Hey, I'm a younger writer who just started what i hope to be a longer term project for the first time in a few years. I have an idea I really like and I love the characters I've created so far, but I'm a bit worried the plot seems a bit boring or I won't be able to string it all together.

The idea is that it's this group of kids final year at the Bamford School for The Arts, and they're all seniors in college. The school specializes in four majors, theater, literature, visual art, and music. They each get a letter at the end of the summer that invites them to join a secret club, where they are told two people from each major have been chosen, including a leader. This club isn't just any club though, it's a club for the tortured artist, the tortured actor, the tortured writer, the tortured musician. The ones the pervious club members noticed have talent but maybe lack motivation, or a muse, or friends in general. So this group meets each other for the first real time. They're all very different. Two theater majors, two artists, two writers, and a musican (the second drops from the school before the year even starts). They are all unlikely friends but they slowly begin to grow closer. The actor with a tragic life stuck in targic roles and the writer who cant write a happy story to save his life. The artist who's had art block for years and his muse at last. So on so forth. I have a few things planned for the story, obviously. A Halloween ball where the artist asks the girl as his date, the actor and writer share a dance, the musician plays for the fiest time in front of anyone who's not his teacher and family. I'm thinking it's kind of a coming of age/light acedamia vibe with some straight ships and queer ones.

This turned out way longer than intended. Anyways, does this sound cool and would yall read this possibly if you ever stumbled upon it? Please please give your thoughts!

“he’s too stubborn to die” is so cloyingly affectionate i don’t know what to do with myself. i know snow delivering hope to her whole and alive and settled (passed out and injured as he was) did wonders for his credibility in her eyes.
