if i did my math right, any winner of the vytal tournament would have to win more matches solo than they did with their team / partner. which is kinda funny. like at what point do you just drop the team / duo rounds of it and make it all about solo fights, or make all three into different categories?

#only solo fights speaks to me #solely bc it's really the only genuine opportunity #for some teammate vs teammate fights #that also has some actual “stakes” on it #also each character would have their own reasons for why they chose to partake or not #is it fame? to test their skill against others? just for fun?#the possibilities are endless!!

Perhaps yes! I think they can both have a good relationship!

I don't think they would be super best friends, but there would be a lot of respect involved in their relationship, after all, they are all too familiar with the feeling of losing important people… And dealing with the guilt of:

"I should have been there"

"I could have avoided it if I had done that"

"Why wasn't I able to stop this? I should have been stronger/faster!"

Maleficia, even though she is much older and has more experience with life/the world, would probably benefit from having people around her who will live much less than her, sharing their visions and feelings… Their existence is very brief in her eyes, but precious in some ways.

But she would also have a lot of knowledge to share with them… In a way I think it would be like a kind of support group!

Or I don't know, they will both share embarrassing stories about their boys… And try to teach her how to use a cell phone? 😅 💀💀💀

I think it would be interesting to imagine and theorize what their relationship would be like, but maybe I would have to reread the history of the twst game to have a more informed opinion but… It's a dynamic that I like to imagine how it would play out. 🤔

Us Batfamily fic writers need to get even more creative with the kind of tech the Bats use on patrol. I’m talking like ascending/descending tones in their earpieces to indicate incoming hostiles or attacks. Sensors and biometrics in the armor with read-outs in their lenses. Little metal clips attached to their back molars so they can engage comms or other tech hands free by clicking their teeth together a certain way. Gloves that lock a certain way depending on how the fingers are positioned so they can activate their gauntlets for a fall/slide. Magnetic soles to their boots that engage with a certain click command. Implants they can trigger by holding their breath long enough to indicate they need a rescue. Etc.

Actually super funny to me that Orochimaru pretty much just. Wins. By the end of Naruto. Like, congrats guys!! Hes officially immortal now!!

To me this means that every time I see a joke about how "it's the year 2098, and were watching soruto, son of goruto, son of horuto, son of boruto, son of naruto" Orochimaru is still just. There. Chilling.

Untill someone goes out of their way to specifically kill this guy (not out of the question tbh) he will, by default, just kind of be around for the rest of time in all Naruto media. Good for him, honestly
