Yeah, its kinda like it. Most likely because i really like the fact of a non atractive stalker. Not only about looks but also the feeling of it. Stalking is a form of abuse and a crime, it comes from trauma to create more trauma. I aim to create an aura similar to horror games and not so much of a romantic novel.

Ofc all tastes are subjective and so on, yadda yadda .. but yea I am a huge fucking hater!!!

Plenty of games I’ll never bother play for different reasons, but otherwise I’m pretty open minded about things and whether or not a game is ‘successful’ in its goals.

Pleasantries aside, i despise SH: Homecoming. I can’t even begin my video-essay analysis on why it’s complete dogshit because I know if I start i won’t SHUT THE FUCK UP. It’s bad. My hate for it runs deep. Hate like AM hates bro. anyways fuck you Homecoming you are duh wurst. i’m gonna drown that whole stupid family in the lake lol

favorite subgenre of horror?

Besides shüt gaymes and classic isometric, survival horror… I love the subversive ones. Ones that pretend it’s a different kind of game before the Twist. Point n Clicks too imo

favorite creepy indie?

I’ve become a big fan of Chilla’s Art (Japanese indie dev) recently. Not everything’s perfect but I always look forward to the frightening scenarios the protagonists must escape/survive. Favorite title is probably the kidnapping one. Had me anxious often… it was amazing

scariest: night security

creepiest: closing shift, jisatsu

best narrative: parasocial, the kidnap

honorable mentions go to the karaoke for having SIX distinct endings, and the radio station for having some really premium jumpscares (the fucking pig......)

basically since 2022 theyve been putting out straight bangers. they really hit their stride. not to say prior games were bad but these just knocked it out of the park

most overrated: convenience store. surely some of the information revealed in the good end could have been conveyed in some way during actual gameplay. that fucking info lore dump was completely unnecessary and ruined any enjoyment i had derived from the game itself

the love hate relationship i have with vtubers or streamers because i hate it when they just like don't fucking get the game they're playing or when the chat also says the stupidest shit. like oh yeah the kid in the kidnap by chilla's art was always suuuuper fucked up for sure yeah he was always crazy. same with the man who "kidnapped" him that weirdo was also just suuuper fucked up for no reason haha he ws just like that. it's not as if the game was about clearly about family abuse and trauma and how said abuse is often ignored and enabled by the institutions around us or anything. it's not like that message was super fucking clear or anything. god. are you guys fucking stupid. this is so depressing.
