• Alice likes when things are a little different, a little odd to typical standards. So when her coven moves back to Forks and she’s enrolled back into high school and she sees you, she’s a little bit smitten.

• Her visions hadn’t ever glimpsed you, not even when she purposely tried to focus on Forks and anything it had to throw at them, not even when Bella and Edward frolicked through them.

• She didn’t approach you because of it. Surely, if you were actually meant to be in their lives — her life — you’d have made a reoccurring appearance in her prophetic sight, right?

• But you didn’t. And she still couldn’t stop thinking about you.

• You were so different from her, with your dark makeup and thick boots. Where you liked to linger in the darker, more abandoned corners of Forks, she liked the mall. Where you carried around a weathered copy of gothic literature, she browsed fashion magazines — old and new alike. Where you enjoyed older horror movies, she liked the newer, sweeter films.

Yet she wanted to know you either way.

• But as Edward liked to remind her, you couldn’t be brought into their world. Especially when she hasn’t had any visions foretelling your involvement with them.

• That doesn’t mean she couldn’t pine though, and if she drove Edward mad in the process, good.

• When Bella came along, Alice felt as jealous as she did excited. Finally, Edward would stop moping about being alone and something new would be thrown into their too consistent lives. On the other hand, a human would join them along the line and it wasn’t the human she wanted.

• Bella made odd friends with you. And with Edward and her finally together, Alice had a way in of sorts. She extended all invites she made to Bella to you, all trips to the mall had a bag of clothes she thought you’d have picked dropped off at your door. Laces and leathers and silks in that same black shade that you loved so much.

• Edward ignored her running thoughts of you, you, you as much as he could in turn for her not telling their family about every last thing him and Bella did together. Visions could be a bitch, and good blackmail material.

•You finally began to take notice of the lithe, pixie-like teen with her newfound attention. Smiling at her between classes, following Bella over to their table during lunch when you felt like it, getting her number from Bella to thank her for the pretty gifts — promising to pick up anything you thought she might like, purposely partnering up with her for a science project.

•And finally, finally, she’s struck with a vision.

• You, thick black trench coat and tall platform boots, stood beside her with a sharp-toothed, bloodied grin and an arm looped through hers. Maybe the dripping red would have been off-putting in another life but in this one, god in this one, it’s simultaneously the most attractive and most relieving thing she’s ever seen. Because no, she’s not damned to eternal hell, knowing she could’ve had you and never allowed to; always reaching, reaching, reaching, and never quite grasping — slipping between her fingers like silky water. And yes, you do become immortal, by her side for what’s hopefully eternities to come, never changing, never ageing, stuck in a live stasis.

• Your clothes are still the same, your face hasn’t changed. Your teeth are sharper, cutting through the air as you laugh so hard your head tilts back, but it’s good. A clear show of the vampirism bestowed upon you.

• When she comes to, Edward is glowering at her from across the room. Esme’s by her side, gripping her arm with a deep frown that only loosens when Alice grins.

“You can’t.” Edward scowls. “It’s wrong. You’ll damn them, you’ll ruin them. It’s not fair of you.”

Alice pursues her lips, grin tucked away for later, when she plans to take up your invite to visit the cemetery as the sky darkens. “You don’t get to make these decisions, Edward. It’s not fair of you to judge me for loving a human, especially when you love one too. They’re destined to join us, join me.”

“Your visions aren’t destiny,” He snarls. “They aren’t concise. They change with choices. Make your choice, Alice, don’t turn them into this.”

“Stop projecting!” She defends, shoulders taught. “I wouldn’t do it to them unless they agreed. It’s their choice, not mine and definitely not yours!”

Carlisle steps forward from where he lingered under the arch of the door, his golden eyes flitting between them cautiously, like he was ready for them to surge forward with venom dripping fangs. “Woah, woah,” He placates, hands raised with his palms facing the two of them. “What’s going on? There’s no turning of anyone happening.”

Edward looks at her like she’s the mind reader, and honestly, she does know what he’s thinking. Either you tell him or I do.

“Y/n.” She utters, almost sheepish. “They turn.”

Carlisle smiles. “Destined?” He asks.

Alice takes an unnecessary breath. “To me.” She confirms. Edward storms out, through to the looming woods and doesn’t come back ‘till morning.

• Alice pulled into the parking lot, the loose gravel crunching under the weight of the wheels.

There’s only a hint of day left in the sky, smattering a wave of deep orange through the blanketing dark and weaving through the lowest line of stars.

She listens out for any signs of you — a breath, a rhythmic beat of a heart, and beneath the chittering of a flock of birds, the buzz of a bees nest somewhere close, the low whistle of a light breeze and the hum of electricity from the nearby town, she hears you.

You’re on the far left corner of the building, waiting beside a caved wall with even breaths and she spots you through sharp eyes as she closes the car door behind her and makes her way over.

“Y/n.” She greets happily, voice as soft and whimsy as always.

You smile, nodding politely back. “Alice. Are you ready?”

“As ever.” She nods, grabbing your hand softly to pull you through the jagged wall, ducking under and out. You flinch at the ice of her touch, fingers twitching against hers before your attention is taken by her twinkling giggle, echoing through the emptiness of the hollow church.

She walks straight through the church like the moonlight was bright enough to light the way and you stumble behind her, trying your best to avoid smacking a limb against misplaced furniture. Alice pauses when she reaches the sanctuary, running a pale hand over a rotting podium, collecting dust and cobwebs on the tips of her fingers as she did.

“How many people do you think married in here, right where we’re standing?” She turns to you, too yellow eyes gleaming.

You stop before her. “Thousands,” You swallow, shrugging. “How many do you think stayed together until ‘death due them part’?”

Alice snorts, an ungraceful mannerisms in everyone but her it seems. “You’re a pessimist.” She concludes before answering. “Hundreds, I’d hope.”

“A realist,” You correct, grinning. “But I’d hope so, too.”

• Alice ponders on two questions that night after driving you home, both of your hair painted a silvery grey with cobwebs and dust and your smiles so wide she was sure your cheeks were sore.

What if you didn’t want to turn, her vision an ending to a tragedy? Edward’s words haunt her, planting thoughts of damning you to something much worse in any afterlife you might possibly have. If there was even a possibility that your turning was because she wasn’t cautious enough, too caught up in the fever dream of your eyeliner and your candour, then she doesn’t know she could forgive herself.

And the much sweeter: Did you ever want to marry? A portrayal of her physical stasis, a hint of the nineteen-year-old she really was.

• The answer to her worries comes a week later, when you’ve finally agreed to accompany her to the thrift stores lining the upcoming streets to the main mall.

It’s just you and her, the indirect invite through Bella no longer needed as a guise. You’re acting a grump as you follow behind her, looming like a stalking cat waiting to pounce and glaring at anyone taking a too long look. Alice catches the grin you try to smother as she wraps a black, lacy scarf around your neck and shimmies lightly with it, and decides you secretly like shopping with her.

Her hand brushes yours once, as she passes you the bags from previous buys, and she freezes, thrown into the dissociation of another possible future.

You know in the vision, that things you previously thought to only exist in novels exist in life too, proven by the way you bare your neck to her. Her contacts are out, irises bleeding into a deeper, inhuman golden and fake breaths no longer racking her chest.

Your eyes are hard, darkened with nerves and determined finality as she’s sure Jasper would say you felt, and she gazes back at you softly, like she understands. You nod even as your throat bobs with a gulp, your stuttering heartbeats ringing loud. The venom begins to pool in her mouth, glistening clear against her lips as she licks them, smelling pungent with a bleach-like tang.

She moves closer, her mouth just barely against your throat and stops short just there, waiting. Your hands find her hips, twitching and clenching. You heave an exhale like it’s your last — and really, she thinks, it’s not far off. “Okay,” You mutter, the words holding more weight on your tongue than you ever thought they could. “For forever.” You nod, squeezing her hips one last time.

Her fangs sink into you.

When she comes to, your voice still a fading comfort, you’re shaking her shoulder with wide, worried eyes. There’s a phantom feel of venom watering her tongue and a hint of that same thick smell that she gulps to feel clear of.

“Alice? Alice, are you alright?” You ask, watching her closely.

She hums. There’s a relief she didn’t know she needed loosing her chest and throat, clearing airways she didn’t need to use. You were afraid as you were about to turn — naturally, but you turn willingly and that’s about all that matters. You find out, you don’t run, you’re with her and she turns you and anything after and between that will be done with you together.

Alice grins. “I’m great!”

nah i'm in a bitchy mood

i literally risked being grounded - that is, wake up at 730, walk to school with no breakfast, get lunch if we were deemed good enough to get lunch money, get home, and get a portion of dinner and get sent to bed by 8 pm - to enjoy harry potter. I risked getting in severe trouble, physical abuse, to enjoy Harry potter. And you, random fandom blogger who thinks Snape's hot, do not get to tell me that you're just attached to it. It directly is related to why I even started getting into writing. Ms Nazi over there is why I got interested in creating my own fictional world, why I got attached to so many different characters who simply would whisk me away into a world where my issues could be solved by a flick of a wand and I could enjoy having friends with the same inherent interests s i have. I understand the power and the allure of Harry Potter.

And then I grew up.

And I realized this woman who I had looked up to for getting out of the poverty house and taking care of her children, who i saw as a role model and a fantastic woman, named a black character Kingsley Shacklebolt. I realized that this amazing woman had named an asian woman Cho Chang. The fourth book, where she barely changed the letters of two indian twin girls names from their last names, are you kidding me?

I understand the allure and the escapism. The first movie I ever, and actually the only movie premiere I have ever seen, was Harry Potter 8. It remains so to this day.

She might've won the cases against plagerism, but that makes it even worse that she made such a white hetrocentric story where anyone outside of the norm was treated worse than nothing. Even on a bare basic line, the names itself were boring and contrived.

But what's worse is that the older you get and the more critical thinking you can develop, the more clear it gets what your priorities are outside of whatever values you may claim to espouse. If you dare to have HP and BLM in your bio, the idiocy level matches the movie from 2006 with a plot line that most likely rhymes with your life.

You can enjoy whatever the fuck you want to. I don't care. That is your human right, to do what you want when you want But if you come up to me with Alan Rickman's best role defaulted to Wizard Nazi, you are weak. You are ridiculous, and I'd put down money you're actually a full adult and that's worse. If you dare to say that You ~loved~ Gary Oldman's best role of Sirius Black, you better be able to back your shit up with prison abolitionism and prisoner reform, and you better have fucking contacted whoever is your minister, rep, senator, whatever the name may be in your country (and yes, UK citizens, you are not exempt from prison reform. No, you are not exempt European citizens, from prison reform and rehabilitation) to do better for those incarcerated.

And god rest her recently departed soul, if you dare to tell me Maggie Smith's best role was McGonagal, you are an embarrassment. I swear to god I have met children who could insult you and you'd get mad or embarrassed, because your maturity level is on that same level as that child.

BLADE_Princess

…I’m glad this AU idea came along, because I’ve been in WIP hell for so long…I really needed some reward doodles that I could actually feel motivated to draw~

So about 1 in 5 Kirby AU ideas takes shape as a game concept rather than a normal narrative, and this is one of those, the first one that’s JRPG-inspired. ^^ The main protagonists are a 5-member party of villains, but these two are the central characters, whose choices can affect the outcome of the story.

Blade The title character, who eventually becomes the most powerful in the group…due to a debilitating sickness that slowly destroys her mind and body. After losing her home, family, and entire civilization to similar strains of bio-magical warfare, she alone is resurrected by a strange wizard and his evil allies, and agrees to take part in their plans. During the story, Blade is continually confronted with memories of her past, and the destruction wrought by her happy family on the rest of the universe. She starts to wonder whether they all deserved to be exterminated, as her illness progresses and the idea that she should rejoin them consumes her thoughts. Meanwhile, she gradually loses control over her actions in the present, and in the end is torn between begging her adoptive father for help, or using the last of her self-awareness to take him down with her, for dragging her into this hell in the first place. +++ In this AU I really tried to break away from my usual depictions of the characters, and I think going from my usual portrayal of Dark Matter Swordsman as a classic “crouching moron hidden badass” to this more somber, sensitive character is probably the most dramatic example here. ^^; A little of that old characterization remains, however, as she’s not much of a deep thinker…she only joins the adventure because war is all she understands, and because Magolor really does remind her of her own father. Whether she remains fully loyal to him, or tries to choose a different path before the end, is up to the player, I guess. ^^;

Magolor The secondary protagonist, and the leader of the group. After his previous attempt at world domination centuries earlier, he’s back for a second try, and this time he’s assembled a whole team of formerly-defeated villains to help him out…including a strange alien girl that, until now, he had written off as a failed experiment. During the story, he comes to realize that the universe has changed a lot since his younger days, and that maybe his ultimate goal of taking it all for himself might not satisfy him as much as he’d hoped. Whether this shifts his priorities or makes him more hungry for destruction, desperate to feel something, is up to the player. And whether he decides to show concern for Blade’s suffering, or purposely take advantage of it to accelerate his plans…is also up to the player. ^^ +++ Since I’ve written so many Magolors over the years (I think I’ve done at least 10…I do have a problem, yes) I’ve formulated a basic breakdown of the essential aspects of his character: Charisma, Deception, Sweetness, Fury, and Bloodthirst. So every time I make a new Magolor, I try to emphasize different ones. For example, for Dream Alliance Magolor I downplayed Fury and removed Bloodthirst entirely, creating a very heroic and likeable version of him to serve as the main protagonist. This time, I’m going to downplay Charisma and remove Sweetness…so I’m sure you can guess what this version of Magolor is like. ^^; By default, he doesn’t really care about Blade, and reciprocates her concern for him only as far as it helps him manipulate her. I don’t think seeing her in pain would actually affect him emotionally (he’d probably just be wondering how much longer she’ll be useful…); what would get to him is her flipping the script and lashing out at him, even if she ends up backing down. Y’know, some tangible proof that his influence is having an effect on her, and that, in a strange way…she might be the only person left in the universe who still cares enough about him to truly be hurt by him.

Rules for Requesting

Hi hi. I want to make a little post about the rules I have for requests. This will be a guide for everyone to use when my requests are open.

I write three different kinds of fanworks: headcannons, imagines, and fics. When I open requests, I will specify what I am open for. If I say one thing and I get requests for something else, I will ignore them.

Headcannons: Short, bulleted ideas that can be build into a scene but generally are just a collection of thoughts/ideas on a specific topic or scenario.

Imagines: Drabbles that are generally short but can range in length. Formatted like a collection of thoughts but somewhat written out like a fic.

Fics: Actual written out works with a solid storyline to follow and written as more of a narrative. These also vary in length but they are normally 1k and above.

General Things to Keep in Mind

I write SFW and NSFW. I don't have a lot of what I will not write, so if I receive a request with a topic I do not like, I will update the current list I have.

My blog is 18+ only, if I receive a request and your age is not in your bio or in a pinned post overlooking your blog, you will be removed and blocked.

My requests are not first come, first serve. If I don't feel that I can write for a specific topic or scenario well, then I won't.

If my requests are closed and I receive an ask, it will be ignored. I get burnt out and overwhelmed easily, so I take requests in batches.

I am not obligated to write every single request I receive. I will try to satisfy everyone's request, but if I don't like a specific request sent or if it makes me uncomfortable, I won't write it.

If I feel a request doesn't fit the character requested with it, I won't write it. I like to have creative freedom when writing characters but if it drastically differs from their character, I won't write it.

I also want to mention I don't necessarily like writing x oc works, since I want everyone to enjoy. However, I will try my best to loosely write around an oc's traits/powers if requested.

I am female, so my works are going to be defaulted as female readers. If you want a specific reader besides female, please include that in the request.

where op mentions force induced HRT. What are your thoughts on the idea? Do you think the jedi even considered bio sex as important considering their luminous beings who don't really value crude matter as much? Granted, Star Wars doesn't really handle gender issues that well, but the core of jedi beliefs seems to be firmly based on ideas that are very pro-lgbtq and anti-discrimination. Sorry if this is out of your usual area of expertise, but I figured you know a lot more jedi lore to confirm if it's accurate

I wouldn't consider myself a massive expert in Jedi lore or lore about the Force, but Karen Traviss's books are pretty non-canon at this point, so we have to start from there.

Force healing is something of a controversial topic as some people feel like it makes a lot of sense for them to be able to do it given what ELSE they can do and other people feel like it makes the narrative a little nonsensical to introduce the concept of healing with the Force when we never see Jedi in Lucas's canon being able to utilize that skill even when it would be pretty helpful to do so. Obviously the Sequels chose to bring it in, but they were able to sort-of give the caveat that these two people were the ONLY ONES who could do it because they had a dyad which gave them access to additional power for healing or something like that. The Mandalorian then also tossed it in where it was used in a more GENERAL sense, so at this point you can argue that it's canon in Disney's canon, and more specifically it's canon to the Mandoverse canon. But it was not and has never been a part of Lucas's canon.

As for what the Jedi would've actually thought about things like being transgender, I firmly believe the Jedi were very open-minded about all of those kinds of things. The Jedi are the most diverse organization in the entirety of Star Wars, bar none, and like you mentioned, they have a focus on who a person is beyond "that crude matter" of the physical body. Yoda says something similar to the clones in episode 1 of TCW where he tells them your eyes can deceive you and that, regardless of what they look like, they are each different in the Force. We see the Jedi consistently respect the clones as individuals throughout TCW, too, indicating a respect for the clones' personhood that goes beyond just what their body looks like. We also know from TCW that the Jedi encouraged the clones' "independence" and expressing their individuality, which we see includes things like different hair cuts and hair colors, different painted designs on their armor, tattoos, etc. Among their own members, we see plenty of differences in personal expression among the Jedi, too, from hair styles to clothes to tattoos. The Jedi are demonstrated within higher canon to be very accepting of how people choose to identify themselves and don't see the physical body as the primary defining trait for a person's identity.

I also honestly find the concept of transphobia and homophobia in the GFFA a little ridiculous given how normal it is to be interacting with multiple different alien species, some of which aren't even really humanoid at all. So while I imagine the Jedi themselves would be quite open-minded about all of this, I tend to headcanon the GFFA as sort-of free of transphobia and homophobia just in general. There's never any indication that it exists in higher canon, which is primarily due to a lack of any representation in higher canon and straight being the default, but there's no indication that Vel and Cinta are treated differently or have to hide their relationship specifically due to homophobia.

Rouge (Bio/Character design ramble)

Want to have a ramble about Rouge because I'm feeling particularly obsessed with her character design at the moment. So, might as well do a little bio and a ramble on choices made for her Love Island AU counterpart !

Rouge is a 28 year old jewellery specialist from an unspecified location (for the moment). She joins the fray with the intention of stirring the pot, potentially finding a summer fling and the allure of the cash prize.

She's your girl that has a specific 'type' and sticks to it to a tee. She is loud and flirtatious, but can also be quietly cunning. Rouge is a girl who thrives off drama and does anything to get her way. She disguises many of her true feelings beneath flirting or angry outbursts. Despite being one of the older girls in the series, Rouge doesn't have a very mature attitude (or sense of humour 🤭), which plays a part in her character arc on the Island. Along with this, she is learning to unlearn her pre-established self-destructive behaviours in order to become a better person, friend and partner... Eventually.

External design choices !! (visual appearance - incl. formation of base sim, references taken, makeup choices, fashion style... etc.)

Rouge's translation into The Sims 3 was a hugely enjoyable trial and error process. She was one of a few handful of characters that ended up getting a minor overhaul to their designs, as we eventually came to the conclusion that they no longer fitted the vibe of the AU. But. She looks stunning now, so Rouge Version 1 can be forgotten. Not really, Rouge v1 actually became a meme so we kind of have to keep her 'round hehe.

Forming the base for Rouge's sim was quite easy, as I was already inspired from the get-go. She was made the same day I made Shadow's sim, as the intention was for them to enter as bombshells (as they rightfully should). A lot (but not all) of inspiration was taken from her Sonic Adventure 2 character model because I immediately fell in love with it the first time I saw her ! Her exaggerated bust and hips made her look so short and adorable in gameplay and I know her design was not intended to be perceived that way, but here I am. I don't remember if I made her before or after I was aware of and joined the 'Rouge is Latina' bandwagon (I do believe this is canon ??) due to the fact I made this sim over a year ago when newly into the fandom, but I thought it'd be worthy mentioning here that she is and it's something we wanted to keep as part of her character.

I kept a ton of reference Rouge's core features, such as her big blue-green eyes, her wispy white hair, her slightly more voluptuous figure (to the best of my ability, ts3 is piss poor at creating differing body types grr. Don't even get me started on how I wanted to give Rouge more of a tummy) and her warmer skin tone. She actually used to look more on the orange side of tan before we kitted our game with a mod that gave sims less 'potato'-like features, so her skin tone seems more natural and even and less Fake Tan than what she was originally, making her look a little more like her counterparts in later titles, but she looks far more stunning than she used to. A sacrifice had to be made and perhaps that was for the best. Additionally, I put in some of my own creative choices as well, such as Rouge naturally having dark hair, as seen through the regrowth in her bleach-blonde hair (I thought it was white but I checked in CAS and it turns out there's the tiniest yellow hint in there. Even I didn't realise the level of detail I went into). Her face and her features are quite slender, accentuating her big eyes and her lips (which we decided was cause of Botox later into the development process, because that just seemed like something she would do and it was very in-line with characters seen on Love Island).

The miscellaneous parts of her appearance are very one way or the other. As seen in her default outfit (2nd & 3rd images), Rouge's makeup is accurate to the tacky colours seen on her reference designs. The blue cut-crease eyeshadow, the pink lip colour... But alternatively, she is also seen wearing more Love Island appropriate makeup - more neutral, blended shadows, highlighter, winged liner, false lashes, lip glosses. Her outfits normally match whichever angle she's leaning towards during that particular episode and a few outfits of hers are actually inspired by (or are near replicas of) pre-made designs from various games/official artworks ! It's all in the little things 😉

*Did I,, did I forget to talk about her piercings ? Yes, I did </3 Beneath her hair is tons of little sparkly earrings she's adorned herself with over the years, because it's Rouge and she can't resist a bit of sparkle. She also has a belly piercing :)

Internal design choices !! (personality, characteristics, psychology etc.)

Rouge does not get nearly enough credit for any of the internal workings of her character and having her in this AU gave us the perfect excuse to delve into Rouge's psychology a bit more in-depth. We decided to expand on pre-existing traits and add a few of our own in the mix, as to not take away from any of the brilliance Rouge already has as a character at least, in some of the earlier games she does... I've noticed that even though Rouge in this AU presents herself a little more immature, the way we've treated her character is far from that. Instead of being reduced down to what is essentially eye-candy, Rouge is shown to be a complex character of her own. She's witty, flirty, manipulative, materialistic, confident... all the common traits associated with her character, but she is also VERY guarded with her feelings. She struggles with vulnerability, commitment and the concept of actually being in love. It is possible she feels undeserving of good people in her life, hence why she seeks to ruin her positive relationships at any given opportunity. Alas... It is something for her to work out throughout the course of the series :) Like most of the main characters in the series, Rouge means well (some of the time) but is a right mess, and I like to think that adds to the relatability of her character 👍

Other fun little titbits I thought were worth a mention !!

Following a fairly popular headcanon (at least, from what I've seen, this is kind of the general consensus ??), Rouge is bisexual in this AU. She cracks on with the boys and has flirty banter with some of them, but also she expresses interest in some of the girls, too. Rouge being Rouge though, a lot of her genuine advances are dismissed for her 'joking', when in fact, that is not entirely the case. And Love Island being the show that it is, often prevents Rouge from fully pursuing any of the girls that caught her attention. Sure as hell doesn't stop her from trying though :)

Exaggerating one of Rouge's features, Love Island AU Rouge uses every pet name under the sun to refer to people by. She also loves making endearing nicknames for all the Islanders

Subject Diaries #0 - Jockout the Subject, Part 1

In traditional Jockout fashion, I'm getting to this a little later (and differently) than I'd expected, but I've made it at last.

Initially, I was planning this first post to be a fairly blunt description of the files I've been listening to and the effects I've been experiencing; but I realised it's kinda weird to do that without ever really talking about my desires and what I'm into with hypnosis, lol. I will still give a little breakdown of what I've been up to (and that's what my future posts in this series will mostly be) but for the first one, I think I wanna talk a little more broadly first about my experiences/wants with hypnosis.

You've already met Jockout the hypnotist, so now let's talk about Jockout the subject:

As in my bio, I'm 22 (for a few more weeks) and live in Ireland in a suuper rural area, far from any population centers. I work as a freelance writer (AKA unemployed most of the time), so lots of time on my hands.

I've got extensive history with masculinisation hypnosis of all types and flavours. I first got into it fairly young via "Turn Straight" hypnosis (which is sad, looking back!) but it very rapidly transformed into all this. I was interrogating my sexuality and came to realise that more than being attracted to men, I was attracted to manhood, and I was into TF/mind control stuff. So falling into the masculinisation hypno hole was a pretty logical progression. Like many of us, I started on WarpMyMind but did get sick of that place quickly.

So that's setting the scene for who I am. What's my actual experience level with hypnosis?

Firstly, I am predominately a file subject. I've done some live trances and toyed with the Hypnosis4Guys circuit before but out of 10 people I've tranced with, 1-2 were ethical with me at most. I've dealt with people ignoring limits set pre-session, photos being taken of me without my consent, sessions being recorded, clumsy attempts to use triggers on me when I voice objections... I do have hypnotist friends I trust now who I could trance with, but tbh, I'm just more comfortable trancing on my own time nowadays. I feel strongly that hypnosis files can still have effect, despite what a battery of Twitter hypnodoms will tell you to the contrary. It just takes a different set of skills to live trancing.

As a subject, the files I've got the most experience with in total are Jack Drago's Masculine Conditioning series, Rigsby's Absolute Jock, and too many of @avissapiens' catalog to list, though I've spent the most time with Douche Gymbro, Perfect Muscle Bull, Painted Himbo, and Abyss Drone as a default "I wanna trance but don't know what file" option. I've done too many other random files to count, but these are the ones I stood by for the longest. (@hyphyphurray is the most recent addition to this staple rotation, someone I only started listening to sometime in the last few years... but more on that in my next post.)

The final thing bit of context I want to give, but haven't already, is my view of masculinisation/personality change hypnosis as a whole. What is it? Is it real? Does it work? How much of it is fantasy?

"Is This Kind of Hypnosis Real?"

Well, the answer changes depending on who you ask. My belief is that personality-change hypnosis is not "roleplay" in the sense we usually use that word in kink, so I prefer to think of it as role experimentation. It provides a chance for us to explore the fit of different psyches, mannerisms and thought patterns to our own defaults, which allows us to see how well they might fit.

For this reason, I often think the different masculine roles explored in hypnosis (himbo, jockboy, jock, bull, pup, bro, alpha, beta, slave) are kind of like mental outfits we try on during trance.

Some people feel more strongly than others that "there is only one of these outfits for every person and you must choose", but I take a looser approach than that. In my own trancing, I like to bounce around. I enjoy files that use the Himbo/Pup/Bro/Jock/Bull/Alpha labels all pretty well, with the only types I dislike being the extremely-submissive ones. I have a pretty varied hypno diet for this reason... and to extend the "outfit" metaphor, I kinda feel like a Disney employee who does Tigger for the morning shift and Gaston for the evening parade or something. They're both ostensibly outfits I'm choosing to put on, roles I'm choosing to play. Are either me?

That's a choice we all make for ourselves, I guess - imo, the "self" that we embody is inherently a kind of role, just one we've gotten very practiced at, so I see no reason the the roles we play within hypnosis are less significant. But I won't get into philosophy/psychology here because it's honestly kinda boring and I have no interest in trying to convert anyone into agreeing with me. But tl;dr, this kinda role experimentation does matter, and the roles it allows us to play with are no less real than others we perform socially, professionally, sexually, or etc., outside of hypnosis.

So.

That's enough for now, as an introduction to what I believe in as a tist/subject. In the next post, I'll be talking about what I actually want from hypnosis as well as what I've achieved thus far. And from then on, these posts will be more like status updates on how my own TF journey is going!

So. I'm still new to radical feminism and still in the middle of my peak trans, so I'm trying to be careful with my critical thinking and tonight I genuinely wondered about that injunction that feminism must by default ve trans inclusive. Because does it, really? What do trans people actually bring on the table for feminism? Or are they only beneficiary/exploitative of feminism without bringing on anything in return but misogynistic anon hate? I wondered "hey, if "trans women are women" is a true statement, then what is statistically the involvement of trans women in women's rights? In abortion's rights? In thing that allegedly concern womanhood even if it doesn't concern them personally?"

Because I'm a lesbian and chances are I'll never need an abortion in my whole life. Hell, due to personal reasons, I'd have more chances to want to keep my pregnancy going if I had to have one because I might not be able handle abortion psychologically. Yet, I'm fighting for every woman to be able to have an abortion, to have that choice. Even if more likely than not it doesn't effect me as an individual as much as it effects me as a woman. Because women always have to bear the weight of all the women's rights anyway, we get little privileges in terms of individuation in comparison to men. So I wondered -genuinely, in good faith- if trans women were feeling the weight of this as well or if it was going to be full male "not my problem, don't care" entitlement. And ladies. Let me offer some more exhibit (I swear these are all the first results I had for TWO different wordings on Google):

So let's do the midnight/mushbrain quick unpacking of this :

- No stats

- No arguments, we're supposed to accept trans women benefit feminism because They Said So™

- Lots of vitriolic takes on anyone questioning it ("cruel" "appropriative of the rhetoric of women's rights" that "inflict life-threatening harm on trans people"-lol-, "narrowly interpreting a statement", "bigoted", "anti feminist", weakening feminism)

- Many of those are made by trans women and also denying biological reality [not surprising, BUT an argument of TRAs is that most trans people believe in bio sex...despite hating radfems, somehow]

- It's so focused on pushing the trans activism, trying to prove that trans women don't have male privileges (an idea in these examples often defended by...other males) and that uwu but transwomen experience misogyny too uwu + trying so hard to prove us that there's no threat to women's rights here whatsoever. Nope. None. Please, look elsewhere. That it doesn't answer my question directly.

And by that lack of answer I ironically found it. It's male centered. It's gaslighting us in believing women's rights are ok and NEED trans activism (cause women need saviors and haven't been handling feminism themselves on their own and under hatred all of these centuries, y'know /s?). Nobody cares about women's rights here. It's not based on facts, it's all based on the fact we should blindly believe what TiM say. That including them will benefit us somehow and that it's not male violence because they identify as women so they allegedly can't reproduce male violence. All that while packaging disagreement from female feminists in diverse degrees of insults and misogyny and misinformation...say again how there's no trans agenda here and how it's not like, oh, I don't know, literal male entitlement and narcissism?

Anyway, I'm too sleepy to dig further but by all means, please do if you want to add something.

PERSONALITY & BACKGROUND:

A prototype of an artificial spirit left in the ruins of the Temple of the Astral Eye, Tjong was found and restored by Puri. He is unaware that ██████████ ██████████ ████ ███ ███ ██ █ ███████ ███ ███ ██████ ███ ██ █ █████ ███████ ███████ █ █ █████████ ████ ███ ███ ████ ████ █ instead, he believes that he was created to be a powerful temple guardian. With the terrestrial society that created him long gone, he was raised in isolation in the Astral Reaml. His knowledge on human history and civilization comes from historical myths, heroes’ tales, and... the leftover recordings of ancient soap operas. His recollection of his own life is disjointed, and he is even unsure of his own age. As a result, he has a uniquely poor perception of time. For example, he strugged to understand the day/night cycle when he first arrived in the Terrestrial Realm. Tjong naturally assumes that most of his eccentricities (or at least what others would call eccentricities) are attributable to the differences between humans and spirits. However, most of these traits are actually a result of ██████ █████████ ████████ ██ ███ ████████. Tjong is more humanlike than he realizes... man creates in his own image, after all.

Rarely thinking to question what he is told, Tjong often doesn’t know what to do with himself without some sort of preordained task. At the same time, he struggles to see things from others’ perspectives and can be very difficult to reason with. His dedication comes with vigor befitting such a fearsome spirit, and he will plow down everything that stands in his way. Even though he is a follower by nature, Tjong is arrogant and self-important, considering himself a heroic warrior and assuming that he must be the most capable person for any task he is given. He remains rather ignorant towards his colleagues’ complex schemes, but he probably wouldn’t care what his friends did, as long as they remained so. His "little brother's" scheme, on the other hand... well, he can't do anything to stop it now, and he's not going anywhere, so I guess he just has to be disgruntled over it. Speaking of Tjong seems to know more about Meridian than anyone else -- more than Meridian does -- and, uncharacteristically, he's not talking.

While Tjong would never describe himself as emotional, considering it ill-fitting for his role, he undeniably is. Like everything he does, his feelings tend to be delivered with the subtlety and gentleness of a metal bat to the face. Luckily, he is upbeat by default; even in the heat of battle, he is usually smiling. True, genuine rage from him is a rare, frightening display. Anyone who isn’t terrified of him will probably consider him a completely ridiculous individual. He has a formal, theatrical way of speaking and takes every absurdity dead seriously. To his credit, though, Tjong readily admits when he does not understand things. He has poor social intelligence, but his nature as a spirit allows him to understand complex systems with relative ease. He has an innate understanding of how spirits, relics, and the Astral Realm function. Tjong is incredibly passionate about anything that interests him. Although he is not particularly astute, he is curious by default and approaches new things with a sort of naive whimsy.

ABILITIES:

As a simulacra, he is contained within a physical relic. In this case, a sheathed blade. When you attempt to pull it from its sheath, it instead becomes Tjong as a humanoid spirit. If he is banished, his humanoid form will disappear. When his dagger is sheathed, he is not aware of his surroundings or "awake" in the Terrestrial Realm. In order to summon him again, he must have accumulated enough essence, and, more importantly, be willing.

His summon is a hammer (of whatever size he pleases, but usually comically large). He rarely fights with this hammer, instead using it to craft new weapons from the essence of spirits he slays. The appearance of these weapons usually suggests which creature they once were. His weapons will disappear if he is no longer touching them. He can change which ones he is holding on a whim, and ability that he utilizes heavily. Regardless of what weapon he's using, he'll be the tank, though. Although his carapace appears like fine porcelain, it is stronger than steel. He is very strong – strong enough to pitch cannonballs like baseballs and regularly rip doors from their hinges on accident.

hi! ok I just wanted to ask someone who knows how tumblr works haha

so I found someone who writes amazing content so I decided to follow them. I binged lots of their fics earlier today and when I checked their profile again later, their profile doesn’t show. It seems they might have blocked me and I don’t know why :( I commented that I loved their fics and the comments are removed. my profile has my age and I am decently active on reposting & commenting on fics. This happened to me one other time too so I just am confused I guess :( I tried to message them but it said it wouldn’t go through so that makes me think I’m blocked? I guess I don’t know why a couple people blocked me? Just kinda made me sad bc I really enjoy their work but now I won’t be able to see anymore ☹️😢

first thing you gotta remember that in all likelihood, your getting blocked is nothing personal. reasons for blocking someone on tumblr include but aren't limited to:

you don't have your age (range) listed in your bio/clearly visible on your blog

the age you have listed doesn't adhere to boundaries a blog has set (f.e. you're a minor, or it only says "18+" which i know many writers don't accept)

your blog is completely empty i.e. you don't post/reblog stuff

you don't reblog other people's writing

you spam like posts

you've never changed the default icon/header to something else

people don't vibe with the things you reblog

your theme is a colour they don't like

a lot of the time, it comes down to everyone's preferences. god knows i've been blocked by people and didn't understand why, but frankly it's none of my business. most likely, you won't ever find out, either. everyone is creating their own online space, and sometimes that means having a quick blocking finger. i'm sorry that you won't be able to read those stories anymore but you have to accept creators' boundaries.

however, there are some things you can do and try to prevent getting blocked in the future. these are only a couple of suggestions around tumblr etiquette i've picked up on over the years; if anyone else wants to chip in here, please do!!

1. make sure your blog is, by all appearances, that of a human being

this might sound stupid because of course, you are a human, but with the recent bot wars it's all the more important to double check for red flags.

check your url. does it include a random string of numbers, lots of dashes, just a name and an adjective? all of these have been indicative of porn bots and people might block you on sight.

change your icon and your header. yes, both of them. there are lots of creators on here who make wonderful fandom related headers and icons, or you can create your own with canva. just be sure to follow creators' rules and preferably reblog their creation

change your blog title. if your account is new, it will just say "untitled", which is another indication you might not be a human. use quotes, song lyrics, anything you enjoy

add a bio. this is where you put your name or nickname (you can make one up) age, age range, links to second blogs (if applicable), more quotes, whatever. i prefer my bio short and to the point, but that doesn't have to be you.

important: do this for all blogs and side blogs you use regularly. if you have a second blog for reblogging fics, you need to put up your age there as well, or at least visibly link to your main blog so creators can see you're not a minor. the harder it is to verify that you're an adult, the more likely it is that you will get blocked

2. know the different kinds of interactions on tumblr and navigate them well

there's a difference between liking, commenting, reblogging, and reposting, and it's important. lots of people use reblogging and reposting interchangeably, but that's actually incorrect and can lead to serious mishaps. let's dissect them one by one.

liking.

you're familiar with the like from other social media platforms. you tap a post twice or hit the little heart at the bottom of the post and it's added to your likes. wonderful, right? well. tumblr is a little different.

tumblr doesn't have an algorithm. let me say that again. there is no algorithm on tumblr. i guess there is, on the for you page, but that doesn't count because it's really shit. the only important thing on tumblr is your dashboard, and your dashboard only shows original posts and the reblogs of those posts from people you follow.

no one cares about your likes. your likes don't do shit. that's why creatives on here keep talking about reblogs. you need to reblog things on tumblr in order for them to get seen. it's a snowballing effect. likes are nice and all, but they're private. they're not contributing to a story or an artwork being seen by more people. they're essentially empty interaction. what's more, should a post get deleted for whatever reason, that post is gone for you forever.

i know some people use their likes as bookmarks for things they want to look at later, but i would strongly urge you not to do that. people block serial likers, because most of the time it is, sadly, very unlikely that they will come back and actually interact with the post again. that's just the way it is. we can thank tiktok and instagram for that. again, tumblr doesn't have an algorithm. if you want to genuinely support and encourage people on here, you need to do more than liking.

commenting.

this is a step up from liking, because you're actually interacting now. a comment will show up in the activity of the person whose post you left it on and of the original poster (op)—more on that distinction in a minute. comments are encouraged especially on ask/answer type posts, or as a reply to an earlier reblog.

when it comes to fanfic, there are, again, pros and cons. you can only leave a comment from your main blog, which means that even if you have a second account where you reblog fics, there's not necessarily a link between the two. this can lead to your getting blocked if you've never reblogged a fic to your main blog. on the other hand, if people comment on your fic without reblogging it, but they do reblog other people's fics, that can also rub creators the wrong way because it creates a strange sort of hierarchy: why those fics? why not mine?

important thing to note: i am not saying that to make anyone feel bad about "just" commenting, i just want you to be aware that this might go on in a creator's head. it has in mine. i'm very aware that this is a me problem, but it's also a reason why people might get blocked out of the blue, which is why i wanted to bring it up.

reblogging.

ah yes, reblogging. reblogging is the thing that makes tumblr tumblr, and it's so easy to do. you just hit the little 🔁 symbol at the bottom of the post, and boom, it's reblogged to your own blog. everyone who follows you can now see it on their dashboard, and if they reblog it, their followers can see it, and so on and so forth. every time someone reblogs a post from you, you will get a notification in your activity, and so will the op.

reblogs are the heart and soul of tumblr. yes, original posts are (usually) individual creations, but the community aspect of this site is born through the reblog. there are different variations on how to reblog. all are valid, because all help spreading posts around.

the empty reblog is the quickest option. there's literally a quick reblog option on mobile: if you hold your finger on the reblog button for a second or so, you will see your icon appear. if you swipe in that direction, the post gets immediately reblogged to your blog. something similar can be done on desktop with the xkit browser extension. it's fast, it's easy, it gets the job done. it's perfect for when you like a post but don't have anything specific to say/reply.

the reblog with tags is the second fastest option. tags, on tumblr, are sort of the sotto voce version of comments. yes, you can use tagging to organise your blog and make your posts easily findable (is that a word?) but the real fun begins when little asides are added. you can keysmash in the tags. you can put your thoughts in the tags. you can go full caps without it looking overwhelming in the actual post. if you're just starting to comment on things, the tags are a great place to start, because the actual post will keep looking the same; the tags are just a little additional bonus for both you and the creator. this is what you would use for the majority of posts that aren't works of art in any way, too, like text posts you want to find again, polls, photographs etc.

the reblog with additions though? oh boy. that's the real stuff. imagine it as clipping on your thoughts to the post, right there for everyone to see. you can add gifs, and memes, and change the font, and change the colour, and scream, and keysmash, and ramble without limitations. it's like catnip for the op. if you reblog a fic, a moodboard, a piece of art, a gifset, whatever it is, and you put your thoughts underneath? man, it's amazing.

side note: if you're new to commenting on people's fics and you don't know what to say, i highly recommend referring to this post. (btw i linked my reblog so it can act as an example of the different forms of adding to a post: there were other reblogs before mine, and i've added tags. useful in its content and as an example!!)

reposting.

this is where we need to be careful. reblogs are great. reposts are theft. where's the difference? reposting refers to you copying another creator's work, whatever it may be, and creating a new post without any indication to the original person's efforts. even if you do include their url, you will most likely get reported and blocked. because now, you've become the op of this copied post, and the actual creator will get absolutely nothing.

you will most likely have seen banners in fic communities that state something along the lines of "don't copy or translate any of my work to this or any other site". that's what this refers to. this would also include the following:

posting another writer's story to ao3/wattpad/another fic site of your choice without their permission. you can absolutely never do this. "but what if"—NO. never. fullstop.

some creators allow translations of their work, but you can only ever share those with their explicit permission and proper credit.

saving a gif to use without linking back to the artist. this is maybe my biggest gripe. yes, i know this site sucks at making gifs searchable, but still, you can't do this. and no, "credit goes to the original artist" doesn't count, where did that bullshit even come from? it makes me so mad. that's not giving credit, that's being lazy.

3. be nice, and have fun

this is fandom, and it's supposed to be a hobby. this is supposed to be a good time. none of us are getting paid for any of this. yes, we're all passionate about what we do, whether we're looking at other people's creations or we make them ourselves. we're fans of that common thing, and isn't that great?

just a little more internet etiquette that's not really tumblr specific but could be a good reminder for everyone:

not everything is for you, and that's okay

if something's not for you, scroll away

if you don't like what someone is posting, ignore them. mute them. block them.

do not ever, and i mean ever, send anyone hate. you don't know who's on the other side of the screen. block them and move on. life's too fucking short.

don't correct people's grammar/spelling. only assholes do that. if you can't help yourself and they're a person you've interacted with before, shoot them a private message and be nice about it.

don't offer unsolicited advice. i don't care if you want to give constructive criticism to help the other person. unless they've explicitly asked you to do that, don't. you'll get blocked so quick, and you'll ruin someone's day.

if you're reading a fic that's not finished yet, don't ask for an update. yes, you're excited for the story to continue. but "part 2", "when's the next chapter out", "more please" and so on are all things that put pressure on creators whether that's your intention or not. it gives us the impression that what we've already put out is never enough. and that sucks. by all means, be excited about what comes next, but not like this.

read!! old!! fics!!!! the beauty of tumblr being the way it is is that there's zero shame in interacting with older posts. it's not like you're liking a seven year old post on instagram. in fact, if you're commenting on a seven year old fic/gifset/moodboard/artwork on tumblr, i can guarantee you're gonna make that creator's day.

Sims 4 Townie upgrade SAVE FILES V1 & V2

I have two save files to share for anyone sick of starting new saves with the warped and poorly put together townies we all know and *cough* love. 

What am I offering? Two versions of a Vanilla CC FREE save file. One for townie makeovers and one for those same makeovers plus world changes. 

Packs Used (though I tried to balance game packs and stuff packs where if you don’t have a few listed only a few clothing pieces would need replaced in game and tried not to use kits on townies at all): ALL EXPANSIONS up to high school. GAME PACKS: outdoor retreat, Spa day, Dine out, vampires, parenthood, Strangerville, Realm of Magic, Dream home decorator, Werewolves. STUFF PACKS: Movie hangout, romantic garden, kids room, backyard stuff, vintage glamour, toddler stuff, laundry day, Moschino, Tiny living, paranormal stuff. 

V1: Townie appearances are updated and clothing updated/used across packs  (see below for more details and download)

V2: Everything in V1, but also with updates to townie homes as well as a few community lots (Thank you to a whole slew of different creators big and small on the gallery- save a build to your library to view original creators and visit their profiles please!) And a rehaul of the Clubs system from Get together that now includes perks for sims across worlds to want to join them if they can. Sims also have more relationships and every sim has a character bio. 

Again, these are only the most basic changes made to start new plays or worlds in, the point is to change them. grow them, shape them from here in any way you want. If you want to change a few things cool, if you want to change everything cool. I just got tired of making the same changes and having a world full of sims I needed to tweak so I made this for me and decided to share.

I do love the townies so what I did for myself originally is go through and remake all of them CC FREE to give everyone a little glow-up. I slightly corrected (darkened) many skin tones, made faces and bodies a little more balanced and believable (lowered chests, thickened thighs and waists, etc), I updated their styles to include cold and hot weather wear (and corrected outfits that made no sense). I adjusted a few walk styles, and I even restyled a few households to better suit my preferences because it’s my base save file. For example, Roomies are now styled after Golden Girls rather than The New Girl -residing in oasis springs. Baby Ariel is now Billie Eilish. The game now also includes the Broke and Smith households from S2 and the Pleasant Family includes the parents. 

The only changes to the world are a few of my own community builds tossed down but easy to remove or replace them if preferred. 

This version is purely townie aesthetics 

V2: DOWNLOAD HERE -sfs- Everything mentioned above but now with clubs that range across the worlds rather than just in Windenburg. After becoming a 3 star celebrity join the ranks of Judith Ward to gain boosts to your career and even more social acclaim. As a vampire, join Vlad’s clan for skill boosts around your vampire powers, but be warned that the spellcaster coven takes issue with your clan. Maybe you just want to join Summer Holiday’s Yoga group- that’s fine too! Plus, houses are updated from the gallery for lived on lots- though you’re welcome to change them however you wish. Relationships are updated, so finally, Zest knows the Landgraabs. 

Also, this is completely optional, but if you wish to have your sims look even better with almost no CC, I use and recommend this default skin HERE (tumblr) by @plumbheadsims​ and default eyes -heliantheas super bland comic eyes default HERE (Mod the sims).

as for dealbreakers, the kinda shit that makes me unfollow someone, it varies if I'm being honest, I tend to unfollow / block people if I see things that makes me not wanna interact with that person ever. There have been a lot of instances so it's hard to narrow it down into a list

Best time to write: Usually, at night is the best time to write for me or even in the evenings, though if I'm inspired enough, I'll write in the mornings

Are you like your muse?: I'd like to say yes, I'm a lot like my muses in different ways. What makes me want to write a character is the fact I can relate to them. And I also have a habit of putting myself into my muses as well, using writing as a form of working out my feelings / thoughts and all that !!

Iris is around 26 years old on default (can vary between circa 20-30 and older easily), and while her biography is Doctor Who based, her main verse for non-Doctor Who muses has nothing to do with Doctor Who, so she's very, very crossover and various genres friendly. I do not require her biography to be read in order to interact with her, but please look at the basics tab of her about page at the very least. Here, also, are her verses, which include two different Doctor Who verses, a multifandom verse that can accommodate to basically any 21st century setting, a Mass Effect verse, and tentative interest for historical verses (OFMD is eating my brain).
