Screenshot redraw for The Lost Cargo of Kit Cloudkicker’s anniversary/my birthday. This is a couple days late cause I’ve been so busy. When Molly shows up it’s one of the sweetest parts of the episode, I love the full circle moment of her buying the plane!!
Flat colors and the scene I was recreating

Roughs and Tiedown from "The Lost Cargo of Kit Cloudkicker" episode.
I remember having an artblock while doing this shot. Took me a week or more of just redoing the roughs.

You know what? Never understood why there’s people in the fandom who think Louie felt left out of the adventure from The Lost Cargo of Kit Cloudkicker!
Personally I think it went down like this
Della: Hey Louie! We’re going on adventure to find some mysterious stone and Dewey is learning to fly today; wannna come to?!
Louie: Looking for a mysterious stone that’s most likely be a job that is waaaay harder than it sounds AND Dewey is flying? Nerp! I’m good! I’m gonna avoid adventure, thank you
Louie: {orders a sh*t ton of Gribbles}
#guys he has the next whole episode to himself I don’t see why he needed to be here#ducktales headcanons#ducktales 2017#duckblr#ducktales fandom#louie duck#della duck#huey duck#dewey duck

Ducktales Villains update:
Scrooge doesn't go on adventures anymore, so Glomgold thinks he won and is no longer a villian.
I saw this from the deviant art account DarthDestruktor, but Big Time Beagle is the new leader of the Beagle Boys. Ma retired, in a sense.
Magica De Spell found her brother Poe with the help of Scrooge and Louie. Magica and Poe are still doing evil, but they now leave the McDuck family alone. She has also married Gladstone Gander and still has Bradford as a familiar.
As established in Beaks in the Shell, Mark Beaks is a nobody and no one cares about his company, he is still rich though. He has a daughter, Wren Beaks, who was partially raised by her grandmother, Emma Glamour. Wren is into computers and tech like her dad, but is creative and can actually build things. She also likes fashion.
Don Karnage didn't die in the crash, but he was severally injured. He lost his arm, one leg, an eye, and his snout. He has also lost his crew and airplane in The Lost Cargo of Kit Cloudkicker, so he doesn't do pirating anymore. He wants even more revenge on Dewey Duck. Don now has a grandson, Don Karnage iii, who he is training as a pirate to revenge Dewey.
Doofus Drake loss a lot of his money and all of the power over his parents because of Boyd and Louie, but after The Life and Crimes of Scrooge McDuck, he is no longer an enemy and wants to become friends with Louie again, but Louie isn't interested. Doofus doesn't hate Boyd anymore and considers Boyd his brother. Doofus even dated Webby for a little bit before she left him. Him and Webby have a child, Doofus Jr. Doofus loves his child, even though they don't really have a close relationship.
A lot of F.O.W.L. is alive: Taurus Bulba, Steelbeak, Phantom Blot, and Pepper. Taurus Bulba is the new leader of fowl. Phantom Blot and Pepper are now married. Steelbeak is trying to get revenge on Dewey.
Timmy Jenkins isn't really an enemy, but I thought there should be more pig ocs, so Timmy is now a famous movie actor and director, since his whole thing is that he upstages Dewey. He has a niece, Taylor Jenkins.

Tell me I wasn't alone in originally thinking Akita was going to be revealed as part of F.O.W.L. Or that it was a huge missed opportunity when it turned out he wasn't!
A mutual once said to me, "He was so cool and evil and had so many red-lighting scenes that it almost just felt inevitable. After all, didn't Heron break Steelbeak out of jail? Why couldn't they do that for Aktia?" And I couldn't agree more; his intelligence would have been a huge advantage for them! And for twenty years he operated in the shadows ever since he fled into hiding from the authorities after the first Tokyolk disaster, in his own eerily red-lit, high-tech underground HQ, spying on the outside world... another way he'd fit in perfectly with F.O.W.L. and a perfect parallel between them!
It would have been perfect if, after locking Gandra away for being a traitor in 'Beaks In the Shell', Bradford replaced her with Akita (I mean, it would've made sense to replace one scientist with another, right?). But instead, F.O.W.L. replaced Gandra with... Don Karnage?? How does that make sense (even tho he did deliver a piece of The Stone of What Was to them, and likely requested to join since he lost his crew and his purpose in life in 'The Lost Cargo of Kit Cloudkicker')?? I know they wanted to conclude Don Karnage's rivalry arc with Dewey in the last episode, but c'mon- that seemed like it was already wrapped up in 'The Lost Cargo of Kit Cloudkicker', which took place only two episodes before the last episode!
It was just another way the amazing episode 'Astro B.O.Y.D.' was reduced to mere filler when it had potential for so much more (including ignoring the glorious start of Gyro's character development- shown at the end of that episode- throughout the rest of the last season, ignoring Boyd's very existence and his relationship with Gyro until the final episode, etc.).
Also, I mentioned here what a missed opportinity for Akita to be one of the villains in EPCOT's DuckTales World Showcase Adventure.

that’s an awesome reaction from them, oddly, I feel Dewey would be one of the first to accept.
Btws, I largely and mostly ship Della with oc Zack who’s hdl’s bio dad. But by pure canon, I ship delkit. To me delkit feels like what people wanted delpad to be.
I agree with you on that. From the episode "The Lost Cargo of Kit Cloudkicker," we've mostly seen scenes of Dewey wanting to learn how to Cloudkick from Kit himself. They got along really well together, and because of that, that's why Dewey would actually accept Kit dating his mom, Della first.
Another thing to me is that I do like the Delpad ship, too, and I respect that, but there's so much to the characters that we haven't seen on screen. Like before, Della and Kit actually went to flight school together, so they do have some history of when they were younger.

For my very first poll I have decided to do something that requires more than 10 options/choices and because there can only be one poll per post there will be multiple posts that all have to do with the same poll. This poll will be about which DuckTales (2017) episode you consider to be the best in the entire series. So if the episode you consider the best isn’t on this particular poll, don’t worry because there will be multiple posts that may have the episode you’re looking for on there. All the episode polls will end around the exact same time. Even though there will be multiple posts with a poll dealing with which DuckTales (2017) episode you consider to be the best, please treat this as a single poll and vote for one episode only. For example if the episode you’re looking for is here and you voted for it on this poll, please don’t go to the other posts to vote for an episode that’s on that poll. Have fun! 😊 ❤️ 🦆

Donald FOWL AU
How certain episodes events would play out with this AU in a sense: somethings will change but this is for now.
Challenge of the Senior Junior Woodchucks: mostly the same.
Quack Pack: post episode is when Donald joins FOWL. And Huey realizes he miss the days before adventures. Louie already did before. Dewey realized later.
Double-O-Duck in You Can Only Crash Twice: is when Agent D is first mentioned.
The Lost Harp of Mervana: mostly the same
Louie’s Eleven: is when Donald and Daisy reunite after years of not seeing each other, and date again.
Astro BOYD: the same cause it’s good
The Rumble for Ragnarok: main plot is mostly the same. Bradford discuss with Donald about the Golden Atlas, and Donald refuses to help get it. Bradford tried anyway by getting Jose and Panchito to talk, Donald warned them to not say anything about Xandra’s location. They got captured anyway.
The Phantom and the Sorceress: Agent D is there with Phantom Blot for what originally was a break in mission to the manor. then almost everything goes the same.
They Put a Moonlander on Earth: Donald and Daisy are on a date. Donald is there to guide Penumbra. to show Donald and Penumbra friendship. And Penumbra decided to go back to the moon with the other moonlanders who want to go back, to rebuild tranquility.
The Trickening: same
The Forbidden Fountain of the Foreverglades: mostly the same
Let’s get Dangerous: NegaDuck appears (it was a actual scrapped idea and a missed opportunity) and Agent D first “shows” himself in front of the family for the first time.
Escape from the Impossibin: Donald is first suspected than later let off, and family starts to look into who Agent D is. And clones are born.
The Split Sword of Swanstatine: Agent Duck appears again the kids and Scrooge’s first true encounter with him. Donald meets the clones for the first time.
New Gods on the Block: mostly the same except at the end of the episode Donald meets up with Xandra in New Quackmore to discuss something.
First Adventure: same
The Fight for Castle McDuck: Agent Duck is their along side Phantom Blot and Pepper to guide them around the castle and get the Blessed Bagpipes. And Della is there because she wants to see Matilda again after all of these years. (Also Scrooge’s parents are dead in this because why not) Bradford tells Donald about his reasonings as to why he’s doing this.
How Santa Stole Christmas: is completely different, it’s not about Santa, but instead about Della’s first Christmas back on earth. (It was missed potential and I would have loved to see it)
Beaks in the Shell: mostly the same in terms of main plot. Donald gets the Papyrus of Binding. Family finds the wrong Agent D. (Gandra)
The Lost Cargo of Kit Cloudkicker: Della’s first encounter with Agent Duck there’s something familiar about him but she can’t quite figure it out.
The Life and Crimes of Scrooge McDuck: mentions Scrooge’s past treatment of his family and how he got his fortune through some questionable means to drive home how Scrooge is a hypocrite and how he is a morally questionable person and always will be.
Last Adventure: family raids fowl’s funzos base, Webby finds the clones, Huey gets captured. Donald goes along with his family’s plans to raid the base, later goes off on his own with Xandra to free the prisoners. Webby finds out about what really happened to her parents (they were killed by fowl shortly after she was hatched her father was of the agency Donald was good friends with, her mother was Beakleys daughter and shush agent.) the kids, Ludwig, Gyro, and Gandra get captured again by the clones. Donald shows himself as Agent Duck to Scrooge. Della gets hung over the Solego Circuit instead. Donald points out all of the problems with the contract, Bradford and the others get arrested by Donald and Beakley. Donald takes in his clones and raises them with Daisy. The family finds out about the truth of the three caballeros and Donald’s secret agent days. Beakley finds out about his magic because Donald uses magic chains to keep Bradford and Heron from escaping.

MORE MISSING MYSTERIES?!
Okay, the Papyrus of Binding, I can understand. We all saw what happened to it in "The First Adventure!" and who knows if it'll be found again. That said, what the heck is Circe's Medallion? Is that going to be a Missing Mystery for the finale?

By that logic Donald too shouldn't never be allowed to ground any of the kids because he recklessly juggled the eggs and dropped one. She learned from that mistake and didn't want her son to make it as well: there's nothing wrong with it.
Louie still made a mistake that almost cost them their future so he needed some kind of consequences also NO ONE forces him to go on dangerous adventures: as seen in The Last Summit of Mount Neverest, The Doomsday volt episode and the Lost Cargo of kit Cloudkicker; he is free not to come on an adventure if he doesn't want to
Donald Duck would’ve 100% sided with Della’s decision to ground Louie in Timephoon!
I honestly think he would’ve been proud of his sister for being more responsible and for once not trying to be the “fun parent” by making that tough decision and for standing her ground. Because come on, it’s not like she took pleasure in grounding Louie; he crossed a big line and literally endangered his whole family when he could’ve admitted his mistake from the very beginning. A lot of opportunities were there for him and Della stood up for her son during those moments. I really don’t think a grounding is that big of a deal
