Yes Solar being revived with a sacrificed BM and getting the bloodcode could be used for horror, however have you considered he is just a lil guy. cfvghb I've been thinking about Blood Solar for a bit and got possessed and made this. Just like when I hit Silly Eclipse with the blood beam Solar isn't automatically turned into a blood crazed monster he just- needs a new diet and has more feral tendencies. The murder isn't a problem until he's starving </3 So it's manageable, Solar is clinging to that fact and trying to pass this off as not a big deal even though everyone else is freaking out about it. It isn't without it's problems though, obviously he can't go hungry, but there are consequences to using only one BM twin where it's a miracle they're still functioning. Solar is very clingy and protective with their siblings, especially Nexus who his code has claimed as their "other half", which yeah leads back into being violent when they're threatened.

And then you get a random Bean Bloodmoon and Dadcode comic cause UH i was going in a direction with the current canon but halfway through realized I need a bit more to handle that one. I'd need to think about his resurrection, how and why PLUS we already know Bloodmoon would be disgusted with KC's pacifism (a most in character reaction from Bloodmoon I would think). Not to mention KC owning up to just... leaving all three of his kids. Bloodmoon needs patience, to learn and to be handled with such. This would be way after Eclipse's return so KC has a better understanding of owning up to his kids. He's not so very proud of his past self though (the frame he was holding is suppose to be something from that arc in the base.). Anyway, I'm just thinking how KC literally handles them as children here, making sure there's a set meal schedule, they're actually not opposed to confronting KC's actions although in this case Bloodmoon just couldn't wait an extra five minutes for some ham, which KC isn't too impressed with. Bloodmoon also takes things by the literal word.

I like want to talk about Rez & Lunar’s dynamic and the contrast to Gemini and how fucked up Rez could be but my brain can and will detoxify anything and also treats conflicting ships by saying 'but what if the were all on love' like a child so I end up with this

like raz is still fucked up but in like an endearing way

Starting off with the grief duo, Bloody and Harvest, and Original. You’ll get no context to this for some more time lol

And then Ruby and Vermillion but in a human form, cuz I think I wanted to map out their scars or something, they’re mostly from their time under Jigsaw’s control (which they don’t know much about) and from random scratches they got while hunting (which they also don’t know about)

And now we have Retired!Bloodmoon getting emotional over getting a flower, yes they ate it, no they didn’t know how else to deal with the emotions

And this is the not-awaited-at-all sequel to babysitter Retired!Bloodmoon babysitting the other Bloodmoons who got turned into Droplets (hi Tato!), they had to get some help though so they got Solar to help them, and along the way came KC

oh, and a totally canon thing that totally happened 100%, completely real (it isn’t, that was all a joke, though it’d be kinda cute if it were canon to them both)

I guess reasons why I was so disappointed with the laes episode yesterday is that Disowning Moon is the easy way out.

No one will fight for him.

Jack and the Computer did more for Moon then Lunar and Earth ever cared to do. At least they understood Moon's threats were empty threats.

Moon would sooner break Eclipse's fingers then destroy Solar's creation.

Moon has been spiraling about not being good enough and feeling like a failure of protecting his family long before Solar died. Solar was the last straw because someone died he cared about.

Moon has always been left alone to deal with his problems by everyone else. Solar was the only one there for him and then he got erased from existence.

Earth, Sun and Lunar are taking the easy way out and don't think Moon is worth fighting for at all.

There is still hope for me for things to change.

But I really question if Moons family ever loved him at all.

If he has been isolated for this long and they drop him so quickly like this

I swear if they actually end up killing new Eclipse I'm busting down the cardboard wall of their writers room, snatching the script off the table and jotting down my own idea for an arc where Eclipse actually gets a chance at redemption.

Sorry I love the thumbnail detail of Solar not having his gloves on...... It has the inherent energy of a knight finally taking off their armor after having it on for so long, always so accustomed to being ready for a fight, and now all thats left without their protection is their scars and their pride (which are now on full display to anyone who may gaze upon them). It feels like Solar is now forced to actually look at his hands, not the rough exterior of work gloves. It feels like it can be used to show he's starting to let his guard down when needed. It feels vulnerable and open and raw. I. I mean. uhm. straightens tie. ahem. anyways,

oh I think I know why the whole "cousin tittle" had me bothered, I had this like. memory? I never said because I was unsure how real it was but now Im watching "Lunar EXPLORES SOLAR'S MIND" it click Solar doesnt use labels- sure- he may mentally likes to keep order of things, clearly, as half a Sun code he may be- yet he mentions "imagine giving labels to everything" in almost a dull sarcastic tone.. I think is why- when Earth insisten on giving him a label because SHE needed it, he just let her have it. because he does get she may need it- but him? doesnt seem to have that need, if anything, later on when he is setting off the list of the Celestial Family,when he is named, may be more like a "Im in the safe group" not like "I see myself as part of the family" because maybe family is way too big of a word for him, so is why I totally believe he see himself as "the dude who hangs out around" or even a "friend" to the Lunar theme bots- yet thats as far as he may go. labels dont seem to matter to him in past eps, I dont think that changed so much.. I guess this is linked to the idea Earth pushed it into him- not so forced him to accept? but Solar has been showed to just let her have her ways with him. because- I mean, what harm does it do? why exacly? hard to tell, as I personally, never seen the two interact unlike He and Moon do- yet may be as simple as , she is a sister, is easy to let her play with his stiff rays of be called cousin that get in trouble. (and obvi - because teh VA are lovers, clearly is a fact to add outside lore)
