So i’m kinda wandering through my sdv/mcsm/sr2/isat fixations and today i landed on isat. Specifically one scene.

When Siffrin uses the dagger to loop back…

Loop really doesn’t want them to. If i remember correctly, their dialogue sounds close to begging before they snap out of it, like the universe is puppeteering them. Siffrin gains the ability to use their dagger to loop back whenever they want because the universe wants them to.

This is only one example, this happens a few times as far as i can remember.

So compare the universe to the change god. The universe feels more like a puppeteer, a spider trapping its prey with false intentions, while the change god feels like a guiding hand, almost a guardian that leads but doesn’t force. I don’t really know, but i just love the difference in how each “godly power” (if that’s really the right way to say it) is presented.

This post made me think.
