Nice to see that a concept that didn't land a mere four years ago seems to have found a home with current audiences, even if Novak had to play Boston-educated "Ben Manalowitz" working for a legally-distinct-from-NPR outfit to pull it off. I accidentally predicted the ending prematurely and some jokes involving a certain ethnoreligious group may not land well for everyone, but there's some truly great material at the core here (which can also be found in The Premise on Hulu), and I can't wait to see what he does next.
