For the past weeks or so I've been working on creating a Discord server for anime/cartoon/animated-show-in-general fans.

A place for people who want a place to meet other fans, talk about fanart/fanfiction, and cool stuff like that. Today, I'm sososososo SO happy to announce that it's finally COMPLETE! :D

I figured I'd start with specific channels for just a few fandoms I'm familiar with to get started, and then if the server gets popular I'll start branching out towards more!

This is that story.

On either side of their lookout, the Wall extends further than the eye can see; a never-ending barrier of ice that shimmers even as it weeps—beautiful, yet haunting. "Welcome to the edge of your realm," Cregan murmurs. His gruff tone has softened, the words brushing over Jace's ear in a caress, coiling heat in his belly. The treeline echos the prince's paramour, rustling in the distance as if to greet Jacaerys. And he supposes it's an apt salute, for on the morrow, he will be the first Targaryen to step into the unknown beyond it.

The story that the House of the Dragon skipped right over; a mostly canon-compliant tale that begins with Jacaerys' arrival in Winterfell, extends through his journey up to the Wall, and will have a fix-it ending following the Gullet.

Had brainworms about the "Ao Lie's Mortal Wife OC" with friends in the Discord server:

We came up with this idea that Ao Lie is chilling and helping out at this girl's father's farm for a while. He's pretty but also ridiculously strong (Mengying's seen him effortlessly lift things it takes three men to lift) and he has a weird but appreciated affinity with their horses - he likes sleeping in the stable and he'll casually say things like "Morning Mist has a toothache. Third from the back on bottom left, she says." Farmer: "???"

Eventually the farmgirl, Mengying, and he grow close.

Very close.

He calls her "Princess" and she's flattered and calls him "My Prince" in turn.

Then one day, he says he has business to attend to at home. He has to go but he'll send for her.

Weeks pass, and… nothing. Nothing, but then suddenly there's some fancy-looking people at her father's farm saying his daughter's caught their prince's eye and with his permission he'd like to bring her back with him. And her dad agrees. He’s not a bad guy, he’s thinking pragmatically and wants the best for her. This will ensure she’s well-fed and safe for the rest of her days. He has no clue how she caught the attention of nobility but he's not questioning it.

Mengying knows this but is still really hesitant- she can’t just marry someone else without at least writing to her actual beloved, tell him goodbye and she’s sorry. But her father points out they don’t even know where he’s gone or how long he was going to be away. Her farmboy hasn't written her, or given any indication of when he's coming back. She can't wait forever. Mengying sadly accepts this, the next day she goes with them (and her father is left with gifts with a promise of more later), getting all prettied up for her ‘first meeting’ with her new husband…

Then who should show up but her farmboy…

The wedding night is spent like

My main fandoms are The Dragon Prince and Lego Monkie Kid, but I also like fantasy fandoms in general and made a bunch of fandom chats in here. I'll be cross posting this to ao3 as well once I update my main tdp fic.

twenty three searching 🔎 for eighteen plus. i’m on my knees for some decent ocxoc, mxm / ftm doubles over discord.

semi lit to literate, about a 200-600+ word range. third person, multipara. i make simplistic discord servers for my threads, using no tupper. replies anywhere from daily to biweekly, depending. if i disappear for a week, please bump! i do reminders weekly if im active myself. i also appreciate ooc chatting. now, onto the characters!

i’ve got an older (30) softer (dom/top) mafia guy that’s fleshed out, i’d love to use against a pre op trans male (20s) in an arranged marriage OR kidnapping/stockholm plot. please bring someone who is a good person, but has a rough life (no prostitution or strippers pls) and getting kidnapped by some rich man would be better than struggling to get by. for the marriage plot maybe their families know one another. but for both plots your character doesn’t know much or anything at all about the mafia until informed, and mine doesn’t know anything about yours being trans, or really what that means. wanting a soft slow burn here. can make my guy a playboy/sleaze but usually he isn’t.

i would ALSO love to muse my male prince oc against a male knight (possibly doubling as a spy) bandit, dragon rider?? another prince maybe? someone more headstrong than my prince. he’s very up in the clouds and as first in like doesn’t really live up to all his princely and future kingly duties; where as the other prince would be all about his kingdom and how to make it prosper. for the knight it can be a forbidden love trope, the doubling as a spy would make for a good hostage/kidnapping/stockholm situation. the bandit and dragon rider are perfect for a runaway prince plot!

pretty please w a cherry on top, serious inquires only. i don’t want to have to wait two weeks to squeeze a character out of someone, mine are premade. i have a few posts with more info up about roleplay if anyone wants to take a look. if you’re interested please leave a like (messaging first shows initiative) and i will reach out with more info!

aka the one where merlin is a matchmaker and a big fat lair arthur likes to spend most of his time annoying merlin a love story between a matchmaker and client that share a past only one knows about

2. The Proposition by fifty_fifty

Hit by another scandal and with the reputation of the monarchy hanging on by a thread, Prince Arthur finds himself in desperate need of an image rehabilitation.

When the press assumes his blossoming friendship with his maths tutor Merlin is more of a romance, his father proposes a proposition: ask Merlin to continue portraying a wholesome relationship for a few months to regain the prince’s reputation, and receive his university costs paid off in full in return.

With his image restored and a new beau lined up, Arthur is left with a difficult decision; bend to his fathers will, or defy him.

In the end, it’s not such a tough choice. Love always wins.

Merlin's magic has always been connected to his emotions, but when it starts reacting to his love for Arthur and flowers start appearing every time he looks or thinks about him, instead of a confession he chooses to pretend he has a magical cold. Arthur doesn't like it when Merlin avoids him though. And neither does Gaius. Or Morgana. Or Gwen. Or even the bloody dragon, it seems.

Sooner or later, they'll have to talk. And Merlin can only hope that Arthur won't mind the mountain of flowers they're swimming in because really, it's his fault for being so damn good-looking.
