The Maple Grove, Minn., native skated in all 82 games for the #mnwild this year, finishing the season with 2,047:53 of time on ice. The total marked the most by an NHL rookie since the 2000-01 season and the fifth-highest total among all NHL players this season.
Faber skated a career-high 33:25 of TOI vs. Montreal (12/21), the highest single-game total by an NHL skater this season and third-highest total by an NHL rookie since the 2000-01 season. Chained up, locked away. Tortured and forgotten. At least that is how it has been for as long as you remember. Suddenly you are freed. Your mind is shredded, all memories lost to the overwhelming agony that you endured. The very people that imprisoned you demand for you to assist in preventing a looming threat, one that has the entire world at stake. Just who are you? Why were you imprisoned? What about those you knew? Remember it all and cope with the tattered remains of your psyche. Maybe even save the world. Or not, what has the world ever given you?
Corruptant is a 172,000 (so far) word dark fantasy interactive fiction game (book?) that sees you play a cursed amnesiac coping with the situation they find themselves in.
-Play as Male, Female or Non-Binary. -Deal with the lingering effects of your imprisonment. -Give into 6 different extremes. -Romance one (or more!) of 5 (6?) characters that find themselves on your team. -Save the world and earn your freedom. -Or maybe burn it all down as revenge.

The Binder: [M/F]
They are the first person you really interact with upon being freed. Gentle, timid and soft spoken, at least around you, they are going to be a constant in your life for now. Finding themselves bound to you, they try to do everything in their power to make sure you are comfortable. Can you forgive them for working for your captors? Can you get over the power imbalance that lies between you two? Male: 5’9 with short styled brown hair. He has warm brown eyes and is clean shaven. Female: 5’6 with medium length brown hair, often worn in a ponytail. She has gentle, inviting brown eyes.
The Second Born. [M/F] The second born child of the reigning monarch, they find themself placed on the team that you are on. They seem to take things easy, flaunting rules and wearing a lazy smile. They seem to treat you like a friend (or more), easily chatting and joking with you despite your curse. Can anything come from these interactions? Male: 5’11 with messy chin length blonde hair. His face is framed on the left side by strands of his hair being a dark blue. His bold violet eyes and stylish beard add to the look. Female: 5’7 with spiky short blonde hair and smoky violet eyes. Her bangs are highlighted by strands of dark blue.
The Best Friend. [M/F] Your best friend from childhood. You remember them as a person filled with wonder and optimism, genuinely caring about you and always lifting you up. Are they still the same person from your fragmented memories? You recall HE had short ginger hair and bright green eyes. You recall SHE had short ginger hair and bright green eyes.
The Scholar [F] An obsessive and eccentric scholar that specializes in your curse among other things. She has been assigned to your team and seems to be captivated by you. Can you get over the scholarly eye she has for you? And what about her not even being human? She has glimmering silver eyes and medium length hair matching her eyes. She is 5’5.
The Cultist [M] A captured member of a cult that is attempting to bring about the end of the world. He seems to fanatically revere you as some sort of savior. He is placed on the team to lead you to your targets. Will the fact you two are both outsiders draw you two together? He has short black hair and a beard, his blue eyes are etched with tiny black runes around the iris.

This IF is geared towards storytelling, and while the personality stats and skills will have impacts on the narration as well as the outcomes of certain scenes, they are not the focus. No personality stat checks will bar you from content should you choose a certain personality, so feel free to explore around. The personality stats are there for flavoring (mainly).

Warm-up (5 minutes):
Jumping jacks: Perform 1 minute of jumping jacks to elevate your heart rate.
Jog in place: Jog in place for 1 minute to further increase your heart rate.
Dynamic stretches: Perform dynamic stretches for your major muscle groups, such as arm swings, leg swings, and torso twists. Do each stretch for about 30 seconds.
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) (25 minutes):
Mountain climbers: Perform 30 seconds of mountain climbers (start in a push-up position and alternate driving your knees towards your chest) followed by 30 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 5 minutes.
Jump squats: Perform 30 seconds of jump squats (lower into a squat position and explode upwards, jumping as high as you can) followed by 30 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 5 minutes.
High knees: Run in place, lifting your knees as high as possible, for 30 seconds followed by 30 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 5 minutes.
Burpees: Perform 10-15 burpees (squat down, kick your legs back into a push-up position, perform a push-up, jump your feet back to a squat, and jump up explosively) as fast as you can, followed by 30 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 5 minutes.

Cool-down and Stretching (5 minutes):
Slow down your activity and perform light jogging or walking for 5 minutes.
Perform static stretches for your major muscle groups, holding each stretch for 15-30 seconds. Include stretches such as standing quad stretches, hamstring stretches, calf stretches, and standing side stretches.

"holy shit, you suck." you hear taerae's voice over your discord call after losing your 2nd ranked valorant game of the night. you scoff at him playfully.
"as if you didn't make a new account just to match my rank." you retort as taerae queues again to your dismay. you swear you can play better when he's not around, it's like he's some bad omen that leads you to always getting killed per round.
taerae chuckles, "i wanna play with my duo in ranked, what's wrong with that? plus, i bought all your favorite skins so i can drop them for you."
though you can't say no to his invites, especially when you're the only one left and he's terrifyingly close to his mic, saying "clutch this for me, yeah?" (you always get killed whenever he says so.)
or whenever he uses his mic to give some insight, his voice deep you'd probably mistake him for another e-boy if he wasn't your boyfriend. he'd always spectate you and sometimes his "he's behind you, baby." never fails to make you smile.
but for tonight, you'd have to endure taerae's toxic trashtalking skills towards your teammates but at the same time defending you for performing the same way.
"i literally have the same stats as them?" you say after taerae gets mad at your teammate yet again. to which taerae simply says, "still my pretty girl, so you're better."

He is a bloodthirsty warrior, aggressive to a fault yet self-sacrificed to defend his people. Until he manifested a body, his host influenced his mind more. He is becoming a lovely older brother and extroverted. His host has a mindset as a mage, and martial arts influence his critical thinking and strategy. He does not hesitate or doesn't think about himself and only thinks he protects others. He is like a big brother who lectures to others or is playful with a smile. As he was defined as the most powerful and honored deity on Earth within the Aztec world, other Aztec deities feared his existence and, at some point, tried to kill him. In the myths, he was a minor hunting god of the Mexica. He is the deity who guided the Mexuca people to the Valley of Mexico from their previous home. He commanded the building of a city known as Tenochtitlan, which became the capital of the Aztec Empire. Then was worshipped as the god of the sun and became the fifth sun. When the Aztecs established their new environment and quickly replaced a Tonatiuh, the sun god, Aztecs believed their worship involved human sacrifice to be his strength effort not only that they also sacrificed the warriors who died in battle.
In the earliest origin myths of Huitzilopochtli, he is described as the fourth and final son of Ometecuhtli and Omecihuatl. During the first 600 years of his life, Huitzilopochtli was born without flesh, but only a bone, and remained fleshless. Huitzilopochtli and his brothers created the world and its laws after 600 years had passed following the events that took place 600 years before. There is a version of that Coatlicue that saw hummingbird feathers fall from the sky. When she picked up, she became pregnant with Huitzilopochtil. In some versions, he protects his mother or avenges the murder of his mother against Couolzauhqui and defeats his siblings, Centzonhuītznāhua.

An ability that is the eye is like a second mana cord with magic circuits out of the body. There is clairvoyance and kinetic eyesight, which is gained to see things other than average, like seeing the inner energy of the life of all nonliving and living creatures. Can predict and know the opponent slowly. This can copy other mage’s magecraft and memorizing. There is a second phase of this eye, which can evolve and change the shape of the eye’s user, and it can use all the elements to control the opponent physically and mentally. The last ability is unique and exclusive to a person. Is still unknown of his ability because he didn’t use it during the time when he was summoned. Currently uses half the power of the Tezcatl Eye. Tezcatl Eye is only passed down to the Morarseu Clan. An unknown clan or a hidden clan was unknowingly destroyed in 1994—no record about the hidden clan, only the death of the people, and don’t know if their any survivors in the timelines of Fate/Stay Night series or Fate/Grand Order from any organization.

A Noble Phantasm that creates an unlimited variety of weapons and changes the Planet field as wildfire. The place is a unique marble phantasm, sent back to the Aztec War period from the fallen wildfire field with ruined temples of the Tenochtitlan field of different weapons. He connects to the planet Earth and connects his imagination or views as his sword is morphed into a materialization. Mini energy of weapons provided by thearthet went toward his sword to complete his sword, revealing his blade in his hands. A single swing of his sword can cut the law of physics.
The blade’s name: is Xiuhcoatl Moraresu. Xiuhcoatl was a mythological serpent as a spirit form of Xiuhtecuhli. Become a weapon wielded by Huitzilopochtli. Xiuhcoatl is called a symbolic and descriptive of “fire serpent.” Xiuhcoatl is interpreted as the embodiment of the dry season and was the weapon of the sun. Moraresu is the surname of the host. It represents Huitzilopochtli using his magecraft called Atom magecraft to help his divine to create Marble Phantasm. Also, Moraresu is half-Japanese and used his influence mindset and knowledge of modern. To know Xiuhtecuhli's kind of weapon would then materialize it as a twist-shaped katana.
“As this sun fades away to become the blade who reaches this inner world. I used many weapons on this bloody battlefield, I will create the blade that I desire. Ahora ven a mí mi Xiuhcoatl Moraresu!”
Identity:
Huitzilopochtli, is a Saber Class Pseudo Servant summoned by Yukari Akiwara. He confirmed himself as a Servant and not a Grand Servant in my OC timelines of Grand/Order. Later on, Ritsuka Fujimaru of Chaldea was summoned as a still Saber.
Huitzilopochtli is a eagle deity. He was the tribal god of the Aztec people, known both as a war god and as the incarnation of the sun. The Aztecs worshipped Huitzilopochtli as the sun, causing many deaths and human sacrifices. Guided by Huizlipochtil, the Aztecs quickly largely replaced a Tonatiuh temple around the capital city of Tenochtitlan. Huitziopochtli defeated many deities in the Aztec world.
He is the final and youngest sibling and is known as the loyal and ruthless god of war, yet some myths are out of character, as he wants to protect the people or his mother. Many Divine Spirits are represented as Huitzilopochtli uses his divinity power like Tenochtitlan, the dinosaur king, and Tezcatlipoca. At some point, an aspect of him is known as Blue Tezcatlipocas from Tezcatlipoca. Can’t be summoned fully self as the god of the sun. The Servant Huitzilopochtli is a Pseudo-Servant but summoned with a human vessel named Moraresu Isamu (モラレスイサム) and also Saint Graphs identity as the god of warriors before he was known as the god of sun.

(She is a pretender and the goddess of the moon from Greek mythology, as Selene is the goddess of the moon. She is also often identified as Artemis, the goddess of hunting. Her true names are Selene and Cythina, and Cythina is from the Sextus Propertius and the four bok of Elegis. She was summoned with Musashi, Huitzilopochtli with her previous Master. The funny part is that Cythina and her Master lied to him to materialize his physical form to help them with an event. But Huitzilopochtli was working as the butler then earning some quick cash because of his popularity.)

(She is a rider class servant. She is the daughter of Andromeda from Greek myths and she is lostdata. She is from an alternate universe or maybe a distant future whose timeline is unknown. Her personality is similar to her mother's, but she doesn’t reveal who her father is.)
Asahina Gozen (OC):
"Gozen, I know them. Isn't he the one who defeats Masamune during the Shatterzone 5? I would love to see that battle. I bet the great-grandpa was in a cage and selling as a slave, Right....uhhhhu RIGHT?"
(Asahina Gozen is a lostbelt or a different version of Asahina Yoshihide and a Saber Class. He is from the Yōsei Nihon and a half-Yōsei who is from a clan of ōni. He is the strongest Yōsei Samurai in Yōsei Nihon. This version has the memory of his pan-human history and also adopted by the ruler of Yōsei Nihon named Umiko Hizumi)
Fusō (OC):
"Wow, isn't she the tyrant queen of Yōsei Nihon? No, it is her younger version, known as Fusō the Saviour and Fusō the Witch. I don't know but I have a bad vibe from her is not of her personlity but it her mana. Maybe she can also use marble phantasm.
(Fusō is a Caster class and lostbelt of Umiko Hizumi. An unknown person that has no record in the historical records but somehow connects to the Throne of Heroes. Her purpose is to cast the Wold's Mana in the Yōsei Nihon. Like her future adopted son, she also received memories in different way of Pan-Human History Umiko Hizumi. Fusō was the Inner Sea of the Plaent of her purpose. Hizumi is an older sister of the "Creation of Magecraft" lost in the record and Hizumi is a woman of selfish witch that wants to rule humanity in her own way)

(Should you choose to go to the Gardens, this decision will be cancelled out and replaced with another poll, as that can only be attended with one specific Servant.)
Party Splitting, Reminder:
When put into a combat scenario, only three Servants can participate at a time, with the recent being forced to exist in their Spirit Forms. Each Servant has different skills, abilities, and parameters! Your 'Main Party' Servants will also consistently stick with you, unlike your 'reserve' Servants that can split off for various reasons. You can see your Servant's stats in their Matrices on the pinned post!
To set up your party, the Top 3 choices will be made your 'main', while the others will be on 'reserve'. There will be opportunities given to change your lineup, typically during periods of downtime. There may also be scenarios where you're narratively forced to change your lineup.
Additionally, outside of combat scenarios, your 'reserve' Servants can perform a number of tasks upon request when you open up the map to explore, such as information gathering and item shopping- and will share their findings when you all reconvene. While this does spend money, you may find items that aren't commonly found in shops- or it might save you the time of shopping on your own. Due to their dispositions, they'll each have different results- even if asked to do similar tasks.

KUKULKAN: Mixed-ranged combatant, can engage from a distance with high mana output, or convert her mana to empower her close-ranged combat. High mana, and fair endurance.
When sent to perform tasks like shopping, there's a fair chance that her curiosity will get the better of her, for better or worse. When asked to gather information, her approach is 'friendly'.
CONSTANTINE XI: Close-ranged, defensive combatant. Can provide supportive buffs to allies, and engage in intensive swordplay. Low mana, but very high endurance.
When sent to perform tasks like shopping, he'll spend conservatively and bring back reasonably useful items. When asked to gather information, his approach is 'diplomatic'.
SALIERI: Long-ranged combatant, casting spells and summoning familiars. Fair endurance and mana, and mana passively regenerates over time.
When asked to perform tasks on his own, he'll tend to only gather what he believes is essential if asked to shop. When asked to gather information, his approach is 'menacing'.
NERO CLAUDIUS: Long-ranged combatant, able to cast supportive spells and employ unique magecraft to even the battlefield. Low endurance, but fair mana.
When sent to perform tasks on her own, there's a fair chance that she'll spend extravagantly if asked to shop, but find something impressive in turn. When asked to gather information, her approach is 'privileged'. As a Caster, if outside of the Main Party, she can use her talents to create items.
MUSASHI: Short-ranged combatant, able to engage in a variety of situations with adaptable swordplay. Very low mana, but good endurance.
When sent to perform tasks like shopping, there's a fair chance that she'll barter/trade 'non-essential' items, and find items out of luck. When asked to gather information, her approach is 'daring'.
GIUSEPPE: Mixed-Ranged Combatant, can provide support with illusions and pinpoint enemy weaknesses. Low physical stats, but fair mana.
When sent to perform tasks like shopping, he'll most likely be able to receive items at a reduced price, or even for free. When asked to gather information, his approach is 'charming'. With his unique skillset, if outside the Main Party, he can use his talents to copy items.

A Hands-on Approach
aka the one where briar goes into a flow state and does a bunch of writing

In his tall Bazaar-spire, Briar is working.
The bottom half of his vision consists of strewn papers. Financial reports, crime statistics,  arrivals from the Canal, departures across the zee. They cloud his mind – numbers, statistics, data: the mathematician’s view of London.
The top half of his field of view points out of the window, at the hustle and bustle of the city. (He’s had to move his desk to achieve this effect, but some concessions must be made to work.) From here, he can see the flow of the city: the movements of its people, its boats, its trains, its bats.
Briar focuses – though it’s rather like unfocusing – on the two streams of input at once. The macro and the micro form a grand image of growing, living London With his home swimming through his thoughts and the taste of honey on his lips, Briar closes his eyes and reaches our and—
London lies before him. Not as streets, not as stats, but as an idea, a metaphor. From here, the flow of goods up the Stolen River can be checked like a pulse and the ire of crushed cities felt in the tips of the toes. Citizens are no more than cells, while simultaneously having inner lives as rich as Briar’s. Richer, most of the time.
This is far from the first time Briar has communed with the genius loci of London. But despite this experience, despite his role as observer rather than object of London’s attention, the competing scopes still bulge his mind, the inability to focus and the same to stop focusing threatens to tear his brain apart.
Gritting his teeth, Briar pushes through the pain. This is habit, now, both the suffering and the endurance. He wrenches his attention from the well-pull 0f the city and to himself, and his place within it. He is a hooded figure and an inescapable visage; he is a household name and hardly known. His is remarkably human; great appendages spill from his frame. He has a finger in every pie and an iron in every fire – many inherited, many not.
Feeling along these phantom arms of influence, Briar directs them in their schemes. They stir pots of failing businesses, move chess pieces on boards across the zee, and scrabble for purchase on the finance sheets of rivals. With one hand he caresses, with another he crushes. Even as he struggles to focus, even as his pulse beats behind his eyes, he pushes them on.
Some arms weave schemes even he is not aware of. These are holdovers from their old owner, performing cruelties in a dead name. But they are his hands nonetheless, so he roots them out and rescues them, letting their ruthless tapestries unravel or turning them to nobler purpose. Nightmare-inspiring sleepwear becomes peaceful viric pyjamas; plans to collapse Surface industries are nipped in the bulging bud.
There are other hands, too. Briar is only dimly aware of them. They are more visible as points of concerted friction, where his schemes brush up against another’s. Masters often, with their clawed plots and leathered self-preservation, but occasionally other powers. Muscled arms from Hell hold feeble, gilded limbs in lock. The myriad fingerprints of the Mithridate office can be found in more places than ought be possible. Blind and pale fingers creep down from the Surface. Briar strains to follow these fingers to a palm in Vienna – then up the wrist, further, up and up and up to the—
Briar is awoken by a splash of water. The taste of soap is in his mouth and its sting in his eyes.
“Rithoorithoro,” gurgles the Rubbery Plongeur, with one tentacle holding a bucket and the other on its hip.
“Thank you,” says Briar, still blinking soap from his eyes. “Clean water would have done it, but what have you.”
The Plongeur burbles apologetically and returns to cleaning. Briar surveys his desk. Papers coat it, though different ones to when the task began. Catching glimpses of words and names, all correspond to some metaphor-memory of his addled mind – schemes he had furthered when his mind was in two places at once. The freshest pages still glisten with ink and soapy residue – one phrase, repeated ad infinitum: “—TE THE WHITE THE WHITE THE WHITE THE WHITE THE WHITE THE WHI—”
Suddenly Briar is conscious of a pit in his stomach. It is a loud, ugly feeling, demanding meat and fish and mushroom. It’s understandable; by the clock, he’s missed a meal. By the calendar, several. But if that’s the date – the weight of obligation crashes back onto him. Ignoring the roaring protestation of his stomach, Briar sits back down at the desk. There’s just a little more to do. He has beared a more terrible hunger than this. Just a little more.

She is incredibly skilled in sewing and even has a fashion brand under her name at DCA. Her family’s clothing apparel is well known in a number of kingdoms. When working, she gets a fiery look in her eyes and will rush to her workspace and make the clothes with the help of magic and some precision with a needle.
Due to her noble upbringing, she carries herself in a lady-like manner. Always keeping her hand folded when she sits, greets with a bow, uses words that are graceful and sweet, and many other things. Which means she is also knowledgeable regarding trends in social circles.
She isn’t really brave nor is she assertive, if faced with someone aggressive she just runs away. And she’s so quick like a mouse that no one can catch up to her. Yelling will cause her to freeze up, it was a habit that never went away after the abuse she suffered under her first stepmother.
Has a skill for marketing, she focuses on what makes the product good and presents it to the client by flattering their style and recommending a set suited for them without offending the person.
Any other topic other than her interests makes her mind blank though, she keeps quiet until the topic is something she knows.
Whenever she changes clothes, she quickly starts with changing stockings as she still feels insecure with her leg scars. She would rather endure the hot weather in stockings rather than show the scars. It sometimes throbs with subtle pain.

Family Life
Ella spent her early years in a loving embrace of her birth mother and her father. The two often pampered their daughter with plenty of cute gifts and toys but the most treasured gift Ella kept was a jewelry set of baby blue birds made by her mother before she passed. She often gazes upon it to remember her mother.
When her father remarried to Lucille, her life was spent in abuse. Constantly being tormented by her step siblings and getting punished for every little mistake by her step mother. The servants feared Lucille as she would threaten their jobs and flaunting how she has connections that will cause trouble to their families. Until a servant had enough and told the Gaspard of what has been happening while he was away.
Gaspard was ashamed of himself for letting such a terrible woman in to his household to threaten his servants and his precious daughter. He filed for a lawsuit and this was the first time that he wasn’t timid or gentle. His eyes were cold as he stared down the Luciferia family, this was the first time he’s ever felt such anger.
He became protective of Ella and often had background checks on new people he hired and closed himself from any women who he assumed was just aiming for his wealth and title.
Ella slowly recovered but there were still traces of trauma, but she tries her best to be better so she wouldn’t worry her father. She was glad he met another woman who was genuinely caring but she still struggles to open up, yet she hopes to overcome the past to finally be a happy family again.
Childhood Memories
Ella’s memories of her mother are quite few, considering that she was very young when she passed but she wants to keep those memories alive by talking to the servants who worked for her mother, asking her father as well as looking through the photo albums. She feared that forgetting her mother’s memories would be like throwing away a cherished family member.
There was one memory that she always liked to hear about, it was when she was but a toddler in her two’s that she shocked both parents when she dragged some silk onto an unfinished dress and the parents realizing that the color Ella picked looked better. Gaspard always questions how genetically gifted Ella’s talent was for fashion.
During the time where she suffered under the Luciferia family, the fear and trauma was ingrained into her and she would flinch or freeze up if anyone held a stick or something close to that near her. Her father had trusted family doctors, who are sworn to keep the leg scars between them, to look after and help Ella mentally recover.
It took almost a year and a half but Ella was able to act normally again with the help of doctors, though loud yelling and arguments still unnerve her. She can handle herself a bit better.

Ella is a 2nd year Glastanzerin student and is the current dorm leader.
She always admired the story of the Maiden of the Glass Shoe, being sorted into her dream dorm made her so happy. Ella is known in the dorm for her family name as well as skills, she has such a fast and nimble way of sewing using minimal amounts of magic. Not anyone can just replicate her dresses.
She has a lot of commissions in school and every single order has been made with plenty of care and caters to the customer’s taste always.
More often than not, Ella likes to discuss with the dorm students about the latest trends that the girls would keep their ears open whenever Ella gives fashion advice.
There were times that Ella would spend her downtime feeding her mice and other wild animals to unwind. Sometimes even having a tea party consisting of mainly animals, it wasn’t odd to anyone who studies in DCA but to outsiders it may be weird.
The dorm students are quite protective of Ella and will not tolerate any disrespect, Ella has no idea how scary her dorm students get when there is an unpleasant person confronting her.
Ella has quite high grades due to the tutors her father hired. Though her worst subject is PE due to her lack of physical training as well as the fact due to the scars on her legs, she finds it difficult to keep up. She dislikes feeling sweaty after doing exercises, if it was yoga then she’d have no problem however.
School Relationships
Ella gets along with mostly everyone due to her sweet nature and the tendency to provide news on the latest trends. As a noble, she is also decent in academics, her best grades are on dance, music and sewing. PE is her worst subject as she always gets sore after just one class, she also feels uncomfortable when she reeks of sweat from the sun.
Evonie is a big sister figure to her with how she often helps her when she gets anxious or when a confrontation takes place but she was too scared to talk back. She admits that she envies Evonie a little bit with how strong she was along with other girls who aren’t dainty. She wonders if she can be strong like them if she could just get over her fears.
She admires Briar as she has never been face-to-face with a real princess before. Her regal air and beautiful visage prompts her to create inspiring outfits to one day be worn by royalty. Though she can’t help but notice the sorrow in Briar’s eyes which maybe another factor as to why she feels a familiarity with her.
Cerule and Ella’s first meeting has her nearly fainting from excitement at the idea of meeting an actual mermaid. She’s read about them in storybooks but to see one in real life was way better. Cerule thinks Ella is pretty cute like a sea angel. Ella gets a lot of colored pearls and sea glass from Cerule after a dive for treasure.
Perrine won her over when Ella got a whiff of the smell of spices that was cooking in the campus cafeteria. Perrine and Allison’s desserts that are decorated to their tastes would always be a source of new ideas for Ella. She often takes pictures of their food before eating, she eats in small bites to savor the taste.
Bumpkin and Ella get along so well as fans of fashion, though Bumpkin is so adamant about ungodly amounts of glitter. Bumpkin’s form is from Ella’s doll she used to play with in her childhood. It always brought comfort to her during sad days.
Bumpkin acts as a fairy godmother to Ella, always helping her out in her time of need and would fiercely protect her if anyone dares to make her cry.

Mozza
The swiftest mouse who acts as the leader of the group. He does all the talking and negotiating in mouse matters, he is the one who reports to Ella about the latest information and gossip.
Gouda
The food crazy mouse who is the chunkiest of them all. He tends to just lay in one place nibbling on cheese. Often times Ella puts him in her pocket as he snoozes about. He is also quite cowardly, anything that resembles a cat and he freaks out and runs with speed that rivals Mozza’s.
Brie
The pretty mouse who hoards anything shiny like a corvid would. She is the one who assists Ella when she’s sewing the most. A mouse with an eye for detail. She likes riding in Ella’s pockets because dirt makes her fussy.
Parmes
The genius mouse who may seem plain but inside the mouse holes, but he has made layouts for the fastest routes to any place in the building. The inventions are made from lost things such as pins and buttons that are no longer needed among other things.
Pecorin
The youngest mouse of the group, she’s so small that other mice carry her around in a thimble basket made by Parmes. Ella is worried that the poor thing might get squished so she made a fluffy hand bag to carry all five mice in. Pecorin is often found in a dollhouse just enjoying herself.
Dusty
Ella’s horse who is a Rocky Mountain breed. He is friendly and happy-go-lucky, sometimes distracted by shiny things if he sees one in the corner of his eye. He is skilled in doing tricks as well as carrying heavy loads.

Her unique magic is called, “Glacify” this allows her to make anything she wants shimmer like polished glass. No matter what object it is, she can make it shiny. This doesn’t work on living things, though it works on plants oddly.
This magic effect can last until 12 o’ clock, it doesn’t matter if it was AM or PM, and it always disappears when the clock strikes 12.
Ella often uses this to make her fashion presentation pretty but she mostly uses it on the accessories or the lighting mostly. Using it on the dress would be considered cheating in her eyes. Though the process of making the dress uses magic to be quick and efficient.

Gaspard Antoine Glaciel
A soft-hearted, humble man who has a hobby for aromatherapy and indoor gardening. He makes exquisite shoes that the locals sought after. His business was only known in the Glasswork Kingdom until he was finally taking the gamble to set up a shop outside of his home country. He doesn’t take business risks unless he’s convinced that there will be no losses.
He was devastated after his wife passed away, he married Lucille only because of a mutual benefit, and affection wasn’t involved. He thought that she would benefit Ella since she worked as an educator.
He ended up filing a case against her when he found out she was abusing Ella under the guise of “tutoring”. He became more attentive to his daughter after the divorce, but his heart became closed off to any potential bachelorettes for a long time until he met Claudette.
Emellette Glaciel
Ella’s birthmother, an adventurous woman who likes to hunt and go horseback riding. She proposed to Gaspard first, she was always such a bold woman. But Gaspard always loved that about her.
She was known for her beautifully crafted jewelry sets. She and her husband started the business selling their crafts and designs to the people in the kingdom.
She passed away due to an illness when Ella turned 7. Leaving a crafted jewelry set that are based on blue birds for Ella to wear when she turns 18 one day. Ella cherishes this jewelry set the most and makes sure to hide it from Lucille in a secret compartment.
Lucille Luciferia
Ella’s first stepmother who is vain and sought to climb the social ladder by any means necessary. She worked as an educator but was known to be very strict and harsh to students, this includes Ella. Every time Ella did a little thing wrong, she would get hit on the back of her legs with a riding crop. This resulted in Ella getting scars on her legs with how hard she was struck.
She has no shame in wearing jewelry that was owned by Gaspard’s first wife, flaunting it, and being boastful to people whenever they go to gatherings. Pretending to be nice whenever Gaspard was in the house and when he leaves, she drops her façade and torments the servants in the household.
Lucille plays ignorant to her sons’ bullying of Ella, and even tells her that her father won’t believe her if she tries to tattle on them. She ended up being socially disgraced and had to live in her relative’s house along with her sons because she was also fired from the school she works at.
Edwin Luciferia (18)
An egotistic young man who constantly picks on Ella by playing mean pranks as well as destroying her toys and things. He is also narcissistic, he views himself as the best but has an ego as fragile as glass. When someone is better than him or tries to call him out on his bluff, he will retaliate by berating them or even resorting to violence.
He abuses his status as a noble to get what he wants, he is not above spreading false rumors about people who dares to defy him. As such, his classmates avoid him.
He used to have a group of students at his beck and call, they stuck around mostly because of his status and the wealth of his stepfather. But now that his mother was fired, he was left behind by his so-called “loyal followers”. He’s become more aggressive but those who he picked on now gossip about him. To the point where they do it in earshot.
Roman Luciferia (18)
The quiet young man who has a calculating gaze and sharp tongue. His bullying tactics are harsh words he hurls towards Ella. Although the true reason he picks on her was because Edwin doesn’t make him his target now, so his situation is mainly a target directing the negativity onto someone weaker.
However, it doesn’t mean that he isn’t at fault. At school, he was always harsh to those who are below him concerning academics. He thinks of himself as a genius unlike his bonehead brother. But after the divorce of his mother and stepfather, he is struggling to keep up academics now that Edwin is back to targeting him.
Claudette Darlington
Ella’s second stepmother who got married to Gaspard after they fell for each other after being business partners for a while. She works in the tea business, selling an assortment of tea leaves and tea sets. She is a professional in her career but she is also a patient mother. She doesn’t force Ella to trust her since she can tell that the trauma still affects her. She gives Ella her space and time to adjust until she can finally open up to her.
Gaspard at first was professional towards Claudette, slowly she starts to notice how stressed he was an offered some tea to help him. She respected their professional relationship and has heard of the incident that took place years before.
The first time she met Ella was when he had her over to discuss business, she was cautious and took note on her movements so as not to startle the poor child. Ella warmed up to Claudette when she asked about her mother.
She didn’t expect Gaspard to propose to her but at first she told him to talk this out with Ella because her opinion should also be considered.

The character's name, "Ella" is obviously based on Cinderella, with the live action movie revealing that "Ella" is her real name but she was called, "Cinderella" as a form of insult.
Ella's backstory was made with new ideas that came to mind, to give more personality to her.

Sequel to We Have A Problem
A pair of powerful white headlights bored through the November night, illuminating the way for a glossy black Aston Martin to prowl up the mile-long driveway. The house at the end hardly fit the appellation; it was a castle, pennants waving from the towers, the front façade illuminated by a battalion of landscaping spotlights.
The car pulled into a detached garage, and moments later Vlad Masters strolled into his domicile, still decked in Packers green and gold and toting a foam cheesehead under his arm.
“What a game!” he crowed for the hundredth time. He tossed his keys into a bowl on a side table and moved into the kitchen, offloading some of his accoutrements. Merrily humming the Packers fight song, he flounced to the fridge and grabbed a 12-ounce longneck of Wisconsin King. He popped the top with a metallic clink and knocked back a mouthful of premium Grade A milk as if it were beer.
“Thirty-four to thirty one!” He danced a little jig. Mercifully, no one was present to see it. “What a game!”
And it had been. Green Bay facing off against the Vikings at Lambeau Stadium. The teams tied in the fourth quarter, 31 and 31, with just two minutes left, until Ryan Longwell made a 33-yard field goal with just three seconds to spare. Perched in his own private VIP lounge overlooking the field, Vlad Masters erupted like a green and yellow volcano, cheering and howling and throwing popcorn and furniture and any of his staff unfortunate enough to be within arm’s reach. His mania endured on the drive home and would likely keep him wired for the next twelve hours. Now came the almost onanistic ritual of basking in the triumphant postgame afterglow. A fine finish to a fine evening.
Bottle in hand, Vlad sauntered to his foyer and flipped on the lights. There it was, his extensive collection of Packers memorabilia, all neatly organized behind glass in special humidity-controlled display cases. He strode by, gazing upon his possessions with the air of a hedonistic king inspecting his coffers: vintage jerseys, photographs, limited edition cheeseheads and scarves, rare items of sports history that rightly belonged in a museum instead of a selfish billionaire’s private collection. And sitting front and center on a pedestal, the most treasured item in his hoard, his beloved, irreplaceable—
Vlad abruptly choked. Milk sprayed from his mouth and nose.
The football autographed by the legendary Ray Nitschke, his most prized possession, was nowhere to be seen.
The bottle slipped from Vlad’s limp fingers and shattered on the stone floor. Hysteria clutched his heart. His stomach dropped to the bottoms of his ugly green oxfords, now spattered with milk. His mind raced through possibilities with the frantic fervor of a mother discovering one of her children missing.
“Did the maids—? No. No, and I didn’t…” The color drained from his face. “I can’t have been robbed. It’s impossible.”
And it was; no one could get through his security system. He’d built it himself using the most advanced tomographic and photoelectric beam technology, and tested it extensively before deploying it over every inch of his property. He checked it regularly and performed scheduled diagnostics and upgrades to keep it cutting-edge. Even if the power were to go out, a generator array would keep the system running independently for months.
At that moment he finally noticed the canary-yellow sticky note planted in the middle of the display stand’s empty prongs. He darted close and leaned over it with wide eyes.
Dear Fruit Loop,
Don’t worry, your ball is safe. FOR NOW. I’m going to hang onto it until you get someone else to narate Knowing Universe. All of it. I don’t care how you do it, but I don’t want to hear your dumb stupid ugly snotty voice on ANY of my shows ever again, got it? If you ever want to see your prescious ball again, you’ll get on this STAT.

Cocaine-Fueled Creature - CR +3 Template and Drug
Cocaine's a hell of a drug.

Check out the 4-page tabletop RPG, Cocaine Owlbear, also known as Fantasy Woodland Cocaine Heist. It's $3 at Drive-Thru RPG. Also watch the movie Cocaine Bear that the RPG is a spoof off of, and if you've never heard of him, check out Snowflame, a villain from a single issue of DC Comics published in 1988 that somehow still endures lasting fame today.
That's the inspirational material I was given for this template and drug, which is a commission. I included normal stats for cocaine, but the Cocaine-Fueled Creature template gains additional superpowers from cocaine beyond its effect on normal creatures. Admittedly, the additional superpowers are just cocaine but even more.
The rules for drugs in Pathfinder are kind of insane. If you take Opium every day for about a week (depending on Con score), you die, no save. Changing how drugs in general work is outside the scope of this blog post, but if you're making drugs a meaningful part of your game, you should probably add a Fort save against the initial stat damage for all drugs, and consider possibly making them count as poison. In any case, the template below can ignore the penalties of cocaine, and give its allies a chance to ignore them as well.
This is a template that could have just been a stat boost, but I tried to also make it interesting for players to play against. It grants a pretty large Con bonus, which has the same problem as the original barbarian class - when the drug wears off, the creature can fall unconscious or even die from injuries it sustained while under the effects of cocaine. In this case, however, that's entirely on purpose and by design.
The challenge rating of +3 for this template is compared to the base creature, not compared to the base creature on cocaine. Cocaine by itself is also a very solid buff for a purely martial creature, but it's risky - it more than cancels itself out if the user fails its will save and becomes shaken.

Cocaine-Fueled Creature - Template
Cocaine-Fueled Creature is an inherited template that can be added to any creature.
Challenge Rating: Same as the base creature +3
Alignment: Any
Defensive Abilities: A cocaine-fueled creature gains immunity to poison (but not drugs), and a +4 bonus on saving throws against mental ability score damage, drain, and penalties.
Weaknesses: If a cocaine-fueled creature is subjected to an effect that neutralizes or suppresses poisons or drugs, the effects of any drugs on it are ended, and it becomes immune to cocaine for one round.
Speed: All of a cocaine-fueled creature's base speeds increase by 20 ft.
Special Attacks:
A cocaine-fueled creature gains the following special attacks.
Coke Frenzy (Ex) While a cocaine-fueled creature is under the effects of cocaine, as a free action on its turn, it can choose to take 1d6 points of nonlethal damage in order to perform combat maneuvers without provoking attacks of opportunity until the start of its next turn, and can perform one additional attack at its highest BAB -5 if it uses a full-attack action on that turn. If it does so, the cocaine-fueled creature ends the effects of cocaine on itself at the start of its next turn. Contact High (Ex) While a cocaine-fueled creature is under the effects of cocaine, creatures touched by its touch attack (including its imbue with addiction ability) or struck by its unarmed and natural weapon attacks, as well as any creature that strikes it with an unarmed or natural weapon attack, must succeed on a DC 24 Fortitude save or be affected as if by cocaine. The cocaine-fueled creature can choose to also cause an affected target to be confused for 1d4 rounds, focusing on transferring the drug's effects in a sudden mind-scrambling rush. Regardless, a creature already affected by cocaine suffers no further effects. This DC increases by 1 for every 5 hit dice the cocaine-fueled creature possesses. Flames of Snow (Ex) While a cocaine-fueled creature with at least 10 hit dice is under the effects of cocaine, as a standard action, it can surround itself with a blazing aura of swirling white-hot ecstasy for 1 minute. All creatures within 30 ft. other than the cocaine-fueled creature gain the effects of cocaine (for its full normal duration). The cocaine-fueled creature's allies are not shaken by the cocaine, and receive a DC 24 Fortitude save to negate the drug's ability damage. The cocaine-fueled creature's enemies are additionally confused for 1d4 rounds unless they succeed on a DC 24 Fortitude save. A creature already affected by cocaine suffers no further effects. Using this ability requires the cocaine-fueled creature to either have a dose of cocaine in hand and spend it on this ability, or immediately end the effects of cocaine on itself. Final Flame (Ex) When a cocaine-fueled creature falls unconscious or dies, it can choose to activate Flames of Snow without spending an action, ending the effects of cocaine on itself and doubling the radius to 60 ft. It cannot use a dose of cocaine it has in hand instead of ending the effects of cocaine on itself when it activates Flames of Snow in this way. Imbue with Addiction (Ex) As a standard action, while carrying a dose of cocaine, a cocaine-fueled creature can touch a creature and expend the dose of cocaine to cause the creature to instantly become addicted to cocaine. A saving throw (DC = 10 + 1/2 hit dice + Con bonus) negates the effect. If the target was ever addicted to any drug in the past, it takes a -4 penalty on the saving throw. Snort (Ex) A cocaine-fueled creature can draw a dose of cocaine from its bag and injest it as a single move action. When it does so, it can make a free intimidate check to demoralize all enemies in a 30 ft. radius.
Special Qualities:
A cocaine-fueled creature gains the following special qualities.
Drug-Fueled (Ex) While a cocaine-fueled creature is under the effects of cocaine, it gains an additional +6 bonus to Str and Con. The effects of a dose of cocaine last for 4+2d6 hours instead of 30 minutes for a cocaine-fueled creature. Drug Tolerance (Ex) A cocaine-fueled creature is immune to the ability damage and shaken condition of cocaine (but not the addiction). It gains a +8 bonus on saving throws against negative effects of drugs. When taking drugs other than cocaine, it receives a Fortitude save (at the drug's addiction DC) to resist any ability score damage caused by the drug, even if that damage would normally not grant a save, and its +8 bonus against the negative effects of drugs applies to this saving throw.

Skills: Acrobatics +4, Climb +8, Escape Artist +8, Perception +4
Feats: A cocaine-fueled creature gains the Diehard, Dodge, Endurance, Mobility, Toughness, and Improved Unarmed Strike feats as bonus feats, even if it doesn't meet the prerequisites for them.

“No- w-wait please”
The boy squirms as he’s put down on the stretcher, his legs and arms tightly strapped down on it.
The people surrounding him are dressed in white lab coats, their faces covered with masks. He can’t make out their faces, if they touched him before or if they didn’t.
A camera is moved over him, recording whatever test they’re performing now. Oliver tries his best to move his face out of the way, not wanting to be recorded.
Another doctor enters the room, washing his hands before putting on some gloves before immediately stepping over to the stretcher. Looking down at the boy.
He can’t tell any of the other doctors apart… but he knows this one… those bright blue eyes, that scar on his face and that disgusting burn marks over his left eye, making him half blind.
“Let it be known that today’s test is the regrowth of flesh. We already took notice how he heals extremely fast… much faster than a normal body. Today we’re going to see to what extent that healing factor goes to. If it’s just a boosted immune system or a full regeneration.”
In reality, Oliver is an anomaly. A freak of nature… He’s immortal. He didn’t know until just recently either. But that car crash… that was supposed to kill him. He’s supposed to be dead. He had 57 broken bones. He was bleeding out. But he survived… his parents didn’t… his sister didn’t… but he survived. His body completely regenerated in an hour. And that skill… that special ability… doomed the rest of his life.
Doctor. Rowan Pierce…. That’s what it says on the little name tag on his lab coat.
The man grabs a small Skalpell.
“Doctor Wells, if you would please begin the tape as well as injecting the anticoagulant into his arm”
Oliver starts to squirm a little. He doesn’t like the needles… he hates them… they hurt him.
The other doctor walks over to another table before picking up a syringe, pushing a bit of the liquid out to get rid of any air before he flicks it, quickly injecting the boys arm with the anticoagulant.
Oliver makes a soft whimper as he starts to cry, he doesn’t want this… none of the tests are performed when he’s unconscious. He’s always completely aware and able to feel what’s going on.
It only takes a second to inject the liquid into him before Pierce picks up a scalpel and a black marker, gently grabbing the boys arm to not already cause any damage before he stats to draw tiny black lines on his upper arm and finn knows that that is definitely not a good sign…
“We will now remove our patients arm to see if it will regenerate or not. Let it be known that if any problems occur, his arm will be frozen and sewed back on later.”
Oliver starts to squirm more and more, terrified of what he’s about to endure.
“N-no please-“
The doctor doesn’t show any hesitation before he pushes the needle into Olivers skin, digging through the flesh before he starts to cut, through his skin…his flesh.. his muscle… and lastly his bone.
The boy has been screaming, begging and sobbing for the past few minutes but nothing helped, they only put a muffle on him to shut him up.
Right after the arm was removed, Doctor. Pierce picks it up and carries it over to a long freezer box, laying it inside before he slowly steps back to the stretcher, his footsteps filling the room as the other doctors are quiet, waiting for any results.
Oliver just whines, closing his eyes as he leans his head back. They took his arm… they took his fucking ar-
“Movement. Get the camera closer I spot movement in the flesh.”
Another doctor rushes to get the camera a bit closer before oliver lets out a loud scream under his muffle. Shaking his head.
In not even three minutes, his arm was completely regenerated. The bone, the flesh.. everything having grown back to its original state, missing all of the scars the doctors have given him.
The doctor quickly walks back to the freezer, picking up Olivers old arm before he holds it next to his freshly regenerated one.
“Incredible… if we manage to extract that gene- we might be able to solve world hunger! We can create the most powerful soldiers!”
Pierce says cheerfully as a few doctors write some notes down.
“This is a grate success indeed. Cut the tape and bring 187 back to his cell.”
A doctor pulls the camera away from the boy before a few nurses start to untie him.
Picking him up and pushing him to a soldier who immediately points his gun at the frightened thing. Motioning him to walk.
But Oliver turns around to look at the doctor who’s already looking through some of the notes.
“W-wait can I have something to eat? Please-“
The man doesn’t even look up, only taking off his mask for fresher air.
“Your nutriloaf is waiting in your room.”
He says blankly before Oliver shakes his head as he’s trembling. He got so skinny it’s disgusting. His whole body scarred up, only wearing some white boxers.
“I-I don’t want that please- It’s- d-disgusting”
The boy says as the soldier grabs him by his shoulder.
“Well it’s all you’ll get since all of our nutritious foods are pumped into the more obedient subjects! Which is weird considering they’re the aggressive ones!”
A tear runs down the boys cheek as he glares at the monster of a man around two meters in front of him.
He doesn’t hesitate before he pulls away from the soldier grasp, unable to hold the boy back since everything happens so suddenly.
He picks up a scalpel before he jumps the doctor, tackling him down before getting on top of him. Oliver looks at the man with an expression of rage before he stabs the scalpel into the mans already blind eye.
“I hate you! I-I hate all of you! If I could I’d f-fucking kill-“
Another soldier quickly grips a pistol before stepping behind Oliver, raising the gun to his head slowly, making sure not to accidentally hit the doctor before…
Bang.

In Heart Heist your stats are also dating preferences, arranged in three pairs of opposing aesthetics. While your score in a stat is fixed, your Appearance in a stat can shift. Work with your fellow thieves on a heist, while competing to suit the tastes of your beloved monster patron!

[Starts with a permanent -15% accuracy and foggy view (the latter removed by wearing glasses), incurable by Sylvan ring]
Skills:
Composure - Passive skill, ignores tension caused by enemies and slows mind loss in overworld (twice the time needed)
Prayer - Active skill [Regain 20 mind, remove a stage of fear and phobia stat effects, on self, but inflict bleeding, requires an Alll-mer sigil, increases affinity with Alll-mer "A ritual nuns often perform at churches, inflicting harm to themselves to forget about impure and unbecoming thoughts."
Libriographic insight - [At the cost of mind is able to select any* desired book from bookshelves that haven't been checked before] *The books Pocketcat sells, the mind price of books is 20 times the heads price of Pocketcat.
Appraisal - An active skill, [costs 35 mind] which allows to appraise an item, giving a bit of lore behind it and adds [+50%] of the stat buffs and effects of any equipment (except Beheaded Wizard [special dialogue between Edith and Nas'hrah if done]).

The soothing sound of the railtracks... You are not used to such peaceful and tramquil atmosphere. You were born in a prestigious noble family from Rondon, both your mother and father coming from old dynasties.
As the oldest child of theirs you were afforded no time for childhood innocence,
you were not allowed to play or go outside without supervision neither to talk with anyone your parents didn't see fit.
Your father hired a dozen of tutors that taught you subjects ranging from playing the violin to economics.
You hated it,
each day felt like you were trapped in a maze, walking the corridors of your family's estate while looking outside, seeing the commoners' children enjoying life made you jealous.
You have begged your mother and father to allow you to go outside, even only to attend a prestigious school.
After years of convincing, at your 14th birthday, you were given a choice.
You either went to a nun covent or at a prestigious boarding school. You chose the...

your husband's business was failing, and he was never good at holding his anger down,
your life became hell, you couldn't even rely on your past activities anymore. You were thinking to end it all one night,
you went to the housekeeper's area and looked for any poison,
your search was stopped by the housekeeper,
your excuses didn't stand a chance as tears rolled explaining your situation.
She hugged you and showed were the poison was, before giving it to you, telling you a better way of using it.
You waited for the opportunity, and it came,
your husband has invited serval potential investors at your place, a big dinner was supposed to be happening.
You were forbidden to participate but that only gave you a better alibi.
You asked the housekeeper to show you his goblet, and poured the poison in the drink.
The next morning, your husband was found dead, chocked in his own vomit. Since the death cause was asphyxiation, you were off the hooks of suspicion.
And so, you were saved,
you had to pretend you mourned, but the tears you rolled at his funeral, were tears of joy, and pain, for all the years wasted on him.
But now you had to decide on the fate of, now your, business...

and with the war over, no local enterprises were strong enough to suffice a bigger economy.

As NOT the chosen character:
Day 1
She is one of the few characters who do not appear at the gathering outside the train. Instead, the player finds her smoking by the window of the first carriage from the exit. When interacting with her before the gathering, she would have a short dialogue where she dismisses the player, telling them to go outside at the gathering. Once the player does get out to the gathering, no matter if she was interacted with or not, she would be standing right by the door, still smoking. She will not introduce herself but leave right after the dialogue. Talking with her as she leaves let's the player hear her mumble about Tanaka calling him a "competitor" and walking a shorter path than him.
Next time the player meets her is at the mayor's mansion. She would be in the library, there, she is found reading a book. The player can choose to either talk or attack her. Attacking her would lead to a battle, with The Avare scoffing at the player character. If she is not killed or both of her legs are intact after one turn, however, she would run away. You can catch her, but if she exits the manor, she disappears for now. If talked with, she would complain about the poor state the books are kept, commenting on the amount of bent corners and indentations on covers. She also asks the player for a random non-tutorial or functional book. If the player finds it or has it, they can offer it to her, in return she would join the party. If Henryk isn't saved or the Dark priest gets aggroed and she isn't recruited or killed, she would disappear from the mansion.
From Day 2
In the morning till the afternoon, she can be found at Dr. Kefer's store, at the side, reading, talking with her there she implies that she made some under the table deals with them. When asked to be recruited again, she passive aggressively rejects, stating that she can manage on her own from now on. If you had attacked her in the Mayor's Mansion, and she escaped, she would give the player a cold shoulder.
If the player character has aggroed the Dark Priest or The Gentleman appeared before she could be recruited, she would be found instead in the Church of Alll-mer, in the first room sitting in the left-front pew. Her dialogue here is different, she tells the player that she was forced to believe in Alll-mer, but he only pretended to, until this day, she tells the player that there cannot be a logical or optimistic explanation to anything happening in this town. If the player places an effigy on the stand with her alive and present in the room, next time the player enters the room, she will be found inspecting them, talking with her will reveal the origin of these effigies. If the player places all 3 of them, she says she impressed with their feat and propose to become part of the party. If the player refuses or has no available party slots, she says she will be waiting here if they change their mind. She will stay here until Day 2 Night, being available for (free) recruiting.
Here, the player can attack her. If attacked in the Mayor's Mansion or here, she would run in the right room of the Church, if the player doesn't catch to her, she would be gone, if the Chandelier hasn't been dropped or the gate to the basement is locked she will lock herself in the confessional pew, the player won't be able to open the confessional, if O'saa happens to be I'm the confessional too, interacting with his side of the pew will lead to O'saa berating the player for being such a careless hunter, his door too, not opening. If the gate to the basement is opened, she would be gone, but if only the chandelier was drooped she would be hiding in the confessional booth, until the player interacts with the hole caused by the chandelier, upon doing so a cutscene would be triggered of Edith stepping out the confessional and pushing the player down the hole.
MOONSCORCHED FORM
If not killed before Day 2 Night, Edith will become Moonscorched. Her moonscorched form is called:
The Caged Magpie
In this form, she transforms into a grotesque anthropomorphic magpie, alike the Valkyre.
Her entire body is encased, however, in a golden birdcage, where she can only stand with her head hunched forward. Her arms become long, bare wings, her palm still exists though deformed, it tightly holds onto the bars of the cage, as if trying to break them. Her head is shadowed in the cage, however two, piercing green lights can be seen from where the eyes should be, and a big golden beak that pokes out of the enclosure menacingly. Her legs seem the only part of the body partialy out the cage, with two holes letting half of her, now, bird legs out. The birdcage itself seems to be out of lead, with gold paint that peels off it, the cage has no door handle or any forms of exit, only a broken hook on top. At the bottom of the cage, a pile of artifacts, trinkets, and coins shimmer.
The Caged Magpie prefers to stalk parts of towns near shops and vendors. Once in the same location of her, a flavor text: "You hear a metal rustle" and sounds of Eurasian magpie calls while there. If you dont leave the screen, enter a shop or talk to a vendor she will slowly approach the player, it will hop, stalking them and will steal one item the player has equiped if they stand unmoving for more than 7 seconds, after that she will promptly fly away, if the player instead tries to approach it, Magpie will run away alike a scared chicken. If you enter a shop or talk to a vendor as soon as you exit the shop/conversation, the Magpie will fly towards you initiating a fight.
In the fight, the Magpie's body parts do one attack each:
Her legs do a one-character powerful hit called "Digging the dirt", however, this attack is only performed every 2nd turn.
Her arms do a weak one-character attack called "Slap on the wrist", however, there is a 5% chance the Magpie, instead of attacking does a "Acquire" action, which steals one of a character's equipment.
Her beak performs a coinflip attack called "Peck", which is a reference to Crow Mauler's iconic attack. The player will be warned 1 turned before it with a flavor text: "The Magpie seems to shift its head in the cage"
The player can attack the aforementioned body parts and break them. However, her body is protected by a birdcage, which has a lot of HP. Once all the other body parts have been broken, the Magpie will have only one attack "Shove", which deals little damage.
Upon defeating her in combat, you can loot her corpse to get all your lost equipment to her, be it outside or during the fight, alongside a Coin Purse and 99 shillings.
