Adar & Uruks “Nonverbal Commands”   Can we talk about how in tune Adar and the uruks are?

* Adar does not even give any command, just a lowering of his head and “Fabio” knows that it is time for an execution. (1x6) * In Magrot´s death scene Adar is slightly nodding into an unnamed uruk´s direction, which seems to be the confirmation that Magrot has died and/or sign that it is okay to proceed with some farewell gesture (x). After the nod the uruk holds his hand over Magrot´s head just shy of touching it. (1x4) * When Adar wordlessly fetches Rowan from the crowd Grugzûk (might teleport a bit during that cut and) seems to know exactly what is about to transpire and moves before Rowan is even on his knees. He walks towards Waldreg to drop the dagger onto him. Only after that Adar speaks his “only blood can bind” line. Can we talk about that sweet gesture? I hadn´t noticed before making the gifs, but there is a moment, where one of the uruks holds his hand lightly over Magrot´s head, just shy of touching it. And it´s right after Adar briefly nods into this uruk´s direction (perhaps after checking the pulse on Magrot´s wrist, or just holding his hand). This looks so gentle, my heart ...

Dwarves, Food & Language I do really wonder how many more phrases with food the dwarves have in their language, and I bet their cooking tastes fantastic.    * “That's a recipe for strong gravy."  * “Enough with the quail sauce.
