Lilia Calderu is extremely important (Spoilers)

Lilia says in ep.5 that she "reads people" and she "reads time". But she is much more than that, she just doesn't know it yet.

I believe Lilia Calderu is Fate itself - or Fate of this coven at least.

You can see the background of Patti's end credit is the tarot table. This is going to be her air trial in episode 7. But do you also see the word "Fate"? Circled in red?

Now... Doesn't that remind you of something? Like maybe... "Circle sewn with Fate"?

Oh and what else does Lilia do? That's right, her side hustle "Lilia's Leggings"! The motif of sewing around Lilia is repeated throughout episode 2 - she has a sewing machine in her kitchen/bedroom and when she starts singing the ballad, there are big thread spools in her background. Could they be any more obvious?

Without Lilia, there would be no coven. She is the one who sends the list of names to her past self so that they can form their circle.

I am convinced she will do this as part of her trial. She will be doing a tarot reading and sending messages to the past events, trying to find the right time - just as she uncovers her tarot cards - and yes, that's including the broken line "Alice don't try to save Agatha".

The tarot cards that have been used so far give us insights into the story - not just because of their tarot meanings, but also because the images on those cards correspond exactly to the moments when Lilia said their names out loud.

These are the scenes as seen through Fate's eyes.

Three of Pentacles has the coven singing the Ballad. Three of Swords is the moment before Teen is healed - they are in the woods, on the purple Road and Lilia sees Agatha's heart being broken three-fold (because of Rio, Nicky and now Teen). High Priestess is exactly how Lilia first met Jen - with the rays coming out of the painting behind her. And finally, the Knight of Wands is standing in exactly the same stance as Alice was when she saved Agatha.

The rest of the cards, although not named in the show yet, will likely make appearance in her trial. Queen of Cups bears striking resemblance to young Lilia. Death is holding a dagger and a black heart, and is surrounded by flowers... And finally, there is the Tower card. Which is going to be about the her tarot (Air) trial.

But essentially, the members of the coven will be dressed up as the evil witches from the pop culture, while Lilia will be in white - like Glinda the Good Witch. So it looks like Lilia will need to confront those negative stereotypes yet again. She will also understand, that although she predicted tragedies in the past, she actually has the power to predict something good, even control it.

There will be swords sticking out of the ceiling and falling down to the floor - probably serving as a time reminder. You can see those swords in the poster above too. There is another poster - that resembling the cover of "The Crucible" - a play about the Salem witch trials. Again, we see the "thread" elements clearly here.

Unfortunately, we know that Salem Seven manage to get inside the trial too. I think once Lilia completes her task to finish the tarot reading and deliver the list to the past, she will then flip the sand timer - another reminder that she can, in fact, control time. Unfortunately, flipping the timer will also mean that the whole tower room they are in, will also flip upside down. We see Lilia and Salem Seven floating up. Sadly, I think that means that they will end up impaled on those swords? We can't see anyone else from the coven.

The Tower card seems to suggest people floating, but there is also a blue crown being toppled off the top. I wonder what that means for Billy.

That last shot breaks my heart!

But to finish on a different note, there is even more to Lilia Calderu.

You see, every tarot card has this little squiggle in the corner. Looks familiar?

I believe, after all this, that it is Lilia who puts the sigil on Teen - again, this maybe done in retrospect, when she sends her messages from the future. She knows that Teen's identity must be hidden or Agatha never becomes interested in what he has to say. And maybe others' decisions would change too if they knew. Maybe he needs protecting from the Salem Seven, because he is the son of the Scarlet Witch (that Salem witches call the Harbinger of Chaos and wanted to attack Wanda). Or even protection from Lady Death herself - because if she found out he was literally a ghost, reincarnated, she would want the body to restore the order?

So, in her true style, she literally SEWS the sigil onto Billy's mouth.

⚄ Off the bat, you need to surrender any hangups you have surrounding your future. I picture your mind running 24/7 telling you all the ways you’ll fail as you work tirelessly. Or, you want so desperately to put your plans into action, but a buried subconscious fear prevents you from moving forward, adding more stress on your shoulders. It is weighing heavy on your mental health and causing severe anxiety that is inhibiting you from much-needed rest and healing. This is the season of surrender, it’s okay to let go and let the current wash you away. As soon as you release your fear of making mistakes, you’ll learn the flow of the waves.

⚄ Two of pentacles is at the bottom of the deck, I feel your stress stems from a fear of financial insecurity and the overwhelming pressure of having to plan a sustainable career yourself. A lot of your priorities in life are demanding your attention and it is becoming a heavy burden.

⚄ I am going to be blunt because I care. You gotta stop giving a fuck. Your anxieties are paralyzing you. You need to sip a little metaphorical “fuck it” juice. I am just now getting out of the mental space you’re in. The only thing that helped me step out of my fear-induced paralysis (which lasted a long and dark 6-years), was to reaffirm that no matter what decision I make, I will come out prosperous. In fact, the more you stress about the future and the more control you try to take, the further you push your desires away, which will only fuel your anxiety bugs.

With the six of swords, you have to make the conscious decision to walk away (stop stressing and allow the situation to run its course) from what is mentally plaguing you. These are the seeds you’re sowing, you are on the path of releasing your burdens. I’m proud, we can do this!

⚄ Cards went a lil buckwild here. There are a lot of pentacles in this spread, I feel like you are dissolving a lack mindset. What you desire and your perspective of success is evolving. You are stepping out of a false idea of wealth. You might have had a habit of undermining the talents and resources you have and comparing them to what others have.

⚄ This is my doomscroll pile. My silly little rotters. Looking at people with nice things and thinking why can’t I have that? Looking at attractive people and going I’ll never be as pretty as them, I am cursed with these looks. Looking at people who showcase their talents and saying, oh I could never do that, they’re so much better than me.

⚄ You are realizing just how harmful these thoughts have been to you. You had curated a mindset that would have you look at people and then immediately place yourself as inferior to them in some way. This shapes a reality where you feel constantly inadequate, thus always in need of something. This constant feeling of need prevents you from seeing the resources you already have within and building off of those.

⚄ Advice: Comparison is the thief of joy. Unfortunately, with social media, every day is a pissing contest about who can have the most and be the best. I’d bet money that the most attractive, smartest, and most talented person you know is sizing up the person next to them and getting a false sense of satisfaction or self-hate. Don’t fall into that. Break the societal cycle and look inward for satisfaction. Compete with yourself. Be the only person you are trying to impress.

Following your truth. I know you are probably looking for a straight answer like me saying your current career, a sugar daddy, or the lottery but pile l you are what will bring financial abundance to you. This is my materialistic pile that wants the tips and trips to the island - Money Honey by Lady Gaga. You are all about living a luxurious lifestyle one way or another. You may resonate with wanting a soft life than constantly always being in your masculine energy and bossing everyone around. For some of you, you don't want to work because you believe that you were meant to be some CEO, NFL, NBA, or Tech's spoiled Girlfriend, and others, you want to have the option to work. This is more my spiritual, philanthropy, and humanitarian pile. What will bring you financial abundance is walking in your purpose where you were meant to help others in some shape or form. This could be you working in the medical field, being a lawyer, a spiritual guru, life or spiritual coach, tarot reader, dietician/herbalist, whatever it is you were meant to make your abundance by being of service to other people. I feel some of you know this but you don't want to answer the call because of fear or because of the amount of hard work that comes along with doing this kind of thing. Yes it is taxing some days on the soul but overall all this is what you were meant to do, help others. Bring awareness to certain things in life that will get people talking. I don't want any of you to think the list of occupations is only it, it can also be a techer or whatever else occupation where you are making a difference for the future and in others lives. I don't know what you are up to pile lv all I know is that you are unsatisfied with where you are currently because of either a toxic workplace or knowing that you can make more money elsewhere but aren't sure where to start. Here is your sign to leave and go where you are meant to go. Again this is a general reading and everyone has a different job. Leaving your job for a better environment and higher pay is one thing but for most of you I feel you want to open your own business, or just freelance your work or maybe even work from home is what I am hearing for a few of you. Either way, this idea you have is completely doable it just involves you leaving where you are currently at. Some of you aren't scared you just aren't too sure about the future and just need a push to get there while others of you are waiting for a sign or a more solid reason to leave because you listen too much to other people who wouldn't understand why you left because of XYZ and I am here to tell you to just do you. Feelings can change obviously, so this is just for the next 24 ish hours emotion wise- but outcomes are a bit more in the future.

The reading will be done in a chain of events format. Therefore, it will be Feelings > Actions due to feelings > results of said actions. Due to this, I have to say that individuals may have different priorities and feelings that are steonger in one way than another, therefore not all of their actions and thus consequences will be a clear indicator of what will happen regarding Seunghan unless I specifically say that.

I went in the order of whoever wanted to go first energetically, not age order. There was a lot of bickering, but Seokie wanted to go first and eventually won.

Eunseok

Main Energy: 6 of Chalices

He is very much in the warmth and feeling of family and close friends. His current vibe right now is positive, playful and hopeful. He could be nostalgic or just replaying funny memories in his head- or making new memories with loved ones (the group). Kinda silly goofy.

How is he feeling about the situation?

Knight of Wands Reversed

I usually do not do reversals with this deck. However it looks like several cards came up reversed in this reading. I always keep them because if they do pop up like that then it's certainly due to a reason.

In this case he is feeling anxious and restless, and maybe even a little fearful of reprecussion and backlash. I do get the vibe he is more meticulous with his actions normally, and doesn't typically delve head first into things- but he really really wants to for once after seeing other members push and blur at that line. He is still worried about being reprimanded though. He does not want to be scolded- he personally dislikes that from all angles. He doesn't like criticism. He is weary about this.

How will he act in regard to the situation?

2 of Chalices

He is gunning for a mutual understanding. He wants to clearly communicate how he feels about the situation and cone to a resolution without further strife. I believe he will do this formally and after a lot of thought. Not to fans but to SM more than likely. He will keep a lot of this and these plans to himself. Outwardly he will seem like one of the ones SM would rather deal with, or would have an easier time convincing to be on their side. But in reality he is just calculative and careful about how he approaches things especially when it involves emotions because he would never want to seem like he has lost all logic and reasoning. This is his asset. He is able to speak to SM on the same level and avoid emotional manipulation and gaslighting. He is likely one of the only members who could see through it all.

Also because of this I can see Eunseok quietly listening to the members and how they feel- and being able to translate this to logical terms for it to sound more reasonable to the production team in charge.

Result of this action:

This is very good! His actions above will prove to be fruitful. Because he is calculative about his approach, his opinion will reach the ears of those who are writing off other opinions as too emotional and not logical enough. His thoughts and feelings will be considered more because he was able to communicate them intellectually (which it is some bs that he has to do that to be heard at all, but i digress). Personally, it is unlikely we will personally be able to see his actions or direct results unless the other members mention it.

Shotaro

Main Energy: 3 of Wands + Ace of Swords

You know when you know you did super good on a big test or project? Like you studied super hard and you felt really good leaving the classroom after and now you are just waiting for that grade to post and you feel it in your bones that you Aced it?

Or in general you knowww you are about to win and you are just waiting for the news to break so you can bask in it and scream out loud that you knew it? That's the vibe Shotaro has right now.

I will preface Taro's reading by saying he was one of the members alongside Eunseok I felt was more withdrawn about the situation as a whole. So his reading did shock me the most because he is one of the most active physically.

I actually had attempted this reading a few days prior and had to stop and delay due to some members not being ready. But I pulled some of the same cards I pulled for Shotaro before. He is very stable and he is very focused and calm even back then. Almost like he knew. He has a very strong intuition he trusts immensely.

How is he feeling about the situation?

8 of Wands

More of that "work hard and win" energy I was talking about. He has a goal in mind and every action he is taking is towards this goal. This is a card I pulled for him before as well. He is really focused and using all his energy on this issue. Anything he says and does are not coincidences.

How will he act in regard to the situation?

The Fool + The Magician

He is an in the moment person. He doesn't have all these plans or anything. it's all about instinct. As he gets an idea, he says it or does it. He does not think before he speaks or acts when it comes to his goal. But it's not reckless. It's just immediate. He makes the choice to or to not do it then and there. What I think this might translate to is all these "hints". He will say a lot of sus things, but they are so obscure he will feign innocence. Seunghan is a Libra- which makes him prone to that air sign "airhead" vibe and needs someone to bring him down a bit. Now Sohee does not do this gently, though. He is a Scorpio with a lot of Sag and a Libra Moon himself. Its more like he bursts people's bubbles....with love. And it works!

He is reaching a bit of a breaking point. He is going on the offense. I dont think this will be something directed at fans, fake OT6 fans or otherwise at least at first...but i would not be shocked if he side eyes people, says something obscure as a roast, or just in general starts to get snappy at anyone to comes for his people. He is becoming intolerant and impulsive.

He is not messing around lol. Wonbin is one of the members I WAS able to get through to on my first attempt of this reading and it was more or less the same. He is being very assertive, very authoritative and clear on his demands. He will not be budging. I would not be surprised if he ends up making or has already made some kind of ultimatum. He is not willing to lose anything in the battle, and he does not want to compromise for what he wants. He is not listening to SM at all and only almost barking orders in a manner that is borderline disrespectful to others older than him. He probably says it as calmy as possible which makes it hard to scold him. But essentially he is doing whatever tf he wants to do and raises an eyebrow at anyone to calls him out on it. He is setting boundaries for what he finds acceptable. To us, as we will see less of this behavior than those around him, we might just see his reactions to things or he may even end up telling people to stop something (OT6) to their faces.

Here we have another reversal pop up. Basically his setting boundaries will pay off I think. The notion that he is worried about the opinions of others (he is not really) will start to register as untrue in the minds of those that he has set boundaries with. People will either respect him or find him abrasive and rutheless. In his mind he has brushed off unecessary things. This further solidifies his stance and makes him unshakeable, but it also pulls the people that support him inwards so they can help him uphold his boundaries (OT7 Briize will support and protect him from any criticism).

He is very practical and realistic. He has communicated factual grievances and reported everything in detail, submitted all evidence, and made it clear what is and is right and wrong in regards to the situation. I think he criticized SM heavily for their actionsN using a factual approach they could not argue with at all, and respectfully demanded it be set right. Although this card is more serious-ish, there is a silly undertone in that he is serious about it, but is also willing to crack jokes or allude to his stance because he is relaxed about it at the end of the day. This makes for a very good asset because in dealing with higher ups he will not seem on edge or crazy. To fans he may just seem a little more serious than usual and then will pop up with a tiny joke or obscure reference that makes them wonder or laugh.

His actions will prove to be very effective! Out of all the members, his outcome is truly one of the ones that I feel actually alligns with the outcome of the entire situation. A lot of the outcomes are more so in relation to their actions adjacent to the drama going on rather than the direct drama itself.

This tells me that I feel Sungchan was the playmaker or the the one to really put the nail in the coffin. He was the one or will be the one to really convince SM that their actions were not appropriate and to properly take responsibility for it. He will be able to successfully make them aware of this and they will not be able to deny it.

However i am seeing that he recently has decided that whatever it is he desires he plans to defend it and protect it. I see this "desire" being "his truth" and that is obviously Riize being 7 again. He is going to fight to the ends of the earth to defend this truth and has had enough of uncertainties.

However I do not think he plans to do anything direct from here. I think he is leaving it in the hands of the members, though he does seem to help them by giving them advice for defending themselves. However I don't see that he will take any direct action at this time.

I had...so many more ideas that I'm leaving out to keep this short. It's fun to think how she'd mesh with the cast.

Like! her and Lady. Mother that lost her kid and kid that lost her mother. It writes itself how much unwitting projection can go wrong. And pretty much everything about her, the twins, and Trish :)

In terms of backstory:

After the fire she's alone. Her birth family disowned her long ago. She thinks about revamping the mansion but the idea of staying in that empty space with only memories for company is too much. So she eventually opens a small store.

Starts off paranoid and distant. Still is distant but gets entangled with the local community overtime. Greets people by name and they'll chat about how life has been going. This includes demon hunters and demons and supernatural beings living peacefully; her shop becomes a small safe haven to exchange information to stay safe.

Gets very good at forging protective charms. Haunted by the memory of the enchanted closet, smashed in and empty.

A regular is a schoolgirl who originally came to pick up reserved books for her father but stuck around because hey, this place is quiet and interesting, and the owner serves stellar teacakes. Great place to study. To Mary, Eva's kind, though odd, secretive and a little lonely.

I got inspired by Eva's association with the bangle/bracelet of time and the amulets for her fighting style. It's based around item crafting, like an RPG character slapping on every stat boosting item.

She stitches together different outfits for different needs Cardcaptor style. They're all exceedingly dramatic. It's not clear here but I wanted a bird motif to eventually come through. Phoenix motif, really.

Meanwhile the twins are having a terrible time but they have each other, even if they don't remember they're brothers. I think it'd be sweet if they have a bond anyway. Everyone else thinks they're rivals at best.

(Nelo is Mundus' favourite to toy with as the proud, eldest son. But when he gets rough, Bianco butts in and acts up for Mundus' attention. This gets him sent to solitary confinement; Mundus figured out Bianco hates small spaces and designed an iron maiden for him. Others think Bianco is a brute who acts out for a fight. But that's ok. It means Bianco can keep buying Nelo time.) (When lucid, Nelo despises his own weakness when this happens.)

First thing I heard was your generosity even when you don’t have much to give, it’s interesting I pulled out an oracle for what made them attracted and “complicated” came out, I feel like there were a lot of losses in the past, ups and downs, I think it took a lot of to get to where you guys are now, I feel like this is an attraction that built over time, ofc they found you physically attractive but the attraction comes mostly from the hurt, everything you guys may have been through together or separately is what they think has made you closer, but I still see a lack of stability physically or financially, this relationship may be impulsive and not thoroughly thought through, there’s a need to walk away the impulsive actions you make when you’re bored or in the need of change, there’s a lot of emotional attachment to one another, this is definitely someone from your past or a person you have history with, maybe you can’t stay away for long or when you do reconnect it’s like all the sparks come back, this person is attracted to your willingness to overcome any obstacles in the relationship. I think there may be a warning to be careful of someone taking advantage of this generosity or your constant forgiveness. I do see they knew or know they want to marry you, because I do seem them viewing your as a wife and with a family, they may view you as very nurturing which is also very attractive to them, you’re the light that guides them out of difficult times, I feel like when they’re depressed you help them find new routes and directions to take or you’re the direction want to lead towards after any loss, “all routes lead back to you” is what I heard there’s alot of passion but I need to implement more stability and focus on the long term goals. Seen in hindsight, the trip to Greece was a catalyst of what came later. On our last evening, Timothy and I had dinner at an almost empty restaurant on the cliffs of Fira. The sun was about to set, and the sea was bathed in colours of gold. When Timothy took my hands in his and asked me to marry him, it really was the perfect ending. Cliché, perhaps, but who cares? Luckily, he hadn’t bought the rings at one of the ridiculous jewellers on the island but brought them with him from London. (I said yes, by the way.)

As if faith wanted me to keep my secret from my parents, they were away on a three-week trip to New Zealand when we arrived back in London. I called Dee before I went to Baker Street to collect mail and check the fridge for outdated milk and decayed body parts. She had closed for the day, but when I called with my inquiry, she was instantly intrigued and asked me to pop into 221A before I left.

It was strange to see someone else living at Nana’s. Her old furniture had been donated to second-hand shops, new wallpaper, art, and futuristically designed chairs, tables and shelves made 221A look like something taken out of Star Trek or whatever. The kitchen and bathroom were recognisable with bits and bobs I remembered. Nana’s oven mittens, the kitchen utensils and the wallpaper. Over the kitchen table was a big photo of Nana.

“I’ve made some sketches for you,” Dee said after she’d inquired about the trip. “One on each shoulder, yes?”

She showed me her drawings and after some discussion, she made the adjustments I wanted. 

“See you tomorrow at six,” Dee said when I left. 

“Can’t wait!” I retorted excitedly.

Dee’s Den was everything you don’t expect a tattoo-studio to be. (At least if you’ve never set foot in one.) Airy, spacious and clean in the extreme. The first time I entered, I felt I needed to take my shoes off.

“No customer of mine will suffer from an infection. I’ve seen enough of that shit,” Dee said gravely.

Her improved sketches had been coloured when I arrived the next day, and they looked even better than I’d dreamt of. The tattoos would adorn each shoulder. One red poppy on the left, and a bee on the right. A t-shirt would cover them, and by the time Dad and Papa were back, they would’ve healed properly so I didn’t need to wrap them in plastic, and the soreness would be gone. I hoped to keep them a secret until the wedding day. My dress would be sleeveless and make sure to show off the tribute to my beloved parents.

We decided on a May wedding, and it was Dee’s idea to check if the venue from Nana’s funeral was available.

“She would’ve been so pleased that you all had some good memories from that place. Dancing and laughing, celebrating love.”

Both me and Timothy loved the idea, and we were in luck. Normally, the place needed to be booked at least a year and a half in advance, when it came to weddings, but they’d had a cancellation due to a broken engagement. Nine months to prepare.

I chose Liwia as my maid of honour. We had stayed in touch over the years, and she adored my parents, after they’d given her shelter when she needed it in the middle of her teens. Bella had been switched for Iris. They’d been together almost eight years, and Iris was six months pregnant with their first child. An unknown donor was the father.

“I’ve been meaning to ask if you were traumatised when you stayed with us,” I said on the final fitting of our dresses.

“What do you mean?” Liwia asked, clearly puzzled.

“Board games,” I explained dryly.

She laughed wholeheartedly and admitted that she’d never played Scrabble, Cluedo, orMonopoly, but stuck to chess and card games.

“Wise choice,” I retorted with a grin. “Though I have experienced knights, queens and bishops being thrown across 221B.”

My uncles picked me up at the salon where I’d been styled and dressed. Uncle Myc cocked an eyebrow when he saw my tattoos, but he was unable to hide how moved he was by this permanent gesture. Uncle Greg…well, he wasn’t that subtle, and needed a stern talking to from his husband to avoid ruining my dress and hair when he teared up and embraced me.

“You’re going to destroy them with this, love,” uncle Greg murmured.

I hadn’t been nervous before, but when the familiar place came into sight, my palms started to sweat, and my heart pounded in my chest. Inside, Timothy and my parents waited. The most important people in the world, apart from the men helping me out of the car. I kissed them and let them go in first to find their seats. One of the staff stood waiting for me to open the door once I’d decided to enter.

For a while I just stood there, my head blessfully empty. And then out of nowhere a wave of emotions washed over me. The memories of all the preparations and anxiety of the last week, regarding the flowers, the last seat arrangements we had to change the day prior, one of my shoes that disappeared without a trace… 

“Come on, Watson. You can do this,” I interrupted myself, using Papa’s former name on me to get me out of the unending loop of trifles and keep me focused.

I nodded to the man by the door who opened it for me, and I slowly made my way down the corridor to where Dad and Papa waited. They stood hand in hand outside the door to the ceremony room and turned abruptly when they heard my heels on the wooden floor.

“You look…”

“Oh, Bee…”

They were both teary-eyed, which didn’t bode well. I hoped they’d piled up with tissues, because this well would not be emptied any time soon.

With my heels on, I was the height of Dad. I seldom wore high-heeled shoes, so it was an alien feeling to stand face to face with him, literally speaking.

“You look gorgeous, sweetheart,” he whispered in my ear when he hugged me.

“Thank you,” I said and turned to Papa.

He’d frozen and he blinked profusely. Dad looked worried at him. He still hadn’t seen the tattoos. Papa’s eyes darted between them, clearly shocked to the core. I took his hand and squeezed it.

“Do you like them?” I asked quietly.

“Like what?” Dad inquired; his eyes hadn’t left Papa’s face during all of this.

“Look at me, Dad,” I said and finally he saw what Papa had seen minutes ago.

“Oh, my god,” he said and covered his mouth with his hand. “Rosie.”

“They are…” Papa clearly knew but was too shaken to believe what he’d deduced.

“Yes, Papa. They are. My tribute, homage, or whatever you want to call it. To you and Dad. To show you and everyone how much you mean to me. Dee made them while you were away. You have no idea how proud I am that I’ve managed to keep it a secret until now.”

Finally, out of his daze, Papa cupped my face and kissed my forehead and cheeks, careful not to disturb my hair or makeup.

“My precious girl,” he murmured. “I love you.”

“Stop! You’re making me cry,” I protested and tried my best to stay composed.

Dad sniffled and batted his eyes with a handkerchief.

“I’m never going to survive this day,” he muttered.

“John!” Papa exclaimed. “Don’t you dare.”

I knew I had to take the lead, or we would be stranded outside that door forever.

“Come on. The game is afoot,” I teased.

Tethered love

America: Destiny was something he'd always believed should be molded, not something that was set in stone. The freedom to choose your own path was an idea he held very dear. This extended to the idea of soulmates: he was in full control of whoever he chose to date, not leaving something as important as this up to the stars. Despite the front he put up, he held out a bit of hope that such things regarding love existed: red string being his favorite. However, with years turning into decades and decades into centuries, the probability that he was tied to someone felt more and more unlikely.

Cruising down the same interstate he always took to the world meetings, he'd been caught up in belting his heart out to a song on the radio, causing him to miss his exit. Cursing under his breath, he was left no choice but to take the next one, but there was something off in the distance, further down the road, that caught his eye: a car pulled off on the shoulder and what looked like someone darting to the trunk.

Pulling up behind the supposedly broken-down vehicle, he went to ask if the driver needed any assistance. Your soft cries were muffling your pleads for any help he could offer. The soft features you had were now flushed from the paniced tears. However, they only added to your charm: the damsel waiting for her knight to come to her aid.

You showed him that one of your tires had popped and you'd forgotten to replace your previous spare. Embarrassement prickled at your nerves when admitting your lack of oversight, but he didn't seem to be bothered by the inconvenience you were troubling him with.

Gratitude could not leave your lips fast enough as you watched him graciously attach his spare to your car. Reassuring you that it wasn't a big deal and that he was happy to help, you still felt like you ought to properly thank him. Your stance shifted as you contimplated how to propose getting coffee with him—fearing the rejection that could follow.

Seeing you sway from side to side in his peripheral, he automatically thought you were about to pass out—why else would you be teetering back and forth? So as not to startle you, his concern was coated in a soothing tone. The redness in your cheeks deepened, only making you appear sweeter to him.

Choking your doubts back, you stumbled over your words asking him out. There was a light that shined behind his eyes—a beckon of hope for what he'd thought wasn't possible. Agreeing to the date was the only way to keep this feeling alive, and perhaps, he was willing to let destiny decide his fate just this once.

Italy: He'd built up the reputation of a fleeting lover. It wasn't intentional; he simply had a lot of love and affection to give and limiting it to one person wasn't something that necessarily came easily. That being said, he was a hopeless romantic at heart, which meant soulmates was something he held in high regards. However, he didn't consider this to be in the cards for him, at least not in the same regards as it was for typical humans: their lives were, of course, much shorter than his. Despite the sliver of doubt he had for his own destined love, he kept his heart open to the idea.

That summer had been a rather hot one, but a cold front had alleviated the sweltering heat a bit. Trying to make the most of the nice weather, he went to one of the many river banks. The shade under a tree was calling his name; he made himself comfortable underneath it, looking out at the water, enjoying the slight breeze before drifting off into a cat nap.

Sounds of a distant cry woke him and looking around in a haze, his drowsy eyes fell on you. Your sun hat had been blown off of you from the sudden gust of wind and you were chasing after it. The breeze carried it in his direction, and without thinking much of it, he reached out to grab it for you.

Offering it to you, he was able to get a better look at you: you were huffing a bit from having to chase it around, but the gratitude for his kindness actually made the out of breath 'thank yous' all the more endearing.

When he got up to properly introduce himself, you tucked your hair behind your ear and bashfully looked to the side; he was, in fact, fairly handsome and being in your current unkempt state made you shy away from the warm smile beaming at you. Wanting to meet your gaze, he leaned to catch your eyes.

You had a unique charm to you—there was no denying it, but why weren't you letting him admire it? The redness in your face was becoming more noticable, leading him to ask if you were feeling well. Spitting out that you felt fine, you finally turned to grant him the eye contact he'd been after.

A tightening in both of your chests was pulling on you; your heart beats quickened their paces the longer you maintained the shared gaze. You let out a soft chuckle at the constant attention. He found your laugh infectious and a grin appeared on his face, giving him the incentive to ask if you were doing anything later.

Denmark: He was fairly strong in his personal beliefs and self-assured in where life was taking him. However, there were aspects of life that held wonder and mystery, one of which being able to find a soulmate. There was a decent amount of uncertainty burdening him, since he'd like to think something as pure as a red string was real but was reluctant to fully invest himself in the theory—not wanting to hold his breath that such a thing existed. There were still moments that made him wonder though: seeing others share joy and the spark of love they held for each other.

Having to stop at the bakery was only one of the errands he needed to run that day. The smell of freshly baked bread always put a smile on his face, since he couldn't wait to eat that first slice. Exiting the shop, he'd gotten a bit distracted by his whetting appetite.

Not noticing the dog sprinting towards him, he hummed at the thought of the jam he was looking forward to spreading on the fresh bread. Your dog hurried up to him, circling around his legs and causing the leash to tangle around him.

Luckily, he was quick enough not to fall flat on his face, but the bread tilted in his arm, causing it to slide out to the packet. Annoyed at the inconvenience, he was sensible enough not to blame it on the dog. Looking around for the overly excited dog's owner, he saw you hurrying towards him.

Any aggrevation he could've had towards the careless owner faded when he saw your sorrowful expression calling out to him. When you finally reached them, your dog was jumping up on him trying its hardest to receive a pat on the head, which he absentmindedly placed on its eager head.

After catching up to your dog, you apologized profusely for your carelessness. Despite being in the midst of pouring your heart out about how you'd buy him more bread and how sorry you were, his tender eyes made you lose your train of thought.

The way you stumbled over your heart-felt apology was endearing to him: you were darling. With your dog licking his hand, you reached down to untangle the leash that was still wrapped around him. Taking you up on your offer to reimburse him, he mentioned that he'd instead like to be repaid with something more formal: a date.

Prompt 15 for Riddle, Kalim, and Silver? If I pick the 1st year, I think the prefect might quickly discover who it is and I can't choose any of them.

I think those 3 might really, REALLY want to dance with the prefect, while the prefect just trying to hide.

15. Formal balls weren't a thing in your world so you have been hiding in this strategically chosen corner to avoiding having to step on anyone's toes. Unfortunately someone really, really, REALLY, wants to dance with you and has managed to track you down AGAIN.

Hm I'll admit when I wrote this prompt I wasn't exactly thinking of this as being one with mistaken identity, but I like your thinking annon! Kalim especially would want to dance with the prefect, it's one of his favorite things to do and Yuu is one of his favorite people.

Riddle

"It is against the rules to loiter at an event like this!" You had not even bothered to get a good look at your accuser before slipping away into the crowd. You do your best to keep your head high and act as natural as possible, searching desperately for yet another place to hide.

"Look I am sure you are very nice, but I have a friend to get to!" You call over your shoulder, and yelp in surprise as the surprisingly nimble knight pins you to the wall.

"And just who is this friend?" You can see a danger in his smile that is familiar, but you can't quite place where the nerves in your throat come from, but you are surprised to find it's not from fear.  

“Ummmmm-” You desperately, fruitlessly, look around the ballroom for any sign of someone you know.  Who the hell thought giving everyone in this school a mask was a good idea?  Now you are going to be forced to take a crack at picking a savior from the worst possible line up of idiots in all of Twisted Wonderland.  “Riddle!”  Because that’s got to be a safe bet, right?  There is no way that the tiny teapot tyrant would ever be brave enough to let out such a dark laugh and push you further into the wall at the call of his name. “I- I’m supposed to meet up with Riddle, so could you, you know let me go?”

“Go?  But that would defeat the purpose, wouldn’t it?”  Riddle takes off his mask, with the intent to spare your feelings as your eyes pop halfway out of your skull in despair.  “You have been so dutifully looking for me prefect, that is why you kept running, right?  Someone as well behaved as you would never dream of shirking their duties at such an important event.”  But despite saying that he doesn’t dream of letting you out from under him, because he knows you will run again you remind yourself.  Logical Riddle has to know this is inappropriate but won’t realize it ever because it’s in the name of enforcing the rules.  “Well?”

“Um sure!”  You release some of your embarrassment by carefully examining the ceiling and laughing just a bit too long, missing the angry pout on Riddle’s face when your attention is no longer his and his alone.  “Just what were those duties again?”

“Dancing.”  He is angry now, he has to be, better stop looking at that ceiling and let out some more nervous giggles.  “You did say you were going to dance with me, yes?”  No you just said you were looking for him, but you cannot deny how fast your heart jumps up into your throat at the thought of dancing with Riddle.

“I suck though.”  You blurt out the words before you can find a nicer way to say it, but for once Riddle does not scold you for your language.  He just finally steps back from pinning you to the wall, childish anger replaced with joyful confidence as he bows just so.

“You have absolutely no need to worry about your dancing, not when I am your partner.”  And oh how stupidly handsome he looks taking your hand and leading you to wherever it is he wants to go. 

Kalim

"Yuu!!!!" You hear your pursuer long before you see him, the bells sewn all over his costume would have alerted you even if he didn't insist on shouting your name as soon as he saw you. Avoiding him was easy too, but you were starting to run out of nooks and not liking the look of the crannies.

And you were starting to not have fun, not that you had been having loads of it once the dancing had truly started. Sure you could have tried asking Vil or Riddle for help but you knew they would be in the trenches already and didn't want to add to that.  It had also occurred, or perhaps it was politely suggested, to you that you could have asked for Kalim and Jamil’s help.  Ballroom dancing might not be what you have seen them do, but it is still dancing and you cannot picture either of them really hating it.  Yet for some reason, every time you had walked towards the mirror in the hall you had stopped in your tracks.  Much like you were stopped now by the swirling of other people and fabric, those jingle jangling bells finally clamoring directly in your ears as their owner decides to plop his head on your shoulder with a melodic laugh.

“Finally!  I was worried I was never going to catch up.  You turn to see a bright sunshine of a smile, his catlike mask hiding most of his features but the gentle concern peeking out from the eyes can only really belong to one person at this school.  “C’mon!  You can’t be having fun just watching everyone, right?”  So Kailm says but you still feel somewhat unsure even as he wraps his arms around you to give a small hug.  He even rubs his cheek against yours truly committing to the cat bit.

“Then why aren’t you dancing?”  You ask quietly.  “You can’t have been having fun chasing after me all night.”

“Well it wasn’t all night.”  Even though he asked you to dance, he doesn’t move to let you go.  Almost as if he is just a bit more aware of your emotions than you think he is, as if he is afraid that you will run away from him again and that he will have to accept the rejection for real this time.  “And I did dance for a bit but then I thought ‘this would be so much more fun if Yuu were here’ so I went looking for you.”  He guides you slowly into a sort of sway, laughing softly when you finally relent to move your feet; rewarding your participation with loosening his embrace to fall around your waist and across your chest.

“Don’t blame me if I step on your feet.”  You grumble and you think he shakes his head from the sound of the bells but you are too embarrassed to look up at his face.

“But if I do I could keep asking you to dance by pretending to offer you lessons right?”  He hums along with the music and spins you around so you have no choice but to look at him now.  Kalim’s head is as light as his smile as he dips you into a faster dance.  “Oooh that’s much better, you’re smiling!  It looks wonderful on you.”  As it does on him.

Silver

Silver is comically unaware of how he comes off on a typical day, but tonight he has gotten enough strange looks that even he has started to notice.  He is undecided on whether or not it bothers him.  

“Prefect.”  You startle and Silver immediately lunges to catch your falling cup before returning his attention to you.  Or trying to anyway, he half wonders if you had tossed it as a distraction to assist in your get away.  It’s clever, maybe something he could use in the future but realistically his brain would probably take him dropping the cup as a sign it was time for lights out and only allow him a mental escape.  But he’s getting sidetracked, he is supposed to be looking for you.  He has a mission.

“Ah a masquerade!  Que c’est romantique!”  Rook has been saying some variation of that since the Headmage first announced his plans, but today he has an addition.  “You must be most excited Monsieur Sleepyhead.”

Silver starts, somewhat surprised at being singled out. “Malleus is extremely pleased, of course I’m excited.”  Rook shakes his head.

“Non, not like that, you must be excited for them.”  And though Rook does not point and SIlver does not turn his head he knows where the junior is looking.  His eyes have been inadvertently wandering towards you, he tells himself it is because Class A seldom gathers together in one place.  Because he needs to keep an eye on you, you are his Lord’s first friend and he wishes to honor your need to be protected.  “I am right, am I not?”

“I think so.”  He says with his usual even tone.  “The Prefect won’t have seen anything like it in their world, so they should take this chance to-”

“Be swept off their feet by a handsome prince.”  Rook sounds like he is directing a play, Silver actually looks over his shoulder to check on you before he realizes Rook is speaking metaphorically.  “You will ask them to dance I trust?  With how often you think of them you must have been dreaming of it for some time now.”

He has no real way of knowing if that’s true, Silver never really remembers his dreams.  But something in him, perhaps it was the certainty Rook voiced his imagination, practically screams that he was right.  He has been dreaming of this, dreaming of you in his arms as he dances with you around a forest as his animal friends provide the music.  It feels real almost, as he once again finds you shying away from the crowd resolving to try a different approach.

“Yuu.”  The stranger’s voice is soft, as is his grip on the edge of your cape.  You find your breath caught up in the softness of it as he reaches up to remove his mask and reveal just who you have been running from all night.  “I’m sorry I frightened you, would you allow me to make it up to you?”  You barely recognize that you have nodded your agreement, too shocked at how natural the movements come to you as Silver guides you to the floor as if he has done this a hundred times before.  It’s surreal and dreamlike, the look in his eyes is trying to say something.  Something familiar, something you’ve heard before but not out loud, you don’t think.  But then you blink and the strange aura is gone from you both, replaced by the warmth of reality and the realization you were afraid for nothing.  So long as you had Silver to guide, you think you could fly.

A Mechanic’s Manipulation - Yandere Draken x Reader

“Where the fuck are they going now?”

Over the past 3 days, the little red dot representing your car has traveled all across town, much to Draken’s dismay. A typically rather unbothered man, he hates when he gets like this. No, scratch that. He hates when you make him like this.

Well, it can’t be helped, for now. If you insist on being a pain, you can deal with the consequences. It’s better than him dealing with the excruciating pain he feels every time you leave with someone other than him without so much as a care. All he asks, without actually asking of course, is a simple check in to let him know where you are headed, with who, and why. It’s the least you could do if you honestly loved him half as much as he does you, right?

Thanking every God in the heavens he can that he had the foresight to know you would force his hand like this, he tries to calm down. He took counter-measures for this sort of thing at your last oil change 3 weeks ago. The GPS is only the first tool at his disposal. It has proven quite handy thus far but now it’s time for his trump card to shine.

“Hurry up and make it to a side street. Fuck, how long does it take you to make a turn? This is why I always drive when it’s the two of us,” his impatience fuels his agitation. However, that only lasts as long as it takes the red dot to travel through its current stoplight and into the nearest neighborhood. “There, this spot should do fine.”

One click of the mouse on his auto shop’s computer has him scoffing to himself, proud of how he’s sure to win this battle. You will probably have a bad day, but you did it to yourself. Traveling out of his boundaries, testing perimeters he doesn’t approve of — Whether you knew to ask or not is not of his concern. If you cared the way you should, the way you will one day, the way he’s going to make you, then you wouldn’t even have to think twice. Any second now..

His phone rings almost on command, your name bright across the display. A knowing chuckle leaves his chest as he answers, ready to play the knight in shining armor. All he needs is for you to beg a little. And beg you do, so pretty for him.

“What do you mean the car just shut off? Did you have any warning signs? Are you didn’t hear a noise or anything? That’s strange. Yeah, sure, I can be there in 15.”

Despite his anger with you, he keeps true to his word, leaving you none-the-wiser. As suspected from your Snap Story, you were with an unknown man, a lesser one than himself he quickly notes. Immediately popping the hood, he greets you with that same flirty smile that has you in this situation in the first place. It’s both cruel and humorous how you have the nerve to claim he has the most beautiful smile you have ever seen, yet you still refuse to be called his. No worries, he constantly reminds himself, because his smile is nothing compared to his determination. If he wants something bad enough, and boy it is quite the understatement to say he wants you, he will do whatever takes it to manipulate you into his arms. Like so.

Tinkering around with his wrench and a few bolts under the hood, he twists a valve to release a bit of steam with a dramatic hiss. It’s completely ordinary for that to happen, but he knows you don’t know any better. Your car has always been looked after by him so he knows it in and out. The only problem with it today is that he got pissed off and triggered the automatic shut off he installed last month. Greedy dealerships aren’t the only geniuses that can make use of that nifty mechanism.

“I need to get this back to the shop for diagnostics. I brought the hitch so we don’t need to call in a tow, but I can only fit the two of us in my truck with my tools. You didn’t tell me you had someone with you,” he looks to the eyesore on your left, “You don’t mind catching a lift from someone so we can take care of this right?” His smile fools you every time, telling you he only intends to help. His eyes make sure to do all the talking to your accomplice that is noticeably smarter, yet inadequate to do anything about it under Draken’s size and the false hero veil you allow him to so easily wear and abuse. Luckily for all of you right now, your friend, Draken’s self-declared competition, took the hint and says his farewell. Draken can't help but rumble out a low laugh at the way he sulks away, pulling out his phone to call for a ride as he disappears in the opposite direction. “Talk about a walk of shame,” he mumbles too low for you to hear.

The ride back to the shop is full of chatter, with Draken using the opportunity to pry into your personal life. As planned, he learns what you were doing, who the male you had with you is, and that he needs to make sure he pays him a visit to guarantee he stays far away from you. And as planned, you fall further and further into Draken’s carefully weaved web. Promises of a proper date and confessions of regret about not doing it sooner are what you graciously gift to him as a genuine thank you to your savior. Just like he expected, a little force and manipulation is all he needs to keep you right where he wants you.

Seventeen's View on Marriage

Time to get to a requested reading of them and finally get to this one, so let’s look into their views on what they think of Marriage. This should be interesting. 

S.Coups (8 of Pentacles/Strength) When it comes to his married life a sense of normalcy and control will be needed. He would like things to be calm and stable. He wouldn’t do well with things being out of control, probably his control. I would say he would like them both to depend on another. He may want his partner to stay at home. There is a lack of fluidity and maybe balance that could happen. Stability will be very important to him. There could be a lack of playfulness on his part, could be some insecurity. If things don’t go according to his plans. He may struggle. He may be overly rational or get too emotional. He may struggle to find that balance in Marriage. So, stability and strength is important to him in Marriage. 

Jeonghan (7 of Wands/4 of Swords) I feel he will put a lot of energy in protecting his marriage. Why do I get he will get a lot of pushback? I mean that makes sense, that happens when idols get married. So, I feel he thinks about how that will go in Marriage that he struggles to just relax and enjoy the marriage. I see him struggling to connect with himself and just be consumed by obstacles and his partner that he forgets about himself. He feels he should protect his marriage and through thick and thin always be with his partner. I don’t see him giving up that easily, but this could also lead him to stay with a partner he shouldn’t be with as well for too long. Divorce will be something he will try to avoid at all cost. I mean that is all couples, but he may be extreme with that.

Joshua (Ace of Pentacles/Crown Chakra) I laughed when I saw the first card. He is such a Cap. He will approach marriage practically. When the right opportunity comes along. There has to be a strong foundation there. I feel like it may even be a business proposition at first. I mean there could be love there, not saying that. I just hear an opportunity has to present himself. I don’t see him being quick to marry. With the Crown chakra, there is a sense of knowing with him. He will know the right partner to marry when or if the time comes. I don’t see him choosing any person, it has to be just right.

Jun (5 of Swords/King of Cups) This combo is a weird one. He may see marriage as people bickering and fighting a lot, so this makes me wonder if that was his environment growing up, because why would that pop up here? I feel he understands to keep his emotions at bay, maybe even bury it a bit. He will be loving and compassionate, but also see him being avoidant, or just going away from a break from it all. Like he has an argument, and then goes somewhere to blow it off. This seems specific to me, so I do wonder if this was how his parents were. They would fight and the Dad would leave to de-stress. Interesting message here.

Hoshi (Knight of Wands/Temperance) I like his energy regarding relationships a lot, including Marriage. He will continue to bring the  fire, and passion in marriage. He will make things feel alive and new all over again. With this Knight energy. He seems like the type to rush into marriage and do it on instinct, rather than really thinking about it, like he will mention out of nowhere they should get married. He would be all about equality and balance in Marriage, blending both ideas together, never allowing his partner to feel left behind or alone. They would both be included in the plans. He may also be into doing equal duties as partners. He believes they both play a part and will never overshadow his partner and wants the same energy put towards him. He probably has the healthiest energy for relationships with anyone I have done.

Wonwoo (7 of Cups/4 of Swords) He is way in over his head when it comes to Marriage. He may very well struggle to commit, maybe he feels he has too many options to commit to one person. He is confused when it comes to marriage and how to go about that. I say he needs to work on himself first, before heading into Marriage. To learn to still his mind and find peace within himself. I just don’t know if he knows himself to even pursue or think of Marriage. 

Woozi (2 of Cups/Queen of Cups/Knight of Pentacles) Had to take all three, wanted to put back one card, but it wouldn’t let me, fell back on my lap, so kept it lol Aww, he is cute. He would want an emotional, strong bond, someone to grow old with and build memories with. There will be lots of emotions here. I say he may marry someone on the sensitive side, a very caring and loving person, very nurturing. He may want to do fun activities with them such as hiking, biking, I am seeing. He wants things to move slowly. He wants to build a long life with his married person. I think he would enjoy just chilling, talking and spending time with his partner in Marriage. He kind of has the fairytale idea of Marriage, just lots of love and quality time together. Hopefully that happens for him. Another good one, with healthy ideas for Marriage. 

Dokyeom (7 of Cups/2 of Pentacles) When it comes to his thoughts on Marriage he is all over the place. He’s got ideas and a fantasy about it, but not sure he will take action on it. He is a bit scattered energy wise. He may need to stabilize himself and figure things out before stepping into Marriage. There is just a lot of uncertainty with him with this topic, also he may feel he has too many options. I don’t think he has a set idea of Marriage, it may change day to day.

Mingyu (6 of Cups/Heart Chakra) I felt he would give me cute cards. He is cute, but a bit naive. He has an idealistic view on love, a bit childlike view, innocence here. He may want to build lots of loving memories with his marriage partner. He does it from the heart and communicates from the heart. He will be sincere and honest. There is a lot of naivety and innocence to him when it comes to Marriage. He will also be very open to his partner. I just see lots of sincerity. He kind of has a pure soul in love. I just hope his partner does not take advantage of this nice energy, because this energy seems very gullible and susceptible to being taking advantage of. I am surprised with this energy with the Aries energy he does have, but it may not be strong in relationships/Marriage. Also, he may wants lots of children as well, as 6 of Cups represent child energy. 

Minghao (King of Swords/Ace of Cups) This one is a little hard to wrap my head around. He seems to view Marriage in a more logical and rational sense. He may have been scorned, typical Scorpio energy that I see from these Scorpio idols. So, he tries not to be too emotionally invested. He may want someone he can open his heart to when it comes to Marriage, but it may be hard for him to open up to someone to allow him to do so. He would want to feel the love and give all his love in Marriage, but the more logical side of him keeps his cool and emotions down. So, he might need to analyze the situation or person to see if he can open up to them. He may start off cold, but can eventually open up. These cards may be telling him to get out of his head and lead with his heart more as well.

Seungkwan (10 of Cups/ The Hermit) Wasn’t expecting the 10 of Cups with him. I wonder if he grew up in a loving environment and wants the same for himself in Marriage. He has a goal and idea in life of what he wants Marriage to be like. It is a life fulfillment for him. But now you got the hermit card. He may be seeking a person to get married to and find that happily ever after, but may need time to search within himself to find what he really needs, or what he may feel like he needs. He needs to work on distinguishing the two. I see him wanting that happy family unit with some kids.

Vernon (King of Swords/Sacral Chakra) This boy confuses me, so maybe my bias just gets in the way of my readings for him, got to stop that, that is why I get confused lol Anyway, he is more rational and logical on the surface when it comes to marriage. He may be planning it out in his head. He can be pretty detached when it comes to the idea of Marriage. But then you got the sacral chakra, which is about intimacy, creativity and vulnerability. So, he would want to express that in Marriage as well. His marriage may fuel his creative energy, or he would want them to create beautiful things together, maybe even have kids lol because this energy is sexual as well. So, he will enjoy that experience as well. I can see him being very analytical, but there is a softness to him. I can see him planning a lot of things out when it comes to marriage. 

Dino (6 of Wands/The Magician) He would want to have the ability to get what he wants. I see him wanting to have the upper hand. He is very skilled and can get his partner to do what he wants. Not sure I am loving this energy sweetie. I feel he can get his desired outcome when it comes to Marriage, so if there is someone he wants or something he wants, he may very well get it, since he has that power to do so. I am not really getting his view on Marriage here though. Not sure he cares about it now. I feel he is about himself right now. Which is fine, because with this energy, he should not attempt marriage at all lol

This was fun, a bit long, but I really liked the messages here. Hoshi and Woozi are keepers from these energies. Some of them need help lol Just playing, not everyone is meant for Marriage and maybe they aren’t in the headspace at the moment. None of them really give me toxic vibes though. I like their energy overall.

My Ramblings: Starting with the lost and then found pilot! A nice little treat for us this year, huh?

We start off in World 0072, aka Galaxy World. I wonder if we would've had that little numbering system and have it announced every time?

We get a scene that appears later in Number One Number Two; Rippen delivering a banger line and about to blast Penn to smithereens until Larry accidentally messes it all up, the inciting incident for that episode.

How the Trio are zapped back is different from how we're used to seeing it, starting off as like an actual screen with them being pulled through. Maybe this is how it normally it and I just miss that. It looks different here for sure. A "mission failed" is played when the Duo are zapped... I would hate hearing that everyday.

The pilot's iteration of the intro is cute at the start with his parents. It explains the concept pretty well and what happened to his parents. Little goblin mode Rippen with his witchy laugh in during sequence is interesting. In the show, we didn't exactly know how he did until Mr. Rippen, I believe. In this, it shows him messing with some wire in the Odyssey. Which I'm glad wasn't the case in the show. It seems way too easy here. But again, I'm happy with what we got, I mean, I don't know if this was gonna be the intro for every episode or a special one just for the first (pilot).

The character title cards are neat! Seeing them zapped in and see how they operate. But Boone's is the worst, like just showing him eat... classy. Also, just hearing Rippen being called Mr. Reap is so funny to me. It's like, "Hey guys, this is the bad guy! He's evil!"

I adore Sashi and Penn's dynamic here, it's so sweet. She's so supportive of this untrained noodle. They feel like good friends... unlike Boone. I'm sure that during this iteration, maybe he would have lightened up more towards Penn, but I don't know.

I love the classroom scene so much. Mr. Reap acting like he's top dog and that he doesn't still lose every day to children. He's full of confidence for a losing man. I like the way he walks over to him, his little leggies, I'm sorry! His face drop is good. Also Penn? He's already got lady eyes, beautiful puppy eyes. Reap is so needlessly much in this situation, I adore everything that comes out of his mouth. Then Larry popping in, playing the xylophone is great. Why is he? Because he can and again, such smooth animation! I'm sure Reap is annoyed to no need that he isn't the principal. We see what he would've been like as principal later on. Anyways, Larry pulling Reap away from class by his shmock always gets me, I wish Larry drove his little vespa with Reap all the time.

The Knight world, also known as dimension 0073. I like that Penn is so happy that he knows the sword and the stone. I like the rock bit. It's funny how Boone is like "this guy is always gonna be one step ahead of us" and gives up, did you not beat this man multiple times at this point? Boone... go die. I'm sorry but please... go die. How does Reap seem more nicer than you?

Hmmm, this catapult scene looks familiar.

"It was you?" So either Phyllis didn't feel the need to tell Penn or maybe she didn't know it was Reap, which I doubt.

"It's more me, wouldn't you say?" Stop good evil sir.

Every time Penn arf arf's during his little unprompted beat boxing solo I think of beat boxing puppy! And Reap getting beaten and burned by the dragon was a lot. Like damn, kinda feel bad. He cries out for Larry!

Boone possibly being a cannibal is interesting to say the least. Any who, Sashi and Penn playing around with magic is fun, they deserve it.

Boone getting smashed by the door by Reap is just the cherry on top, I still like the idea that Sashi saw Reap heafing towards the Odyssey and just kept going. Not her circus, not her monkeys. She off the clock.

Mr. Reap does talk a big game for a guy who just got his butt baked. I agree, Penn. But also, yeah, he got burned alive. I like Penn standing up to him and then just skateboarding off, very cool. Reap looks so lost in the background.

I think this is a pretty good pilot. But there is one massive issue I have... Boone. I'm happy with what we got and I think Zap One is better.

~The Characters~

Penn Zero: I can't say much for Penn at the start that isn't his design... I don't mind it, but I'm happy with what we ended up with, our dear cotton candy-head noodle boy! I will never understand why Boone had the zero on his shirt instead of Penn... Zero...

Penn has so many pictures of his parents by his bed... my heart.

Boone Wiseman: I hate him... he's not funny or helpful. Like get out of here! You're so mean! You're not our Boone!

Sashi Kobayashi: Our first time with is Sashi, her absolutely annihilating all the robots and then saving Penn, establishing her as a badass.

Training with Penn is fun, I bet half the time this happens it's out of nowhere and she just appears to attacks him. Maybe while doing homework, gaming or at more inopportune times. Although something that's always confused me in the show is, Sashi basically trained her whole life to be a sidekick. How? Her parents don't know about any of this! I wonder if this iteration they did, like in the flashback of her being a baby, they had to... right? Anyways, what an exit, huh?

Sashi kicking and punching Boone was therapeutic.

Rippen Mr. Reap: His performance is so over the top and delightful! In the Galaxy World, the classroom and the Knight World, everywhere! He's just gotta be extra

Larry: Let's blow up Mondays with him everybody, come on! Larry is as Larry as all ways starting the running joke of "if I had blank, you know what I'd do?"

I like him just landing directly on to Reap's head without a care in the world while Reap looks like a flatten cat man. His animation is delightful. Why is he given such smooth animation? Because he deserves it is why.

I can listen to him go and on and on about whatever the hell he's currently rambling about. Although realistically? I might not. Sorry, Larry.
