⋆ pairing. max verstappen x streamer!reader
⋆ summary. max wants to surprise you. little does he know, he just hard launched his relationship!
⋆ notes. a bit suggestive for a second lol, you’re responsible for the content u consume. not proofread 😝
Tumblr media
YOU WERE BUNDLED UP IN A FLUFFY BLANKET that max got you on your first christmas together. it was a lazy evening, you weren’t even supposed to be streaming — you just wanted to play some games of valorant, though playing without talking to the people in your twitch chat, so… as you started the game, you also started a stream. your phone was charging in the other room, making discord the only way to communicate with you.
max didn’t know that — he was coming back from a few days up in milton keynes. you were still living separately, but you had keys to one another’s apartment as he rarely ever spent time without you during the breaks from racing. he didn’t think to text or call you, nor to check if you were streaming, it just kind of slipped his mind as you rarely streamed not in schedule. he was happy to be back, he missed you over the few days as you barely talked due to your merch launching soon and his workload at milton.
“thank you so much for the sub, oh my gosh!” you giggled, a smile creeping up on your face as you read the message from the viewer that just subscribed to your channel. you tried to read every donation, every sub so your viewers would feel included in the stream as much as possible.
it wasn’t always easy, especially when you streamed with a few of your friends that were a bit more famous, like max fewtrell, who you met through lando (who you met through your boyfriend). the donations, bits, and subscriptions would go crazy, but you loved the friends you made along the way, starting as a small streamer, casually playing valorant (or stardew valley on lazier days).
“guys, i can’t with this you die you drink a shot thing.” you laughed softly, running a hand down your face, your cheeks blushed due to the alcohol in your system. the chat was spammed with jokes and clips of your drunken self, but you didn’t really mind. drunk streams weren’t a common occurrence.
you started another game, as the last one was finished with — surprisingly — a win for your team. you squinted your eyes, pulling yourself on the chair closer to the screen, jokingly saying that it was a now-or-never game, after having fixed the position of your glasses on the bridge of your nose and locking in a character.
the soft tunes of a non-copyrighted song was playing in your headset as the game began, making you unable to hear the jiggling of keys as someone opened the front door to your house. it would’ve startled you if you heard it, especially in that state, but you didn’t, so when max came inside, no one could tell him that you were streaming and not just playing a game.
he’s grown accustomed to your silly antics, the screams, the rage, the laughter, and the stuff you were saying over the voice chat. he’s had your schedule memorised, he knew you weren’t supposed to stream tonight, so… he asumed you were either talking to yourself or just played a game.
dropping his carry-on bags in the living room, he moved to the kitchen to prepare something to eat, before surprising you with his presence. with all the information he’s had, the plan of a nice evening seemed flawless, he would make you something to eat, watch you play for a few minutes before giving you the best head of your life, it wasn’t really a point in his plan, but he wished it happen. his favorite place in the world was wherever, as long as his face was in between your legs.
he barged into your streaming room, thinking you were just playing a game. he went up to your setup, dropping his head to press a kiss to the crown of your head, freezing in one place as his eyes fell on one of the screen, seeing as your chat started going at an unholy speed.
fuck. “you’re streaming?” he asked, his voice quieter, so your mic wouldn’t pick up on him — it did, though. “you’re back?” you asked at the same time. the chat not quite understanding what has just happened, what was max verstappen doing in your room?
your thoughts, however, couldn’t be stopped from slipping from between your lips. “did you just hard launch us?” you said, slapping your hand over your mouth, causing max to chuckle a bit.
“i think you just did.” the dutch man grinned, pressing a kiss to the side of your head, his hand gently rubbing your arm as you pretended to not notice the shock on your second screen. you and max were supposed to publicise your relationship sooner or later, so you could easily support him during races.
you tipped your chin upwards to look at your boyfriend, your expression softening as soon as you noticed the hint of giddiness on his face. “ah, fuck it. mina, could you change the stream title to drinking with The Man, capital t and m? thank youu.” you grinned at the camera, standing up from your chair, signaling max to sit down before you comfortably sat down on his lap.
“is he staying?” verstappen read out loud, wrapping his arms around your middle. “well, i have no way to go anyway, so i might as well stay.” he answered the question with a silly smile, leaning against the back of the chair, his hand slinding beneath your shirt.
“of course he’s staying! none of y’all can keep him. he’s mine.” you spoke into the mic, a frown appeared on your face as max laughed at your reaction. “what? you are mine. i’m not letting you leave.” you said in the most matter-of-fact tone.
“don’t worry, i don’t even wanna leave.” he pushed your headset away from your ear, whispering. his nose gently nudging your temple. “good. i wouldn’t let you out, anyways.” you shrugged your shoulders, starting another game, while still sitting on max’s lap, your back pressed against his chest as he talked to the chat, pretending to be unaware of the chaos ensued on twitter.
max verstappen might be a multiple times champion, but right now, all he was — all he wanted to be was your boyfriend. that would be sufficient for him, he wouldn’t be upset if this was his life as long as it would include you. points in the championships didn’t matter, winning the title(s) felt nice, but it didn’t matter either, having a seat or being millionaires would never matter if you weren’t by his side.
the stream ended an hour later, when you got a bit too cozy on max’s lap, so he had to end the stream himself, before he ended, he thanked for a good time and said something along the lines of see you guys pretty soon.
“we should get you on sim.” the dutch man joked as you nestled your head in the crook of his neck.
“ah, fuck you.”

REBLOG !
R★ you catched ellie’s eyes since the beginning of the song, since you started ‘dancing’ so close to a fuckin’ guy while looking straight into her eyes, all with a stupid smile, laughing at something that the brickfucker was whispering to your ear.
she didn’t notice the change of the song until the lights shifted to a red cherry, and the drums started to bring her to her senses, but could she really? not when you were practically fuckin’ some guy in front of her, in front of everyone.
before another song ended you practically ran with him to a room, to her room, you were such a dirty little bitch, and she knew how to treat bitches like you.
she slammed the door, throwing the guitar across the room, not caring about it the same way she didn’t care about leaving the concert or her band in the middle of a show. she couldn’t care less about all that smaller shit.
you were in the bed, legs spread out and stroking your tits as that fucker eat you up like a candy, that candy was hers, only fuckin’ hers.
she grabbed him aggressively by the shirt, ripping some of the fabric and making him get up so fast
“wait wh-
“get the fuck out of my room, dipfuck” she threw him out of the room, making sure he fell on his face and locked him out.
“hi baby, that was a good show, wasn’t too short?” you smiled at her while opening your legs, letting her watch how wet you were, you nipples and clit were abused and all reddish, shining because of the saliva of other man.
“you are a greedy whore, you know that?” as mad as she were at you, she still got down to your pussy with a smile on her face, bitting her lip when looking at you wet folds, trying not to yield to your power, trying to stay mad at you.
“ow don’t be jealous ellie, you know i can get bored at your long long shows, i need… entrainment”
“and you think those fuckers can give you what you want? your little cunt is mine, nobody can make you cum like i can doll”
“mm maybe not but they can keep me occupied while you are doing your job babe” you grabbed her hand while you were talking and started playing with your clit with it, she almost growled at the feeling, you were so hot and wet.
“i’m just a girl, i can get soo lonely watching you sing, touch that guitar with your strong hands that were made to fuck me, singing with that voice that was made to scream my name, i get horny just by watching you darling”
“so you just fuck some other dude?! doesn’t make fuckin’ sense darlin’ she smiled angry and held your hips strongly as she pulled down on you, making sure her mouth and your cunt were aligned.
“but if i play with them you get soo mad and you fuck me just the way i like” she was treating the way you wanted, like a fucking sex doll, so careless and rough.
“you’re such a greedy little whore babe, look at you we are fighting and you are clenching onto nothing” she was pissed, you knew it and you were drooling, you loved seeing her like that.
you both were so wet, you weren’t really fighting, never really were, you both knew how to play naughty and you both liked it so much, at the end of the day ellie knew you would never really cheat on her and you knew she couldn’t either, you trusted each other with passion but sometimes it was fun to make it spicier and y’all knew exactly how to push each other to that exquisite point of anger and love.
“ellie! yesyesyea” you always turned into a pretty mess whenever her tongue even barely touched your pussy, but she just was so eager, so desperate, she was eating you were the only food she’d had in months.
“oh look at my little hoe” she stopped linking just to give little slaps to your pussy, hitting on your clit as you.
“ell- please, please, i need it sososo bad” your whines high-pitched, you were practically screaming, but neither of you cared if someone heard you, actually ellie wanted you to go louder, maybe that way the fuckers that would go by the door would understand that you were hers only.
“what do you want, doll?” she murmured to you ear, so calmly and sweet, as if she weren’t rubbing your clit like a maniac.
“ellie i n-need you to- fuck!” you grabbed her jacket, shoving ellie to the bed hard enough until you could sit on her lap “you better fuck me, before i go out and ask someone else to do it baby”
she sneered as her gaze went dark, your hips were grabbed and pulled hard, you could feel ellie’s strap hitting your clit again, and she was controlling your hips to keep hitting it. “you really think another bitch could make you feel like this?” your moans just made her more greedy, she pulled your dress to your belly, taking a more elaborated look at the mess you pussy was, you kept grinding on her bult, so needy, so slutty, god she loved you “answer.” she stopped your hips, restraining you from getting to the edge of your climax.
“no! nobody, i want you, ‘need you ellie, please, i’ll be good, ‘promise” ellie smiled and pulled your little panties to the side, pulling her jeans a little and watched how her dark red plastic dick hit your clit directly when it was liberated.
“ask me to do it princess” she stimulated your nipples over the dress, stopping just for a little to expose your pretty tits, ready for her to make them bounce.
“ellie please, i’m begging you, please fuck me” your ego dissapeard with your clothes, all you cared about was to get that dick deep inside you, to get ellie to growl in your ear and fuck you silly.
when she noticed the little tears in your pretty eyes she knew you’ve had enough. you felt that big cock stretching your interior as ellie was rubbing your clit with her thumb. “god! yesyesye, t-thank you baby”
when foreplay ellie knew that you could be a little competitive and even fight with her for the dominance in the bed, but when she fucked you silly, you got so submissive it was sweet, your mean words turned into compliments or cute nicknames.
“that’s it my pretty girl, you like it?” it was kind of a rhetorical question, her dick was getting soaked in your juices, you were pounding yourself hard and from your pouty lips she could see a drool coming, god you were simply perfect.
“els i love it, god yesyes, i love you so much, fuck” ellie’s eyes softened and she just couldn’t stop smiling, she loved when your little act came down, when you were just her little angel, because she loved y’all little games and to play with each other but you were just so lovely like that.
“i love you too angel, come on, let’s make my little baby cum” she started hitting you on your sweet spot, your tits were bouncing directly on her face, she licked them when your nipple and her mouth hit. her hips were going way to fast and your clit was indirectly getting rubbed, it was driving you crazy
“ellie! i can’t, can’t any-ah give me, give” you weren’t making any sense at this point, your hips, and practicly your hole body, were moving like crazy, the drool droping fast, your nipples were so fucking erect, they felt like rocks against her warm mouth. you were going to cum, like hard, ellie could see it on your pretty face, feel it on your pounding, and definitely could hear it from your almost pornographic screams.
“cum on my dick beautiful, i got you, give me a little show” you started jumping hard on her strap, accidentally making the base of the plastic rub her clit too “fuck baby” you both started to make everything rougher and more intense, you felt the her dick going deeper and she could just get off with the show you were complete giving her, now the movement on her clit was too much.
“i’m yes, ellie, i love you! ahhh make me” her hips were knocking you out, your eyes were getting blurry, her sounds, her body, the look she was giving to you as she fucked you “yes! im cuming! fuck” ellie screamed with you when her strap slipped and hit you both just were you need it.
you both felt liquid coming out of your pussy, getting all over the strap and ellie’s clothes, you fell into her strong arms, both of you agitated and so fucking happy. she hugged you tight, she started to plant little kisses on your forehead and face.
“i love you baby” you smiled, she was such a softie, only you could see this part of her.
“i love you more” and only ellie could watch you all lovely and needy.
“ellie where the fuck are you?! we need you for the next song!” oh, maybe ellie had groupies bitches around her all the time, trying to fuck her but none of them were you, they could never get to her, not even fucking dressing up as you.
“they can fucking wait, i’m with my baby” you were everything the other needed, and even if you guys make it seemed like you were cool about it, but everybody knew you guys only belonged to each other, there was no place for anyone or anything else.

Secret Benefits (part 8)
sugar mommy!Larissa Weems x Fem!reader
A/N: Apologies for the two months radio silence, I had to go for a little grippy sock vacation. I really enjoyed writing this chapter, the angst, the comfort and FINALLY…. Nah, I can’t spoil you. You’ll have to read it. Enjoy, and don’t forget to reblog if you do! <3
Tumblr media
After Larissa’s admission, the silence stretched between you, heavy and fragile, like the air itself might crack under the weight of it. You hadn’t spoken for what felt like hours, though the ticking clock told you it had only been minutes. Larissa sat beside you, her posture impeccable as always, but her fingers betrayed her composure—they fidgeted ever so slightly, twisting the hem of her sleeve in a way you’d never seen before.
You were still clutching the blanket she’d given you, your knuckles white around the edges. The warmth it provided didn’t quite reach your chest, where a strange hollowness had taken root.
“Thank you,” you finally said, your voice quieter than you intended. The words felt insufficient, but they were all you had.
Larissa turned her head toward you, her silver hair catching the dim light. There was something guarded in her eyes, something she wasn’t ready to say. “You don’t need to thank me,” she replied softly. “I just… needed to be here.”
The honesty in her words startled you. She’d been nothing but composed since the moment you met her, a fortress of calm and control. But tonight, cracks were starting to show. The revelation of her secret had thrown you both into uncharted territory, and you weren’t sure either of you knew the way forward.
“I still can’t believe it,” you admitted, shaking your head as if that might somehow make it all make sense. “The shifting, the man—you—”
“Me,” Larissa said, her lips quirking into a wry, almost self-deprecating smile. “All of it, I’m afraid.”
Your chest tightened at the sound of her voice, that same warm lilt you’d come to recognize, but now layered with vulnerability. It was like hearing a familiar song played in a minor key—comforting and disarming all at once.
“Why didn’t you tell me?” you asked, your voice barely above a whisper.
Larissa hesitated. Her gaze dropped to her hands, now folded neatly in her lap. “Because I didn’t want you to look at me differently,” she said, her voice steady but low. “I didn’t want to risk…” She trailed off, the unspoken words hanging between you like a fog.
“Risk what?”
“Risk losing whatever fragile connection we’d managed to build. I wasn’t supposed to get so attached. We weren’t supposed, remember?” she said remembering your initial agreement, her voice thick with emotion. “I’ve spent so long hiding who I am—what I am—that the idea of showing you felt… impossible.”
Her confession hit you like a wave, the weight of it sinking into your skin. For all her strength, all her poise, Larissa carried a fear you recognized all too well: the fear of being truly seen and rejected for it.
“I don’t think of you any differently,” you said before you could stop yourself. The words spilled out, shaky but honest.
Larissa looked up, her blue eyes searching yours. “You don’t?”
You shook your head. “I mean, it’s a lot to process, obviously. But you’re still… you. And you saved me, Larissa. Twice, now. I can’t ignore that.”
Her shoulders relaxed, just slightly, and you saw a glimmer of relief in her expression. “I’ve had to make difficult choices to keep my secret,” she said. “I don’t expect you to understand all of it, but I want you to know—I’ve only ever tried to protect the people I care about.”
“Is that what I am?” you asked before you could think better of it.
Larissa blinked, caught off guard by the question. Her lips parted, and for a moment, you thought she might deflect. But then she nodded, a small, deliberate motion. “Yes,” she said simply. “You are.”
The words settled over you like a blanket, warm and heavy. It was the first time in a long time that someone had claimed you as theirs, even in such a quiet way. You weren’t sure what to do with it.
“I don’t know what to say,” you admitted, your voice shaking slightly.
“You don’t have to say anything,” Larissa replied. “Just… stay.”
You looked at her, really looked at her, and for the first time, you saw the weight she carried—not just the secret of her ability, but the responsibility she felt for everyone around her. It was etched into the lines of her face, the faint tension in her jaw, the way her hands never quite stilled.
“I’m not going anywhere,” you said softly, and the words felt truer than anything you’d said in a long time.
Larissa’s expression softened, and for a moment, the distance between you seemed to shrink. The air in the room felt lighter, less charged, as though some unspoken barrier had finally been breached.
“Good,” she said, her voice barely above a whisper.
The quiet that followed was different now—less heavy, more companionable. The silence between you felt alive, not oppressive as it had moments before. Larissa's gaze lingered on you, and you found yourself unable to look away. It was disarming, the way her eyes seemed to hold entire galaxies of emotions—uncertainty, hope, and something warmer, more tender, that you couldn’t quite name.
You set the blanket aside, letting the warmth of the moment pull you forward, closer to her. “Can I ask you something?”
“Of course,” she said, her voice steady, though you noticed the faintest tremor in her hand as she smoothed her skirt.
“Why did you stay here tonight?” you asked, your heart thundering in your chest. “Was it really just to check on me?”
Her lips parted as though to answer immediately, but she hesitated. For the first time, she didn’t seem to know the right thing to say. “I… I needed to make sure you were safe,” she said carefully, but her gaze betrayed her. There was more.
“And?” you pressed, your voice soft but insistent.
“And,” she continued, her words catching slightly, “because I couldn’t bear the thought of leaving you alone after what happened. I knew you’d push me away if I asked to stay, so I didn’t ask. I just… stayed.”
Your chest ached at the raw vulnerability in her voice. Larissa, the ever-composed, ever-controlled woman you thought you knew, was letting you see her without the walls she usually kept so firmly in place.
“You didn’t have to do that,” you said softly, though a part of you was grateful she had.
“I did,” she replied, her voice barely above a whisper. “Because I care about you, more than I can explain. And after last night…” She shook her head, as if trying to push the memory of it away. “I needed to make sure you knew that.”
The words hung in the air, heavy and electric, as if the entire room was waiting for you to respond. But no words came. Instead, you leaned forward, the impulse almost unconscious, and placed a hand over hers.
“Thank you,” you murmured, though the words felt so small compared to everything she’d done.
Her hand trembled beneath yours, but she didn’t pull away. Her gaze flicked down to where your fingers rested over hers, then back to your face. The way she looked at you was almost unbearable—like she was afraid this moment might shatter if she breathed too deeply.
“I don’t know what to say,” she admitted, her voice quieter than you’d ever heard it.
“Then don’t say anything,” you replied, your voice just as soft.
You didn’t know who moved first. Maybe it was you, or maybe it was her. But suddenly, the space between you was gone. Her lips brushed against yours, tentative and feather-light, as though testing the waters.
The kiss was brief, but it sent a jolt through your entire body. Your heart pounded in your chest, your breath catching in your throat. When she pulled back, her eyes searched yours, wide and unsure.
“Was that okay?” she asked, her voice trembling slightly.
You didn’t answer with words. Instead, you leaned in again, pressing your lips to hers with more certainty this time. She responded immediately, her hand moving to cup your cheek, her thumb brushing against your skin with a gentleness that made your heart ache.
The kiss deepened, slow and unhurried, as if the two of you had all the time in the world. Her other hand found its way to your waist, pulling you closer until there was no space left between you.
When you finally broke apart, your foreheads rested together, both of you breathing heavily. Her fingers lingered on your face, tracing soft patterns against your skin as though committing the moment to memory.
“I’ve wanted to do that for longer than I care to admit,” Larissa said softly, a hint of a smile tugging at her lips.
“So have I,” you admitted, your cheeks warming under her gaze.
The vulnerability between you now was almost overwhelming, but for the first time, it didn’t feel like something to fear. It felt like a bridge—a connection neither of you had expected but both of you desperately needed.
Larissa pulled you into her arms, holding you close, her chin resting lightly on the top of your head. You closed your eyes, letting yourself sink into the warmth of her embrace. The steady rise and fall of her breathing was a balm to your racing thoughts, grounding you in a way nothing else could.
“I don’t want to rush you,” she murmured, her voice barely above a whisper. “If this is too much, too soon—”
“It’s not,” you interrupted, pulling back just enough to look at her. “It’s not too much. I just… I need to figure out what this means.”
Her lips curved into a soft smile, and she nodded. “We’ll figure it out together,” she said, her voice steady but warm.
You believed her.

One Of Your Girls
worst wolverine/logan x fem!reader - inspired by a troye sivan song, fluff, cute, happy ending, wade being wade, no y/n used, no reader description
Wade ships you and Logan together and tries to help make y'all a couple.
read on Ao3
You sat on the worn-out sofa in Wade’s living room, half-listening as he rambled on about his latest grueling day of being the “sexiest superhero alive.” He and Wolverine—or Wolvie, as Wade annoyingly liked to call him—had teamed up again, taking down some bad guys and saving the world, or at least a very small part of it.
“So there I am,” Wade continued dramatically, gesturing wildly, “surrounded by ninjas, which isn’t really a surprise because let’s be honest, ninjas are kind of my thing at this point—classic Deadpool. But Wolvie’s just there, growling and stabbing his way through, and I’m like, ‘Dude, we get it, you’re the strong, silent type, but maybe use your words once in a while?’”
He kept talking, something about the “grueling emotional labor” of working with Logan, but you weren’t really paying attention anymore. Your gaze drifted to the hallway, where Logan emerged from the bathroom with a grunt, a small towel barely hanging around his waist. His skin glistened with droplets of water from the shower, the muscles in his back rippling as he stalked down the hall.
You tried to tear your eyes away, but it was like gravity itself was keeping you glued to him. Logan moved with that same effortless intensity, his brow furrowed like he was annoyed at the mere existence of the towel. The heat rose to your face, and you quickly looked down, but not before catching a glimpse of Logan’s rough hand wiping the moisture from his chest.
Wade, of course, noticed because when doesn’t he notice?
“Geesh, I knew you were down bad for Wolvie, but—” Wade started, his eyes gleaming with mischief as he leaned in, lowering his voice like he was about to share some scandalous secret.
Without thinking, you slapped his shoulder to shut him up, your face burning as you tried to compose yourself. Wade, ever the drama queen, let out an exaggerated gasp and clutched his shoulder like you’d just thrown him into the sun.
“Ow! That hurt my feelings,” he said, turning toward an imaginary camera because, of course, he was breaking the fourth wall. “She hit me, folks, and not in the fun, sexy way either.”
You shot him a glare, your lips pressed into a tight line, though you couldn’t help the flicker of amusement tugging at the corners of your mouth.
Wade wasn’t done. He never was.
“You know, it’s always the quiet ones,” he added, stage-whispering as if that would somehow make Logan disappear or teleport out of the apartment in embarrassment. “Can’t say I blame you though. Look at him, all angry and dripping wet—he’s like a feral wolf in an Old Spice commercial. Honestly, if this was the kind of quality content the MCU promised me, I wouldn’t have jumped ship for Deadpool 3: The Comeback —coming soon, by the way.”
Logan, ignoring Wade as per usual, had already stalked off toward his room. He muttered something unintelligible, probably about how Wade was going to get his ass kicked later, but the low rumble of his voice still made something in your stomach twist. He hadn’t even looked at you, but you felt the heat creeping up your neck, spreading to your cheeks.
Wade, of course, was not done with his commentary. “Dude, he didn’t even throw you a glance,” he said, wagging a finger. “I mean, if I walked out of the shower looking like a damn Greek god with claws, I’d at least give a wink. Maybe even a smolder. Oh, wait!” He perked up and leaned forward, his voice dropping to a faux-conspiratorial tone. “What if he’s doing that on purpose? You know, like a power play? He’s got the whole brooding, tortured thing down—girls love that, by the way.”
You slapped him again—lighter this time, but Wade still let out an exaggerated groan.
“Oh, c’mon! The sexual tension in here is thick enough to slice with one of Logan’s claws. You’re telling me if he showered in your apartment, half-naked, and you wouldn’t immediately jump his bones? What are we even doing here, people?”
You groaned, running a hand over your face, trying not to die of embarrassment. “Wade, for the love of God—”
“God has abandoned this apartment long ago,” Wade interrupted, standing up dramatically, his arms wide as if making a declaration. “But don’t worry, I’m here now, and I’m more than willing to give you both some fantastic relationship advice.”
You shook your head, biting back a laugh. "Wade, the last time you gave relationship advice, you told someone to ‘just show up shirtless’ and that would fix all their problems.”
Wade grinned, completely unbothered. “Did it work?”
“They were arrested for public indecency.”
“Semantics!” Wade waved it off, flopping back down beside you. “Now, where was I? Oh, right. Wolvie. You know, he's probably sitting in his room right now, thinking about you. Brooding, shirtless, glaring out the window like some tragic anti-hero from a really dark fanfic.”
Before you could respond, Logan reappeared—this time, fully dressed but still clearly annoyed. “Wade, shut the hell up.”
Wade, undeterred, turned toward you and whispered loudly, “See? I told you he was brooding. He’s totally into you.”
You shot Logan an apologetic look, though you could tell from the tightness around his jaw that he was this close to throwing Wade out a window. Logan didn’t say anything, but his gaze lingered on you just a second too long before he stormed off again, muttering something about “goddamn loudmouths.”
Wade leaned back on the sofa, folding his arms behind his head with a smug grin. “Oh, yeah. He’s in deep. ”
The rest of the day was filled with more of Wade’s sarcastic quips and Logan’s signature gruffness, but beneath the surface, something had shifted. By the time the sun set, Wade had finally left leaving you and Logan alone in the apartment promising to bring back pizza.
Logan was sitting on the edge of the bed, looking worn out, his head hung low as he rubbed the back of his neck. You stood in the doorway, watching him quietly for a moment before stepping closer.
“You alright?” you asked softly.
Logan grunted in response, his usual noncommittal way of saying “I’m fine.” Before he glanced up at you, and something in his expression softened. His shoulders relaxed slightly as you sat down beside him, the silence between you comforting.
“Wade get to you?” you asked with a smirk, nudging him playfully.
Logan scoffed, shaking his head. “That guy never knows when to shut up.”
“Yeah, well, you gotta admit, he’s got a point,” you teased, nudging him again. “You do tend to brood.”
Logan gave you a look, his usual scowl softened by the hint of amusement in his eyes. “I don’t brood.”
“Right. Sure you don’t,” you said, smiling as you sat on the bed beside him. The air between you was lighter now, but that familiar, charged tension still lingered, just under the surface. “So… was Wade right? You were totally into me earlier, weren’t you?”
Logan chuckled under his breath, running a hand through his still-damp hair, his muscles still tense from the fight and the usual Deadpool chaos. “You’re ridiculous.”
“ You are,” you countered, your voice taking on a teasing tone. You leaned in closer, bumping your shoulder against his. “I mean, look at you. Everyone loves you. I swear, every time we go out, every woman in the room is practically lining up just to—”
“Would you stop? You sound like Wade,” Logan grumbled, his voice low but without any real annoyance. He shook his head, but there was a smirk tugging at the corner of his mouth.
You laughed, your eyes sparkling as you nudged him again. “I’m serious, Logan. I’ve seen the way they look at you. Like they’re all just waiting for their turn to fawn over the ‘mysterious bad boy.’ The brooding, the claws, the ‘I’ve been through hell’ vibe—it’s working for you.”
Logan shot you a half-amused, half-exasperated look. “I’m not trying to ‘work’ anything.”
You shrugged, your grin widening. “That’s the problem. You don’t even have to try. You just walk into a room, grumble a bit, maybe glare at someone, and they’re hooked.”
He grunted, crossing his arms over his chest. “You’re imagining things.”
“Oh, please. Next time we’re out, I’ll start keeping a tally of all the looks you get,” you teased. “What’s it like being the main character in everyone’s secret fantasy?”
Logan huffed, giving you a side-eye that would’ve scared anyone else, but you just smiled. “Keep it up, and I’ll start sounding like Wade for real.”
You burst into laughter at that, imagining Logan in full Deadpool-style monologue, breaking the fourth wall mid-fight just to complain about your teasing. “I can’t wait for that.”
“Not happening, darlin’,” Logan muttered, but his voice was warm, and the smirk playing on his lips betrayed him.
The playful banter between you felt easy, natural—like this was how it should be. No walls, no tension, just you and Logan, comfortable in the teasing, in the back-and-forth that had become the foundation of your relationship. For someone as tough and guarded as Logan, moments like these were rare, and you cherished them every time.
As the laughter faded, the mood shifted. You were still sitting close, the air thick with something more. The lightheartedness gave way to a quiet intensity, and suddenly, the space between you felt smaller and more charged.
Your eyes flicked to his, and you found him watching you, his gaze a little softer now, a little more focused. The teasing smile on your lips faltered, but only for a moment. You leaned in slightly, just enough for your shoulder to press against his, your hand brushing against his forearm.
“You know,” you said softly, your voice quieter now, more sincere. “I wasn’t joking earlier. You really do have people falling for you left and right.”
Logan’s jaw tightened slightly, but he didn’t look away. “Doesn’t matter,” he said gruffly, his voice low. “I’m not interested in ‘people.’”
There it was. That honesty, that vulnerability he rarely showed anyone. You’d gotten used to the way Logan opened up in small doses, revealing just enough for you to see through the tough exterior he wore so well. Each time, it made your heart flutter a little more.
You raised an eyebrow, your voice dropping to a whisper. “No?”
Logan shook his head, his eyes never leaving yours. “No.”
For a moment, the room felt completely still, like the world had narrowed down to just the two of you. The weight of what he wasn’t saying hung between you, and you could feel your pulse quicken, the tension between you building by the second.
“Good,” you murmured, leaning in just a little closer, your breath mingling with his. “Because I’m not interested in sharing.”
A low growl rumbled in Logan’s chest, the sound sending a shiver down your spine. His hand moved to your waist, pulling you closer as his other hand cupped your cheek, his rough thumb brushing softly against your skin. “Who said anything about sharing?”
You couldn’t help the small smile that tugged at your lips as you closed the distance between you, your forehead resting against his. The moment stretched on, your heart racing in your chest as you waited for him to make the next move.
Then, finally, Logan closed the gap.
His lips met yours in a slow, deliberate kiss, the kind that sent heat rushing through your entire body. It wasn’t rushed or frantic—it was steady, intense, like Logan was savoring every second. His grip on your waist tightened, pulling you even closer until there was no space left between you. You kissed him back just as deeply, letting yourself get lost in the feel of him—his warmth, his strength, the way his body seemed to mold perfectly against yours.
When you finally pulled away, both of you were breathless, your lips still hovering just inches from his. Logan rested his forehead against yours, his hand still cradling your cheek as his thumb traced lazy circles on your skin.
“You’re ridiculous, you know that?” he muttered, his voice rough but affectionate.
You smiled, running your fingers through his hair, feeling the damp strands still clinging to his head. “Yeah, but you like me anyway.”
Logan chuckled, pressing a kiss to your forehead before pulling back just enough to look at you. “Yeah,” he said softly. “Yeah, I do.”
A Few Days Later…
The teasing between you and Logan hadn’t gone unnoticed by the others. Especially Wade, who had already managed to weave an elaborate tale of unrequited love between the two of you, complete with bad fanfiction-level plot twists.
“So, you guys finally make out?” Wade asked one evening, leaning against the kitchen counter with a smug grin plastered on his face. “Or are you still in the ‘awkward pining’ stage?”
You sighed, giving him a deadpan look. “What do you think, Wade?”
Wade’s eyes lit up with excitement. “Oh my God, it happened, didn’t it? I mean, of course, it did! I knew it! Everyone, Deadpool called it—Logan and his better half finally—”
Logan shot him a look that could kill, his claws extending just slightly. “Wade.”
Deadpool raised his hands in surrender. “Hey, don’t shoot the messenger! Or, in this case, the super-insightful, super-hot guy who predicted your inevitable romance. I’m just here to celebrate. Maybe I should write a poem about it.”
Logan grunted and shook his head, but you could see the faintest hint of a smile tugging at his lips. Wade turned his attention to you, winking like the two of you were in on some grand scheme.
“You’re welcome, by the way. All my meddling totally paid off. You owe me one, well I guess you owe the writer of this fic but I’m totally taking credit.”
You rolled your eyes but couldn’t stop the smile from spreading across your face. “Sure, Wade. Whatever helps you sleep at night.”
“Sleep? Who needs sleep when you’ve got love to keep you warm?” Wade sighed dramatically, holding a hand to his chest. “Honestly, I should start a matchmaking service. First Logan and you, next the world.”
Logan groaned. “Wade, shut the hell up.”
Wade grinned, unfazed as ever. “Love you too, peanut.”

The Tortured Poets Department - D. Ricciardo
summary: snapshots of your relationship with Danny
pairing: Daniel Ricciardo x reader
warnings: smoking, anxiety, self sabotage
word count: 1.6k
a/n: writing is quite literally the only thing getting me through the danny news so enjoy!
masterlist
the tortured drivers' department masterlist
Tumblr media
It wasn’t hard to figure out that Daniel was into the arts. He constantly had a camera in his hands, he had a .jpeg account, and his favorite dates were always to the local art museum. So it was no surprise that when you first started dating, he started to dabble in writing. What did puzzle you was the fact he bought a typewriter for his endeavors. And that he had a habit of leaving it at your apartment.
“I don’t understand how you keep forgetting this thing. It’s huge” You joked as you flipped your phone camera to show the machine that was collecting dust on your kitchen table. As much as you loved him, you’d never understand why he chose such an antiquated way of putting his stories to life.
“I left it there again?” He asked “Maybe I should just keep it there. We could start a club: The Tortured Poets Department”
“Yeah, good luck with that” You said, a smirk plastered on your face.
The next Grand Prix came quicker than you would’ve liked. You loved watching the race, and loved seeing Danny do what he loves, but you hated that he always ended up self sabotaging. It didn’t matter if it was a race win or if he came in last. He always found something to be upset about.
A frown was plastered on his face as he climbed out of the car. He had gotten fourth, so you would think there was nothing to be upset about, but that’s not how Daniel operates. You were easily able to decode that the finish meant he was either upset that he didn’t get on the podium, or that he didn’t think he deserved to be that high.
“There is no way I actually got P4.” He began
“I don’t deserve that” The two of you said in sync, a playfully mocking tone in your voice. You already knew how this was going to play out, as if it was a show you had watched countless times. You had the dialogue memorized.
A sigh escaped your lips as you wrapped your arms around him, your tone becoming more serious, “Yes you do, love. You deserve that and the whole world.”
“You really mean that?” He asked as he pulled away from you, his arms still at your waist.
“Yes, I fully mean that. You’ve hauled that tractor of a car all the way to fourth. You have incredible talent behind the wheel.” You reassured him.
That night, the two of you returned home to Monaco, where you had a nice, relaxing evening of listening to your favorite songs, smoking, and going through the F1 gossip blogs. It was a guilty pleasure, hearing what everyone had to say about you two. Both you and Daniel didn’t care how everyone felt about you two. If anything, it was funny seeing how wrong the internet was about everything that happened behind the scenes.
“‘I think Danny and Y/N should get a dog. They’d be such cute pawrents!’” Daniel read and then glanced over at you, wiggling his eyebrows “Should we?”
“God no” You laughed “ We can barely take care of ourselves. What makes you think we can take care of a dog?”
Daniel shrugged “True, we’re not Charles and Alexandra. We’re just two idiots”
“You’re gonna love this one ‘Rumor has it that Y/N Y/L/N is leaving Daniel for another F1 driver.’” You read off of your phone “And guess what the attached photos were of?”
“What?” Danny asked as he took a bite of the chocolate bar he had in his hand
You managed to form a smirk with the blunt in your mouth as you tilted the phone for him to see. On the screen was a photo of you in the VCARB garage talking to another man. What the world didn’t know was that the unnamed man was your twin brother.
“Wow, you and Matthew seem pretty close. I heard he’s into you” Daniel joked as he plucked the blunt from your mouth and putting it in his instead
“Oh shut up” You said, the two of you quickly breaking into laughter
The sound of laughter slowly died down as the album that was currently on the record player ended. The walk over to the dresser was like a minefield littered with empty chocolate wrappers.
“How many of these did you have?” You asked, picking one up
“Seven?” Daniel answered, unsure
“Oh my god you’re ridiculous” You chuckled as you threw the wrapper at him, nearly hitting him in the face. “What do you wanna listen to next?”
“Charlie Puth?” Daniel suggested, as he put out the end of the blunt “You know, he should really be a bigger artist”
You thought about his comment for a second as you put one of his old records on, “Yeah, you don’t hear much about him nowadays”
As you climbed back into bed, Daniel rested his head on your chest. Out of instinct, your right hand began running itself through your boyfriend’s curly hair. He took your left hand and started fiddling with the ring on your middle finger - your mom’s engagement ring. Daniel loved playing with it for some reason, but you never questioned why.
His chest began to rise and fall slower and slower, the fiddling stopped, and snoring began to fill the room. Never in your life did you imagine having a tattooed golden retriever of a boyfriend, but you wouldn’t have it any other way.
But the doubts always crept in, and this night was no different. You were awakened by the feeling of Daniel tossing and turning all night, something clearly bothering him.
“You alright?” You muttered, turning to face him
“Wha? Yeah everything’s fine. Can’t sleep that’s all” Daniel spoke
“You usually sleep really well after a race. Something’s up. Talk to me.”
At this point, the two of you were fully awake and sat up in bed. Like you predicted, worry was spread all over his face.
A sigh left his lips before Daniel spoke again, “Is this too much for you?”
“What?” You asked
“The relationship, the media attention. I know there’s a lot that comes with dating me. The cameras, the rumors, me constantly being away. I know it’s a whirlwind that even I can’t keep up with sometimes. Is this all too much for you?”
Silence overcame the two of you as you became deep in your thoughts. It was a lot on you, and he knew that. It was always tough being away from each other, and you never thought your relationship would have a magnifying glass focused on it.
But to you, it was all worth it to be with the one you truly loved. Love was about sacrifices and being there for each other regardless. And that’s what the two of you had done.
“I would be lying if I said it wasn’t a lot to handle” You began “It’s never easy being away from you, or worrying about your safety every weekend. And the constant comments about us aren’t exactly rainbows and butterflies, but honestly? I don’t want it any other way. I chose to be in this cyclone with you. I wouldn’t want it any other way as long as I have you.”
You could hear Daniel release the breath you didn’t know he was holding, “I love you”
“I love you too”
The reassurance you gave that night was all Daniel needed. Once summer break arrived, he insisted on taking you to your favorite restaurant; the same one he took you to for your first date. He had managed to get you a secluded table with rose petals covering the cloth.
“Danny, you didn’t have to do this” You said as he pulled the chair out for you
“Maybe I wanted to” He said as he pushed you in and then sat across
The night was spent talking about anything and everything, from the first half of the F1 season to reminding Daniel why you refuse to eat pineapple on pizza. As the night continued on, you could tell Daniel was getting more anxious about something, but you couldn’t put a finger on what.
“You know I love you, right?” Daniel blurted out
Your eyebrows furrowed “Yeah Dan, I do. And I love you too”
“No, I love you, a lot.” He began as he took your left hand, “More than I thought was ever possible to love somebody. The day I met you I knew I wanted to be a part of your life. I wanted to experience everything that you do. Be there to celebrate your highs and support you through your lows. It has been so much fun getting to live life with you, and I’m so thankful you’ve been doing the same for me.”
Daniel paused as he got up from his seat, his hand still holding yours as he bent down on one knee. As he slid your mom’s engagement ring off of your middle finger, you could feel your heart pounding out of your chest. This was happening. This was real life.
“Y/N Y/L/N, Will you make me the happiest man alive? Will you marry me?” Daniel askes
“Yes Danny. Yes, yes. A thousand times yes!” You answered, the words falling out of your mouth with ease
As you two returned to your apartment, the same typewriter Danny bought all those years ago greeted you on your dresser. Dust covered each of the keys, but it seemed to shine with a new brightness. There was something about the machine that drew you in. So you sat down, as if you were greeting an old friend, and blew the dust off the rusty keys, ready to join the Tortured Poets Department with Danny.

The sounds of the desert kept pulling Antoine back toward them, away from the loud lull of the bar that was pouring out onto the porch beside them. There was one reason he wasn’t giving into their comforting call, and it was standing in front of him waiting for him to speak. When he did it was exactly what she expected him to say, “You know she only hired me because of Jo, right?”
Her response came soft and kind, as though it wasn’t the fifth time she has allayed the same fear since Jo had approached them with the offer. “I know no such thing, because it isn’t true. She hired you because you can play.”
He almost said exactly the same thing as the last time he had voiced this concern. They had been alone in their bedroom, far away from the roar of a bar, which was coincidentally where he would have preferred to be at that very moment. But she wants me to sing, Zelda. I can’t sing. I’ve never sung. But he didn’t have to, because she already knew. “Are you sure you don’t want to sing it?”
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Zelda looked down briefly at her feet, hesitant to say no to him at all. She didn’t want him to be afraid, to have to get up in front of a crowd and perhaps be even more vulnerable than he had ever been on the piano. Only she couldn’t. Not again. Her time away from the stage had only convinced her that it had never really happened at all. It had become even more powerful than a dream, because now, it was just a memory. A memory so laced with magnolias and champagne that it could only be revisited through hazy eyes and swaying limbs when you were alone on the edge of sleep or fully immersed in a book. It couldn’t have once been her life.
But still, she would have said yes for him, taken the stage in some Western bar and swallowed her fears alongside a shot of whiskey for him. But that wasn’t the point.
“It isn’t my song, Antoine. Or anyone else’s. It’s yours and only yours to play.” Then she brought her hand to his cheek, “Just play. See how it feels, if it comes to you. If you don’t sing it no one but us will know the difference because it will be great either way.”
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Zelda settled into her chair once he was already crooked over his own, cigarette dangling from his fingers and hands busied on the lighter he always kept in his pocket. Jo swung around her shoulder, placing three beers in front of her before whispering some barely heard reassurances in her ear.
Zelda left her eyes on Antoine while she tried to ignore the tense glances between the couple next to her, or those Gio was throwing over Jo's shoulder to the bar beyond. Antoine’s hand returned the lighter to his pocket and then rose to the tabs that decorated the top of the guitar. She waited with bated breath for him to look back up at her, to need her again before his hand left the cigarette and found the strings.
When he didn’t even glance at her or the crowd before he started playing, she couldn’t tell if she was relieved or disappointed; but then he slipped into a trance where neither she nor anyone else seemed to exist.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The song should have sounded exactly the same as it had the other dozen times she had heard it. In truth, she knew the notes and the words just as well as any of her own performance pieces. But now, even though she recognized every one, they were all different. Like the crowd in front of him had somehow added life to the way his hands moved, even if they were in exactly the same places as every other time he had played it.
She knew that it was because underneath his dented guitar and plain white shirt, he was the same jazz musician he had been in the club ten years before. Only now he was on an instrument that added more honesty and rawness to the notes he had composed, even as his skill and improvisation stayed the same. For a moment Zelda forgot to be upset that he seemed to have forgotten her, because it was like watching a transformation through time. He was the same, only somehow, even better than he had ever played before.
The crowd magnetized on him without even a single word sung, and the consistent playing of the notes and the heavy cloud of cigarette smoke hung over the bar like electricity.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Gio turned to Jo, raising an impressed eyebrow as she smiled back at him with pride, forgetting to lace it with superiority or malice for the first time in months. Zelda caught the look between them and didn’t even have time to feel guilty like she usually did when she saw Jo now, because a moment later the words she hadn't really expected began to float down to them from the stage. With them, Jo’s face transformed from simple pride into something much more intimate, like an overwhelming emotion that she had been trying to forget.
As the song went on it was like all three of them were back there in the House of the Rising Sun together, just like they had once been when they were twenty-something and without the weight of worries they wore now. Not an ounce of the betrayal or open wounds still simmering between them were left for those few minutes. Only memories of over a decade together, of shared joy and pain that bound them together like nothing else could.
On stage, Antoine remained oblivious to them. His eyes were closed and not a trace of his fear from outside remained, because he may as well have been back at the piano he had left behind. They didn't exist, because part of him was back home…🎶

i know the end
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
you both know how this ends. might as well make the most of it, right?
pairing: joshua jong x reader
genre: ?? to ??, hurt/no comfort, angst, this is just angst. that’s it.
wc: 0.8k
warning(s): unedited, gender-neutral!reader, one sentence implies that reader is shorter than joshua, this is literally just angst that’s the plot of the drabble.
notes: i can’t sleep and then this happened. i’m sorry if this makes no sense
It’s 10:46pm and Joshua is yours.
Sitting together on a hill, hidden away from lingering eyes under dense bushes and trees and yet high enough to see the city skyline sparkling beneath you.
He had picked you up earlier, hours before sun was to set with his car keys and a bouquet of red camellias in hand. When you asked of the destination the only answer you received was far enough.
Even now, as you both sat miles away from your apartment you wondered if anywhere would really be far enough for either of you. You could move cities, he could move countries, but would that distance really be far enough?
“You’re thinking again.” Joshua pointed out, eyes set before him on the skyline but you knew he’s been sneaking glances in your direction. You pretended to not notice. “I thought we agreed we wouldn’t think about it tonight?”
A beat passed, and then a sigh escapes your lips.
“Sorry.” You mumbled.
It’s 11:29pm and Joshua is yours.
You’re back in his car now, your shared playlist playing softly as he drives down the empty streets. He has a destination now, your apartment, but he’s not too eager driving this time. He’s barely reaching the speed limit and actively avoids the GPS recommending faster routes.
“I’m sorry.” He suddenly apologizes in-between songs.
You hum in response, turning to look at him as he continues driving, eyes never leaving the road.
“I was thinking about it. I’m sorry.” It’s all he’s been able to think about since he showed up on your doorstep earlier.
After a moment, Joshua silently takes your hand with his right one and laces your fingers together. He’s still looking at the road ahead of him but when you give his hand a squeeze, he glances down at your interlocked hands and allows the smallest crack of a smile onto his face. He squeezes your hand back, and you notice that the next song is almost over.
You try to savour the rest of it until it’s done.
It’s 11:51pm and Joshua is still yours.
He’s standing in front of your side of the car, opening the door and extending a hand for you to take.
It’s almost second nature to expect him. He’s always pampered you and ensured you were comfortable and happy before even thinking about worrying for himself. You wished he would let you take care of him sometimes. Now more than ever.
Walking you to your front door, he keeps his fingers laced with yours. He doesn’t let go once you complete the short walk but rather, tugs gently so that you’re forced to turn to look at him. This time, he’s finally looking at you and your heart wants to drop when you notice how tired he looks.
“Thank you.” He starts, tugging you again to pull you closer. You’re just a step away from him now. So close, yet so far. “For coming with me tonight. I know it’s late and we’re both going to be busy tomorrow so I really appreciate it.”
You smile up at him and for a spilt second you see him mirror the action before he’s suddenly bridging the gap between you two and his lips are on yours, clouding your mind until the only thing you can focus on are the way his lips feel against your own and the taste of salt on your tongue.
You hadn’t realized you were crying or the fact that he was mumbling sweet nothings against your lips. It didn’t quite matter right now though. The only thing on your mind was Joshua.
“I’m sorry.” He mumbled softly, pulling away from you just enough so that you’d hear it.
“Shua-”
“I’m sorry.” He repeats, and this time he takes a step back. “I’m sorry.”
It’s 11:59pm and you’re not quite sure if Joshua is yours.
He’s standing barely an arms length away from you but he looks at you as if you’re someone else. As if you’re not his.
“Shua, please. Come inside-”
“I think we should call it a night. I kept you up quite late, I’m sorry.”
“Joshua, please.”
Tears brimmed your eyes, almost blurring your vision as you watch the silhouette of Joshua hang his head before he’s turning on his heel and heading towards his car. It’s not long before he’s reaching for the drivers side door and despite your pleas for him to turn again and just talk to you, he opens the door with a shaky sigh and gets inside.
You watch as he drives off, standing frozen in your spot in front of your door until he’s out of your line of sight and your face is wet.
It’s 12:08am and as you shut the door behind you to your apartment, you come to the fact that Joshua is no longer yours.

emi baby i have a request if you’re up for it!! but jealous rockstar!abby performing at a late night gig with her band and she notices someone in the audience trying to flirt with you, so during intermission she takes you backstage and marks you up (and more if you’d like) so she can show them who you belong to 🫣
oh oh oh, yes 😼
The lights were dim under her hooded eyes. The sweat trickled down her forehead, sticking to her skin uncomfortably. Her head was lulled back, her heavy breathing echoing through the microphone and into the room while her hair stuck to her face annoyingly. She knew that was something that drove you insane. Seeing her hair all damp, sticking out in different directions and simply looking a little crazy.
Abby could barely hearing anything over the sound of her fingers moving quickly over the cords of her guitar and the screams of everyone in the crowd, but she lifted her head just in time to find you standing in the crowd, swaying and bumping your head to the current tune. One she loved to play for you when it was just you and her, in her trailer, loving on each other. She chuckled breathlessly when you perked up, waving your hand quickly in her direction when your eyes caught her gaze.
There was something she didn’t like though. She didn’t like the closeness of the girl standing beside you. Nor did she like the way she had her hand brushing up your arm, and how close her lips were to your ear. Abby didn’t even know what she was saying, but it had you laughing. Her girl was laughing at something someone else was saying. It had her clenching her jaw tightly, almost messing up the song and strumming the wrong cord with how hard she was gripping the guitar in her hand.
Abby was possessive of you, and she hated how someone was touching you and making you laugh when that should be her causing you to tumble into a fit of giggles, and shivering at a single touch. Always her. Not that girl standing next to you.
Thankfully Abby and her group were able to take an earlier break seeing as they had started earlier than usual tonight. She only had one thing in mind when she stepped off the stage, get you away from that girl as fast as possible without causing a big scene. Sometimes it was difficult because of how big they had become over the past few months of making and releasing music. Finding you and only you was the only thing she wanted. She was quick to ignore every person that screamed, yelled in her face, grabbed her arms, and even went as far as to almost jump on her, as she made her way towards the barrier keeping them, you, and everyone apart. Her jaw clenched again, your smile brightening when you finally spotted her walking towards you.
“Abs! you were so good, even though you are always good. Oh— before i forget, i want you to meet my new friend—”
No time. She didn’t have time to listen to you gush over the new brunette you had just met. She didn’t have time to listen you drabble on about how cute her shoes were, or how you liked her makeup. Instead, she grabbed your hand in her bigger yet clammier ones, cutting you off completely before dragging you, almost causing you to stumble over your own feet at how fast she was walking. “Abby? are you mad at me? have i done something wrong?” You question, furrowing your eyebrows with a pout on your lips even though she couldn’t see you.
Pulling you into her dressing room, you have to hold your hands out onto the couch before you to stop you falling over onto the floor like an idiot. The broad-shouldered stood standing in front of the door, looking at you, chest rising up and down with how heavy she was breathing. Her eyes were almost black the longer she stared at you, sweat still trickling down her temples. “Did you have fun?”
“At your show? i always do. what is this about—”
“Did you have fun when she was touching you?”
Each step you took back, she took one forward and it wasn’t long until she had you backed up against the dressing table, arms either side of your body, and her nose brushing against yours. “Abs, i don’t understand—”
Your words died in your throat the second she pressed her lips to your neck, not kissing, just resting there as you breathed heavily against her. Your fingers curled against the counter, nails bluntly scraping the wood harshly. “Dumb little brain huh, Sweet girl?” She whispers, her voice cracked from screaming and shouting so much tonight. “Thought you would understand by now that that you are mine, and i don’t share what’s mine”
Abby groaned into your neck at the little whimpers you let out as her lips trailed soft yet harsh kisses into your skin. You could barely focus on her words anymore, not when she was kissing you like this, not with how her hands trailed up your exposed legs, digging her nails into your skin the higher she went. It wasn’t until her lips had found that little spot that had you gasping and breathing heavy that Abby bit down a little harsher on your neck, sucking a brand new hickey into your pretty skin, enjoying how you whimpered and wrapped around arms around her body. “Mine yeah?” She almost growled.
“yours! m’yours Abs”
“This is mine too, yeah?”
You hand been so focused on how her lips felt against you that you didn’t even register her hand slipping into your now very soaked panties, fingers sliding between your folds, smirking into your neck as your hips bucked up into her touch. Nodding quickly, you bit down on your lip as she continued to rub circles on your clit.
Her forehead bumped into yours, blue eyes staring into yours, her jaw still clenched tightly, and if you weren’t so fucking turned on, you’d be worried she would break it. “Fuckin’ say it. Say it’s mine”
“It’s yours. i’m yours. Abby please—”
The second the words fell from your lips, she removed her hand from between your thighs and grinned darkly. “Think i have to remind you, hm?” She chuckled, pressing her thumb into the new forming hickey, biting down on her own lip when the action tears a whine from you. “can’t have her or anyone else out there thinking you are theirs for the taking, can i? you are mine, and only mine”
“You only have 15 minutes—”
Gripping your jaw between her fingers before you could finish your sentence, Abby hums softly, pressing the pads against your lips, prying your mouth open where you eagerly took them in, groaning as you look up at her with such an innocent look as you sucked slowly.
“If you think this is the only time i’m going to remind you of who you belong to tonight, then you really are dumb baby. When we get home, i’m going to fuck you until my name is the only one you will remember”

Lmao the belly dancing story made me think about how would The Chain react to the reader dancing to Smart by Le Sserafim. Aka LOTS of hip movement.
Sorry for the delay, after a few days of rest I'm back!
I thought it would be interesting to do it as if it were an indirect continuation, and I also ended up making an isekai reader ;)
Tumblr media
— Well, since you’re already aware of my dance-related hobby, I believe I can use you as guinea pigs to present different songs. – I said as I went to the front of the trio who were sitting around doing nothing right now.
Wind, Hyrule and Wild looked at me confused, not understanding what I meant by that. I miss dancing, especially modern music, and why not do it to have fun with him? The good thing is that I’ll be able to present some songs to them too, yay for music downloads!
It was only recently that I found a way to charge my cell phone around here, thanks to Purah, but unfortunately, I have to make do with the lack of internet. At least I had some songs and movies downloaded. And among them, I have the perfect song to dance to now, one that I already know the choreography to.
I put my cell phone to play the song, this always surprised them. The other boys were busy doing other things, but I even preferred a slightly smaller audience, it makes things a little less serious.
As soon as the music started, I followed the moves I had memorized, and I could hear a “wow” coming from Wind. I had been trying to teach him how to dance for a while, but until now I had only shown him a few simple moves.
The little brat soon came to my side to try to dance too, but ended up getting all messed up and almost falling, making his brothers laugh.
— I didn’t like it, this one is too hard. Start from the beginning! – He complained, but seemed willing to learn the moves... his way, of course.
Little by little, the others approached the small commotion, attracted by the laughter. I myself could barely dance as I laughed at the blond boy’s antics. The Sailor made sure to drag some of his brothers to learn how to dance too so he wouldn’t be the only one embarrassed.
— Geez, but how do you do that with your hips? – Warriors asked as he tried to imitate my movements, and failed miserably, making the Veteran laugh.
— What a great day! – He said as he watched the failed moves.
— I think you guys are doing really well. After all, we have a good teacher here. – Sky encouraged, he wasn’t tempted to dance either, but he was happy to watch and help the others.
— This is definitely not for me. The only dance moves I know are... – Twilight began, but stopped, blushing at the thought. – … never mind.
The others were content to watch, judge their brothers and serve as an audience, Four seemed indignant at the complexity of the moves and how I knew how to do it by heart. Even Time joined in, enjoying the little moment of group fun.
In the end, I ended up having to repeat this dance so many times that I couldn’t stand hearing the beginning of the song anymore. But for the record, it was fun.

Shadows and Songs 2
Azriel x Y/N female Illyrian
Summary: Azriel saved Y/N. Her wings where taken from her. She barely survived, the only thing she remembers during recovering is hearing a voice sing.
Warnings: Nothing explicit, build up tension, fight, anger, ...

The days that followed were quiet, but not in the way they’d been when I first came to the House of Wind. Back then, the silence had been suffocating—too thick to breathe through, heavy with memories I wanted to escape. Now, it was… strange.
The inner circle seemed to envelop me almost overnight. Whether it was pity or something else, I didn’t know. Rhysand especially seemed determined to make me feel like I belonged. He’d offered me a job, his tone so charming it nearly had me agreeing on instinct. But I’d declined, respectfully but firmly. A job meant staying close, and I couldn’t. Not with Azriel still looming in the shadows of my mind.
Still, I accepted Rhysand’s offer for a small rental apartment on the outskirts of Velaris. It was cozy, not far from the river. Small enough to feel manageable, and with just enough space to let me breathe on my own. Moving there meant I wouldn’t have to see Azriel anymore—not by chance, not in passing, not in the ways that tied me up in knots.
I thought about telling Rhys the truth of why I needed to move, why staying wasn’t an option. But when his easy grin softened into something warm and understanding, I decided not to explain. Maybe he knew anyway. Maybe all of them knew.
***
In the weeks that followed, I adjusted to my new normal. Mor dragged me into town a handful of times, her unyielding enthusiasm pulling me along even when I resisted. Amren stopped by the apartment once, bringing a book I hadn’t asked for but found myself engrossed in that same night.
Cassian, dropped by regularly, he helped me learning how to walk properly, with an insufferable grin and stories that always left me laughing despite feeling bad. Losing my wings meant also losing my balance.
But he also to talked about Nesta. The way he spoke about the older sister made my heart warm. That man was in deep and I was all for it!
He sounded like my brother, and I started to feel at ease with him around. Just like my brother he didn't need much from me to understand how I felt and what I needed to cheer me up.
Feyre, even convinced me to sit by the river with her one afternoon, painting the rolling hills beyond while I listened to the hum of Velaris around us.
Well, she painted I watched quietly.
They’d all seemed to adopt me in their own ways, the warmth of their camaraderie spilling into the cracks I’d been hiding in. For once, it didn’t feel suffocating to let someone in.
But Azriel?
He didn’t come.
At least, not directly.
I could feel him lingering—watching from a distance even when I couldn’t see him. Sometimes it was a shadow I swore moved unnaturally as I walked through the city.
A pull in my chest while I lay in bed at night, a push whenever I was insecure about going outside. An emotion that wasn't mine popped up when I was alone.
Or the faint feeling of being watched just before I looked over my shoulder. He wasn’t there in person, but I wasn’t free of him either.
He didn’t say a word after the night he’d rejected me, though. Didn’t explain, didn’t try to mend the rift growing between us. And I didn’t ask.
Distance, I told myself, was for the best. Yet no amount of distance dulled the memory of that kiss, the ghost of his touch on my skin.
Some nights, I found myself sitting on the edge of the bed, staring into nothingness as my mind replayed the way he’d kissed me—soft at first, then desperate, like I was the air he needed to breathe.
And the way he’d pulled back. Shut me out.
“You’re hurt.”
“I can’t take advantage of you.”
The words played on an endless loop, twisting into something bitter no matter how hard I tried to let them go.
Azriel didn’t see me as more than broken, and I couldn’t stop wishing he did.
***
The knock at my door startled me, sharp against the quiet of my small apartment. I glanced at the clock, sighing. It was early—too early. My immediate thought was that Cassian had come to drag me to some ridiculous training session with Nesta and her friends.
Rubbing at my eyes, I pulled the door open, preparing a playful excuse to avoid the day. But the words died on my tongue as I saw who it was.
Azriel.
His presence filled the small hallway like a shadow curling at the edges of the room. He wasn’t armored like he usually was for his missions. Instead, he wore a simple shirt and dark pants that did nothing to downplay his quiet strength. His wings were tucked behind him, the faint light from outside framing him in a way that made me momentarily forget how to speak.
“Hi,” he said softly, his voice low and even, yet there was a slight hesitation there.
I froze, swallowing hard, trying to muster a response. Anything. But his gaze held mine, the weight of it making the words stick in my throat.
After what felt like an eternity, Azriel cleared his throat and spoke again, “It’s the Winter Solstice.” His tone was gentle, like he was testing how I might react. “I came to… invite you to join us. At the House of Wind.”
I blinked at him, and he quickly added, “Rhys is already half-expecting you.”
The mention of Rhysand made the offer feel less intimidating, like there was no way I could refuse even if every nerve in my body screamed to keep my distance.
Azriel waited, his expression unreadable except for the faintest flicker of unease in his hazel eyes. As though he didn’t know whether I’d slam the door in his face.
“I… okay,” I finally said, stumbling over the single word. “I’ll come.”
His shoulders seemed to relax just slightly, a subtle shift most people might not even notice. “Good,” he said after a beat. “We’ll have dinner, with friends."
He nodded once, almost as if reassuring himself. And without another word, he turned and left, disappearing down the stairs before I could respond or second-guess my agreement.
I closed the door, pressing my back against it, my heart racing.
Azriel. Inviting me.
Just the memory of his eyes on mine—soft and distant but unmistakably steady—left me mesmerized. Solstice at the House of Wind.
This was going to be… complicated.
***
Dinner at the House of Wind was far more tense than I could have ever imagined.
The Inner Circle was warm and welcoming, laughing and teasing over wine and a beautifully prepared feast. But beneath the surface, tension churned—its source unmistakable to anyone paying attention.
My gaze flickered to Elain, Feyre’s sister, who sat poised and ethereal, the picture of soft beauty. Her eyes, however, were daggers as they locked on another female at the table. Gwyn.
Gwyn had just thanked Azriel for her Solstice gift, her fingers brushing the delicate jewel hanging at her neck. It caught the light, shimmering beautifully, though not nearly as brightly as the gratitude in her smile.
Elain didn’t share that gratitude.
Her posture stiffened, her lips tightening just enough to make her disapproval clear. She hadn’t even tried to mask her reaction, the jealousy rolling off her in subtle, tense waves.
Azriel, meanwhile, seemed caught between them, his hazel eyes flickering nervously to Elain as though bracing for whatever venom she might spill.
And it was then, watching that exchange, that it all hit me.
He was in love. Or at least it was complicated. No matter the moments we’d shared, no matter the way my heart pounded every time I was near him, Azriel already had two stunningly beautiful women vying for his attention. Both of them more suitable, more radiant, more... everything I wasn’t.
I wasn’t a fool. I didn’t belong in this game, not with Elain looking like she belonged in a painting and Gwyn glowing with confidence and kindness. Showing up every morning training with them, showing him what she's worth.
The meal continued, but the knot in my chest only grew tighter. Every time Gwyn glanced at Azriel with a soft smile or Elain shot him a look of thinly veiled hurt, my stomach churned.
Eventually, the tension in the room became suffocating.
I set my wine glass down carefully, the noise of it meeting the table louder than I’d intended. All eyes flicked to me as I stood, smoothing the skirt of my dress. “Cassian,” I said, my tone steady despite the emotions warring inside me, “would you mind flying me back down? I think I’ve had enough for tonight.”
Cassian frowned slightly, the humor slipping from his expression, but before he could answer, Azriel stood abruptly. “I’ll do it.”
I turned to face him, a smirk playing on my lips—one laced with bitterness I couldn’t fully hide. “Sorry, Azriel,” I said, “but it seems you invited a few too many girlfriends tonight, I think your occupied.”
My words landed like a slap.
The entire table froze, and for a moment, the only sound was the crackling fire behind us.
And then Elain spoke.
Her voice was sweet, but the bite underneath it was impossible to miss. “Her too?"she asked sharply, her gaze narrowing at me. “What, you first try Mor then me, Gwyn and now her, placing a bet on more than one horse, are you?”
The weight of the room shifted as everyone turned their attention to her. "Trust me he's not interested in me." I spat out. "He made that very clear."
Azriel looked as though we'd struck him. His jaw tightened as he stared at her, shadows flickering darkly around his feet. His voice, when he finally spoke, was low and tightly controlled. “You handed me the necklace back, Elain. That was a clear sign to me ."
It took a moment for her to respond, but the hurt simmering in her eyes didn’t waver. “And you immediately ran to someone else?”
Gwyn, sitting on the other side of Azriel, looked stunned—her hand hovering over the jewel at her neck, her cheeks coloring with embarrassment.
Gwyn said, her voice soft but firm. “I didn’t even know—”
I didn’t wait for her to finish.
“Cassian?” I asked again, pulling everyone’s attention back to me as I ignored the thick, stifling tension brewing at the table. I wasn’t part of this, didn’t want to be part of it. “Please?”
Cassian shot Azriel a curious glance, his hazel eyes narrowing as though weighing some unspoken argument, but when Azriel said nothing, Cassian nodded once. “Of course.”
Without another word, I turned on my heel and strode toward the door, willing myself not to look back.
The burn of humiliation followed me as I left, but I didn’t falter. I didn’t dare let them see how much it hurt—how small I’d felt sitting at that table, surrounded by people who saw each other but somehow never truly saw me.
And yet… as Cassian led me toward the balcony, I felt the faint, familiar brush of shadows curling near my feet.
“Y/N, don’t go.”
Azriel’s voice cut through the cool night air like a blade, sharp and desperate.
I froze mid-step on the balcony, Cassian stopping beside me. I glanced at him, his brow raised as he looked between me and Azriel. He seemed torn between stepping aside and staying to protect me from whatever this was.
“Give us a moment?” Azriel asked, though his tone was more of a command than a question.
Cassian looked to me, silently asking for reassurance. I gave him a small nod, forcing down the lump rising in my throat. Without a word, Cassian stepped back inside, leaving Azriel and me alone in the moonlit quiet.
Azriel turned to me, his wings flexing slightly as though he couldn’t quite settle. He stepped closer, his eyes scanning me with an intensity that left me breathless. “How is your back?” he asked softly.
My anger flared.
“Really!? That’s what you have to say to me?” I snapped, my voice rising. “How’s your back?” I gave a bitter laugh, stepping closer and glaring up at him
"After everything. Y-you turned me down, Azriel. You acted like I didn’t matter. And yet you’ve been spying on me, haven’t you? You damn well know how my back is! It's horrible, I can't proper walk, I miss flying, there are days I try to walk around my tiny apartment afraid I bump then into my furniture."
"Other days I wish you just left me there."
"You would have died!" He snapped at me.
"Good! Then I wouldn't have been such an inconvenience to you!"
Frustration bubbled over, and I shoved his chest. It was like hitting a brick wall, my push barely moving him as I stumbled back from the force of my own anger.
"Well, it's you who made a fool out of me in there." His expression didn’t waver, though his jaw tightened. “I don’t know what you think there is between us,” he said quietly, shadows shifting at his feet, “but it’s just you… falling for the guy who saved you.”
“No!” I shouted, my hands trembling as I clenched them into fists. “I know what there is, Azriel! You’re just too damn afraid to admit it!”
He didn’t move, his hazel eyes locked on mine, his expression inscrutable. But he was listening—I could see it in the way his shadows stilled, the way his wings tightened against his back.
I stepped closer, my chest heaving with each breath. “I feel you when you’re near,” I said, my voice shaking but firm. “Even when I can’t see you, I feel the pull. And I know you feel mine, too. I see it in the way you watch me. I feel it in every step you take toward me only to stop yourself before you cross some line you made up.”
Azriel’s gaze flickered to my lips for the barest moment before he caught himself. "That's not..."
“You’re just too scared to admit it,” I continued, my voice softer but no less raw. We were toe to toe now, the air between us crackling like lightning. “And you know what, that’s fine, Azriel. You don’t have to accept it. But don’t you dare deny it. We’re ma…”
The words caught in my throat, but before I could finish the sentence, two strong hands wrapped around my cheeks.
Azriel pulled me against him with a force that knocked the breath from my lungs, and his lips crashed down on mine.
It wasn’t soft, wasn’t tentative—it was full of unspoken words, of frustration and longing. His hands anchored me to him, one sliding up to tangle in my hair as if I might vanish if he didn’t hold on tightly enough.
I melted into him, every thought, every doubt evaporating under the weight of his kiss. The world around us blurred until there was nothing but him—his touch, his lips, but the raw intensity of the moment was quickly over shadowed by my pride and anger.
The anger churned hot in my veins as I tilted my head back and slammed it forward, cracking my forehead against Azriel’s nose. The resounding *crack* echoed in the air, and Azriel stumbled back, a startled shout escaping him.
“Fuck!" he hissed, his hand flying to his face. He pressed against his nose, wincing as he pushed it back into place, his glare sharp enough to cut. “Why the hell did you do that?”
I ignored him completely. My eyes locked onto Cassian, who stood near the doorway, accompanied by the rest of the guests, his brows lifted in stunned amusement. “Listen, Cassian,” I ground out, “if you don’t take me down right now—”
“No!” Azriel roared behind me, his shadows swirling angrily at his feet. “You stay right here, we're not done!”
I didn’t even flinch at his command. I kept my focus on Cassian, who looked at me with something close to apology and pity. “Sorry, Y/N,” he said, hands raised in surrender. “He’s still my brother. Can’t interfere.”
My lips twitched in irritation as I snapped, “Fine! I’ll take the fucking stairs."
I stormed toward the staircase, but before I could so much as take two steps, strong hands grabbed me by the waist.
“What the hell, Azriel?” I shrieked as he lifted me clear off the ground and tossed me gently back onto the balcony.
“You’re not walking down those stairs in this state, you can't even walk them when you're calm and you know it!” he muttered, his voice clipped. “I’ll take you home—once you cool down.”
"C-cool down?!" I repeated, my voice going shrill as I whirled to face him.
Behind Azriel, Rhysand let out a low whistle, his violet eyes sparkling with amusement. “Oh-oh…” he murmured, clearly entertained. “Azriel, I think you forget who you’re dealing with here. She’s still Illyrian, you know.” Feyre bumped her elbow in his side, mouthing "not helping!"
Cassian laughed, crossing his arms as he leaned against the doorframe. “Yeah, Az, even I know better than to tell a female to ‘cool off.’”
Azriel’s lips twitched, as though suppressing the urge to snap back at them, but his gaze stayed focused on me. He shifted slightly, trying to block my path, but I wasn’t having it.
“Move,” I ordered, pushing past him toward the stairs again. But before I could make it even a single step this time, he was faster.
Azriel’s arms scooped me up in one swift motion, his wings flaring wide as he stepped off the balcony and into the open sky.
I didn’t have time to protest before we were airborne, my apartment coming into view below us. My anger surged, words tumbling from my mouth without thought. “Put me down, Azriel! What the hell do you think you’re doing?”
“Making sure you get home in one piece,” he said calmly, though I could feel the tension radiating off him in waves.
“By manhandling me?” I snapped, my fists pounding against his chest in frustration. “You don’t get to decide how I leave, or when, or who takes me home—”
“Yes, I do,” he interrupted firmly, his voice low but unwavering. “When you’re so mad you can barely think straight, and when the stairs would leave you pacing for hours, yes, I do.”
"I can barely think straight!? You kissed me while all your girlfriends are in the other room." But as much as I hated to admit it, some small, quiet part of me knew he wasn’t entirely wrong. I still wasn't fully recovered.
Still, I glared up at him. “You’re infuriating.”
Azriel didn’t respond, his mouth twitching as though holding back a smile. The tension between us hung heavy in the air as he descended, landing softly in front of my apartment. Without a word, he set me down on my feet, steadying me with a hand on my arm.
But he didn’t pull back immediately. Instead, he held me there, his gaze lingering on my face, searching for… something.
My breath hitched at the weight of those words. I should have said it. Should have walked into my apartment and slammed the door in his face.
But I couldn’t. He walked me back inside and we stood in front of my door. Waiting for one of us to say something... anything.

You dug your phone out of your purse as you danced to the music in the club. You were too turned up and had been having a blast with your friends, turning away guys but accepting the free drinks. Tyrone’s name flashed on your phone and you stopped dancing.
Your friend noticed and elbowed you to get your attention. You waved her off. Your stomach turned sour. Maybe you shouldn’t have had that third drink. Or was it the fourth?
“Hey, baby,” you said.
“The hell you at?” Tyrone’s voice was like a punch through the phone. He was mad. Scratch that. He was furious with you.
“Um, I’m a little busy,” you said. You knew he could hear the thumping music. There was no need to tell him where.
“You know what time it is?” He asked.
You looked at the screen on your phone. Shit! You were  way, way past the time you told him you’d be home. You didn’t even text him to say you were staying longer. He loved that you were independent but it killed him when you were reckless with your safety.
“Baby, I’m sorry. We started dancing and they played all of my songs. You know like–”
“If you’re not here in ten minutes, I’m comin’ for that ass,” he snapped.
“Wait, I’m farther than that,” you said. Mentally, you thought about the route to your place with Tyrone. Even if you broke all of the traffic laws on your way over, there was no way to make it in ten minutes. The dread in your stomach gave way to hefty need. Your core ached and the hairs on the back of your neck raised.
“Nine minutes,” he said.
He hung up the phone and you got up. You didn’t say goodbye to your friends or stop long enough to breathe. You rushed out of the club and raced to your car. Your heart thumped in your chest and your hands shook.
You pulled out of your space and pulled into late LA traffic. They said New York was the City that Never Sleeps. So LA must be the City that Never Learns to Fuckin’ Drive. A car honked at you as if you were the problem. If a muthafucka ain’t got their headlights on, how the fuck you supposed to see them?
You made it home, barely legally. There were too many close turns and random cars enough to spook you. You thought you were going to get into an accident. But the closer you made it to Crenshaw, the more the traffic died down. Hood people knew when to take they asses home.
You straightened out your outfit as you got to the door. His car was still in the driveway. You wondered if he really would have come to the club and scooped you up. You didn’t need that embarrassment.
You got inside and listened out for where Tyrone may be. The living room and kitchen beyond were dark. You didn’t see a light upstairs either. Surely, he would have waited until you were inside, right?
A light popped on to your left and you jumped. Fear mixed with desire until you shook a bit. Tyrone sat in his favorite chair in the living room. A recliner that you both picked out. But more so him. He kept eyeing it and you knew that he never treated himself. His mind was always on the hustle and more money. You were trying to buff that rough edge of him. It wasn’t easy, but baby steps.
His hand was on his knee while the other propped up his head. The light had a thin shade so it covered a good portion of him. The other side was cast in shadow, giving him an eerie look.
You bit your lip and fought off shivers. If you thought you were needy before, you were downright feral as you looked at your man. Sometimes, you simply watched him. Watched the way he moved. The slow way he walked, his big hands, his wide smile, and his fine lips. His hair needed a little touching up. You made a mental note to do that for him tomorrow.
“Hey baby,” you said.
“Don’t ‘hey baby’ me. The fuck you doing out this late?” He asked.
“I didn’t look at the time!” You said.
“That’s not good enough. You think I like yelling at you?” He asked. He wasn’t really yelling. He never truly yelled. His voice went up in volume, that was about it. Tyrone held his anger inside. As if he were fueling his own angry battery.
“No! I’m sorry! I’ll do better,” you said.
“What you say?”
“I’m sorry, Daddy,” you said. That didn’t seem to appease him. He stared at you. He was still as a statue. Then his tongue darted out to lick his lips.
“Bust me this nut and maybe I’ll believe you,” he said. He crooked his fingers at you.
You took off your jacket and threw it onto the sofa next to you. You tossed your purse on top. You had chosen to wear a dress and you were so happy you did. You kept your heels on and slowly got to your knees.
You crawled across carpet. It was a short distance to his knees. He spread them as you got closer. You kept your eyes trained on him but in your peripheral, you saw his sweats tent up.
You stopped and knelt in front of him. You rubbed his knees as he looked down at you. “Get it nice and wet for me,” he said.
You leaned up further and started to untie his sweats. You could feel your arousal soaking your panties already. Your inner thighs tingled. You freed him and his dick twitched. You stroked him, always marveling at how it was both soft and hard.
Precum leaked on the tip and you ran your tongue over it. You were not supposed to be attracted to dicks. They were gross. And men hardly took care of themselves as it is. But Tyrone at least cared about hygiene. His hairs tickled your nose as you sucked him in.
Tyrone groaned and threw his head back. He settled further into the chair. You grabbed his meaty thighs and took in as much of him as you could. Your loud and filthy slurping noises filled the room. Tyrone moaned and it only turned you on more. You were doing this to him. And he was loving it.
His hands dug into your hair and gripped your head. He pulled you down further on his dick and you gagged a bit on him. You tapped his thigh twice. He let up some so that you could finally breathe. You tapped him once to let him know that you were okay now.
He continued to fuck your mouth. He once told you that he didn’t know which he loved more: filling your mouth with dick or sliding into the wet, hot heat of your cunt. Watching your eyes tear up or watching his dick disappear inside you. There were so many good options.
“Fuck, this mouth is good for somethin’,” he said.
Your pussy fluttered at the backhanded compliment. He was such an ass. A cocky muthafucka that ain’t never been told no twice. But fuck he was delicious. The line of his neck was visible since his head was thrown back. His eyes were closed and his mouth was slack.
You swirled your tongue around his slit while your hands worked him up and down. He twitched at the added sensation. There was enough of your spit to slide between your fingers and coat him while he drove into your mouth.
“Naw, I wanna cum in my pussy,” he said. He stood up abruptly and picked you up under your arms. You squealed. He knows you hated being picked up like that. You were a chunky girl your whole life. You wanted to quit it, but it didn’t want to quit you. You loved your body. You’d much rather have your gorgeous ass than be stick thin. Every blue moon, your insecurities flared up. You didn’t want him to strain something trying to lift you.
He’d only tell you to mind yo’ damn business. While he proceeded to pick you up any time he wanted. Especially in the bedroom. He made it his personal mission to toss you around as much as he could.
He dropped you onto his recliner. Your hands and knees dug unto the leather. It faintly smelled like him. Clean, earthy. Tyrone bunched up your dress in one hand. He leaned down and grabbed your ass cheeks. He wiggled them a bit and then gave it a light smack. Your pussy clenched and you moaned a little bit.
“You know Daddy worries about you, right?” He asked. He ripped your panties and slid inside of you in one powerful thrust and your head dropped to the chair. Your mouth dropped open in a silent scream. He stretched you out. You were ready for him but fuck, that sweet middle between pleasure and pain had you in a vise grip.
You nodded to answer his questions. “I’m sorry Daddy,” you said.
He smacked your ass, hard. You flinched and cried out. “I don’t believe you,” he said. He smacked your ass again and you nearly jumped off of the couch.
You started to beg him to forgive you. It truly had been a mistake. “You did this shit on purpose, didn’t you?” He didn’t let you answer. He smacked your ass again and kept smacking you. Your ass was on fire. The wind from his hand was starting to hurt you more than the slap did.
You relaxed and sagged against him. Once you were relaxed, he started to move again. He slammed into you hard and the momentum drove you into the chair. You felt every inch of him. The veins on his dick tickled the walls of your pussy.
“Fuck, you’re so deep,” you said. It was like the tip of his cock pressed up against your soul. He touched that deep, aching core of you. He hit it just right and continued to hit it. Your ass slapped against his thighs.
You didn’t know if your moans were louder or if his were. His thumbs dug into the top of your ass and you keened.
“Yeah, that’s it. Show me how sorry you are,” he said. “Let me hear it, mama.”
You gave him every sound you were capable of producing. Every moan and sigh. When he hit it how you liked, you made all kinds of incoherent sounds. Your body would jerk and twitch. He liked when you could barely shriek because he felt so good.
Your hand reached down to rub your clit. You were so close. You just needed something else. Tyrone’s hand came out of nowhere to slap your ass. “Shit!” You yelled.
Tyrone sucked his teeth and hit you again. “Move yo fuckin’ hand. Don’t touch my shit,” he said. He grabbed your wayward hand and brought it up behind your back. He bunched up your dress again and held it and your hand against your back.
He pushed into you more until your ass was the only thing in the air. He somehow slid deeper and you cried out. Your orgasm whipped through you, dragging you under and higher and inside out. Your eyes were clenched shut as you rode wave after wave.
Tyrone continued to chase his own orgasm. Your walls squeezed him and he twitched. He unloaded inside of you. He filled you up still. His hot cum pulsing inside of you. You felt a bit of him leak out and you groaned at the sensation. He stroked another few times before finally stopping and panting.
Your erratic breaths matched his and you both tried to come down. Tyrone pulled out and you both groaned at the sensation. He spread your ass cheeks so that he could watch himself leak out of you.
Your ass was still cresting the edge of pain. His fingers dug into it, making the pain flare in random bursts. You were so fucked out. You would have agreed to a twenty-four seven bodyguard if it meant that you never had to leave this headspace.
“You got the prettiest fuckin’ pussy,” he growled. He brought his hand up to rub along your clit and pussy. He pushed a finger inside of you and you moaned.
“Turn over,” he said.
He helped you get off of the recliner and then position yourself on your back. He gripped your thighs and pulled you to the edge. He bent down and entered you once more. “Can’t get enough of this shit, huh? You need more don’t you?”
“Yes, Daddy, fuck,” you moaned. You peeked over your boobs to watch some of him slip inside you. When he pulled out, he was coated into your juices. Glistening in the low light with it. Then he’d slide back into you and you threw your head back.
He had your hands pinned to the armrests and your knees crooked on either side of his arms. You couldn’t touch him. And more importantly, you couldn’t touch yourself.
“You owe me a few more,” he said. He pounded inside of you. You jerked from his powerful thrusts. Sweat gathered on his forehead. He leaned down and gave you a bruising kiss. His lips were warm and inviting. He pulled away before you could really enjoy it.
“Good girls get kisses. Yo ass been bad as fuck tonight,” he said.
That only made you wetter. He noticed and moaned. He leaned forward putting all of his weight on you. You were almost folded in half. You choked on the lack of adequate air but he was pounding into you and you just had to take it.
You had to take his thick cock however he wanted to give it to you. “Daddy, please,” you begged. You sniffled as your arousal built higher and higher. You tensed for half a second. That second seemed to stretch as you balanced on the precipice. Like a drop of water on the faucet after you turn off the water. You knew it was going to fall, it was only a matter of when.
You came with a loud scream, moaning in his ear. “Tyrone!” You yelled. He bit your neck, your shoulder, and licked away the sting. He kissed the sensitive spot below your ear.
He came right after you. It was like you were in sync. Hot jets of cum filled you up once more. You were truly a soaked mess right now. His cum slipped out of your pussy and dribbled onto your ass cheeks. The sensation was slow and tickled a bit.
He rubbed your sides and your thighs as you both calmed down. He nuzzled your neck. He kissed your cheek.
“I ain’t even half done with you yet,” he said.
You shook your head back and forth. “I can’t, Daddy,” you whined. You didn’t have the strength for another one. He lightly tapped the side of your face until you opened your eyes and looked at him.
“Naw, you can give me some more,” he said. He leaned down and bit your ear. You shuddered and clenched around him. “Be a good girl for me and take this dick.”
You nodded. Well, when he put it that way…
He pulled out of you. Then he went back in slowly. It was going to be a long night.

warning: fluff, gepard and reader are already in a relationship, gepard is a down bad for reader (i am not sorry)
pairing: gepard x reader; serval is also there
author’s note: i promise i’m working on requests, in the meantime take this, because wow i’m very behind on requests— (also definitely not proof read)
Tumblr media
serval watched in amusement as gepard paced up and down in her shop. the reason for his troubles was you, poor innocent you.
the story between you and gepard was nothing short out of a book. him, the son of a noble family and you, the child of a simple shopkeeper. the two of you became friends when you were young children, and eventually started dating as teens and then stayed together through everything, even the stellaron crisis and the entire aftermath.
serval has watched this relationship grow since its first day, and has been rooting for the two of you since the beginning as well. and now here she was listening to her brother’s nervously telling her about his plan to propose to you now that everything has settled on belobog and thing were going well.
“serval, what would i even say?” he murmured as he paced. “what if they say no?”
the older landau chuckled, “you worry too much. i’m sure they won’t. they adore you.”
gepard sighed. “i know, i know. i just don’t want to get this wrong.”
“get what wrong?”
both serval and gepard jumped at the sound of your voice. how did you enter the shop with either of them noticing?
“nothing.” they replied simultaneously. you raised your eyebrows in suspicion, but dropped asking further questions. instead you walked closer and went to stand next to gepard. he looked a little nervous, which was unbefitting of him. serval meanwhile was watching him with an amused smile, which was very in character for her.
“okay… anyways, are we still going to dinner tonight?” you asked and gepard, almost automatically, nodded his head.
“yes, of course!”
“great, i’ll be ready at seven.” you got on to your tippy toes and pressed a kiss on his cheek, before leaving the shop with a wave. gepard watched you as you left and serval could see the smitten expression on her baby brother’s face. all of you had grown older and matured in your own ways, but this expression of pure unadulterated adoration was as unchanging as the ice and snow on belobog.
“geppie, you need to propose to them tonight.”
“serval-“
“don’t worry it will be fine.” and she said it with such conviction and confidence that gepard believed her if only for a moment.
later that day gepard picked you up from your home and walked you the restaurant you had a reservation at. he was the perfect gentleman throughout the night, what you didn’t know was the ring sitting idly in his pocket, making him more nervous by the second.
he was so concerned about trying to find the right moment, only for dinner to be over before you knew it. he mentally cursed himself as the two of you walked out the restaurant, if he didn’t propose now, he would never propose.
you, completely unaware of his inner turmoil, kept talking about your work and your daily life. then you heard the familiar melody of a guitar. “oh, look. serval is playing on the street. let’s go see.”
gepard could barely register your words before he was pulled along to where his sister was giving a small performance. a number of people were already crowding around her, but she easily spotted her baby brother and his partner. the two landaus locked eyes and serval gave her brother a look that said, “have you done it?” to which he shook his head with an almost ashamed expression.
it was time for plan b then, serval cut her current song short and started playing a song she knew you liked because of you visiting when she was practicing with her band. it was a bit slower than her usual work, but just perfect for this scenario
“oh, i like this song,” you said, humming along to the melody.
gepard chuckled at your adorable behaviour, “i know you do…” he locked eyes with serval again, and she nodded her head at him with a confident smile. “listen, reader, i’ve been meaning to ask you something.”
you turned your full attention to him as he took a deep breath. “we have been together for a while. i still remember when i first saw you in your parents shop as children, and now here we are, grown up and belobog is starting to rebuild itself too. what I’m trying to say is, i would like to spend the rest of my life with you, so will you do me the honour of marrying me?”
“yes, of course!” you replied without hesitation, jumping into his arms and hugging him tightly. gepard was a bit startled, and so were the people who were standing next to the two of you. after a few seconds you pulled away again, but a giddy smile remained, “i was wondering why you were so nervous the entire week. i’m glad it’s because of this and not some work related thing.”
“i’m just glad you said yes,” he said, taking your hand and slipping the ring on it. “i don’t know what i would have done if you hadn’t.”
you smiled at him, not even concerned about the expensive ring. “there is no universe in the world where i would ever say no to you, gepard.”
“noted.” he said with a flustered expression, his cheeks turning a little red.
serval watched from where she was playing her guitar with a smile. she stopped playing for a moment and shouted, “hey, congratulations you two lovebirds!”
everyone turned to look at you and gepard and you both blushed deeply in embarrassment.
as you all grow older some things may change and evolve, other things are constant, like gepard’s love for you… or serval’s teasing.

THAT’S THAT ME ESPRESSO (TTME)
Chapter 32- Flashback mary ☕️
*This is a flashback chapter to Y/n and Scara’s high school days*
Tumblr media
It was homecoming day, not any homecoming, but the last one you were ever going to experience in high school. It was your senior year and you wanted to make the most out of your last year of high school.
Your morning started out normal. The group chat was buzzing with excitement. They were also happy that Scaramouche was going to be hanging out with the group after being away for a while. He was always with his other group of friends, the ones you tried keeping away from.
You knew that Scaramouche was nothing like his friends. It was just upsetting that he wouldn’t publicly stick up for you. Despite all that, you and Scaramouche still called every night and shared things about each other’s day. He was good company to have.
The weeks leading up to the dance you both didn’t have a date. The two of you teased each other and called each other bitchless for not going with anyone but friends. However, without either one asking, it was pretty much unspoken that you two were going together. Only nobody knew, maybe besides Hu Tao and Childe. You two were also going in a group of friends. Nevertheless, as long as you hung out with him throughout the night, you didn’t really care.
You got ready at Hu Tao’s house. You both were running a bit behind schedule, mostly Hu Tao making both of you late. The two of you were supposed to meet up with the group to take photos but that didn’t happen.
When the two of you finished getting ready it was already 7:15, homecoming started at 7:00.
“Hu Tao we are so late.”
“It’s fine! The others are barely on the way there now. Even if the line is long to get in, we can just cut with people we know.”
Hu Tao’s time blindness made you concern but you shrugged it off. Her parents were driving you there. There weren’t any official plans on what to do after but someone is most likely throwing a party. Nobody knew who yet.
Hu Tao was wearing a short but simple burgundy dress. Her hair was styled into her iconic pigtails and you thought she looked very pretty. However, she got some new black high heels and can tell she was struggling to walk.
“Are you ok?” You asked as the two of you descended down the stairs.
“Yeah I just need to break into these shoes more,” Hu Tao held onto your hand and the staircase railing to prevent herself from falling.
“By the end of the night you’re going to take those things off.”
“I hope not. These were expensive and I want to make them last.”
You playfully shook your head and got to the bottom of the stairs. Her parents were already waiting for you both.
“Hu Tao you look so gorgeous! Y/n you look amazing as well!” Her mother complimented you both.
You thank her and noticed Hu Tao’s dad taking out his phone for pictures.
Hu Tao tried protesting against it saying how late you guys were but eventually gave in. After a few photos, her mom was driving you both to the school. Teyvat High School only booked venues for winter formal and prom. Homecoming was always at the school. Luckily, it was an outdoor school.
“Is anyone there already?” You turned to ask Hu Tao.
She was texting the group chat so you didn’t bother to look at your phone yourself, “Lumine said they’re all in line already. They’re at the back and the line is long apparently,” She replied back.
“I hope they play good songs this year. Last year was kinda boring.”
“That’s because last year you went with some complete weirdo.”
Hu Tao wasn’t wrong. The year prior, you were talking with someone and you two went to homecoming together. You both left an hour in because his friends wanted to go somewhere else. You wished you had stayed longer but you didn’t want to complain. You two never dated because you soon found out he only wanted you because you were a trainee. Instantly broke it off.
You two finally arrived and it already 7:50. It was dark out but you could still see the number of students in line. There was security watching the line as well to make sure that nobody was cutting.
When you two got out of the car you heard some people gasp and point at Hu Tao. Sometimes you forget she’s a rapper under a big company. You quickly spotted your friends and waved to them. Only Lumine noticed and grabbed the other’s attention. They motioned for the two of you to come into line with them but a guard was watching. Fortunately, he spotted some other people trying to cut into the line and started to walk towards them.
You and Hu Tao wasted no time merging into line where your friends were and acted like you were there the entire time.
The group was all there, Cyno, Kazuha, Aether, Thoma, Lumine, and last but not least, Scaramouche.
You and him made eye contact and he looked really good. Granted, he was wearing a normal suit that looks like every other guy there but he was wearing the dark purple tie you said he should get.
“The fuck are you staring at?” Scaramouche glared at you with a dirty look.
“Not your ugly ass,” You move away rolling your eyes, “I was looking at how pretty Lumine is.”
Lumine was wearing a blue dress that complimented her figure. She reminded you of Cinderella with her blonde hair.
“You barely got into line and you two are already fighting,” Kazuha sighed.
“You two need to settle this feud in bed,” Cyno laughed.
“I would rather listen to Hu Tao’s shitty song on repeat than ever get into bed with Y/n.”
“Who are you calling a shitty song?” Hu Tao yelled back.
“Ok! Time for shots!” Aether interrupts. He swung his arms around you and Hu Tao’s shoulders, handing you guys a small shot bottle of Tito’s.
“There was more but we pre gamed in the car and could only save you one bottle each,” Aether explained.
“Maybe if you weren’t so late you could’ve gotten more,” Scaramouche chimed in.
“You sound obsessed,” You grumbled cracking open the bottle. You made sure to turn away from the security guards so you don’t get caught.
As you were chugging you felt the burning sensation of the vodka pour down your throat. Alcohol never tasted good, you just wanted to loosen up more.
Cyno thought it would be funny to slightly tilt the bottle as you were drinking, causing the remaining alcohol to spill all over your mouth and onto your outfit.
You began to choke and cough.
“What the fuck!” You yelled in between coughs. Your throat was stinging and becoming increasingly dry. You were hoping to get inside soon so you can grab a water bottle.
Only Cyno and Aether bursted out laughing, everyone else tried holding back their laugh. You wiped your mouth and tried wiping down the wet spots on your clothes. Not even inside and your clothes were already ruined.
You guys were about to head inside, quickly you and Hu Tao threw the tiny bottles into a bush. The school would probably just find it later.
After getting checked in, you immediately went over to a table to grab some water to soothe your throat. This time, you drank away from your friends.
“Where should we go first?” Thoma pipes up. The school had a big budget and the student council spent all of it on a DJ, food trucks, gaming trucks and photo booths.
“Let’s go in the mosh pit!” Hu Tao suggested, pointing to the crowd of people in the distance.
This was high school and their version of a mosh pit is just jumping up and down while also shoving people when their favorite song plays. It’s fun for a little but you feel like you’ll get trampled after a while.
“I’ll sit this one out. I want to take photos first before sweating off my makeup,” Lumine says, sitting down at a nearby lunch table.
“Yeah I’ll wait till after we take photos, my mom will get pissed if I look terrible in them,” Thoma replies, sitting down next to Lumine.
Kazuha sits down on the opposite side of the table, “Mosh pits aren’t really my thing. We’ll wait here until you guys are done, then we can go to the photo booths. Is that ok with you guys?”
“Boo you’re no fun! But ok we’ll only be in there for a little bit,” Hu Tao replies as she sets downs her purse onto the table, “Watch my bag.”
The rest of you make your way over to the crowd.
Fein by Travis Scott began to blast through the speakers. You saw people rushing in and took it as a sign to do the same. Luckily, Hu Tao didn’t mind shoving people out of the way. She grabbed your hand and all of you guys made your way in.
Despite holding onto her hand, it still felt like you were going to fall. You were jumping up and down to the song but there were more people coming in and bumping into you. The mixed smell of sweat and Dior Sauvage made the air feel hot and heavy.
You were going to need a break soon. However, the next song being Family Ties by Kendrick and Baby Keem didn’t want to make you stop. More and more people were coming in and you were getting pushed around.
Your grip from Hu Tao was slipping and it really did feel like you were going to fall. You quickly grabbed onto the arm of the nearest person, which happens to be Scaramouche.
He looked at you and noticed your predicament, “Dumbass,” He muttered, rolling his eyes as he interlocks his fingers with yours.
You couldn’t help but smile and continue jumping. His grip was a lot stronger than Hu Tao’s which made you feel more safer. You weren’t worried about anyone noticing since everyone was occupied with not getting trampled.
After a few more songs played, you felt a tap on your shoulder. Your breath hitched thinking you had been caught. You slowly turned around and felt relief when you realized it was only Cyno. Granted, he didn’t know anything about you two but it would’ve been worst if it was a stranger.
“Hey, let’s take a break Aether doesn’t feel well and I don’t want him throwing up.”
You nodded and whispered to Scaramouche who also nodded and stopped jumping. You held Cyno’s hand as he led you two out of the mosh pit, like the buddy system.
As the three of you got out, you felt the cold night air against your skin. It felt nice after being in that stuffy environment. You didn’t realize how much you were sweating and panting. You looked down and noticed you were still holding Scaramouche’s hand.
He scoffed and quickly pulled his hand back.
Whatever.
You made your way back to the table and saw Aether with his head down and groaning.
“Holy shit are you ok?” You asked concerned for your friend.
Aether simply put his thumbs up in the air. He wasn’t too good with tight spaces. You sat down next to him and Lumine. She was the more famous twin but you were never really close with her. She was always away filming and doing photoshoots. You sometimes wonder how he can be related to her.
“Can you get up already? You’re so dramatic.” Lumine sighed, pinching her nose bridge, “The photo booth line is going to get longer the more we wait.”
“Is that anyway to treat your brother?” Aether mumbled, he looked up to glare at his sister before putting his head down again.
“I should’ve eaten you in the womb,” Lumine shot back.
After a few minutes, Aether was feeling less nauseous and was ready to take photos.
Fortunately, there was no line and all eight of you squished your way into the photo booth. It was quite spacious but it did feel tight being all there together. There were props and signs laid out inside and everyone took something.
The booth only took four photos. In the first photo, you and Thoma had your arms around the other person’s shoulders and pointing at each other. In the second photo, you did a simple peace sign. In the third photo, you were hugging Hu Tao.
In the last photo, Kazuha accidentally elbowed Scaramouche which prompted him to almost fall. Due to everyone cramped up next to each other, you all came down with him. The photo captured everyone trying not to fall and nobody looked their best, except Thoma. He was the only one who looked at the camera and posed.
Everyone got out and waited for the photos to be printed.
“I apologize to the person’s ass who I grabbed while trying to keep balance,” Aether says, scratching the back of his head.
“I think that was mine dude,” Cyno replied laughing.
You rolled your eyes, “Scara is so weak that he stumbled when Kazuha barely tapped him.”
“See how weak I am when I punch you in the face,” Scaramouche grumbled as he took the photos from the machine, handing them to each person.
You looked down at the photo collage as you all began walking back to your table. You smile fondly at what would only be a distant memory in the future. Your senior year had only started but it will quickly end before you could even blink.
You didn’t want to miss out on the good memories like this one.
.
.
.
Everyone had split up after a while to do different activities. You all agreed to meet up when the night ended but for now, you lost everyone and didn’t know what to do. You had just came out from the mosh pit and your feet were hurting too much to continue. You decided to take a small breather somewhere far away from everyone.
You went up the stairs that leads to one of the buildings that had a balcony where you can see the football field. You would come up here when you were bored with class and wanted to walk around.
Only this time, it appears you weren’t alone. You noticed a familiar figure already looking out. One of which you were hoping to get alone time this night.
He heard your footsteps and turned around to look at you.
“Can’t you see I was here first?”
“Can’t you see that I don’t give a fuck?” You scoffed and stood next to him. He didn’t move from his position.
Scaramouche sighed and took out a pack of cigarettes.
“How did you get those pass the security?”
“I have my ways,” He said while putting one in his mouth and casually lighting one.
He took a long drag and exhaled, making sure to clear out the smoke with his hand. He silently passed it onto you.
You took it from his hand, “If we get caught we’re getting suspended.”
“Maybe they’ll suspend you but definitely not me. I’ll just have my agency contact the school.”
“You and your fame.”
“Something you wouldn’t know about.”
You scoffed, “In case you forgot, I was on that idol survival show. People still know me.”
“Yeah but who didn’t debut.”
You stood silent. It was pointless ever getting into a petty argument. He knew how to silence you every time.
You only took out your phone in response.
“Let’s take a photo together!”
“Hell no. Don’t you have the one we took with the others?”
“Yeah but I want one with just us. Let’s take a 0.5 photo.”
“No.”
“Too bad we’re taking one anyways.”
Scaramouche rolled his eyes and got closer next to you. He looked straight at the camera as you took the photo. When you were done you looked at the photo.
“See how cute we look!”
He side eyed you, “I’m the one that looks good. Not so sure about you though.”
“Fuck you.”
Scaramouche tried to hold in his laughter as he looked away from you.
“Kidding. You look better than normal,” Scaramouche says, putting out the shared cigarette and throwing it off the ledge.
You weren’t sure if that was a compliment or an insult.
“Thank you? Uh, you too I guess,” You huffed, leaning forward against the railing.
There was a moment of silence shared between the two of you as you both stared at the football field in front of you. The distant sound of music only filled the air. It was a comfortable silence and you wished it would last forever, staying by his side like this.
It was cold up on the balcony and the night breeze caused you to shiver a bit. Scaramouche of course noticed.
“Are you cold?”
“No.”
“No,” Scaramouche mimicked your voice, “Yet you’re starting to shake more than a tweaker waiting for his next fix.” He said in his regular voice as he took off his suit jacket and put it over your shoulders.
“I didn’t ask for your jacket,” You tried protesting. You secretly enjoyed it though, that’s why you held it closer to you.
“Do you want it or do you want to continue being cold?”
You didn’t respond.
“Exactly,” Scaramouche huffed in annoyance.
You enjoyed moments like these. Ones where it was the two of you alone and you can talk freely like this. It made you upset whenever it ended, because you knew he would go back to ignoring you in the hallways.
You were getting lost in your thoughts and his words from earlier kept coming back.
“Who didn’t debut.”
It was silly to get stuck on that. You knew the votings were rigged, everyone did, but it still hurt. You gave it your all and worked hard to debut but it wasn’t enough.
You had gotten back to school and it was all anyone could talk about. You’ve gained sympathy and comfort from others, but it didn’t make the failure any less painful.
It made you realize how things can come and go so quickly. That’s why you had a bittersweet feeling about being in your last year of high school. It has been a rough four years and you were glad to not be able to see some of your peers, but what about your friends?
The friends that have been supporting you through everything. They’re going to be studying in different universities. It’s going to be hard to keep in contact and you’ll be trying to train your ass off to debut.
“Do you think after the school year ends, we’ll still be in contact with each other?” You piped up, breaking the silence to look over at him.
He hesitated for a moment before replying, “I don’t see why we wouldn’t.” Not sparing a glance at your direction.
“It’s just your popularity is rising and if I don’t end up debuting then it’ll be hard to keep in contact with you. It’s easier to continue seeing each other if we’re both in the entertainment industry,” You managed to say, looking away from him this time.
“You’re worried I’ll forget about you?”
“You’re making me sound desperate,” You mumbled, hint of annoyance in your tone.
“The company would be stupid if they only keep you as a trainee forever. You’re not untalented and you put in the effort. Some look helpless on stage, but not you.”
You couldn’t help but smile at his words. Despite Scaramouche being an asshole half the time, he knows when to be sorta nice.
You two often shared things that were troublesome. It was almost like the other one knew what the other one was feeling at the moment. It was something special you two had. Even when one of you was being emotionally constipated, you both still tried your best to give advice to the other person.
“Though, you can work on your dancing skills,” He quickly said.
Never mind. Moment ruined.
You smacked him on the back of his head. He always humbles a person after giving a rare compliment. Most of the time it’s backhanded.
Scaramouche was about to say something but the two of you heard footsteps coming from behind you guys. You both froze not wanting to turn around, afraid it was someone that would freak out if they saw the two of you together.
A familiar voice rang through both of your guy’s ears, “Y/n? Scara?”
You both turn around to see Thoma standing there. You sigh a wave of relief when you see your friend. Though, he’s definitely confused on the close proximity you and Scaramouche are sharing, but doesn’t say anything.
Instead he says, “It’s almost over. Let’s head back to the car. Do you guys need a ride?”
You both nod in unison and begin to follow Thoma back. You silent give Scaramouche his jacket back. It’d be a scandal if people caught you with him like this.
The three of you silently make your way to the parking lot where the others were. You didn’t realize how many of you there were until you thought about the car situation.
“Ok there’s no way I’m fitting all of us into my car,” Thoma sighed pointing at his suv.
“Too bad, make it happen. You have a big enough car. Two people can sit in the trunk, three people in the backseat but someone has to sit on someone’s lap, and the other person sits in the front,” Cyno suggested.
Everyone agreed right away, however, Thoma hesitated before agreeing begrudgingly. That’s how you ended up sitting in the trunk with Scaramouche. Lumine, Hu Tao, Aether and Cyno were all in the backseat. Aether sitting on Cyno’s lap and Kazuha in the front seat.
Before you even left the parking lot, you guys were discussing on where to go.
“I heard Keqing is throwing an after party,” Cyno mumbled, barely heard from Aether sitting on him.
“Dude I swear if I feel something hard underneath me,” Aether grumbled, clearly him sitting on Cyno’s lap was not his first choice.
“I can say the same for you,” Cyno argued back.
You didn’t know how you and Scaramouche ended in the trunk. It was pretty spacious given the car model so it wasn’t too uncomfortable and you both had leg room. You just sat on opposite sides from each other.
“Can we get food? I’m lowkey hungry as fuck right now,” Kazuha mentioned. While everyone was arguing on who sits where, he silently hopped in the passenger seat.
Everyone agreed and that’s how you ended up at In-N-Out at midnight. It wasn’t packed but you guys stood out due to your attire. It’s not like you guys gave a fuck though.
After you all finished with your food, you guys decided to go to the park since you didn’t want the night to end. It was around two in the morning and you were sitting on a bench watching your friends mess around at the playground.
It was nice to see everyone goof around. However, it brought you back to that bittersweet feeling you noticed before. Seeing their smiles and hearing their laughter. There's this warmth in your heart, knowing how much joy you all bring to each other. At the same time, there's a tinge of sadness because you realize this might be one of the last times you’re all together like this. It's your last year before you all go your separate ways, and you can't help but cherish every moment, knowing that soon, things will change.
After a while, everyone got tired and Thoma dropped everyone home. You put the photo booth photo on your dresser, next to the photos you had of your friends.
.
This is the memory you had just remembered as you stare at that photo. The photo of your friends at your last homecoming. Setting the photo down, you look back at your phone. You haven’t contacted your friends since school has ended, even though you promised. Things have gotten busy but you miss them dearly. One day, you’ll have a reunion and it’ll be like the old times.

kiss it better | r. reigns
summary ⇢ pride, arguments, and refusing to listen to each other ruined asia and roman. now, they have the chance to reconnect, but that's only if they can finally open up. word count ⇢ 1.5k
"been waitin’ on that sunshine, boy, i think i need that back…"
asia’s legs bounces in anxiety as she sits backstage, up on one of the equipment crates that she knew she’d be yelled at about soon enough. she crosses her legs to lessen the awkward bouncing, but her mind is far away. to help with the stress, she’s playing music in her airpods, hoping to settle. first night back on the road from injury is scarier than most people would think, she’s anticipated her return for months, and now that it was here… what now?
rihanna’s voice fills her ear as kiss it better plays, almost as soon as roman walks past those curtains. she feels like she can shrink into herself. yet, she’s a bad bitch, unafraid of getting in someone’s face and getting what she wants, but that was different with him. he knew her weakness, and how to dismantle every fucking wall she builds up with one swing. he’s rude as shit like that.
roman was the one who suggested the break. he and asia were arguing too much before her injury, they were in each others faces too much, he doesn’t yell often, but with her, he couldn’t get a word in when she started. it wasn’t her fault. asia was passionate, a lover girl, and sometimes he didn’t understand her. she didn’t think he fought enough for her and he thought she was asking for too much. she wanted to be his person, but that nigga was hard headed, he wants to deal with everything on his own.
so, the night before she was injured, he called it a pause. asia took it, not willing to fight for something he obviously didn’t want to fight for. yet, she cried herself to sleep that night in her hotel room. asia couldn’t bring herself to answering his calls or texts at the hospital, or the months following. that was a breakup. it made it all too official.
yet, now when she looks up, his eyes are on her. asia can feel herself crumbling under his gaze. it hurts inside, just as rihanna is singing the song that so perfectly describes this moment. roman is prideful, she knew he wouldn’t come up to her. asia is even more prideful, so she looks away, staring at the bare wall.
the night was long, unbearingly long. the conversations didn’t help either. asia’s heels became bothersome, making her shift from
leg to leg as she stood near catering, in the middle of a conversation that bayley and bianca were having. she found herself quiet, tired, and wanting to disappear for a moment.
“you’re different,” bianca pokes when bayley leaves them. “what’s going on with you, girl?”
asia shakes her head, “why do i feel like this is my first time on smackdown? i feel lost.”
bianca sighs, “is it because you’re missing roman?”
asia smiles sadly. she waves off the question, running her fingers through her her as she scans the area around them. at the end of the hallway, roman’s in the middle of a conversation. as if he knew she was looking, their eyes meet. in his typical, aloof nature, he doesn’t react and continues on.
“i’m gonna go change, B, can we talk more tomorrow night?”
it was late when asia finally started to exit the stadium. she had to meet with paul, so most of the superstars were gone. so, now, as she carts her suitcase to her rental, her music is blasting through her headphones.
outside, she spots roman, as if he was waiting for her by his car. he’s paying attention to something on his phone. asia takes a deep breath, popping the trunk and throwing the suitcases in. she glances back to see him looking at her. both adults, acting as school grade kids, just staring at each other as if they weren’t in love. this felt like they have never dated, like they didn’t know each other. asia felt sick to her stomach at the fact that they haven’t said a word to each other, he hasn’t hugged her, kissed her, or sent her a smile. not that she was better because she’s avoided him all night.
he waited for her. roman waited to make sure she was okay, so that had to mean something. asia breaks the eye contact first, getting into the car. she watches him in the rear view mirror, getting into his car immediately, leaving first. asia leans into the headrest with a sigh.
why couldn’t they make it work?

seven months ago…
“hurtin’ vibe, man, it hurts inside”
asia stands in front of roman on the couch, staring down at him in a mix of confusion and anger at his nonchalant demeanor. he looks up at her as if her argument wasn’t valid, as if she was picking it out of thin air.
“roman, i’m asking you for a simple fucking thing, bro, why the fuck can’t you understand that.”
roman stands, “asia, damn!” he yells.
they fall silent. asia steps back before a dry laugh falls from her lips. she paces back and forth in front of him, trying to calm herself down, knowing that she can get very emotional at any given moment. roman rubs his hand over his beard.
asia grunts, “you claim to love me, but i just need reassurance from you and you’re making me beg for that from you like a bitch. why do i have to get on my knees and ask my boyfriend to act like he fucking loves me and he can’t do that.”
“i don’t act like i love you, asia, really?” roman moves to stand in front of her. “i show you that everyday in my own way, why can’t you see that?”
“you don’t trust me with anything, roman, i ask you to open up to me and be deeper. you don’t want to let me in and i can’t understand. do you not trust me or do you not see a future for us, cause if that’s the cause, nigga cut me loose.” asia screams, unable to contain herself.
“asia.” roman warns as he raises his voice. “stop.”
asia plops down on the couch, “make your fuckin’ mind up.”
roman clenches his jaw, “we need to take a break, asia.”
she didn’t know what to say. asia looks up at him, her eyes water as she waits for him to say anything else. something better than what he just said, but it never comes. so, asia stands, slamming the door of their bedroom door shut, feeling the rattle as she marches into the bathroom. asia turns the shower on, letting the water run as she cries.
and she cried for god knows how long.
--------------------------
“man fuck your pride, just take it on back, babe”
the rain poured heavily. asia wasn’t this person and she wasn’t one to cry and be, so why was she standing outside, in the pouring rain, standing a few feet away from his front door. he wasn’t home, she figured that out five minutes ago after knocking. was this her sign, to let it go? to move on and find something new?
as she went to leave, headlights pulled into the driveway. asia felt her stomach drop into her stomach when he opened the car door, stepping into the rain. roman quickly made his way to her, worry filling his eyes. the first emotion she’s gotten out of him in months. looking into his eyes made her tears immediately fall from her eyes that mixes with the rain.
“asia,” roman searches her eyes. “i saw you on the camera and came. are you okay?”
“im sorry, roman, i never should’ve said those horrible things to you and pushed you into something that you weren’t ready for and i should’ve been the adult and walked away before it exploded in that fucked up way it did.”
roman shakes his head, “that ain’t you, baby, i fucked up by not listening to you and talking to you. i was scared of shit i had no business of being scared of.” he steps closer. “with you gone, i realized how ain’t shit going good for me.”
the rain got heavier, but neither one of them made a move for shelter.
“you’re everything i’ve ever needed, asia, you the one i want.” roman moves the wet hair from her face. “my pride fucked up everything between us.”
asia smiles softly, “what are you willing to do, roman?”
“any and everything for you, forever.” roman returns the smile. “i take everything back. i don’t want a break between us, ever.”
like two, love sick fools, they’re find themselves smiling at each other. asia reaches out for him, but roman pulls her into the hug that she so desperately has needed for months. the start of repairing something that’s so important to them.
“can i kiss the love of my life?” roman whispers.
after a quick nod, roman crashes his lips onto hers. if there wasn’t thunder in the sky before, they caused it to erupt in the sky. asia wraps her arms around his neck as he lifts her, deepening the kiss.
“i don’t want us to ever do that again.” her murmurs against her lip.
asia couldn’t help the laugh that came out of her as roman squeezed her tightly, smushing their wet clothes together, too excited to be reunited again.

Empty
Tumblr media
Matt Sturniolo sat alone in the dim glow of his room, the city lights filtering through the blinds. The silence was only interrupted by the steady rhythm of Empty by Chase Atlantic, which played softly in the background. The lyrics seeped into his thoughts, amplifying the heaviness he already felt. He had heard the song countless times before, but tonight, it felt like it was written just for him.
He closed his eyes, trying to drown out the noise of his own mind. There was a gnawing feeling in his chest, a hollowness that seemed to grow every time he was left alone with his thoughts. No matter how many people were around, how loud the laughter was, or how bright the lights shined, he couldn’t shake the sense that something was missing.
His phone buzzed on the bed beside him, and he glanced at the screen. It was you, of course. You always knew when something was wrong, even when he hadn’t said a word.
Hey, you okay? the message read.
He stared at the text for a moment before typing out a quick reply. Yeah, just tired. It wasn’t a lie, but it wasn’t the whole truth either. How could he even begin to explain what he was feeling when he didn’t fully understand it himself?
But you weren’t easily fooled. A few minutes later, there was a soft knock on his door. He hesitated before answering, but you let yourself in anyway. You always did. It was one of the things he loved about you—you never waited for permission to care.
You took one look at him and frowned, concern etched across your face. Without a word, you crossed the room and sat down beside him on the bed. The warmth of your presence was a stark contrast to the cold emptiness he felt inside.
“What’s going on, Matt?” you asked gently, your voice barely above a whisper.
He shrugged, avoiding your gaze. “Nothing. Just… feeling a little off, I guess.”
You didn’t push, but you didn’t leave either. Instead, you reached for his hand, lacing your fingers through his. The simple gesture sent a wave of warmth through him, and for a moment, the heaviness lifted.
“Talk to me,” you urged softly. “I know something’s bothering you. You don’t have to go through this alone.”
Matt sighed, leaning his head back against the wall. The words of the song echoed in his mind. Tell me why the fuck I feel so empty It was like Chase Atlantic had pulled the thoughts straight from his head.
“I just… I don’t know,” he started, his voice shaky. “I feel like I’m not enough. Like no matter what I do, it’s never good enough. For anyone… for myself.”
You squeezed his hand, your heart breaking at the vulnerability in his voice. “You don’t have to be perfect, Matt. You don’t have to prove anything to anyone. You’re enough just as you are.”
He finally looked at you, his eyes filled with a mix of gratitude and doubt. It was hard for him to believe your words when he felt so empty inside. But the sincerity in your voice, the unwavering support in your gaze—it made him want to try.
“I don’t know how to make it stop,” he admitted, his voice barely above a whisper.
“You don’t have to,” you said gently. “You just have to take it one day at a time. And I’ll be here, every step of the way.”
Matt felt a tear slip down his cheek, and before he could wipe it away, you were there, pulling him into your arms. He buried his face in your shoulder, letting the tears fall freely. For the first time in a long time, he allowed himself to be vulnerable, to let someone else carry the weight he had been holding onto for so long.
The song continued to play, but it didn’t feel as suffocating as before. Instead, it became a reminder that he wasn’t alone in his emptiness. That even in the darkest moments, there was still a light, still someone who cared.
And as he held onto you, the void inside him didn’t seem so deep. Maybe it would never fully go away, but with you by his side, he knew he could face it.
Because you were his anchor in the storm, the one who made the emptiness a little less overwhelming.
And that was more than enough.
