Somebody I was having a conversation with today said that pierogi were Russian. I warned them if they said that again the Polish would skin them for the crime 😔

But Slavic = Russian always?? Pretty sure each Slavic country has their own pierogi, different dough and different filling, sometimes different cooking method, and WILL skin anyone that implies it's Russian lol. Pierogi itself is of course the Polish word for the Polish version. The superior version :^)

Yo saw your tags on this dress post about looking for a size chart. There IS actually some sizing info on bust and waist measurements if you scroll down, but from what I've seen a bunch of these lolita fashion sites (including this one) really just list and resell things from indie Chinese brands that sell on Taobao. Unfortunately, this means that clothing sizes are different for practically every item on the site plus most of it them only really come in sizes for slim bodies (unless there's a custom option).

Finished reading the Trimax volume where Midvalley dies and y'know what. Yeah there is plenty of interesting potential in this relatively minor character. You're very valid. Looking forward to reading what you're doing with him in ITNL (when I get there 😔)

He's so FUNKY he has intrigued me so muchly. It's fucking hilarious how different he is in the 98 anime from the manga. I love to make fun of him in the 98 anime. But in the manga he is just so Interesting. And he fit this role Perfectly.

I am answering the question of what would happen if manga midvalley and vash were. Not-friends. Associates. Grudging allies. Emphasis on the not-friends, bc Vash has at times forgotten that midvalley is in fact an unapologetic assassin. Sometimes it's just fun to make fun of someone who takes himself too seriously. And vash is SO good at doing that.

When will Disney do the sensible thing and put Dave Filoni in charge of the whole Star Wars franchise?

The only thing is I don’t know if he would WANT to be. he seems to genuinely enjoy series over films and animation over life action. AND he seems much more into the creative side of directing then the business side of producing. But people should at LEAST look to him for advice cause the guy clearly knows what SW fans want, and how to maintain Lucas’s vision of SW and execute it well, more then anyone else we got rn lmao.

I had the same problem BUT I was playing on the Wii and my guide was for the gamecube

Probably my favorite legend of Zelda fact is that Link was left handed until twilight princess when it released on both wii and GameCube and on wii it had motion controls. And since 90% of the population is right handed they just kinda… flipped the game. So if you play Twilight Princess on GameCube Link is left handed and if you play it on wii he’s right handed. Skyward sword was made for motion control combat and evidently they didn’t wanna spend the development time making a left handed mode so Link has been right handed ever since.
