all of the friendships in Shapeshifter could be romantic given the right circumstances
the only reason Kerr, Warrick, and Jay aren't in a poly relationship is that they have all seen the others' gremlin behavior too often to ever be attracted to each other that way
also - they all agree being attracted to your adopted siblings is fucking weird

It was. It - it was. The wrong way around.
He wasn't particular about the sorting systems used in libraries but there was a wrong way and a right way and he - he wasn't particular but usually he liked things to be, um. Right. And it - it hadn't been busy, all the.. robot-y... people had come and gone, it really was just Adrian, and it was a public library.
Um.
He was just re-organising them just a little. To fix it.
"Oh, good." Oh, good. He climbed down the little step-ladder he was using (no higher than the second rung - that was high enough, thank-you) when he saw that someone had joined him: one of the volunteers? Maybe. He had told Adrian where to find the library. (The book Adrian had wanted to check out, some old and hard-to-find recipebook Trudy had loved, was secure in his satchel.) "Do you - does New Jericho have a label-maker or something, these books are all - they're organised wrong. I don't mind it but I thought I'd fix it. Since I'm here."
The books of this shelf he was working on - almost all of them - were spread haphazardly on the floor around him, in various, well-organised stacks.
"You'll thank me later."

hmm
captain america winter soldier au. they did not know each other as children or during the war. bucky frees himself before steve is defrosted. they meet as adults in the 21st century, steve fresh out of the ice and bucky already (as) well-adjusted (as he can get). that's the set-up.
the thought is that i would like to dabble in a fic where steve does not have a very small dick. in fact, for this, he has a very large one. whatever you think very large is, that's the size.
mmkay, so up he wakes in the 21st century and meets bucky, and we all know super soldier = high libido; it is not long until they are nude.
steve's dick is Very Large yet despite all probability bucky's dick is Very Much Bigger. yes.

“Get his ass” Is so unreasonably funny to me. A huge win for the English language. Today’s version of “seize him” imo

"how can m/f ships be good-" first of all through the power of bisexuality anything is possible so write that down. second of all if we start othering ships based on gender and nothing else we're no better than the opposition. third of all you need to watch more addams family

I understand that tall men are our POV characters, but surely being like a foot taller than everyone around them would have some occasional consequences
