Why the fuck are yall out here saying “he killed a man” and “regardless of his politics his still did a good thing” WE DO NOT KNOW IF HE DID IT. Why is it that two days ago yall were like “I hope they never catch him” and the second the cops (who we KNOW will do anything to make this situation go away as fast as possible) throw this Luigi guy in front of the cameras it’s suddenly ohhhh they caught him they caught him???? You can NOT convince me all of a sudden we’re trusting the cops to have picked the right guy when we know they’ll plant evidence on anyone to stop people from getting ideas.

Innocence until proven guilty!! Come on people we are not this stupid!! Come on!!!

Since my post re: the alleged shooter situation has blown up, I would like to reaffirm that my point is that it doesn't matter if he did it or not. What matters is that we do not label someone a possible murderer if we DO NOT KNOW that. I don't care if it's a meme, I don't care if it's funny, it is a dangerous game deciding to label someone as guilty of a crime with no trial. It is within your best interests to encourage people to remember that Innocent Until Proven Guilty is just as at risk as any of the other rights we took for granted.
