Sorry folks- no update this week. Things at the day-job have gotten.... busy. Like, 60+ hour work weeks busy. -_- I'm kind of dying.

The next page is *almost* done, but I have had so little energy between 11 hour shifts that it's just not happening this week. I need to do some hard thinking about the update schedule on this, especially if my job keeps doing.... this.

Artist note: I’m so proud of this :))) I know it’s a lot of dialogue and reading, but dialogue is grueling work for me. I’m glad with the art and for the amount of pages I made in such a relatively short time span -w- page 5 was super fun to work on. A lot of blood, sweat, and hours here... :) The backgrounds were a big bore tbh, but I finished them! Yippie!

This is someone you can call "big in Japan" (but vice versa heh), meaning that he didn't find recognition in his home but gained fame abroad.

He might be a traditional theatre actor, but with (because of) this experience, he has a hard time in a foreign place with another rules. That's why he's quite shy and awkward, especially in publicヾ(ówò")

"Big in Japan" is what they call Western musical groups who achieve success and are well-known in Japan but not really famous in their place and other parts of the world (*´∀｀*)

Here, we can ironically call him "small in Japan" because he never got fame as a theatre actor in his homeland, but became popular for the other part of the world as Ink Sans :D

Idk who needs to hear this but time and time again isn't over!!!

Webtoon removed the "time and time again will return!!!" Banner and I don't know why, but it's not over!!! There's still another 1/3 of the comic to go! There's a lot more stuff that I'm working on and it'll be coming back soon!

Please be patient with me, I know it's been a long time... But the stuff I'm making is really good and there's a lot of reasons it's taken this long. I promise I want it back more than anyone.

I'm trying to come back around the end of October. I'm doing my best to get everything ready in time, so no promises, but I'm on track to do so! I'm just one person writing and drawing everything, and my editor was fired so I'm not even getting any notes anymore. It's literally just me. I'm doing my best I promise!

Yall really SHOULDN'T do that, its messed up, im just speaking from my standpoint but hearing stuff like that i wouldn't even Want to update anymore or announce wips or anything with all this "when is it coming out? can i sleep? can i do this? is it coming out soon?" i mean asking for WIPS of the comic seems fine but asking when its coming out bc its affecting you is wild. and not good. imagine what type of stress that is on a person to know that people arent taking care of themselves until the comic comes out.

idk it feels like some of yall dont know how to act. this comic is a passion project if anything. it just seems. so unhealthy and offputting to deal with this from an audience. idk.

So umm haha I don't know what to actually say here,

Henry's body kind of acts like he's dead, everything in there still works fine, his heart just doesn't beat for whatever reason, and he's deathly cold all the time.

It's one of the things Dr.Vin is trying to study but it's not like Henry cares enough about it to be cooperative, He considers being able to move good enough.

Lots of people called them Phoenix, obviously, but even the people who didn’t tack on “Agent” at the start said the name like the callsign it was. Impersonally. Like it wasn’t really theirs.

Not Ollie.

He clearly didn’t think too much of it, quickly transitioning into a ramble about movies, but Phoenix wasn’t listening. Sitting there with him on that tin roof overlooking the city, it suddenly felt like they had uncovered the solution to a puzzle, pieces clicking neatly into place.

but the worst? with a whopping two votes against him (benny, swaggy) is ekky because hes loud and forces guys into joining the poker table 😭😭😭
