Damn I love their relationship. I love this dynamic. Most unlikely of friends, and they're super close.

When I was first digging into the novels proper, I had the idea that Lorgar was Magnus's closest brother. This, Angel Exterminatus, and Fury of Magnus have absolutely put that idea to bed. It's been Magnus and Perturabo as ride-or-dies for a minute.

Grian- Human(?), it’s debatable but until the other hermits can prove otherwise grian’s human

Mumbo Jumbo- Human, and the other hermits can actually confirm that this is the case

Doc- Creeper-Goat-Cyborg or is it Goat-Creeper-Cyborg?? nobody knows what came first, they just know that doc becoming a cyborg was last, is myotonic goat specifically

Bdubs- Moss-Phantom, ironically hates the night despite it being the only time he can’t get burned by the sun, doesn’t mind cause he or his friends carry around fire resistance potions

Xisuma- Human, just fuckin massive but not like that, he’s just a 7’6 dude who’s built like dooms guy, just some guy if u will

Wels- Sliverfish, the amount of times someone woke him up by trying to move the block he’s sleeping in or tried to move him thinking that he’s a block is outstanding

Zed- Jacob’s sheep hybrid, has 4 horns and none of them are the same size due to a birth defect, doesn’t mind cause he thinks it’s cool to have 4 horns <33

Tango- Angora goat hybrid, got curls for days, short as fuck tho and needs a step stool for a lot of things

TFC- Statue, what type of statue is still unknown

Cleo- Zombie ofc, possibly had a spell that made her unable to decay casted on her

Stress- Human, was later turned into an ice spirit and stayed as that

Xb- Pocket dimension, has so much stuff in him it’s insane

Ren- Newfoundland dog hybrid, furry fuck and is tall as shit, well maybe tall for the shorter ppl on the server—

False- Falcon avian, got v big wings but hates preening them

Iskall- Cyborg, can’t see out of his robotic eye all that much tho <<//33

Scar- Cat hybrid, cat ears are usually hidden under the hat but he doesn’t bother trying to hide his tail

prue because she’s just such like. like a fleshed out character and she’s not even necessarily built to be the tv protagonist the way early seasons phoebe or even early seasons piper are because candidly she’s just kind of unlikeable she doesn’t tolerate bullshit and honestly doesn’t always let herself have fun and it’s just. she’s so hard on herself and so afraid of genuinely opening herself up to the possibility of happiness like if you actually like Look at her idk how you can’t love her like she feels so real so to watch her journey and watch her as she grows is so beautiful and like it hurts like a mother that she just fuckin dies before she really gets to have the life she envisioned but in like her early seasons where she’s just like i think i’m going to make a great mom and she you know she wants this even though she has this fear put in her by seeing her own mother’s death she wants it like how can you not get infected by her hope by her spirit and by the amount of love in her heart even though it’s guarded by a tough exterior like. i love her.

next up is piper just because she’s so strong. like life as torn her Up. so many times. like losing a sister? i can’t even imagine that. and then like. obvi all that stuff with leo is a trial to motherhood is kind of an uphill battle for her as well and then she’s also a small business owner?? and a charmed one? like that is so much on your plate mama if that were me i’d never do anything ever i’d be the grumpiest hermit you ever did see but piper still just. Loves! even after prue she’s still able to love i’ve talked before about her & paige being one of my favorite dynamics like. ik people rag on her in the later seasons for being like a grumpy stick up the ass but like. she still loves! she still smiles and finds time just with her family like the girls just sitting in p3 and talking or whenever they all pile onto a couch in spite of the world being on her shoulders she still find joy in life like life for her has given her So Many Opportunities to give up give into hate and despair and misery but she still finds beautiful moments in life to like love life and love those in her life in spite of the hellscape & like. yeah <3

which leaves paige & phoebe to fill in the two lower slots which is kind of ironic seeing as a picked paige as my favorite charmed one for this edit but what can i say i’m a dynamic everchanging individual. hmm. this is really difficult. i think one of the worst things that really like consistently bogs down phoebe in the ranking is the rampant misogyny that just infects her character in the later seasons which honestly? we should all probably be thankful prue died before brad kern could get his grubby paws on her because it seems there’s nothing he loved more than tearing down a powerful woman (of course, i think it’s charmed misogyny that got prue killed off in the first place, i think since shannen had such a strong investment and wanted a stake in the overall energy of the show, we see this in her directing episodes & in one of my favorite bts stories where like they moved the show to like tuesday nights or some bullshit and shannen basically kicked down the door to the ceo of the wb’s office like are you trying to kill me? like she didn’t take shit lying down she was there to take up space and make it her show & i do think they killed her for it. so.) but yeah um. hmm. paige & phoebe.

honestly i gotta go phoebe like she really was such an influence to like little me and i love her bold fashion and her bold attitude and like. the love she has for magic. which is why it sucks so bad that she’d like. blow off innocents or whatever to try to find a man in the later seasons bc that’s just it’s not her!! I know her!!! and she just loves like sharing the wealth she loves helping people like with magic obvi but with her advice column too and even if her own life is in shambles she still wants to be there for others and Yes i know there’s evidence to the contrary here like her telling paige and piper to fuck off or whatever in her evil queen era but i am putting more rose tinted glasses motherfuckin ON she is phoebe halliwell and she just loves others even when it kind feels like she has no love left for herself

Disney or Dreamworks: Ya’ll just opened a shit can of worms. I used to prefer Dreamworks over Disney. Hell, a year ago I would have said Dreamworks over Disney without a second’s hesitation, and in some ways, I still think that. But. When I take a step back to think about the films–and let my frustrations over corporate companies and my personal views on that subject not cloud my judgement– I love several films from both companies (leaning heavily more toward Disney), and I still appreciate both, because animation such a passion in my life. Disney has more nostalgic, inspirational films. Treasure Planet, Atlantis: The Lost Empire, Mulan, fucking LION KING GOD I’M GONNA HAVE FEELINGS hold on let me put on “King of Pride Rock” instrumental soundtrack FACK, YUP, FEEELINGS, The Hunch Back of Notre Dame, The Rescuers. Just to name some. All major parts of my childhood. Buuut then you have masterpieces from Dreamworks like The Prince of Egypt, and How to Train your Dragon– Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas. Also huge, inspiration pieces to me, but see? Much smaller list than Disney, and I didn’t even name all of my favorite Disney films. That may be because Dreamworks tends to do more 3D animation than traditional 2D (something Disney is now doing, whyyyy, I miss traditional animation soooo ;_____;), and I very much… don’t… prefer 3D. Dreamworks also has a lot of knock-off, crude, childish films I just do not enjoy, and sometimes I actually get angered that they exist. They wasted artistic time and talent, and money on that? Ugh. I could write about a novel’s worth of more on this topic, but I’m going to stop here.

Coffee or tea: My darlings, with a username like Teawhistler, I think it’s rather obvious what I prefer. I’m even known as the tea dealer at work–I have an entire drawer at my desk, filled with glass bottles of loose leaf teas, and a cast iron kettle. I really love a good cup of coffee as well, though! But none of that Folger’s dirt.

Books or movies: Ooh. This one is difficult. I think I’d have to say books, but I’m very much a movie person, too.

Windows or Mac: I own a Mac but I have Windows installed on it.

DC or Marvel: Unpopular opinion is unpopular: I don’t understand nor do I enjoy the hype around superhero movies or comics, so I don’t have a preference for either. I did enjoy Doctor Stranger, but it felt more fantasy/sci-fi than superhero film to me. I enjoyed the magic concept and visuals portrayed in the film, and Bendytoots Cramblesnatch is a great actor, so.

Xbox or PlayStation: I play more Xbox games than PlayStation, but I enjoy both consoles for different games and I don’t really have a preference. Anyone else here play Sly Cooper? I miss those games.

Dragon Age or Mass Effect: Pffft, Mass Effect, all the way. I’m still 1,000 percent obsessed with it and it’s almost been 3 years now.

Night owl or early riser: Early riser by habit more than choice, I have to get up at 6:00am in preparation for work. I used to be a night owl as a teen, before I had Adult Life.

Cards or chess: Cards, because game variety, though I do enjoy a game of chess, no matter how much I suck at it. @grizzlynomad when next you visit, we should play a game underneath the 1856 bridge along the river front, that has the “life size” set.

Chocolate or vanilla: 

Vans or Converse: Don’t give a fuck, honestly. Just give me comfy, leather shoes.

Lavellan, Trevelyan, Cadash, or Adaar: Trevelyan, though I like the others as well.

Paragon or Renegade?  I am physically unable to be a renegade in games, hahahah

Star Wars or Star Trek? I like both, but Star Trek is very much more nostalgic for me, and an episode of TNG or DS9 is a familiar comfort after having a long, tiring day.

One episode per week or binge watching? I have a Masters Degree in binge watching.

Heroes or Villains? Ehhhh, a mixture of both. It depends on which hero and which villain we’re asking about. Like, Edward Elric. My sweet little short problem son, my darling, my dear. But then there’s also Zuko, my sweet angsty problem son, my darling, my dear. Of all the character archetypes (because there’s a very extensive list, and I’d be interested to see what people prefer outside of the easy “hero or villain”) I definitely have a preference for anti-heroes, the hermit/loner, and the explorer/wanderer.

Notebook or on PC typing? I’m likely to be more productive when I’m typing on a computer, but there’s such a satisfaction to writing in a notebook.

The X-Files or Supernatural? I haven’t seen watched X-Files since I was a little girl and it first aired, and I have zero interest in the Supernatural series and fandom. I’d be more inclined to watch X-Files as it calls to my love of cheesy sci-fi more than over dramatic Winchester bros do.

Winter or Summer? Autumn and Winter, Summer can die. I hate heat.

Cats or Dogs? Cats, all the way. I’m really not a dog person. They’re very exhausting creatures.

Red or white wine? I have a preference for red wine, especially if made into fresh mulled wine. Such a warming comfort.

Hamilton or Wicked? I’ve seen neither. But if we’re talking musicals, IF I WERE A RICH MAAAAN
