Lanette - The Fairy Queen of the Dark

Personality: A person who is both fearsome and cold. She is sweet in many ways, yet she can also be frightening. She has complete mastery of the shadows and is far from weak. She's a little playful, and she lunges for the throat. She is extremely powerful, and she is well aware of it. She is a bit of a flirt, and she exudes a mysterious air. She is surrounded by many powers. She is smooth and meticulous, she tips the scales in her favor, and nothing can stop her. She is also very aware of her beauty.

Appearance: She is a skeleton. She has smoky grey eyes. She has fangs and she has permanent eyeliner under her eyes. She has beautiful silver and black butterfly wings, but she hides them. She's about 5'8". She has a tail.

Olette - The Fairy Queen of the Light

Personality: A terrifying, but lovely fairy. She is incredibly powerful, but she is also compassionate and caring. She is much warmer than Lanette, but far more terrifying. She is nasty and cold to those she suspects of causing damage to her subjects and loved ones. She has an enigmatic attitude and will not hesitate to intimidate anyone she considers a threat. She is frequently silent and unthreatening until she is not. Her personality is similar to that of a cat. She has free control over light and watches from a distance rather than being hands-on.

Appearance: She is a skeleton. She has cool light gray eyes. She had silver and white butterfly wings. She, however, is presently wingless. She's about 5'8". She has a tail.

Sebille - The Fallen Queen of Angels

Personality: She formerly ruled over an angelic realm before falling. She is a stunningly gorgeous, astute, and powerful being. She is not frightened of anything and is capable of being extremely violent. She used to be a Guardian angel. She has a chilly side to her kind nature and can be nasty when necessary. She looks after the group and comes to aid with caution. She is a fallen angel with little fear. She is not afraid to stand firm and use her magic to protect her people. She also has a lot of control over her divine magic.

Appearance: She is a skeleton. She has beautiful sky-blue eye lights. She has six pairs of wings that she keeps hidden. She is about 5'6". She has a tail.

Elvina - The Fallen Queen of Demons

Personality: She was previously the ruler of a demonic realm. A fiery and angry individual. She can be cruel at times, but she is usually rational and cool. She readily looks after others and isn't scared to show how powerful she is. She is skilled in demonic magic and is not afraid to use it. She is a vicious person who goes for the throat. She isn't scared to show how frigid she can be and never backs down from a fight. She, on the other hand, is far nicer than one might expect, and she frequently looks after lost demonic children. Show just how cold, she can be. She, however, tends to be far kinder than one anticipates and she often looks after lost demonic children.

Appearance: She is a skeleton with horns, six pairs of wings, and a tail. She keeps her horns and wings hidden. She is about 6'0". She has glowing light red eye lights.

In any adaptation of Cinderella the dress she wears to the ball is important and has to be beautiful. but when you also add the detail that the dress is crafted from dying embers of starlight (from the end of time, from a star not yet born and dying all at the same time, from the magic of beginnings and endings and fate and wish and the place where both twist, from the dawn and twilight, from the final sparks of light in the eternal dark, from the glorious fire and cold ash) the dress HAS to be spectacular, a real show stopping number

A lil look of my 2024 cosplays

It’s my birthday today and to celebrate it, I decided to post my updated faerie court AU design of the Snack Pack. I made it for the fanfic, Winged Reign, which me and @georgi-girl made.

The pop trolls as fairies are butterfly fairies and the court’s element is energy when it comes to magic. Most of the Snack Pack members are butterfly fairies but only Cooper and Prince D are moth fairies and they are powerful empaths since their court use mind a.k.a psychic magic while my trollsona, Rose is a dragonfly fairy and using light magic.

Princess Rosetta a.k.a Rose is one of the protagonists of the story and Queen Celestia’s oldest granddaughter. Her signature flower is the rose, which symbolizes royalty, romance, love, beauty, and courage and she has a thing for lupes, which she owned one as her companion. As a baby, her untapped aether powers have caused the most dangerous storms and earthquakes that had swept away many giants and scattered the Snack Pack in the process while escaping from the giants, which led to Queen Celestia taking them in as her wards, whom she became best friends with. Though her life as the fairy princess of the fairies seemed luxurious, her life was marked by the pressure put on her because of how great her ancestors are and not without the pain of a heartbreak. Soon, she was tested of her worth for the throne when she made a wish to live up the name of her predecessors and unite all of the fairy courts. Soon, it was answered by a call from her ancestor, King Cygnus, who told her to unite the fairy courts and beware of the Darkest Faerie. Now, it’s up to the Snack Pack and their allies to save the fairies as they travel through certain places of Neopia and at the same time, Rose discovers that there is more to being the fairy queen than following the wind of her ancestors while trying to learn how to control her powers and coming into terms with her destiny as the star queen.

Princess Poppy is the long-lost older twin and one of King Peppy’s twin daughters who became one of Queen Celestia’s wards after being scattered with the snack pack throughout the Isle of the Fay. For her fairy outfit, she’s signature flower is the gerbera daisy, which symbolize cheerfulness, innocence, purity, loyal love, gratitude, friendship, warmth, respect, admiration, elation, and celebration but I retained her king swallowtail butterfly wings and has a pink acara. Having the butterfly fairies’ sacred necklace as a key to her identity, she and Branch were found by a three-year-old Princess Rose and Queen Celestia in the royal garden, they were the first to become the fairy princess’s friends, albeit being closer to her. Her wish is to make everybody happy, a wish that she soon fulfilled as she discovered her destiny to become the queen of the butterfly fairies.

Branch is the resident bodyguard among the fairies, especially when protecting them from danger. His signature flower is the Mexican sage, which symbolizes bravery, esteem, domestic virtue, longevity,  thoughtfulness, good health, and wisdom to match his monarch butterfly wings. Before he was scattered with Princess Poppy, he used to live with his four older brothers and Grandma Rosiepuff, who coincidentally is Queen Celestia’s old friend before she was betrothed to the fairy king at that time before her death. His wish is to never be lonely, which he didn’t know is already done because he had the the Snack Pack, their allies, and his new pet cybunny helping him get over his unresolved issues and trauma throughout the journey while falling in love with Princess Poppy in the process.

DJ Suki is the musician of the group, which her signature flower, the lotus matches it because it symbolizes transcendence, purity, rebirth, strength but her wings are based on a red lacewing butterfly. DJ Suki’s wish is to everybody and bring them together by writing and playing new songs for a new generation, which came true during their process of the journey as she bonded with a korbat and fell in love with a fire fairy named Demo.

As a warrior fairy among Queen Celestia’s wards, Smidge is a transgender woman who found her true calling as the strongest fairy, a wish she was able to fulfill thanks to one life-changing journey and an assistance from her new kougra friend. Her signature flower is the red dahlia, a symbol of strength, power, perseverance, prosperity, which matches and complements her orange sulphur butterfly wings.

Cooper and Prince Darnell have shared many things with each other. Having strong connection with their court’s element, owning a pair of ogrin sisters, and having matching rosy maple moth wings but their signature flowers only match their personalities. Cooper’s signature flower is the morning glory, symbolizing eternal love, rebirth, resilience, life, and unyielding love while Prince D’s is the chrysanthemum, which symbolizes royalty, devoted love, loyalty, happiness, longevity, and joy. Their wishes also entangle with each other, with Cooper wanting to know where he is from and Prince D wishing to reunite with his long-lost twin brother.

Satin and Chenille have matching purple emperor butterfly wings and their outfits have cherry blossom petals, with the flower symbolizing beauty, passion, love, courage, rebirth, renewal, new beginnings, and the start of spring. They also shared the same dream of becoming famous seamstresses so they’re out to find inspiration for their clothing line, which they succeeded with the help of their neopet friends, a pink ruki and a faerie aisha.

Guy Diamond is the most beautiful butterfly fairy in the group, with Pink Tipped Satyr butterfly wings and amaryllis flower petal shapes, which symbolizes pride, strength, determination, beauty, and love. While pursuing an ambition as the actor, Guy had baby Tiny and befriended a faerie lenny during the journey with the Snack Pack and their allies while holding on to the dream of finding their families.

Biggie had a strange connection to animals through his element despite his wish to talk to animals, including his pets, Mr. Dinkles, a skvander and his new chomby friend. I matched the Pansy texture, which the flower matches his personality: love, loyalty, honesty, devotion, sympathy, care and it also matches his Blue Morpho butterfly wings.

Despite being plus sized like Poppy but more round, Legsly has a dream to become a graceful dancer. Adorned in a dress with a skirt that looked like a daffodil, which symbolizes rebirth, new beginnings, hope, joy, good luck to match her giant African swallowtail butterfly wings, she is ready to show the world her dances and inspire others with her blumaroo friend.

Fuzzbert had been deaf for years so he would let his techo friend do the talking. His outfit have the textures and details based on a Sweet Pea, which symbolizes blissful pleasure, good wishes, kindness, gratitude, friendship, which match his Asian Swallowtail wings.

> Talia al Ghul as Sleeping Beauty

Although currently trapped in magical slumber, Talia retains a level of awareness over all that happens to her body and the magical thorny vines wrapped around the ruins of her castle. Her control over her vines grows day by day as she uses them to sense her environment and tangle around her enemies. The vines spread all over the castle and into the surrounding forest, an unsuspected guardian that guides or harms whoever may wander in her nest.

Mia owns three magical dresses (sun, moon and stars). Before every fight, she will tear off little threads off of each dress and tie them around each arrow in her quiver, giving her enchanted trick arrows with various abilities. The sun arrows creates blinding bursts of white and golden flames impossible to extinguish through non-magical means that fade out on their own after one minute or after running out of matter to consume. The moon arrow induces a violent psychic attack which traps the victim in a dreamless sleep or, fail this, vivid nightmarish hallucinations. The star arrow induces a state of compliant euphoria that can drive the victim to consider the first person they see upon being hit as the most extraordinary, perfect and worthy of adoration and worship creature for up to a day.

> Rose Wilson as Cinderella

A powerhouse of a trained fighter, Rose fights with a magical glass armour that allows her to turn invisible and a dagger made from the glass shard that broke when she snapped her glass slipper. Later on, she also gains a large diamond sword, the sword of Clairvoyance which can cut through anything. She also used to have precognitive abilities granted to her by the artificial eye the Stepmother (Slade Wilson) gave her, which allowed her to glimpse into the Narrative, but she took it off because it was destroying her mind.

> Koriand'r as Rapunzel

A magical princess, Koriand'r's powers were first assumed to come from her fiery, magical hair, which was largely experimented to increase its power by Mother Gothel; however, after an earthquake damaged the tower she was trapped in and sunlight touched her, she escaped and realised she drew her pyrokinesis, empathetic healing, and newfound flight, strength, resistance and starbolts from the Sun due to having been fed the magical healing sunflower herb as a baby.

Having learnt to defend herself from the youngest age, Cassandra is a fierce fighter, who defeats her enemies with her martial prowess and two sharp-pointed, magical knitting needles gifted to her by the Fairy Queen. She also carries around a broken, magical lantern granted to her by the Fairy Queen, which, once repaired, allows her to trap magical fires and release them on her enemies. Sometimes nicknamed "the cemetery witch", she wanders through graveyards and battlefields in search for little fires only she can see, remnants of the lives of the revenants and the dying which she can trap in her little lanterns to grant them peace in the afterlife and cradle this fire.

Needle and a Thread (Angels Fall AU Backstory)

Warnings: Mentions of war, angels, demons, death, falling, etc.

"Sebille-!" Elvina called out as the ground began to tremble. Elvina watched as Sebille was engulfed by the dirt as the ground fell. The war was raging, tearing everything apart, angels and demons fighting, but Elvina's gaze was fixed on the region.

Her thoughts were disturbed by their quarrel, which had even sparked the war between the Angels and the Demons. But all her mind could think of was "she can't fly… her wings and soul are injured!"

Needle and the thread, gotta get you outta my head. Needle and the thread, gonna wind up dead.

"Keep going!" Elvina tried to hear her general call but couldn't. She planned to do the one thing that would enrage her demons. She made a dash for the spot where Sebille had fallen. "Your Majesty!?" Elvina heard her war general call, but it was met with deafening silence.

Needle and the thread gotta get you outta my head Needle and the thread, gonna wind up dead (gonna wind up dead)

"Sebille!" As she jumped, Elvina called out. She could see her friend falling, her eyes full of fear. Her dread grew as she struggled against the wind as she dove toward her. Her hand reached out to her.

"Elvina-!" Sebille returned her call. Her thoughts returned to their history. They were, however, only minutes away from one of them dying.

"You're looking so silly, Sebille!" Elvina teased her friend when she was a small child. Sebille huffed as she concealed herself behind the flowers on her head. She was a mess. Her hair was a tangled mess from falling in the Lovers Cavern. Because their parents were away performing royal responsibilities, they fled.

"I am not!" Sebille sighed as she hurled a flower toward Elvina. Elvina chuckled when the flower smacked her in the face. Eventually, they both burst out laughing and lay on the grass. "I want us to always be like this. Promise me, Elvina." Sebille childishly asked. Elvina giggles and looks toward her.

"Promise." Elvina agreed with a large smile. They interlocked pinkies and smiled. They were best friends until they fell out with Lanette and Olette to witness it.

"Your soldiers crossed the boundary, Elvina! They killed innocent people!" Sebille snapped at Elvina. Elvina stared down as the two fairy queens watched in horror.

"Your angels killed my people too." Elvina snapped back at Sebille. It wasn't childish bickering. An angel and a demon in their leagues betrayed them and they didn't know who.

But it caused a rift and thus... War was declared.

"Hold on!" Elvina grabbed Sebille's hand and called to her. Their divine and demonic magics ignited and collided. Elvina drew near to Sebille, who clung to her childhood companion.

"I'm sorry!" Sebille apologized as she closed her eyes, and Elvina realized that neither of them would live.

"It's not your fault, you were tricked... I'm sorry." Elvina apologized as the two hurriedly approached the ground. Everything that transpired was their fault. Olette losing her wings, angels and demons fighting, a corrupted angel and a rogue demon rising through the ranks… They were both going to die, though. They were unable to repair anything.

They awoke again after everything turned black. They were in a familiar setting. Lanette and Olette arrived barely in time to save them. They were unable to return as the conflict carried on and their wounds healed. Times had altered by the time they reappeared.

Into the times they wished they were born into... A time when angels and demons could just co-exist and be friends.
