One of the funniest grievances I have yet seen against the Jedi Council is people saying they shouldn't have asked Anakin to spy on Palpatine because he liked and respected Palpatine.
Palpatine asked Anakin to spy on the Jedi Council for him first AND ANAKIN ACCEPTED but apparently nobody's got an issue with that!
