ok this poll might change the trajectory of my life this fic

(for context, I speak both English and German, and this is a fic entirely about Medic)

options 1: pros, i get to explore thoughts and ideas through alternating lenses; cons, a lot more work for me and less accessible if you don't speak german

option 2: pros, less work in making sure the narrative stays coherent and fun way to still show my appreciation for the language; cons, maybe won't get to use language in the ways that i may otherwise want

i am leaning towards the latter but second opinions would be v helpful
