In short, Dustin is a Mexican immigrant who comes from a ranch family and had high economic stability.

But it was due to something Random that Dustin's father kicked him out of the ranch and called him all kinds of bad names that let Dust live on the streets for a while and by chance...He met Arthur Beeman and worked for him during the course of the TSS series.

But thanks to Sparks (the cosmic creature with whom he shares a body) the secret scientists stopped hunting Zak to focus on Dustin.

I love how creepy it is. I always thought that if he did exist in real life that mask would give off this uncanny valley vibe. Also, I remember they did do a live action version of Argost to promote the show before it aired. I think it was on some commercials. It made Argost look creepier.

This iconic street is not always so peaceful. Sometimes troublemakers, like these boys, come around and cause ruckus.
