Like my first in 2019, my gingerbread build for 2024 is once again Oxenture themed. That one was a ship, this is a tree. Kind of. It's supposed to be the tree city from the excellent new oxventure wyrdwood campaign. Now, it did end up more of an overconfident tree house, so let's just call it lightly inspired 😉

I genuinely didn't even know if this one would be possible. The amazing power of subbomness 😆

Oxventure Wyrdwood drops tomorrow, and of all the characters, I got an idea to draw Happen first. I've been binge-reading Witch Watch the past few weeks and just on the visual level, an idea came about. I really just wanted to draw that hand.

I feel like sometimes Oxventure fanart tends not to give Johnny enough adulation. I drafted this pixel art to go with the sprites I made and I'll probably stitch it once I get more of my shit together.

It was either going to be Cressida or Happen, but my boy just kept hitting though con saves. And I haven't actually properly drawn Cressida yet. Correction, I have, plenty, it's just this is what I decide as my first Cressida art.
