, they both care so so deeply. And it terrifies both of them. They both have problems admiting how deeply they care (aviae because of growing up in the Circle, Morrigan bc of a multitude of things lmao). On the Eve of the final battle, Morrigan and Aviae do a ritual to keep her from dying. Morrigan admits she plans to leave, and Aviae is hurt beyond words. Despite this, she promises to come after her, and gives her the Warden's Oath (necklace containing blood from the joining) as a token of her love. Morrigan leaving does a number on Aviae's mental health, but the two reunite at the Eluvian and go to raise Kieran together.

Mendel was just a normal guy, who happened to love Toontown: Corporate Clash *so* much that he played it nearly 24/7, maxing out all of his gags and disguises, even going so far as to become a beta tester for experimental VR haptic suits, just so he could be more immersed in the game. However, he was foolish enough to play the game in VR during the most intense lightning storm seen in his area, got struck by said lightning, and was isekaed into the game itself. Now trapped in the world he used to adore, at level one no less, he would do anything to get back home, up to and including re-beating the game, no matter how strenuous running around and throwing pies at robots is in "real life". Of course, beating the game isn't going to free him from Toontown's inky clutches, but we don't have to tell him that, right? Of course not.

Mendel is, quite literally, so just some guy that I refuse to develop what he was like or what his name was pre-isekae, because his past is literally so generic and unimportant. He was NPC-core. He was nothingburger. His only friend is a 17-year-old who physically cannot stop themself from stealing things. Even now his only hobby is playing video games all day. He almost died a few days after being isekaed because he didn't want to leave his house. He's scared to walk around because he thinks the robots will shoot him point-blank just for being near them. My name is Bruce and I'm Princeton-Plainsboro's janitor, nothing too special. I keep the hospital clean and occasionally bring in my dogs to help the patients.

I've been told to include some things about myself so here ya go:

I have 4 dogs, a truck almost as old as me, I can play the guitar, harmonica, and drum on buckets. Feel free to ask me something or talk to me I'm all ears buddy!

Some information about him!

Bruce grew up in a trailer park with his parents and older brother. His dad worked a blue collar job and his mom was a bartender. His brother is 6 years older than him, he wasnt home often so theyre not very close. He still goes to see his parents, he'll stop by and have dinner with them every so often. All of them were really distant growing up (still are) but they care about eachother in their own ways.

He started using drugs around 14 and it got really bad from 16-20. He originally got the job at PPTH at 19 but a year later got sent to rehab because he almost OD-ed. Cuddy gave him the job back because he was a good worker and his recovery was going really well. Hes relapsed a few times and had to stay inpatient at PPTH.

He has a slight southern accent that comes out with certain words but its not super obvious. His right eye is a very light grey/blue, his left eye is an olive green. He has tattoos all over his body (including a tramp stamp he got at 16). He has a labret, a septum, a tongue, 10 ear (3 on top, 2 on bottom), and a belly button piercing. Him and his brother both have moles under their eye but on opposite sides.

He owns an old red pickup truck from the 80s. Lives in a small rundown apartment 40 minutes from PPTH. He has four dogs (two pit bulls, a german shepherd, and an australian shepard). One pit bull (named Bones but he calls him Baby) is a trained therapy dog who helps him with his addiction and anxiety. He plans on getting his german shepherd (Jack <- named after jack twist from brokeback mountain) trained to be a therapy dog too. He learned to play guitar, harmonica, and bucket drums as a young teen practically on the streets.

He gets along with most people really well since hes easy to talk to. He has resting bitchface but when he talks to people hes very polite and friendly which makes up for it. Kids tend to like him so he carries candy in his pockets for them. He has sort of a random country uncle feel to him? Hes very charismatic but you also wouldnt want to get in a fight with him. He looks like someone you'd see at a bar drinking beers and watching the game on tv. Though hes not really a fan of sports other than hockey or fighting. He seems older than he really is both physically and mentally. He'll bring in Bones for the patients to hang out with when hes allowed to. He enjoys talking about music, movies/shows, history, dogs, etc. People tend to talk to him about their drama so he knows everyones business, hes a good listener!

He likes men but he doesnt really talk about it often. He grew up getting called 'fag' by most of the people around him (even if they got along) so he usually just calls himself that. He isnt currently into anybody but he gets around. Hes a cis guy but doesnt care about gender much so its never really on his mind, he probably doesnt know what being trans is but he doesnt give a shit either way.

Honestly she's not just a victim of yaoi, tbh. Basically: she canonically had a massive crush on the protagonist, Link, which consistently gets swept under the rug or ignored entirely in favor of shipping Link with her brother Sidon, their fellow champion Revali, or Zelda herself. She deserves nice things and so many people just... completely overlook her??

She has a crush on Link, but so does her younger brother Sidon, who is much more affable and outgoing. Link/Sidon is the more popular ship. Mipha gets a lot of flak for being a weak female character who's only defined by her romantic relationship to the protagonist. That's not really fair; she has her own storyline about being the golden girl from her town who everyone looks up to, and the hole that's left in the town after her death. It is unfortunate that she is better remembered as the less compelling corner of a love triangle.

The princess of the Zora, sweetheart of the Zora's Domain. Champion pilot of the Divine Beast Vah Ruta. Master healer, cut down in her prime by an ancient evil. But you wouldn't know it, because she's reduced to someone who was in love with Link (the game's protagonist), and therefore has to be sidelined and villainized to ship Link with her younger brother Sidon or her fellow Champion Revali.

She spent 100 years in a metaphysical wrestling match with an ancient and primal evil after seeing it destroy almost everyone and everything she held dear in the hopes of saving the few that remained and Link's main goal after HIYAHing his way out of a amnesia-inducing coma was to come in and tag team said evil in order to save her and like 90% of the memories he can regain focus on their relationship with each other and its gradual improvement up to the point where Link fucking dies protecting her and it's the push she needs to awaken the power to push back the blight and PEOPLE ARE STILL OUT THERE IN THEIR POST-CANON FANWORKS TRYING TO TELL ME THAT LINK FUCKS OFF AND LEAVES HER ALONE TO GO SMOOCH THE HOT FISH PRINCE BECAUSE ZELDA WAS BEING TOO OVERBEARING OR WHATEVER AND HE COULDN'T DEAL WITH THE EXPECTATION??? goth :) doesn’t wear a lot of makeup (overstimulating also attention grabbing) but she’s into the music and style

her basic outfit formula is big shirt + big skirt. usually solid colors but she likes plaid and stripes also. not big shoes (although heelys are kinda clunky) but big leg warmer. long sleeve under short sleeve if theyre getting a little crazy with it

absurd amount of blankets and pillows. a concerning amount. they dont even bother making the bed or anything bc there is nothing to make. diy padded cell for enrichment

trickster wing wingspan is about 6 feet across and goes down to their calves when theyre folded up. she doesnt have enough control to fly (i dont think she would want too anyway) but she can extend/fold them at will. they twitch a lot when around the wisps though

they got too stressed about picking a name for her dog, so her name is Dog

undiagnosed bpd and maladaptive daydreaming disorder

likes long/lore dense games liked red dead redemption, sdv, persona, etc etc. but will play anything if its with someone else (shooters w dakota, horror/puzzle w will, rpgs w vyncent). she likes animal jam too

would sneak out precanon when they knew mark wouldnt be home for at least a day. she never went too far out, but its how she knows her way around the surrounding area

pre trickster she had some mobility issues with not being able to stand for too long, but didn’t have aids because she wasn’t going anywhere anyways (also she didn’t want to say anything about the pain). post trickster they got a lot worse, so she uses either forearm crutches or a wheelchair

I always just love little behind the scenes looks! Seeing insight to NIL stuff was cool. And I get they dont really have to, but it always slays me that these athletes cant really cook!And I thought it was a really good mix of players with them all being prominent but very different individuals. CC bias was predictable but also logical given Iowa had another run to the title game. I was mostly bothered by the amount of time we had her bf on screen. Like I get thats a significant other, but why are we hearing from this dude constantly? He just didnt really offer anything for the audience as a narrator imo. Also the others just may not be in relationships, but it seemed an odd choice given that just family members were featured otherwise for everyone. Cardoso's journey was really interesting to me. I wasnt aware of all of her tough family circumstances back home. Makes me feel good for her success. And Kiki.. honestly kinda just blindsided by how attractive she is and realization of who her aunt was! (Really brought home the fact that I dont get to watch enough west coast bball lol)

Oh and from your other recent asks - I sincerely hope, as someone who is half Irish, that no one here has ever thought Im British! (Kidding everyone, Ive got a total soft spot for the English and who doesnt adore a pub)

AHHH TWIN! The Liberty (please don't embarrass me against the Sky again) and Sun are my two main teams this season so tbh I very much was not rooting for Indiana at all but now? We are Fever fans on this page (that hurt to write actually).

Yes I love the BTS we got and seeing them in their day to day lives out of the court was really refreshing, like they're all so much more than just players and I think we forget that sometimes.

claudio benedict pedro and tagalong little brother john are roadtripping

italy.

they pay a visit to their old friends' parents house, where hero and

beatrice are also holidaying.

hero and claudio have been heavily flirting online

beatrice and benedict have been fighting online for like a decade,

basically since they met

everyone who follows them but doesnt know them irl thinks it's just a

game and that they're actually dating

all of them are online but none of them are big influencers or anything,

no one has more than 5k followers

and their followers beyond friends and family dont even cross that much

they all post about different things outside of life stuff

only beatrice and benedict intersect, theyre the only ones who have a

lot of different active accounts and they follow each other on every

single one, from like lj to fb to tumblr to twitter to insta to tiktok,

they even regularly show up in each other's reddit posts for the sole

purpose of disagree,most of the time, theyre not even in the same

subreddits or fandoms

but their spats are amusing and a few bits have gone viral before.

but then you get a lot of late-twenty something stuck together, and

posting all the time, reviving somewhat dormant account, it's like an

impromptu accidental reality show

at first its just like games, from tag and hide and seek to passionate

games of uno and clue,tours of the place, building shit, improvising

stuff, and theyre constantly posting little snippets, and so on

benedict and beatrice both post the same thing like "worst person to get

stuck with" and at first people thing they went on holiday together but

now theyre just stuck at like a villa the parents rented

"oh so you just met up while on holiday. riiiiiiiight"

they keep posting, complaining about dumb shit the other is one, about

their disgustingly in love with friends, and so on.

their friends also post clips of them arguing, like during games where

theyre always rivals,and others of them always seeking each other out

a new account pops up something like beadick updates or something, that

takes the time of trawling through all the accounts to post compilations

and builds a bit of a timeline of them through the years

then a different account pops up that start sending them personal

videos, clearly some of their friends having fun

they also post about the group discussing b&b (crucially hidden from

them)

and later both bea and ben hearing the others discussing them and how

they react

cue compilations like "no women will ever tempt me" next to "but it bea

wants me im down" and ben dissing bea next to talking her up after, same

for bea.

it goes like that for a bit

the leak continues posting them acting awkward around each other, trying

to argue then running away, spying on the other,trying to do something

nice while seeming like they dont care

then theres some event theyve organised

a lot of posts of everyone looking nice

a few of people drinking

and then a livestream of dancing is interrupted by a lot of shouting the

sound of stuff breaking and what seems like a physical fight

and then everyone goes quiet

then it switches

the audience, which had been steadily growing, is left in the dark, the

fourth wall is broken when they decide to reach in and find out what the

hell is going on.

someone hacks the complex's cctv

the updates account posts different bits, claudio having a huge jealous

tantrum and starting a fight, hitting hero in the process

then b&b left alone in the garden, with confessions of love to follow

and then shouting and storming off "i will cut his heart out with a

spoon!"

"for you, i will defy covid and the goverment" promises ben before

leaving

the others try to pack and leave, but are stopped and so they hide in a

small cabin on the edge of the property, where they start drinking

it is there where ben finds them, smashes the bottles and dares them to

make it right or he will reign fire on them

claudio laughs at first going "but why is the rum gone?????!"

but then he gets actually worried

the audience witness this via cctv, they see ben through the grounds,

finding the cabin,hear the smashing and shouting

then they start looking back seeing if there is any back footage or if

its been deleted.

it hasnt

they find a treasure trove

not knowing how to contact them discreetly,beadick updates posts a video

of little brother john discussing sabotage plans with some minions and

they tag every account

the cctv is only outside for privacy reasons so they only know it worked

when they see john making a run for it, trying to climb the walls, being

caught by claudio and beaten before john pulls him off

then everyone reunites outside, when they see them coming up

hero goes up to john and hits him, then she goes up to claudio and does

the same

she spits at pedro and calls him a coward

claudio falls on his knees and begs for forgiveness

but she tells him he's clearly not worth her trust or love

everyone is feeling hurt and sore and not sure where to go now

pedro steps up and apologises

he shouldve known better than to trust anything john says, he's always

loved stirring up trouble for no reason

and they shouldve come to her not make a huge deal and ruin everything

claudio also apologises but more begrudginly, same as john

as they all just sort of stand there, their phones ping

and so pedro goes 'hey whats the deal with the video? who found it?"

before anyone gets an answer someone checks and gasps

the audience, stirring shit up, sends the video of them all plotting to

get b&b together, and laughing as they talked it all up

"so you do not love me? it was all a ruse?"

they both accuse each other and then turn to their friends, who in turn

took to look at the cameras in suspcion

their phones ping again. only b&b's first, which makes them both put on

pained faces of "what now?"

so then everyone's faces ping

it's a video compilation of b&b doing nice things for the other in

secret

bea spent an afternoon learning to make ben's favourite biscuits, and

then just left them in the kitchen for him to find

ben spent forever tracking something bea forgot, and then hiding it in

her room to make it look like it was just temporarily misplaced

bea finding ben's favourite movie and casually engineering things for a

watchalong

ben coming up with a thousand different ways to distract bea whenever

she starts to look sad or worried

they all watched, as it dawns on them that a) apparently, theyve had an

audience this whole time

and b)it was never a ruse

b&b were always in love, just too afraid or stubborn or emotionally

constipated to do anything about it

so hero turns to bea and goes "all this time? what the hell happened

between you two?"

beatrice and benedict look at each other and just shrug

"it doesnt matter. we're here now"

they kiss

beadick updates posts a playlist of several hours on yt featuring their

whole story, with videos of them as teens, shyly flirting, to a lot of

screenshots and clips of them arguing online, to the whole saga in

italy, ending in their big kiss

as an epilogue, the two post a video of them in the airport, they thank their audience, and say now they can travel so they will be going off together

since i havent made this post formally (writing is hard orz) ill give a quick background on the nature of ace and reigen’s relationship and some mob psycho rundown in case youre unfamiliar:

(tw for mentions of grooming, implied sibling incest and teacher/student age gaps/power dynamics)

Ace is ~14 for most of the stuff i imagine and is an esper, someone with psychic abilities like telekinesis! He works for Reigen,(the self-proclaimed “world’s greatest psychic) who, even though he actually doesn’t have any psychic abilities, has been working as a psychic and an exorcist alongside Ace for about 4 years now. Ace is a bit awkward and introverted, and his home life is complicated (his parents died and its just been him and his older sister for a while, and they have a not-so-normal dynamic, tldr sibling grooming basically) leaving him to seek out attention from older figures in his life, namely Reigen. He trusts him deeply and believes he has spiritual powers even though he can’t sense it, and lets Reigen use him and his powers to make money because Reigen is proud of him and “teaches” him to use his powers better (mostly bs). They have a teacher/student dynamic and though the exact specifics arnt set in stone bc i love to play around with them, however it happens they eventually they get together! with that intro out of the way:

7. Do you notice any big generational differences between you?

Reigen’s only about 14 years older than Ace, so not too many, but I like to think Reigen is pretty bad with technology even though he swears hes good at it, and Ace is more competant and tries not to laugh when Reigen shows him “the hottest memes” and its like. doge. I think Reigen also listens to older music, but Ace tries to listen to it to to feel more connected to him.

8. Does the age gap in your relationship lend itself to a power dynamic, or are things balanced between the two of you?

Nyehehehe my favorite aspect!!!! Yes things are so unbalanced. Adding to the power dynamic is that theyre student and teacher, but even outside of that Reigen is so much older and more experienced, and he has a quick wit and a silver tongue. He can scam anyone, get his way out of any verbal argument, and convince the other person of anything. Since hes older, Ace trusts him, even in things he definitely shouldnt. Ace definitely goes along with things “because reigen said so” because hes older and his teacher, he knows better! power dynamics my beloved…
