New Legacy Arms – Excalibur – The Sword of Power

The new Legacy Arms Excalibur sword is an update on their classic older model that brings better material, construction and steel tempering to create a fine sword that is also more lively in the hand and able to cut with authority. The sharp blade is forged from tough 5160 high carbon steel and is solidly anchored into the hilt with a peen over the pommel. The crossguard and pommel are crafted from plated stainless steel with a  brass finish and the wooden grip is securely bound in twisted stainless steel wire. To make the sword more comfortable than its predecessor, the new wire grip was notably reduced in diameter and flattened to create a more comfortable and sure hand hold.

Excalibur is a name that is synonymous with the medieval sword itself being the legendary sword of the tales of King Arthur which have been told and retold in all forms of storytelling and media throughout the ages. This one takes it features from the Excalibur sword featured in the iconic 1981’s “Excalibur” and the high reception and continuing cult popularity of the movie have “set in stone” this sword as the form of Excalibur in the imaginations of many. Dignified, kingly and full of elegance and power, the broad-bladed sword looks fit for the gauntlet-clad fist of a legendary king or the centerpoint of your own Great Hall.

Another DPXDC for ya fellas!

Pandora, the ghost, was an Amazon from Themyscira in life, losing her life to trap all of those eldritch horrors in her box. In her afterlife, she has kept in contact with the other Amazons, coming to their aid when called upon.

So when the first child of themyscira was molded out of clay, Pandora knew. She liked Diana, admired her stubbornness, strength, and sense of wonder. She knew the girl had left to go to the world of man a while ago, but hadnt heard anything else about her. She wasnt worried about her though, Diana was the strongest of all the Amazons, kind and brave. The world of man would not pose too much of a danger to her.

After the whole thing her box getting stolen and Danny returning it to her. She takes on something if a motherly role to Phantom. She doesn't really know how kids work though, she comes from a race of women where there were no children. Diana is literally the only living child she has ever known. Pandora herself was never even a child. When Danny flees from his life in Amity Park (reveal gone wrong, family dies, or something) he goes to Pandora who wants to help him, but her acropolis is no place for a half living boy. So she tells him about her niece Diana.

"She was the only child of my people, when she grew up she left to the world of man."

Literally the only child??? Danny is imagining like, someone maybe his sister Jazzs age who ran away from home because she lived on an island with all adults and no fun. It does not help his assumption that Pandora talks about Diana like shes still wet from the clay she was molded in.

Danny is given a letter written by Pandora, asking Diana to help care for him and told that last Pandora heard her little niece lived in Washington DC. Danny goes to DC and manages to find Diana based on Pandora description. She is not at all what Danny was imagining, but she takes him to her home and reads the letter describing Danny's heroics with Pandoras box.

Diana Prince takes one look at this human boy and thinks to herself: if Bruce and Clark can just show up with a teenager, then why can't i?

Queue the next Justice League meeting:

"I would like to introduce my son, Daniel of Themyscira, he will be accompanying me on all Justice League missions. No Batman i will no be accepting any criticism from you of all people."

Danny, in human form, waves at the team of heroes with his string bean arms.

"Hi."

perhaps we are getting somewhere with this ganondorf design after all ............. the patterns have been taking me forever and are far from done, i want to incorporate the colorful flower petal-ish design of the botw gerudo but still make him look different and more practical

Hi sorry I need to do some more Pokemon posting bc this is the funniest shit. the cute-looking Pokèmon TCG series is making "TM10" part of its branding. Like, TM10 from the games - its the TM for the move Hidden Power, thats cute! Its reflecting the main character discovering herself in the same way the move works in the game, what a cute little detail!

Except uh. Just one problem.

Game Freak in all their brilliance removed Hidden Power from the franchise four years ago in Generation 8* and its still not able to be used in Scarlet and Violet. Its not just that you cant teach it to Pokèmon anymore, you straight up cannot use the attack even if you trade in Pokèmon from older games who know it. Its like a banned technique.

So then that begs the question – if the TCG show is gonna be referencing TM10 this much, but TM10 *isn't* Hidden Power anymore, surely that means TM10 is another similarly inspiring attack - Stored Power, or Calm Mind, or Smart Strike?

Well, depending on if its Gen 8 or 9, I hope the kids will have fun Discovering Their Own Magical Leaf and/or Discovering Their Own Ice Fang. Truly inspiring words. love how well managed this franchise is

Fantasy creature Phighters! (PHIGHTING!)

Hi tumblr. Guess who’s alive again!!!! Anyways here’s sword and rocket as fantasy creatures, I actually made these a long time ago but I just completely forgot to post them :’DD

for those curios, this is like a mini little fun silly au of mine, nothing much and I’m not gonna draw anything for it in the future but it was me turning Phighters into different fantasy monsters or creatures, currently:

Rocket is a Kelpie Centaur, Sword is a harpy, Scythe would be a Greek Sphinx, Subspace would be a manticore, Coil would be a Japanese Knobold, Broker would be a siren, Slingshot would be a werecat, etc etc! Here’s an extra little fun doodle by the way, I hate them. /aff
