Zizzi was in Prince Eric's castle. After Ursula the Sea Witch was defeated, Ariel was married to Eric. Now, there was a wall built around the castle, to keep their daughter, Melody from going to the sea since Morgana, Ursula's sister was in hiding, wanting to avenge her sister.

Now it was her 12th Birthday, and Ariel was looking for Melody. "Melody? Melody?" Ariel called out. "Oh, Carlotta, have you seen Melody?" She asked to the castle maid. "Not since this morning, Your Majesty." Carlotta said shaking her head.

Hello! For characters that are closed, when do you reevaluate if/when to re-open them? (specifically I was looking at Shego from Kim Possible.)

Hey anon, thanks for asking!

We leave re-opening the character up to the mun of the character if they're still in the rp. If they aren't, we talk to the muns of closely connected characters before writing a fresh skeleton and reopening them. As Shego was closed pretty recently she will probably remain closed for a bit longer as both her mun and her connections are still here.

We're happy to help you find another character that fits the vision you'd be aiming for. Some ideas of the top of our heads are: Ursula, Evelyn Deavor, Helga Sinclair, Bonnie Rockwaller, and Namaari Chen.

Hey new to the aphmau fandom, like days old, and i was wondering what order to watch her rps as its kinda confusing to me

This is going to be such a long post because there’s so much to say! (There is a TLDR at the end if you don’t care about specifics and just want a watch order)

The inclusion of side-series and stuff just convolutes things a tad. But I promise, you will get an answer.

First;

I suggest a side series to start. Which isn’t to say that they’re all short, they’re just not relevant to the Big Two.

But, yeah, just dip your toe in the pool first.

Dreams of Estorra- never watched it. But it’s popular. It should be on the Aphmau Stories channel instead of her main one, if you can’t find it there. If someone can offer me a summary for it I would love you.

A Royal Tale- a weird mishmash of Disney and the Aphverse. A lighthearted fantasy show with some adult humour, Lo (< an icon), and romance. It will introduce you to some of the characters from the other series without overwhelming you with references you won’t understand. Aarmau, but they’re exes who hate eachother. It’s only a roleplay

Mermaids Tale- similar thing to ART, a mermaid au for Aphverse. Very Aarmau centric, there’s lesbian mermaids. I cant actually remember the plot but it got me into my train (the singer) phase. It’s only a roleplay

Mod Mod world- never watched it, but it did get a sequel that I’ll bring up later. Again, would love a summary from someone.

My Inner Demons- it’s one of the only non-aphmau centric shows and doesn’t include ANY aphverse characters. The main character is Ava, and it’s set up like a Harem Anime with a bunch of male demon love interests for her. It has quite adult humour, but it’s pretty cute aesthetically and deserves a second season. It’s only a roleplay

HeartPoint- a girl sees how much people like her platonically and romantically by little stats that appear above their heads. I believe Aphmau is the only Aphverse character, and whilst the romance is pretty obvious to me, I’ll leave who she ends up with blank as that’s kind of a part of the series… iirc. It’s only a roleplay.

There may be more… I’ll have to look.

Anyways.

So.

Onto the behemoths.

Minecraft Diaries is the first of the Roleplays to really get her popularity. It’s a medieval fantasy, with both roleplay and let’s play elements in it. It ran for three seasons, seasons one and two being 100 episodes each, however season 3 ended short. It was never completed. Season three is regarded as the worst season, and most either don’t consider it canon or haven’t watched it at all, but I consider it canon solely because it introduces us Lo, who I love. The two main ships when it was popular were Laurmau and Garmau, and if it weren’t for MyS, they probably still would be treated as such.

If you want to watch the main series in chronological order, I would watch MCD first. It is my favourite tho so maybe I’m biased. The lore can be contradictory and the quality slowly improves over time. It started to get remade with Rebirth, which you can watch before hand to get a general gist of the show before you dive into it, though it isn’t incredibly accurate to how the original is. Seasons 1-2 are on Aphmau’s main channel (I think), but season 3 is on Aphmau Stories. You don’t need to watch MyStreet but, you will probably end up watching it anyways.

Brief intermission: Void Paradox. The Mod Mod world sequel, is also a side series for MCD s1, and was made years afterwards. Very high quality, probably one of the better side series in general, and deserved a continuation. MMW isn’t required to watch it, but for context on Laurence and what’s up with him, MCD s1 is.

The next is MyStreet. It started as a modern Au for Diaries with the side stories and The Big Move, however began to be made into its own series. It begins as a slice of life, and is very light hearted with an Aarmau emphasis. It faces a genre swap for Season 4, before reverting to a slightly more solemn version of what it once was, before it goes back to a darker vibe for s6. Until s6, it existed in a separate universe to MCD, and you don’t need to watch MCD to understand it (though it does provide some context for s6)

There are prequels and side series (and a three episode sequel, which is fun). PDH is the main one, and because MyS was made first, they can contradict, however you will need to watch PDH S2 for context for MyS S4. Otherwise you won’t know the villain or understand what the fuck he’s doing. After them, there is PDH: Graduation days, and FalconClaw University. Neither are particularly important, but again, FCU offers some context for s4, so… you could watch it. It’s just not mandatory. There’s Aphmau’s year after s4, which is just a recovery mini-season, and there’s Her Wish which was released before s6, but set after it. And I will give them credit, they did preplan when they wrote her wish and watching it after s6 and realising everything they did to retain continuity… oh it’s good. Her wish does require watching MCD S3/late s2 though, it won’t make sense without it.

TLDR;

If a series isn’t Void Paradox, Mystreet, MCD, Phoenix Drop High or FalconClaw Uni, you can just watch it whenever.

MCD / PDH / MYS is my personal favourite watch order, because it’s all chronological. But just go with whatever you vibe with!

MCD is the OG and fantasy Medieval, but is a mix of roleplay and let’s play, and doesn’t have entirely consistent lore. It has a partial remake and it’s final, incomplete season, sucked.

PDH is higher quality and a highschool drama with fantasy undertones but less relevant, and is a prequel for MyS

MYS is the most popular and is a slice of life with more fantasy undertones, as well as very high quality, but suffers through genre swaps, and requires some context from the other two in later seasons.

Mattie took a deep breath, her clawed hands clenching and unclenching themselves around bouquet of roses and water lilies, as two large doors to the entrance hall opened with a deafening creak. She looked up, smiling from behind the golden veil that covered her blushing face, while her fathers stood on either side of her to walk their precious daughter to her bride to be. Even though Lilith had her back turned to her, Matilda was already in awe of her beloved’s beauty. The dark purple wedding gown she was wearing enhanced the gorgeous blonde woman’s beauty, the way it flowed and puffed out like an elegant ball gown and showing off Lilith’s lovely figure left the princess speechless. For a split second, Mattie had almost forgotten everything going on around her in that moment, and wanted nothing more than to run and embrace her love. To kiss her, and hug her, and run her fingers carefully through Lilith’s silken blonde hair while telling her how much Matilda truly loved her.

Then, she remembered, that this was their wedding day. The day the two of them had planned and prepped for since they were little girls sharing innocent kisses on cheeks at tea parties, and flowers and candies whenever they had the chance. Mattie’s heart swelled and overflowed as she walked down the aisle, her golden mermaid dress fluttering behind her, and tears welling up in her honey eyes, as she walked eagerly towards her lovely, wonderful bride.

Ceb watched the two beautiful brides in awe and admiration of their love, which he could feel even from where he was sitting. The brunette smiled, and cuddled closer to his fianc�� while taking his hand in his much smaller claws.

tsun what are ur top three fav insane random daisuke skills 🎤

OAIWHBAJFKJ OH GOD. OKAY. OKAY. SURE.

1 --- lockingpicking/hacking. this isn't an insane skill by itself, hell even i know it's criminal muse 101 but the sheer phantom thief mastery level of Opening Things Up that daisuke has is insane imo. he's canonically picked open a lock with just a random twig from the ground in a LN and always has a pin hidden somewhere in his hair in the manga for manual locks; he can crack electronic ones (which azumano is, contrary to its romantic european appearance, completely stacked and filled with) within as little as 1-4 seconds without even looking. he can crack and/or hack vaults, cameras, lights, vending machines, arcade machines, pachinko machines, phones, (which is really funny imo since he still has his flip-phone,) literally you name it and he can probably open or disable it. there's this really good light novel portion that i love describing daisuke (and daisuke alone!) as dark going through a heist: "the trajectory showed that dark was headed straight for the snow queen. it's always like that. no matter how much manpower or cutting-edge equipment you put in front of dark, it's as if it's completely meaningless, easily and freely invaded."

like it wouldn't matter if you put 24899535 locked doors and walls in front of him, he's going to go right a straight line towards whatever he wants. you can't possibly keep him out of anything, and you can't possibly keep him in; he can't and won't be stopped. THAT'S SCARY, DUDE!!! (though the lns are very firm on insisting he's never like this and forceful/invasive with people and their feelings, which is also so sweet 😭👍) even if he has nothing else on him dark also has his retractable claws/talons, so if a lock's big enough, dark/dai can even use those to quietly pick and click their way into someplace, which is a different kind of insane. lockpicking is something daisuke doesn't get to use much in rp but he has used his tech related skills and dexterity to actually fix some broken things for people. if you have the kind of muse that blows up electronics every other week daisuke's actually someone who's got a good chance at fixing it. he's even basically fixed everything that was going wrong during his school play (lights, sound equipment, etc...) because he was going all out for it lmao

2 --- daisuke's.... problem solving skills?? it's adjacently related to all a' that ^ up there and not really all that random on the surface but is still a top fav For Me, and can produce some really interesting random thoughts daisuke has every once in a while. daisuke gets assumed to be a clueless airheaded moron a lot and he even calls/believes himself to be stupid constantly, but the fact is he actually has really good problem solving skills and like..... phantom thief ultra instinct. i'm not talking about his duties as a magical girl therapist helping all the live arts through their struggling emotions, i'm talking about portions in the light novels like this:

'the reason for the "please do not lean over" warning on this fence is because the 3d light that is projected from the floor covering the mermaid's tears doubles as a sensor to detect intruders. the security device activates when the light is blocked. daisuke carefully listened as a security guard gave an explanation to two young women who were trying to touch the 3d mermaid.

that means we have to do something about security first.

reflexively thinking that, daisuke scratched his head and said 'no way, are even my thoughts turning into dark's?! i'm not going to turn into dark anymore!'

... and that was only from the first light novel, (hence him attempting to reject dark,) wherein he also basically immediately figures out how a certain sensor / chasing mechanism functions within a haunted house attraction. even when dark is in the one in control of the body and performing a heist, daisuke is still the one who constantly figures things out for dark; he stays quiet and calm and pays very close attention, which is the opposite of what most people assume daisuke and his perpetual freakouts to ever be capable of. although he does this in the first LN and the wink CDs, my favorite quotation is just this tiny portion from the third LN:

dark, who's tormented by the sound itself, may not be able to hear hiwatari's voice. wiz was also shaking his wings in pain on dark's shoulders. ---i have to be strong. daisuke carefully checked the information coming in through his eyes and ears. he wondered why hiwatari was able to remain calm while dark and wiz were suffering so much. daisuke felt something strange as hiwatari approached him. he was louder than usual. not only that, but something else was different.

^ even without full context, you get a feel for daisuke's attitude under pressure; he actually shapes up more and more rather than collapse and drop the ball or start shaking and give up like a lot of people think he would!!! also that 'i have to be strong' is just cute as hell too 😭 dark might be the 'face' of the heisting operations but honestly without daisuke dark would have been legitimately outright screwed over and probably captured a couple of times by now, hiwatari is that good, but likewise so is daisuke despite how disparate they seem as uhhh weird daytime friends and nightime rivals.

I try to! Sometimes one or two falls through the cracks when I don't have the spoons to respond right away, but I do try and at least acknowledge them even if it's been ages.

6. what is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

Probably a little ficlet I wrote here on Tumblr and never put on AO3, in which one of the characters is revealed to have been dead the whole time. Usually I'm not about the super depressing endings though, just about everything else at least ends on a hopeful note, if not a resolved one.

7. what's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

I think most of my RiSang fics end on a happy note, especially the one-shots and the exchange fics. Love Light, Ordinary World, ADHAU, Wild Fire, Last to Know...I think they're pretty equally happy?

8. do you get hate on fics?

Not really, but I did get one bizarre comment on a fic where the commenter presumed to predict where the plot was going and then comment on how much they didn't like when things like that happened? Except it wasn't a fully published fic yet and the actual ending was...nothing at all like they predicted.

9. do you write smut?

I sure do.

10. craziest crossover?

I don't think I've ever actually written a crossover. Crazies fusion fic was definitely Les Amis Do Titanic (In Every Age).

11. have you ever had a fic stolen?

I don't think so. I mostly write rarepair/pool noodle fic in a tiny fandom so...who's really going to take it?

12. have you ever had a fic translated?

Not that I know of.

13. have you ever co-written a fic before?

I used to do a lot of forum-based RP, back when invision/tapatalk/proboards forums were all the rage in the early 2000s. In terms of fic I've published on AO3, I haven't. But that's largely due to the fact that I'm the slowest writer known to man, and I'd just end up frustrating any writing partner I had with my slowness ^_^;

14. all time favorite ship?

I think Weilan (Guardian) is the ship I've read the most fic for overall. But it's definitely not my longest-term ship or anything.

15. what's a wip you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

The Weilan Mermaid AU I started back in like...2020? I fell into the DMBJ pits before I finished it and idk if I'll ever go back to it at this point.

16. what are your writing strengths?

I've been told I'm good at setting scenes and writing things that people can visualize, so that, I guess?

18. thoughts on dialogue in another language?

Nah. I mean I'll use a word here or there, if it's something very commonly understood in the fandom (like calling Wu Erbai "Er-shu" or Zhang Rishan "fuguan" if that's how a character would address them in the show). But in terms of full sentences? I wouldn't be confident enough in my ability to write the language fluently, and even if I could, I'd just have to provide translations anyway. Far easier to say "...'said so-and-so in [language]."

Like, EVER? I had a generic American Girl doll that I named after a Baywatch character and wrote a story for her when I was like...9? Does that count?

20. favorite fic you've written?

I'm still really proud of Ordinary World. It's not my most popular by any measure, but I put a ton of work into it and I still enjoy re-reading it sometimes. Plus I'm proud of the fact that I churned out nearly 60k words in like a month since it was for an exchange that had a deadline.

In order of who im (SADLY) Hyperfixated on, it goes;

* Sasha {Bulleteer Aaron} , in canon she's an ex-boxer that now works at a tattoo parlor and shares an apartment with a demon she summoned while on a wine binge. She's mixed with Russian+Irish+Icelandic+Mexican heritage but grew up mainly with her Irish and Mexican heritage. She's a disaster panace who can't be picky at this point- Sasha just wants someone who she can come home to at the end of the day, and talk to like a normal person. Does she count as a villain? I hope so. She killed a small family in nebraska once. In a story/rp, she used to be the ambassador for a kingdom but settled down as a butcher. She got burn scars from it for being a #girlboss and they stayed canon. * Sydney {Witherstone Appleton} , in canon their a demon that got summoned BY Sasha. She works at a diner, but mainly lives to annoy Sasha by giving her "water curses" and "sleepy spells" which is just him staring at Sasha until she takes care of herself. Notice how Sydney has multiple pronouns! Because in my lil' oc universe- demons don't have genders. Hell is seperate by everyones own depiction and in mine- it's just.. bland. normal. Sometimes the current ruler throws parties, that's fun. You can get a gender if you want, healthcare and stuff is free. ANYWAYS- Sydney is so normal it HURTS me. It just wants to fucking get groceries, pay bills and leave. BTW they commited tax fraud but shhhh we don't have to talk about that. BTW 2 THEY ALSO KEEP IN CONTACT WITH THEIR FAMILY- HER FAMILY * Matthew {NO MIDDLENAME NOR LASTNAME}. You know that funny meme of what happens if a centaur and a mermaid have a kid?? Yeah he's that. He's basically like, a generic guy- minus his bull ears and the horn's he's growing and his ability to speak underwater and breathe underwater. In canon he used to be like- a leutanint general but now he works at a light-house. He's a weed smoking girlfriend despite being a gnc acearo man with chronic leg pain. also lung pain. In the rp he was made for, he was surprisingly the least problematic. All he did was stress knit- I'm pretty sure he got the job BECAUSE he was just! some guy! He does have horrors though. And by "horrors" I mean he grew up (and out of) the orphanage so he has little to no knowledge about his parents, chooses to stay silent/nonverbal throughout his life so his sentence forming SUCKS- he lives is life in a cycle, can barely cook nor fold laundry. To cope though, he knits and likes to sneak into gardens and revive dead/dieing plants via necromancy. BTW he grew up in the same orphanage as Sasha and they have a blood pact. If one gets hurt, so does the other. * The Asker {that's it's name}. Me and my bestie for life have an ask game with eachother, where our ocs ask eachother questions, and that's my silly little guy for it!! Funnily enough, it was based on anon asks, but eventually evolved into it's own thing. It used to live in an empty black void- with bright computer lights illuminating it's small area of safety, and a single keyboard with oh so many letters and such. But RECENTLY, that fuck ESCAPED!!! JAIL BREAK!!!!! And is currently living in the basement of a motel because "oh my god is this the outside why is it bright why is it loud oh my god oh my god [THEIR] going to [DECOMMISSION ME]." #slay, y'know? Don't worry though, it'll get a job at like- walgreens or walmart and live in a normal ass neighborhood soon. * Sammy {Picture}. Once again, another oc made for an RP that I absolutely FELL IN LOVE WITH!! He's an object-head with one of those rotary phones for a head, but more pathetic looking and kinda like a bug, but it's okay. He's a preschool teacher and admires his job. He has a situationship thing with the person who he shares an apartment with- a soap rabbit humanoid named Bob, that is also a substitute history teacher. Anyways remember the bug thing? Yeah. Sammy used to be a catipillar centaur but someone fucking robbed its grave when he died. BTW Sammy was a catipillar in this sense

and therefor he's very colorful. he's a pathetic meow meow but he's also said the most ominous insults ever. He's my favorite bc I like to imagine him doing the most boring tasks like drinking water. He does his taxes btw. Their my only oc who willingly does its taxes.

As stated previously, you must be 18+, the reason for that is that my rps usually contain smut, but it won't be immediately, there should be a build up to smut between two characters, and they can't be minors because I don't feel comfortable depicting minors in sexual situations.

In terms of youngsters in romance, no smut that involves minors!! Romance, kissing, cuddling, and light teasing is fine if both parties are in the same age group and both consent, but anything more than that is a no go as far as youngsters go.

Tell me about any and all triggers or sensitivities you might have so I can avoid triggering topics, our rps are meant to be a safe space for both of us.

No scat, vomit, or diaper fetish.

No pedophilia ships, incest ships, zoophile ships, or proshipping in general.

I'll be checking your profile to see if you're a proshipper, map, zoophile, terf, or anything problematic, I tend to form friendships with my rp partners, and don't think I can be friends/rp with bad people for the sake of my own mental health. You should also have your age in your bio so that I have confirmation that you're a legal adult.

Active hours really don't matter all that much, replies can just be whenever you're able to write, my reply schedule will probably be inconsistent too, so you don't have to feel bad if you fall asleep or have to work. NON-SEASONAL!!!

6/10! Really cute and I adore it's aesthetics, however, I personally don't use it a lot.

6/10! Once again, I don't really use it, and the anatomy for the legs is really awkward. However, it's redeemed by the bodice, since it has the cute fairy wings on the back!

9/10! THE OG!!!! One of my top four sets that have short heels/no heels.

7/10! Not a big fan of the bodice, and the bow always floats above on newer hairs. The heels and skirt however are chef's kiss! Also it gives me nostalgia, lol.

NEW YEARS SETS!

9/10! The only new year set so far lol, but it's a great starter set, the amount of toggles for a free set are pretty cute! I also love the microphone (Let's ignore THOSE players. I am not one of them.)

SUMMER SETS!

7/10! Great for new players, and people who still RP. Along with lolita fashion! The best part is the sleeves lol. In my top four short/no heel sets

9/10! Ok male toggles, great female toggles. I have an over attachment due to mermaid rps when enchantix was full.

SPRING SETS!

9/10! Only one so far, but, I'm in love, it's in my top four short heels/no heels sets! However, I really need them to add a toggle for the geta sandals where they have normal legs, but I need skirt toggles so they actually reach the floor when I wear tall heels lol.

VALENTINE SETS!

8/10! Big fan of the female toggles but the male toggles look a little goofy. The sleeves and female bodice >>>>>

8/10 for the fem toggles! 2/10 for the masc toggles. Please someone, teach the guy toggles how to dress oml. Mon Cheri is such a great set for the whole royale vibe cause like ahsdnibhahibdhhij. Gorgeous. Absolutely gorgeous.

7/10! The ears are a little goofy, and I prefer the old bodice because the set seems kind of off now. Like how the skirt isn't the same texture. The heels are short and stubby, but they're pretty good.

Overall. Someone. Please, anyone, try to teach the male toggles how to dress because I fear for my life when I make a masc avatar. I'll prob do a part 2 with Glitterfrost and Royalloween sets!
