the deeper i get into Mockingjay the more i understand the criticism of the movie adaptation/s like… i’m not a director and i know it’s hard but

it’s like in the movies they tried to go for a slow reveal that Coin was just as awful as Snow in her own way when the books she wasn’t just cold she was creepy—as flawlessly fake as the capital fashion just using a military aesthetic—right out of the gate. right away! Collins is not subtle! (/affectionate)

and i get it’s hard to show the inside of someone’s head but they made TWO movies i feel like half the scenes that were from the book would have better off replaced with scenes that weren’t but better portrayed the mood/atmosphere of District 13 and Katniss’ feelings of being just as trapped/controlled/hopeless as ever

I sure hope Etoiles brings up the fact that it’s fucked up of the rebellion to only consider the eggs whose parents are in the rebellion safe. Like he’s there to protect ALL the eggs. He understands from Pomme that for any of them to loose their sibling would wreck them. Especially if he can prevent it or the rebels could.

Also what the fuck does it mean for eggs who have multiple parents and are aligned differently. Empanada has Jaiden and Bagi…Pomme has Etoiles and Baghera & Kameto (they aren’t sus of Baghera but Kameto is yes.) Richas has both forever and pac…. a true neutral area?? Also I guess Leo, Tallulah, Chayanne, Sunny, Pepito, and Dapper are just kind of… fucked? Especially Leo since foolish is publicly working for them and not really revealing his true motives. The rebellion will just have sudden amnesia for them?

hey, i tried googling this and didnt find anything, but im playing termina, and ive had a pretty nasty glitch happen twice now-

whenever i get defeated by an enemy who seems to be supposed to play an animation after i get struck down, the game displays an error instead of showing me the animation. happened first with the priest, then with Needles. I'm sad cuz I wanna see what happens to my character and i just cant </3

anyone know anything about it???
