Greetings, my dear guests! I must ask you all something; What if I create my OWN Frankenstein story.....BUT WITH A SUPERNATURAL TWIST!? We all know the story, but.....What if Victor came back as a ghost haunting an insane asylum? This take on the story takes place in an insane asylum. This place is home to another mad scientist.....but.....it's a zombie created by an all powerful queen.

ok i thought about it and actually, the wildest thing in the wizard of oz series (to me) was when the tin man, scarecrow, and A Random Child whose name I can't remember all went to find the tin man's ex. and they stop at tin man's buddy's house, to see if he knows where said ex is these days, and buddy isn't there, so they go inside to wait for him
and the house???? is full of severed body parts?????? just everywhere, they're in a barrel by the door, they're on the table, just chunks of clearly human flesh and a mess of limbs and whatnot, tin man thinks this is fine, scarecrow is really creeped out, scarecrow opens a cabinet and finds a severed human head
tin man runs on over and is like "what the f- oh that's me lol" and it's??? HIS old severed head??? so the scarecrow is just barely recovered from this, tin man is explaining the situation of how he became tin again, etc. etc.
and then the eyes open
and long story short the tin man's soul transferred to his new tin body, but it takes more than having your soul removed to kill you in oz... so his old body is still alive, but without its memories and completely confused and disoriented
the friend comes back and casually mentions how it took a bit for the transferring to finish, and after that the head just didn't remember anything. that means there was a bit there where this head DID have all of the tin man's memories still, and as far as he knew his friend had just left him without a body in a cabinet, unable to move, while the rest of his body just... walked off without him. literally horrific and the tin man is just like "haha! how quirky!" and honestly it's not the worst thing to have happened to him so i can't fault him for that but like. i'd be a little worried if one of my oldest friends told me that they'd totally leave me in a cabinet while my soul slowly left my body and wouldn't even feel bad.

Frankenstein characters as ghosts (depending mostly on their deaths):
Victor: A sorrowful spirit wandering through the cold in the far north. His wails can be heard upon the arctic wind from time to time. Some feel it is a warning that they should only find death in the cold ice and don’t dare venture out but some have been enticed by the mystery and sought out the source of this voice, a task which ultimately lead to their demises in the treacherous icy waters.
Elizabeth: A protective spirit for many young women. Her ghosts watches over brides on their wedding night haunting down anyone that tries to hurt them. She manages to save lives, more than she could when she was alive.
Justine: Her ghost is restless, unable to get justice. She is found standing in the corners of court rooms, watching mournfully as other innocents are condemed, unable to do something. When she appears it is usually a sign of a great injustice happening.
Henry: His ghost still wanders the shores and streets of Ireland always in search of his best friend but forever unable to find him.
When spoken to he'll only say he's "waiting for Victor" and continue on his way; an eternal search for someone he can never see again.
William: The ghost of a small child lost in the woods. When you cross paths with him he'll ask you for the way and whisper that his brother was supposed to look for him. Sometimes the ghost is willing to play hide and seek with you but when he has to hide he will always disappear, not to be found until the next night when he will wander through the woods again.
Creature: I think he as he lived can also be applied to a ghost. At first a benevolent spirit that helps people by bringing firewood or other little tasks. But he looks too horrifying to human eyes and only scares them. Later a vengeful ghost seeking only his creator's destruction.
No matter of he is alive or not he's a ghost in his own way, unable to exist in the same world that humans do, something unnatural, something to be feared by mankind.

Wait a minute. Lucifer was god's favorite angel until his betrayal, when he was banished to hell and became a monster. The Creature was Victor's precious creation until he came to life and was horrifying, and he was banished to the wilderness to become a monster. Hold on a minute-

I forgor to post my fave twst piece I've ever made wooops
By the way @fishforel made her version of this piece! Take a look :]
Tumblr media
I have way too many twst AUs... This Idea is from Past!Au, for example.
The main idea is "what if twst cast lived a few centures earlier?". The potion for mers to become humans is not yet invented - but a trio of a very dedicated (and trustworthy ;)) mers is working on it. The human-fae conflict is ongoing. The Shroud family is not yet cursed at the beginning of the story, but (spoilers heh) at the end of it Idia, as the last heir to his family, is cursed by Jupiter family and sentenced to death (because plot). That's the Idia you see at the picture — prior to curse his hair is black.
Thankfully, the three mermen (I wonder who those are...) have found a way to turn into humans thanks to Yuu's help, and in return for their service, those mers grant Yuu's wish to save Idia from execution. Honestly, this whole AU is self-indulgent hot mess, but I enjoyed thinking about it. Maybe I'll do it again in the future.

hellooo, here’s my mandatory yearly halloween fic with all of our favourite goth little blorbos having fun! enjoy!
Chapters: 1/1 Fandom: Frankenstein - Mary Shelley Rating: Teen And Up Audiences Warnings: No Archive Warnings Apply Relationships: Henry Clerval/Victor Frankenstein Characters: Victor Frankenstein, Henry Clerval, Lucy Westenra (Dracula), Tom Griffin (The Invisible Man), Elizabeth Lavenza, Justine Moritz, Mina Murray Harker, Dorian Gray, Ichabod Crane (Sleepy Hollow), Edward Hyde Additional Tags: Halloween, Halloween Costumes, halloween party, Ghost Hunters, Ghosts, Fluff, Domestic Fluff, Creepy Fluff, Established Relationship, Alcohol, Recreational Drug Use, Alternate Universe - Modern Setting, kissing in haunted places, victor is a coward, yes i'm obsessed with ryan and shane no need to call me out, no beta we die like every character here
Summary: Henry likes ghost hunting programs. Victor does not. Henry doesn't care if ghosts are real or not (he'll know when he's dead). Victor very much believes they are not. At all. So much so he's willing to go out on Halloween night to investigate a supposedly haunted asylum with all of the little ghoulish gadgets just to show Henry it's all bullshit.
Victor is stubborn. Henry is smart. Therefore, Henry only agrees to let himself be dragged into this if he can in turn drag Victor to the biggest Halloween party of the year afterwards.
Aberrations and monstrosities ensue!

"I can hear my name.....blackened by my crimes....Haunting me and taunting me as it echoes through all time...."
(Vincent): These were his final words before he died.....But somehow, it sounded like a lullaby. Legends said that he died from an illness, and that his ghost still haunts the old lab. *He's looking at his map, and then he catches his sights on the lab* Well, here I am! Here we go...
Vincent walks into the lab, deciding to explore it for a while......Until he heard a familiar, melancholy voice singing the same song
Vincent: W-WHOS THERE!? *he looked around* SHOW YOURSELF!
A soft glow appears behind the new scientist
"Who are you....?"
Vincent: *he gasps and turns around, only to see a ghostly figure in the form of a legendary scientist* Y...YOU! WHO ARE YOU!?
???: *His blank eyes stared back at Vincent, as if he knew him before* Where am I....? *He whispered softly, his voice shaky and mournful*
Vincent realized something! That mysterious lullaby.....The legends....! The creature.....That time where he first met him...
Vincent has met a familiar legend...!
Vincent: It's you! You're the one haunting my dreams! This can't be....! The legends are true! You are....!
VICTOR FRANKENSTEIN...!
*lightningbooms.sfx*
Vincent Frankenstein is now open for asks!

Danny was never a human.
While not exactly.
He kid of was, and kind of wasn't.
And that's not including the half-dead thing.
So during the start of Jack and Maddie's ghost hunting careers they experimented with the magic side of the world.
Then they stumbled across the ways to make something not living, alive.
And they thought 'well, this kind of involves our research, right?' Cos turning something that never lived but gets life most be some type of ghost stuff.
So they hunt down ways to make their experiment happen, from ancient texts to modern how to guides.
They checked it all.
Once their research was done, they made the body how the instructions say, with a few adjustments.
The only problem they had was that all of the recipes involved magic of some kind and neither Jack or Maddie had magic (they tested it multiple times)
So it was clear they had to get magic somehow.
And they did by stealing a magicians DNA, which was on him because he should know how dangerous it was to just leave DNA around, to be fair he probably wasn't expecting mad scientists to knock him out and take a blood sample.
And so it was added to the mixture of clay, their own blood, and the tiniest bit of ectoplasm moulded into a humanoid shape.
And finally it was the hard part.
Bringing it to life.
They took a page out of Victor Frankenstein's book and waited for a lighting storm, or in their case, a modified defibrillator.
The electricity acted as a spark to kick-start the process.
The blood formed the organs, skin, hair, and etc.
The ectoplasm breathed life into the golem, a bit too much.
Because once it was over they had a bouncing baby boy with the bluest eyes ever.
After running every test imaginable with each test confirming that the kid was human, they decided 'whelp, Jazz has a little brother now' and promptly forgot about it.
There was more exciting research to do after all.
When Danny's accident death happened it was only due to the magicians magic/ messed up luck powers and the ectoplasm in him that he survived.
Years go by and then Danny found out from reading their old notes.
His parents brushed it off saying that, yes, he was human and they loved him no matter what.
But Danny was a bit shook.
Finding out that he only existed not because his parents wanted him, but because they wanted to see if they could create.
Was he actually human? He was made out of clay for frick's sake!
And Danny handle this bombshell with grace and- he ran.
He ran as far as he could as fast as he could.
And so alone in a strange city and not willing to go back, he decided to seek out the magician who was technically his third parent.
What's the worst that could happen?
So off he went to find John Constantine.

List of classic literature characters I think I could take in a fight:
1. Frankenstein
Hes a pussy ass bitch. One punch and he'd be crying on the floor acting like it isn't the consequences of his own actions. I'd get 10 extra points for hitting him with a tree branch cause I can make the joke of nature being the folly of men. Fuck that guy, I could beat his ass and steal his weird sister-wife.
2. Hamlet
Bro would take ten whole minutes hemming and hawing over whether or not to fight. Like bro, get on with it. Bro can't even get one job done and ends up getting everyone else harmed before even landing a hit on the target. It would be a tough fight cause he's trained but I feel like I could say "look a ghost of your father! look your evil uncle is being evil" and he'd be distracted.
3. Gatsby
Easy. BUT SOLAR, HE WAS IN THE WAR! And? If I start losing I could literally say Look its daisy and my man would be running to find her. I feel like I could take him out. Anyone going after a married woman could be an easy fight.
Characters I don't think I could take in a fight:
1. Jekyll and Hyde.
Bro I'd feel bad fighting Jekyll. Unlike dumbass Victor, bro was a real scientist who experimented on himself instead of other people. He's a good guy, I couldn't do it. Hyde on the other hand would fucking fold me. Bro bashed a guy's head in with I think a stick (I don't remember). He's winning that one. Bro stomped on a child with no remorse and no hesitation. I ain't surviving, get me out of the ring. I might be confident but I ain't stupid. Unlike victor frankenstein. Screw that guy, he's not even a real scientist. Stupid ass bitch.
