Well it looked familiar

Powder took Ekko to a place that was important to Vi. After she lost her, it became a place of remembrance for her sister.

Now for Ekko it's a place of remembrance for Powder that he met, for Jinx that he learned to love and for what could have been.

It's just beautiful how much memory this place holds and how special it is to all three of them.

i keep thinking like. why does ekko still have the monowheel . why is it in the hideout . Did he like make the deliberate effort to bring it with him there .. drag it and everything .. maintain its condition .. keep it at all .. a collaborative invention he had worked on and only entrust with with his best friend now turned enemy ..

doesn't really matter if he had brought it before or after he had confronted the reality of jinx , the fact It's STILL THERE is crazy enough .. i imagine he could have dismantled it and repurposed it for other inventions and weaponry but it's. very much still there. complete too i believe. oh ekko :-(

your happy zaundads au is so fucking awesome. I was rereading the comic you did that had singed in that world. Amazing stuff. I love that silco. he still bears his teeth in that world. I hope we see more of him (and vander because lbr they are not to separated... again). And I'm grateful every time we do.

I love that Ma Meilleure Ennemie plays during the Ekko/Powder dance, because that song is about Ekko and Jinx.

That dance is Ekko coming to terms with the fact that regardless of what name she goes by, regardless of all the pain they can cause each other in the wrong circumstances, he still loves her.

It's why the first thing he does after the dance is lament that he gave up on Jinx, and why Powder tells him that she has never seen him give up on anything.

It's also why when he gets back to Jinx, he makes the conscious choice of calling her Jinx instead of Powder.

Because he loves her, he never stopped loving her, he just stopped believing there was still good in her. But now, he chooses to believe in her, and it's that belief that gives Jinx the strength to walk away from that ledge and to give life one more chance.

being a timebomb shipper is realizing that the peak m/f ship dynamic is when they're both incredibly cool together and are actually cooler together and you actually want both of them carnally. no more of that pathetic guy with tall hot wife trope. no more of that one is more something than the other. no more it's because they're both bisexual. timebomb is the great equalizer of m/f ships, they are both cool, both hot, both competent, and both the smartest people in any given room. they match each other limb for limb and thought for thought; what greater love is there than to be equals in arms and without a need for each other because you are only fueled by desire to have that person there, not to make up for a lack of anything but because you compliment each other beyond anyone else's comprehension.
