over halfway through this oregon trip and while it’s been wonderful to go to so many of my favorite haunts from my 4+ years here, it hasn’t been at all what i’d hoped it would be.

somehow we haven’t made a lick of progress on planning our wedding (not for lack of trying), and being diagnosed with depression (again) less than a week before this taking this trip was truly piss poor timing.

additionally, coming back to this place where i became the version of myself i liked the most has been a sort of reckoning, given that i am deeply dissatisfied with who i am right now.

however, there have been some parts of our time here that i’ve really enjoyed, like this quiet afternoon we spent at cape meares earlier in the week.
