As always I ADORE your designs for Harvest and Bloody they are so fucking cute and the artwork is so cute and they're expressions are peak. Harvest is more interested in Sunny fixing their plush and Bloody looks distressed about it and I'm jakl;dsfjglkasdf.

I'm gonna bet that Bloody is the reason it got a little tear to start with.

I know it’s like a fun fanon concept that Eclipses are territorial Solar included, but no he literally is real and canon Solar engages in their rivalry even when Eclipse isn’t in the room egging him on I love them

Solar x Nebula shippers should not comment under Solar x (anyone else like Ruin or Nexus) that it’s canon. They’re probably aware and just wanna draw their ship!

That being said, the other ships shouldn’t hate on Solar x Nebula. Let them be. It’s annoying.

me seeing the dark sun theory with him being eclipse and sun merged and im like

Ur missing a lot here but gjkbdv I think this also can stem from the fact of how Dark Sun feels about Moons. Like the merged video, that Moon? Didn't want to hurt or even kill him. Just 'Youre having a moment ur still getting used to this. ur baby' Basically having more patience and perceptive immediately to that not being the Sun he knew. But not hateful. Just 'Yeah ill call monty over here but this might be fine'. Like the Eclipse half is now at front of releasing that anger plus with Sun's? Yeah theyre gonna get aggressive real quick but I'd say it'd burn thru fast. clearly it was early enough before they made the channel and almost after being seperated. Early enough that now this Solstice being here can bite back and Moon will have to handle yeah thats... not a piece of code he left in there but thats still his brother even if theyre new. Dark Sun while not always one for truth I'd say would've been pushed to his absolute limit as a Sun. We've seen Moon's who are just... straight up negligent and terrible. And I'm a firm believer he got to where he was just being on his own as a Sun. One who's own bias towards moons really did just fuel getting his own happy end and other Suns (one who didnt... even need the help?) fates.

That kinda hate just.. while Eclipse has every bit of that its more stemmed in abandonment- It feels different with Dark Sun. It feels far more Sun vs Moon. More deep seated loathing that feels far more personal to a Sun. If that makes sense.

Yes Solar being revived with a sacrificed BM and getting the bloodcode could be used for horror, however have you considered he is just a lil guy. cfvghb I've been thinking about Blood Solar for a bit and got possessed and made this. Just like when I hit Silly Eclipse with the blood beam Solar isn't automatically turned into a blood crazed monster he just- needs a new diet and has more feral tendencies. The murder isn't a problem until he's starving </3 So it's manageable, Solar is clinging to that fact and trying to pass this off as not a big deal even though everyone else is freaking out about it. It isn't without it's problems though, obviously he can't go hungry, but there are consequences to using only one BM twin where it's a miracle they're still functioning. Solar is very clingy and protective with their siblings, especially Nexus who his code has claimed as their "other half", which yeah leads back into being violent when they're threatened.

I like want to talk about Rez & Lunar’s dynamic and the contrast to Gemini and how fucked up Rez could be but my brain can and will detoxify anything and also treats conflicting ships by saying 'but what if the were all on love' like a child so I end up with this

like raz is still fucked up but in like an endearing way

And then Ruby and Vermillion but in a human form, cuz I think I wanted to map out their scars or something, they’re mostly from their time under Jigsaw’s control (which they don’t know much about) and from random scratches they got while hunting (which they also don’t know about)

And now we have Retired!Bloodmoon getting emotional over getting a flower, yes they ate it, no they didn’t know how else to deal with the emotions

And this is the not-awaited-at-all sequel to babysitter Retired!Bloodmoon babysitting the other Bloodmoons who got turned into Droplets (hi Tato!), they had to get some help though so they got Solar to help them, and along the way came KC

oh, and a totally canon thing that totally happened 100%, completely real (it isn’t, that was all a joke, though it’d be kinda cute if it were canon to them both)

You will not get context for this too soon (still need to draw like 2/3 of what I want for the intro to that au :P)
