I demand an AU where Laios' leg gets fucking crunched during the Red Dragon Battle (re-attachment impossible), and Marcille practices the whole necro-magic first by givin' him a new leg! With Red Dragon Blood/Flesh, he also gets put under the same command as Falin, except since it's only a leg, the curse slowly becomes more and more powerful until the eventual transformation above!!! :D AKA Ah Fuck, Took Too Long Overthrowing the Dungeon Lord, Get Monster'd. Lion + Red Dragon, because I like it. Laios would think it's cool, too, so there. The trade of Cool Monster is Sense of Self / Consciousness eroding into nothing (monster body, monster brain), though, so he's basically on an extra timer to stop/overthrow the Dungeon Lord, or experience a kind of death of sorts. Random idea I had to get outta my head, y'know?

“So The King allows a noble woman to live because her estate is of convenience to the kingdom?! All-while my father, a shoemaker, lost his head for knowing how to read druidic? The Hypocrisy!”

A little boy had to hang because of one moment, one spark of something he must’ve been born with because he never learned, and The Rotten King tied a noose around his neck.”

“In one of my books, my lord. Here, I belive you read from this when Merlin drank from the poisoned chalice.”

He flips through the pages haphazardly before releasing

“But this is a book of magical poisons and plants!”

“Well yes sire…how else would I be able to recognise the symptoms?”

Arthur thinks back to the woman who was arrested last week for having a book on magical plants. She was deemed a witch and a traitor with clear intentions of killing the royal family, and was subsequently burned alive

“So the information is useful in your hands, but traitorous in anyone else’s?”

“It’s just a book Arthur. What one chooses to do after reading it, is entirely up to oneself”

What happened.

Ok, so I'm sure some of you who are still here might have been wondering what happened to me in the years since I disappeared. The long and short of it is I got burned out. I stayed dozens of times wondering how write certain parts and staring to a blank screen that I grew to dislike my time spent working on them. On top of the fact that coding is such a detail oriented work, I kept hitting wall after wall of what to do cause every single new idea and choice I came up with, meant hours of coding and testing. And chapters 2 of each wip asked for a bigger choice pool compared to the first chapter. So I just shut out and life took over. More and more I kept putting it off until today and here we are.

Short explanation because I don't feel like going into too much detail. I feel I owe you all being straight forward with it and not fish for sympathy. The eventual lost of dashingdon was a wake up call and I could not just stay quiet and let my wips be erased without people revisiting it as I know, even unfinished and only one chapter in, people enjoyed them still.

As to what I'm planning in the future? I've gotten back to writing a bit. Even wrote and directed a short film last year. I'm also taking things slowly. I still have the stories I intended for each wip in my head. I haven't forgotten them. In fact, I think I'm much more mature now compared to then and feel I can do a better job now. But we will see. I will make no promises as I fear breaking them, but I'll give these two some love again. We will see what life entails. See you all later.
