This landscape is our home and we rarely stray far from it, or endure anywhere else for long before returning. This may seem like a lack of imagination or adventure, but I don't care. I love this place; for me it is the beginning and the end of everything, and everywhere else feels like nowhere.
The people want to see Mithrun’s second life (me, I’m people)
Inspired by this post. Mithrun having service animals is just perfect! Can’t believe I never thought of that. He always has a big team caring for him but in Melini, he needs to manage on his own at times when he’s not working and Pattadol is busy
The LORD is my Shepherd; therefore, I shall not be in want. Psalm 23:1
I shall lack nothing, because I have the best possible shepherd taking care of me. He makes me lie down in green pastures. (Psalm 23:1-2) Our Shepherd leads and feeds us. Our Shepherd guards and guides us. Our Shepherd is good and gracious to us forever. Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, is the Good Shepherd who laid down His life for the sheep and then rose again victorious over all our foes. With our Good Shepherd beside us, we have no evil to fear and every good to look forward to! Hallelujah!
My piece for WLWeek 2024 day two: morning routine!!
My self insert sleeps in while Shepherd wakes up at an ungodly hour to walk Oatchi, but I make sure to have the coffee ready by the time she gets back so we can start making breakfast together 😊💖💖
...every conversation for the next three years was about how it must be a big change being in Oxford after working on the fells each day. I had a good evening talking to [a professor] and at the end he said, 'Oh well, I imagine you will miss it.' I told him that I hadn't stopped doing it, that I was going back. He seemed quite confused by this.
Wanted to practice drawing Shepherd and Yonny with curly/coily hair and ended up drawing the entire team! Braided hair is always fun to draw and the curly bangs feel right. I'm still making the part two to this- got really into the shading/coloring process so it's taking longer than expected
Style kept changing so their heights are nowhere near what I imagine it to be. I might do a height chart to reference later...
