One time another player from my larp group made me a lunchbox to take to an event. They even re-packaged everything into neutral or historically accurate packaging so I could carry it around in character.

Now, I ofc had to point out that I had the best lunch out of everyone, which, given the fact that all my larp friends are reasonable adults, had vast consequences and started what I'd call the snackbox war of 2024/25.

Since I'm not picky with making friends as Lutz, this character has friends in all sorts of different factions. So half of his friends can't stand each other.

For context: this is the character for whom I just really lean into my natural talent for looking young and being a pest. I keep getting snack packs in the fucking post, from people with handwritten letters in-character, letting Lutz know that whoever sent this particular lunchpack is his best friend after all. I'm not even complaining, but today I found a linen bag full of potatoes and a letter in cursive in my mailbox. My roommate is, by all means, intrigued.

In short: send help, my adult friends are having a fight over who can made me, another adult, the best lunchbox.

Watching Dressrosa and seeing Zoro watch Luffy's colosseum battle on the screen I was suddenly hit by the fact that in a Modern AU he'd probably be the most obnoxious kind of soccer fan.

You know the one that probably picks a new favorite team every match and is only a soccer fan when they are actively watching soccer. I can honestly just imagine him screaming at the screen and being all dramatic at the team talking about honor and shit. No actual practical knowledge of soccer though.

I just think he and Mihawk would just be the kind of people that like sport in a Modern AU they are athletes themselves but they also just like competition and adrenaline and so sports. Except Mihawk atleast attempts to possess a basic knowledge of the rules and plays of sports he watches while Zoro will watch a sport he's never heard of in his life, chooses a random dude that's "got guts" and root for them so wholeheartedly you'd think he's supported them all his life.

All this to say that goth family watches the World Cup as part of "family bonding time" and

-Mihawk is rooting for 3 separate countries, the 2 that his data says are statically most probably going to win and his home country cause he has some "patriotic pride". He watches intensely but never actually reacts to anything.

-Zoro is rooting for whichever team is playing against whatever team Mihawk is repping at the moment. He has no stakes in this longterm whatsoever exceot that he gets his fill of trolling Mihawk, sports adrenaline and on the rare occasion his team wins he gets to be a smug asshole to the man who raised him 😌. He screams at the T.V so much you'd think he had money on the line.

-Perona liked the idea of styling cute matching jerseys so much so that she forgot how much she hates watching sport. She is very bored and unhappy and hopes that somehow both of them lose. She judges the outfits (the jerseys) of different countries and their coaches on a scale that only she really understands but all must suffer through.

-Shanks is there because this is the only time Mihawk will hold his hand even though he is squeezing so hard his bones might be ground to dust. (the only indicator that Mihaw is affected at all by what is happening). He's bar hopper he's used to seeing random sports he doesn't understand played on green fields running in the background of his mild buzz to drunken fool binge. He's just glad to be included.

Thinkin bout Soleil. I wanted to talk bout em after I drew the art but but I wanna talk bout em noooowww. Though tbf there aint much info I got rn. Sol is just gonna be one of the NPCs that the cast can meet, it'll be known as "The Forgetful One," their name also is just something it took from a book, they liked the word so they made that as its name. When it was still living in The Country, they were one of the loyal worshipper and avid follower of The Universe (until they found a copy of The Cursing of Chateau Castle which led to its journey of travelling to Vaugarde to find more-- in their defense, The Universe led them to the book so...)

When The Country was forgotten, they got hit with it the hardest as most of the stuff it knows are about The Country and The Universe. Basically, A LOT of their memories got forgotten so it tends to appear as absent-minded and pretty laid back. They lived in Bambouche (to feel closer to The Country, though now they don't even know Why they're living there now, it just knows that they prefer to live there than anywhere else).

Sorta sequel of this post (where Bruce is happy that Damian has totally and completely normal human friends). You don't have to read that one to get this one tho lol.

All of which to say, he's shouldn't be surprised when Bruce levels little Elle Nightingale and her cousin Billy Batson with his patented "You Are In So Much Trouble" BatDad Face (TM) and the little hellions just grin back at him, entirely unaffected. Shouldn't be but still is because holy fuck even Jason will still back off when Bruce levels him with that look. And these kids had the gaul to ask Bruce if they could go get ice cream after they were done here.

Elle's teeth are pink and red from blood - Tim isn't sure if it's better or worse that it's not her blood. Jon was bouncing between fussing over Damian - who Superboy had been mostly able to keep from joining the fight and thus probably saved a couple of lives - and casting worried looks at his two bloody friends as they stood lined up in front of Bruce. At least one of them had enough sense to be wary of that look.

Tim would say that Jon was the well behaved one of the bunch - and worryingly enough he might be - but he'd heard him yelling give em the chair at one of the two scrappers as he and Bruce came running over so he knows it's only the fact that a punch from even a baby Kryptonian would have killed a person that kept the littest Kent out of the fight rather than any idea that the fight itself was wrong. All four children look ruthlessly proud of each other.

The ones the hellions were fighting - a couple of guys Tim's age who had been stupid enough to try and bully Damian at all, let alone in front of his pack of feral raccoons - looked like they'd gone several rounds with Killer Croc before being thrown around by Bane and run over by a car. They deserved it- assholes - but they still looked rough.

One was bleeding from several bite wounds Elle had inflicted on him, earlobes a mess from where the little girl had torn his earrings out, both eyes blackened and swollen to the point he couldn't open them anymore. The other had a large red and bleeding bald spot from where Billy had ripped a good chunk of hair out, nose completely shattered- likely in retaliation for what had been done to Billy's - and elbow hanging at an odd angle. Tim's not sure which one of them had the chair - thankfully one of those fabric folding ones and not something more solid - broken over them, or which hellspawn had taken Jon's suggestion to heart, but either way he could see the twisted up remains of the item in question laying not too far away.

At least the EMTs were ushering the two weeping teens away into ambulances so they could get taken care of. Tim's pretty sure Elle and Billie would try and get a few more hits in otherwise and knowing them he doesn't doubt that at least one of the cops that had shown up on the scene would end up losing a finger or two in the process. Which normally Tim would be fine with - he has files on all of these guys and they deserve way worse than what a couple twelve year olds could do to them - but in this case he's already having a hard time convincing the officers that it's just a matter of some kids defending one of their friends from a couple of bullies.

Ugh. Some people just didn't understand children and it really showed. It was a public park, kids were gonna be kids. Just a normal childhood scrap. The real problem were the highschoolers who tried to start shit with a group of little kids.

Sure the hellions were feral and unhinged enough to be unbothered by Bruce trying to chide them about starting fights instead of getting an adult to help, but at the end of the day playground scuffles will happen and the kids were just defending themselves. Cops should be thankful that BL wasn't able to join them for the day or someone would have ended up shoved into a cooler or something.

Eh, whatever. He got them to drop the assault charges - which were ridiculous, Elle & Billie were normal twelve year olds getting into a fight, it wasn't like it was Damian with all his training and skills - and Bruce had given up on trying to be disapproving of them not reporting the attempted bullying to him instead of handling it themselves. Probably because at the end of the day he was a little proud of the little shits for defending Damian and standing up against some bullies. And really Tim was too. They might be vicious little hellspawns sent there to torment them all, but they were good kids at the end of the day and they cared about Damian enough to throw down with guys twice their size.

Tim pulled up a list of the nearest ice cream places on his phone, Bruce was totally going to cave on that front and even if he didn't Tim was willing to use his executive Big Brother privileges to get them ice cream anyway. He isn’t going to need to though. Jon had thrown his puppy dog eyes into the mix on that front and Tim knows from experience how much a kryptonian looking hopeful could get away with when it came to this family. Hell, Kon had probably taught his little brother that face for these exact kinds of situations because of how effective it was.

"I'm still going to have to tell Jazz about this." Bruce said as they shuffled off towards the restrooms to try and get everyone cleaned up, a parting shot to make up for his failure to cow them earlier.

i would like to point out one question i had through out the book, which was why was grayson playing? what was the point of that???? like seriously was there an actual need for him to play or was it just jameson, avery, xander and nash fucking with him? whatever it was it didn't make sense and just felt like jlb was trying to shove lyra and grayson into forced proximity so they could interact.

speaking of thatttt i love graysonlyra and rohansav (more thoughts on sav later) the banter the looks the touches the everything i love it sm omg AND AVERYJAMESON!!!!!!! THE CRUMBS WE WERE GETTING MADE ME SO HAPPY OMG!!! I CAN DIE HAPPY!!

i will say i feel jlb really did pull out all the stops for this book the different levels of everyone's connection and knowledge of how to solve the riddles/puzzles (i was literally CLUELESS) like how does one make all that connect. the level of detail was insane connecting books and characters together just weaving some kind of intricate web of characters.

and at first i did feel like the game felt really short but i think that was just my 2am dumbass brain forgetting this is only the first part of the game lol. i did kinda hope there would be more like running around and trying to solve things on the actual island not stuck in a house though but who knows whats happening in the next book soooo

it did get very confusing there with calla (who is fucking INSANE BY THE WAY!!! SHE TORTURED KNOX??? WTF????) and the whole calla lily thing with lyra and odette was confusing af. so its like calla (the person) has a connection with knox and brady and then a calla lily has a connection with odette and lyra (also kinda gray cause he knows abt it i guess)

and and and and im a die hard gigislate shipper (and brady daniels hater) so im praying that we get an enemies to lovers with gigi and slater where he's forced to be mean/hate or wtv because of *gags* eve and then its like oop no im breaking you out of here idc what eve thinks because i only care abt you. lyra - ok i love her. she was such a good strong character it was so much fun to read about her interactions (with grayson 😏) she was actual so wife material but idk why i felt like i wasnt allll that into her character too much like i love her but didn't really feel connected with her?? idk she was a very good fmc to read about tho!! but i do wanna know about miles end and her whole connection with her dead dad (who btw is an ass who tf kills themself in front of a FOUR YEAR OLD???) and whoever's stalking here (honestly i had a whole ass thing thinking its ALL PROBABLY EVE LIKE SHE WOULDA DONE THAT MUCH RESEARCH OR SOMETHING or maybe eve was js there for gigi) but now i think it might've been something to do with alice. who knows honestly

gigi - this is my time to shineeeeee. if gigi has zero fans i am dead (and slater bc im delusional like that) i love gigi so much omg. she's my no 1 girl i love her. my girl just needs someone to love her fr she talks through out the book about how she wants to be looked at with so much love (she thought it was brady BUT NO EW) i loved reading from her perspective abt how she just wanted to prove that she was good enough to be in the game AND SHE IS!!! im still bitter about her getting kicked out of the game - AND IM NOT EVEN GONNA TOUCH ON THE WHOLE KIDNAPPING AT THE END (GIGISLATE ENEMIES TO LOVERS WHEN????)

savannah - girboss fr. she could step on me and i'd say thank you. its really interesting to me how (obviously) she's been manipulated by eve and it'll be super interesting to see how jlb will play out her whole revenge plan. she's extremely driven which is admirable and a good characters (she's literally like a female grayson imo - which also reminds me of that one scene where she goes "i am grayson hawthornes sister" which made me smile so big fr)

knox - ok so my buddy boy knox. broski, brozilla, broville, brother from another mother, u need a hug? i didn't really like him in the beginning tbh he was a moody lil girl working through his issues. but after a while when he warmed to gigi it was nice to see the softer side to him (which tbh wasnt for very long until oop trauma dumpppp) but seriously oml knox baby the scar???? imma find calla fr (jlb cant write new characters also why complicate the shit out of everything and have a calla lily be relevant to lyra and also have calla be a person???) i did like how sweet/soft he was with gigi when she fell though that warmed my heart.

odette - iconic grandma shit tbh. she was third wheeling the entire time and at some points actually seemed like she was shipping them but then two seconds later she was warning them? saying no? idk the whole 'seizure' thing seems faker than eve's lies. and the fact she instantly gave brady the watch after gigi said no. like um what about knox? idk if thats js my brady hate coming through here though so yeah idk if i trust her or not (bet everyone is working for eve except for gigi, lyra and rohan)

grayson - marry me. love me. choose me. pls. i'd do ANYTHING. my simping for this man aside. ANON I AM SO HAPPY YOU'RE ENJOYING THE ZINETHOLOGY!!!! everybody has worked so so hard on it and i think this has to be THE most impressive project i can proudly say ive directed. Being Head Mod for this was such an unbelievable treat and everything thats come out of it has been nothing but showstoppingly gorgeous and incredible. Massive props to the rest of my mod team for their insanely hard work and to all of our contributors as well, who im pretty sure injected cocaine intravenously to get this finished on time with the level of detail it got finished at /silly

Something i want to let everyone know about hgcz is that we did not have this plot going into the project!! We didnt have a plot at all!! Instead, our mod team gave everyone about a month to make lore negotiations using the bare bones worldbuilding i wrote out for them, and then we had each team give us three pitches they wanted to create a piece for!! From there, me and the rest of the mods stitched them into a plot, and the contributors went CRAZY meshing it all together even further. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience of creating this thing together as a group, and i couldnt be more proud of everybody

On today's Ginkgo rambles, we have

what is going on with Tessa and why I find her very suspicious.

Spoilers, duh

The main thing that glares at me is how she interacts between the team and what she says. Or, more specifically, how inconsistent she is with the information she gives us. When we first see her, she says:

"Her [Cyn] last known act was siccing you lot on human exo-planets."

N: "But why?"

J: "That's what we're trying to figure out, bozo."

And-

"If she [Cyn] wants these labs. We burn them down!"

But later, she switches it up.

"When we get to the lab and find that list..."

Why was there a switch? She went from "we are burning this sh*t down!" To "I actually need the labs to get the list of drones that are infected."

So what gives?

The only thing I can see is J's presence. It's strange too isn't it? Tessa specifically told J to stay back and mind her ship. Illiciting this weird pause in the trio.

The entire time in N's memories/flashback, it's shown that J follows Tessa all over. Granted, N's memories are a bit of a shaky land to base anything off of. Many of the things that happened in N's memories did not actually happen in real life. More specifically, the gala massacre happened, yes. But N, V, Tessa, and J most likely did not fight eldrich Cyn like in Episode 5, Home. Given that we have nothing else, we can at least infer that J and Tessa are pretty close friends- specifically taking the scene when Tessa asks J to act as a "ripping royal stud." J, who we have seen to be very strict, showed concern for Tessa's hand injury (which is another thing I'll touch on).

With all this in mind, why would Tessa do that? They've been together ever since the first clip of then in episode 3, The Prommening. Why would Tessa forgo the extra security that J provides? Supposedly, Tessa knew that N and V have forgotten about her due to the CYN administration program. We see this from when Tessa first interacts with them,

"N! You remember- *cough cough*" It seems that she knew that N and V, to some degree, do not remember her or working for her as butler and maid. That detail would put her at a risk, wouldn't it? N and V are almost like strangers, not to mention Uzi bit her the second she got close enough. Having J with her would be safer for her. Instead, she tells J to mind her ship.

Now, there are a couple of things that I could think of.

1. J is a liability somehow. This is the more insane and unhinged idea, therefore has more holes. But basically, the thought is that the absolute solver somehow has a stronger hold on J and is using her to gather data on Tessa's movements. Tessa might have realized that the corrupted core with ths absolute solver in J is a liability to what Tessa is actually trying to do. Therefore, she says "we burn the labs!" When J is there, but when she's gone Tessa switches to her true goal which is "get the list." There is a glaring hole here tho. How would Tessa know that the corrupted cores in N and V do not have a strong hold on them? Maybe the hint to her was that N remembered her. But J hasn't shown signs that she doesn't remember Tessa either. But the counter to that could be that J views Tessa as a JcJenson technician, therefore Tessa is already supposed to have that level of respect/loyalty.

2. J is backup. This would make more sense. We can't have the entire gang going down into the labs, and not have someone as backup in case things go south. They'll need someone to either drag them out or finish the job of burning the labs down if the gang isn't successful.

3. Tessa herself is what's weird. J, N, and V are all acting like themselves, the only person that we've seen to have a change in their personality is Tessa. Maybe Tessa is posessed with something something, more unhinged idea rant. But you get the idea. Of course, no one can go through seeing your parents and friends killed, and then kinda causing the fall of the entire planet earth and come out with the same personality as you had originally. So maybe, she simply matured rapidly, and that gave her the more cold side we often see throughout Episode 6, Dead End.

I'm mostly very suspicious of Tessa because V was too. While the trio were making their way over to the elevator, V had one of her eyes/sensors on Tessa the entire time.

After V saw that Tessa was no longer trustworthy and that the sentinels did not listen to her, she stopped following along with Tessa. Just as many more people have mentioned, it's really sad how V's true personality and care only shone in the second half of episode 6. How protective V became of Uzi and N. Taking lead while walking down the corridor, and taking lead in fighting the sentinels.

Now as for this! Tessa's hand injury, or something at least being wrong with her hand. Liam would not include this just because. Something is wrong with her left hand, and we have to keep that in mind for some odd reason. I have a feeling that the injury will come up later in eps 7 and 8. Perhaps if the theory of this Tessa being the imposter, then the gang will have to figure it out by basing it off of Tessa's left hand injury. That, or maybe this Tessa is the real one, and the injury might cause a hiccup in the fight that is gonna go down in ep 7 or 8.

Of course, as per usual, I could simply be looking in too deep to this. Feel free to gut this! ^_^

so i want to start with a simpler set: this one. this rich red is so damn stunning and i'm always in awe of your coloring skills and how you manage to make colors look the same in every gif!! (as a gifmaker i know that's hard to achieve) this is the same as i told jagoda, you both have such an excellent way of coloring backgrounds and making it so smooth?? you both have achieved the highest level in frame by frame coloring tbh. i bow to you.

and if i could i'd link all your similar sets you've made because they're all gorgeous. and i hate saying they're simple because there's no blending because they're not actually easy to make?? you make them look effortless though. i admire that so much.

obviously gotta mention this set. the way you used the ripped paper effect is genius. to split two gifs into one and use the older/younger versions?? phew. i'm also in love with this pale green coloring. that first gif is my fave of this set, it's so damn good.

this set has some incredible blending!! seamless triple blends??? i'm on the floor. i love what you did with the text as well, so clever. and that beautiful pink omg, it pops! if i had to pick one fave i think i'd say the first one, i just love the composition.

yet another stunning set is this one. i looooove when you use two colors instead of just one because you always pick such good combos. you really have an eye for it (i know i already told you this but i'll repeat it cause IT'S THE TRUTH). the effects are so cool, the one with all the vinyls is so creative. your fontwork is also exquisite, so many different ones but it still all matches together and vibes.

i love me a good timeline gifset and this one is no different. the blending is superb. gorgeous coloring, it's pale yet they're not looking washed out which is always a struggle lol. looooove the fonts. the fact that in the first gif you triple blend on such a small surface? i have no words. why it doesn't have 10k notes i will never understand.

all your posts for rhaenicent week have been incredible i'll be honest but i can't talk about all of them haha. you've been so productive this year! but yeah this set i think might be my fave of this week? the transitions with the little squares is soooo beautiful and clever. i shall definitely steal it for a set in the future 😂 but your coloring omg?? that blue and purple and white. sooooooo pretty!!!

of course i have to mention this set. i have not mentioned your sense of humor yet which is a shame cause i love your funny sets :D i love the little notes you added hehe, roast him! i'm in love with the bigger font, it's stunning. the blending is once more, unbelievably good.

there's another bridgerton set of yours i loooove. the colors just have me on the floor, they're SO gorgeous. the blending is insane, i especially love the first gif. and then all the fonts omg?? you really let yourself go and i could not love it more!!!! never thought this amount of fonts would look good and yet.

next up: this beauty. the amount of details in this is incredible. the layout is so fun and i love the little logos you added for each episode. the rainbow coloring?? gorgeouuuuuus.

i have a soft spot for this set because it's so innovative. where do you keep finding all those ideas for creative sets truly?? i need to pick your brain!!! i particularly love the 2nd & 4th gifs, the b&w and the shapes and the typography make for an unbelievable ensemble. but honestly all the different effects on this set are so good.

then we got this one. again, it feels like you wanted to try out so many effects and transitions and styles. and i feel like anyone else would've tried this it would look bad, but you make it work!!!! that's the bebebo touch. this soft purple is beautiful but i especially love the fonts on this set i think. the 2nd gif is my fave i think, i love the ripped paper effect and the blending.

and lastly, of course i had to talk about this one you made recently. i cannot imagine how much time it took to make. the silhouette broken in parts and every one has another blended gif??? insane. the broken mirror, the broken heart, all of it matches the vibes so perfectly. i haven't watched this show but i can feel the tragedy of it all you know? this green and purple are such a good match. this is definitely my fave piece of yours this years. showcasing your skills beautifully.

oK just found this in my drafts. was asked to share my 1 mil childe nuke build/ set up like.... 2 months ago, holy shit. @bewhyy here's the build post lmao! sorry i totally forgot, life got me. also this is a super long post, i took it as a chance to practice making longer blogs and explaining what i'm talking about better!

i'm no meta slave, and i've never made a post like this, but ill try and explain to the best of both my understanding and memory. first up, the clip of the 1 mil turn. specifically, i managed to get to 1,249,025 - and that was on an imperfect run.

from this i guess its easiest to explain the rotation first, since you can see it. in order:

drop into boss, Tartaglia elemental skill (whilst stood close to boss to apply hydro), Benny burst, Mona burst (as i was running mona on widsith, i was checking for the third music note, you can see i only got the second here unfortunately), Kazuha burst, Tartaglia elemental skill (stood away from boss as to not vaporise before his burst), Tartaglia burst.

a couple other notes before i talk about the actual builds, i used a delicious adeptus temptation for the food buff (the builds are so crit damage focused that the insane atk from this food is still the best buff), and i always do my nuke builds on the lowest level scaramouche boss i can. this both increases your damage and how easy is it to do the start bit of the fight, and also means you'll get your ultimates back automatically upon downing him. it being easier also helps those who may not be as smooth with gameplay.

ok, now onto builds.

As you can see i didn't bother screenshotting the weapons, but i will note what i used (and alternatives) for each character. i will also note other good nuke team alternatives at the end that i've tried, but wont go into detail. anyway,

first, Mr Worldwide himself - Tartaglia. nuke builds are pretty simple, and generally the same for all elemental nukes (any nuke build reliant on an elemental reaction such as melt or vaporise), but essentially you're focusing on atk, crit damage, and elemental mastery. how i did this is:

weapon: i have aqua simulacra, which is pretty busted for bow character nuke builds at 88 crit damage. i realise most childe mains probably dont randomly have yelan's weapon tho, so if not i'd recommend stringless as a more universal option. blackcliff war bow may also be a viable choice if you're desperate for crit damage.

talents: my Tartaglia is triple crowned, but for a nuke, his ultimate is what's important. just level it as high as you can.

artifacts: the important part, and the part that scares people. for nuke builds, i always do 2p elemental damage bonus set and 2p either em bonus or atk bonus (which i use depends on which i have better stats with). i run em sands, elemental damage goblet, and crit damage circlet. i find running an em sands to be a huge help, since this nuke is reliant on vaporise.

Next, Benny! I'll lay each build out the same way.

weapon: i lack 5* swords, so i run my Benny on an r5 prototype rancour as it's the 4* with the highest base atk. well known by now, but Bennett's burst buff is based on his base attack only. so whatever sword you have with the highest base attack is what you should run him on.

talents: only Benny's burst matters here. mine is crowned.

artifacts: 4 piece noblesse oblige, any stats. nothing else affects Benny's use here, so dont worry about the stats for these pieces. do keep in mind that the noblesse buff lasts for 12 seconds, so after doing his burst you're on a time limit. this isn't the only timed buff in this rotation, but use this as your warning that you wanna do the rotation quickly.

Mona. to be honest, Mona is the kit i know the least about, but i do know my build does it's job! a bonus point, i believe if you have Mona's C1, you should add a single attack after her burst before switching to a new character, but i dont have her C1 sadly, so this may be wrong.

weapon: i run an r5 widsith. in alternate teams i've also run thrilling tales of dragon slayers, however this would change the rotation, as dragon slayers only affects the next character on field. aka, after Mona you'd want to quickly switch to Tartaglia, then to Kazuha. this is both more complicated and dragon slayers isn't as good as widsith, so i only run thrilling tales if i'm using a team where someone else has widsith already.

talents: burst again, mine is crowned. you'll be seeing the pattern with that.

artifacts: 4 piece instructor, stats don't matter again. this is the other timed buff, being only 8s. this isn't a problem, especially with widsith and the smoother rotation, but again note that doing the rotation as quickly as you can is best.

and last but not least, Kazuha. kazuha has the unique aspect of only really being useful in nukes if you have his C2 like i do, but i'll mention that more at the end.

weapon: i have Kazuha's signature weapon, freedom sworn, but any 4* em sword, especially at high refinement, is great.

talents: ....guess. yup. that's right. burst. mines crowned, but as high as you can level for max damage output, since all 3 of these support's bursts provide varying buffs.

artifacts: 4 piece viridescent venerer, triple em, with as much em substat as you can get from the flower and feather as well. you just wanna stack kazuha to hell and back with em. i managed to hit 1k with my build! which did wonders.

and i think that's everything! everything i plan to explain anyway, a lot of the buffs here come from Benny, Mona, and Kazuha's kits - but explaining actual kits and how they function isn't something i'm any good at, so i'll leave that out, this post is so long already.

on a final note! the alternate build/ kazuha C2 issue i mentioned. most people probably don't have C2 kazuha (unfortunately, cuz he is a lifesaver), but a much more universally achievable team is using sucrose. exact same build as Kazuha, but you run her with widsith (which is then when you'd run Mona with thrilling tales). you also use her elemental skill, not her burst like kazuha.

this post was long, and a lot more of a tutorial than i originally aimed for, also my eyes hurt from my pc lmao. but i hope it helped anyone wanting a Tartaglia nuke build/ guide!

HAPPY 8 YEAR ANNIVERSARY SANDERS SIDESS!!

I wish I could do more for this anniversary celebration but I have to go somewhere today and probably won’t have time to draw anything special. However, this is what I have time for since sanders sides was literally one half of my childhood and I recently got back into the hyperfixation of it. I love each of these characters to death and I’ll explain each of them in detail during this post <3

Logan: He is the best “teacher” ever! I wish he got more love from the other Sides, but the fandom definitely makes up for it. He’s a sucker for Crofters, got me into that jame btw, and he helped me learn a lot of new things! During one of my classes a teacher asked if anyone knew what a “Yerkes-Dodson Curve” was and let me tell you how I raised my hand so fast…. LOGAN MY BOI WE ALL LOVE YOU😭😭

Roman: The Man, the Prince, the Legend. He is so flamboyant I love him for that. He is the embodiment of “drama queen” and he definitely deserves that title. I loved this man to D E A T H since day one. I feel like half of me is literally his personality, and since I’m also insecure it checks out pretty well! If I was forced to only draw one Side for the REST of my life, it would be Roman in a heartbeat.

Patton: HES THE BIGGEST PUFFBALL WEVE GOT IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD AND EVERY CAN AGREE HES AMAZING AND OMFG HES SO ADORABLE AND EVERY BAD THING THAT HAPPENED TO HIM THAT HE COULDNT CONTROL SHOULDNT HAVE HAPPENED AND I ONLY WISH THE BEST FOR HIM AND HE DESERVES ALL THE COOKIES IN THE WORLD OMGGGGGGGGG- Ahem, aside all that… I do love Patton! He is like the father I wish I could have, and the childhood imaginary friend you had what you were a toddler as well! I love you to bits Patton!

Virgil: He’s a fan favorite, which is understandable. A ton of people deal with anxiety, and a lot of people love the color purple. I.. am in that group but in a slightly insane level- Not the anxiety part that’s being dealt with, but the P U R P L E. He’s my favorite BECAUSE he’s purple. When he was just black I didn’t really like him THAT much, but I saw the appeal. Once he got the purple tho, I LOVED THAT MAN. He really is a big fan favorite and I understand why. Plus he’s a silly little emo gay, who doesn’t like that?

Janus: MY SASSY BOII!!! We love to see him! We all know he loves wine, we all know he definitely needs some validation, and our boy deserves a hug. We love him, and as the saying goes “She is beauty, she is grace, she will lie right to your face.” And he is also the embodiment of…. “Girlboss, gatekeep, gaslight <3” And all of this is the truth, which is definitely gonna mess with him a lil bit :3

Remus: How do you describe your love of a character without it getting to redundant? I love this fucking trashy rat man to death and nothing will change my god damn mind. HES SO SCRUNKLY I LOVE HIM!!! HE IS THE ELBODIMENT OF THE OTHER SIDE OF ME, IM BEING DEADASS RIGHT NOW. I WILL ACTUALLY KEEP RANTING AND RANTING ABOUT HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS GOD FORSAKEN MAN. Thomas: Him. Just, Him. He deserves all the love this world can possibly give him and more. Whenever he posts is always, and I mean ALWAYS during a troubling part of my life. And he can get me through any bad days I may be having. I swear this guy knows when we are sad and posts RIGHT when that happens and it brings a chuckle to us, making the day MUCH BETTER. Guardian vol 2

Putting some of my thoughts of the second volume here. I'm very excited to continue reading the last part too, this story is definitely one of my new favourites. Under the cut for spoilers.

I had a lot of fun with the backstories and reveals in this volume. Like even tho I know some of what was coming mainly with Shen Wei and Zhao Yunlan's backstories, I was still surprised by the details and the actual sequence of events in the past. Also the image of Zhao Yunlan as an old god who's slowly lost all hope and faith in humanity and the heavens to the point that he's willing to destroy everything and start anew is sooooo interesting and like, so much to chew there!

Speaking of that, so far Zhao Yunlan is topping my list of sexiest characters ever along with my faves wenzhou. He's so cocky and competent and sexy and clever and seductive AND SEXY DID I MENTION THAT jdsbskjd some of the lines he says to Shen Wei are so swoon-worthy I'm dead on the floor. I love how much he doesnt give a fuck about pissing off anyone as long as he can take care of what he deems /his/.

I didn't feel as strongly connected to Shen Wei probably because he doesn't really get much focus or at least not as much as Zhao Yunlan. I really liked whenever we got little glimpses into what's going on in his head and obviously really REALLY liked when the flashbacks started introducing how he used to be at the very beginning when Kunlun first met him (that first meeting scene was HILARIOUS AND I LOVED IT). I hope there is more of his pov in the last volume.

Also speaking of the flashbacks, ok I'm wondering something - I feel like the flashback we got at the end wasn't the full extend of what happened? Because that scene goes from their first meeting to then a couple of weeks later? when everything ends and Kunlun dies. And we don't really see what happens bw Kunlan seeing this demon boy for the first time and deciding he's trustworthy enough to make him the sole guardian of the seal. Also the way present day Shen Wei talks about Kunlun makes it seem they spent A LOT more time together, not just dealing with the floods and other disasters.

BTW THE SEXIEST SCENE FOR ME WHEN ZHAO YUNLAN GOES ALL CRAZY AND POSSESSIVE AT THE THOUGHT OF SHEN WEI DYING??? Feeling insane about it tbh

Another subplot and subsequent reveal I really liked was the whole thing with Chu Shuzhi. That I definitely didn't see coming lmao

Also is it me or are there some ✨ vibes ✨between him and Guo Changcheng?? Pls tell me I'm not imagining it.

Shen Wei's utter devotion to Zhao Yunlan is so heart-clutchingly intense and I just looove when a character is so down bad. Which is also true about Zhao Yunlan who is SO ready and willing for the whole marriage/house/picket fence life. It's really lovely to read how badly he wants that with Shen Wei.

I said in my other post that I really do think they're like obsessed with each other on a cosmic level that transcends all their lives and years and that's so delicious tbh. Most reincarnation stories I've read make that a source of conflict for the couple and I'm really interested to see how this plays out with weilan. Zhao Yunlan doesnt seem bothered that he's had previous lives or that Shen Wei first fell in love with his past self but more like he and Kunlun were/are the same person, just reincarnated through time?

Last thing I want to mention, it took me a while to get it but I am a BIG fan of the way Shen Wei's darker violent urges pop up here and there concerning Zhao Yunlan and then he doesnt act on them because he literally can't bear the thought and is not physically capable of doing anything that might harm his beloved.

You learn such fascinating things about yourself when you hold yourself to a regular upload schedule, honestly!

So I have always known that during winter I'm not exactly at my peak. The lack of warmth and sunshine takes a toll on me even though I am not really an outdoors person. I just need those two around me to operate at a 100% (or even higher). But hey, I figured as I am working on the fancomic, it can't be that bad!

Oh, it's that bad.

Ignoring that already not-insignificant detail that I get sick at least a couple of times during winter which absolutely nuke my daily routines and energy levels, I'm definitely slower, I have a harder time starting, and overall, it is more of a miserable slog than the days of insane productivity I showed during summer. I know there is this thing called Seasonal Affective Disorder, but I'm definitely not down that bad. I am not even on the same planet as depression, so don't worry about me!

So will TTWF be actually ready by the  New Year? I am doing my best, but at this point I have no idea, honestly. XD It would be cool, tho!

Do you guys get affected by the seasons like this?
