2. What is/was your character’s relationship with their mother like? Very loving! Kyrahlise was a mama’s girl! Telessa* even had a special nickname for her, Ahlise, that no one else used. Her mother taught her a lot, including how to use a bow, and ride ahfuri and horses. She gets her love of reading from her mother as well. When Telessa passed away it gutted her. Honestly, if Zori and the rest of the clan hadn’t been there it would’ve taken much longer for her to come back from her mother’s death. There are lots of little ways that Kyrah keeps her mother’s memory alive – keeping up with using a bow, the way she dances, her little gestures and mannerisms, how she puts her hair up, and baking bread (it’s the only thing she can bake without it ending in disaster, lol). Actually, the first part of The Best Proof of Love is Trust has a little memory of her mother that I think gives an idea of their relationship.

3. What is/was your character’s relationship with their father like? From the outside Kyrahlise didn’t seem as close to her father as her mother. Their relationship was very good, just different. Valendil* was more of the stern, proper parent, as befitting the political leader of the clan. Though she always knew he loved her very much, and he was never unfair or harsh with her. From him she gained her love of art and creating it, cooking, as well as diplomacy. While her mother was her beacon of light, her father was her rock. But even a rock can crack under the right circumstances, and he did when his wife died. This put a wedge in their relationship for a time. Not because they loved each other less, but they were both in so much pain and he couldn’t be there for her the way he once was. The relationship did heal eventually. His death on her Flower Day was another huge blow to her. As I mentioned in another ask, I don’t know how she would’ve come out of that if she hadn’t ended up at the Veiled Circle and eventually made friends there.

19. What is your character’s biggest relationship flaw? Has this flaw destroyed relationships for them before? Answered here. I love how y'all really wanted to know this about her! <3

34. Is your character more likely to keep trying a solution/method that didn’t work the first time, or immediately move on to a different solution/method? This can depend on the context. For instance, if it’s more of an academic problem Kyrah’s facing, she might try the same method more than once in case she made a small error the first time. In a social situation, if one way of handling it didn’t work she’ll drop it right away and try something else. In general she’s quick to move on to other ideas. Unless she thinks it’s possible she made a mistake, and fixing that mistake would cause the first solution to work.

44. How easy or difficult is it for your character to say “I love you?” Can they say it without meaning it? In the timeline of the game, she says it very easily! Kyrahlise has a big heart, and once she trusts someone and feels like she has a decent grasp on who they are, loves easily. This is probably a lot of why she’s so close to the other Shepherds. Telling her friends she loves them is as easy to her as breathing, and she means it fully. The only way she could say “I love you” without meaning it, is if it got her and/or others out of a really bad situation without things escalating. If somehow the only viable choices were to lie or violence, she’d choose to lie. Otherwise I don’t think she can say she loves someone without it being true. *I didn't come up with her parents names, I got it from this ask Lena answered about how MC's parents met.

I think on a first listen it can be hard to keep track of what's going on and understanding it, at least for me it was, but on a relisten I fell in love. I am going to answer these for Sierra since I don't talk about her a lot.

ghost: Who or what haunts your OC? What happened? How do they live with their ghosts?

She's definitely haunted by her parents' deaths and her subsequent quest for vengeance against the demons who killed them. In her late teens, she found them brutally murdered, and then she and her boyfriend Rodney (whose family had also been killed by these demons) went into Hell itself to confront the ones that killed them, and Sierra ended up being the one to deliver the killing blow.

monster: Is your OC monstrous in any way? Is there something that makes them monstrous? Are they aware of their own monstrosity? Do they accept it or reject it?

Tying into the above, Sierra actually became half demon when she killed the one responsible for her parents' deaths, because he was the ruler of Hell, and by Hell's rules, whoever kills the ruler becomes the ruler, and because the ruler HAS to have demonic blood, it triggered an incredibly painful transformation for Sierra, and now she has extremely acidic blood and some other very minor demonic traits.

Her body is not fully adapted to having corrosive blood like that so she experiences chronic pain, and it's a constant reminder of what happened. While the pain does bother her, she is not above using her blood as an advantage in a fight and splashing it on people and things like that.

Oh it’s nothing fantasy/historical related so I don’t know if any of my followers will even be interested lol

It’s a Domestic Fiction/Horror story taking place in a very very small Oklahoma town . There are six (was eight) different houses all related to the Darlingtons on the same road (why it’s called Darlington Road).

It has two povs. Graham Darlington, a 23 year old country boy who has a strong resentment to most of the entire family. And Graham’s uncle Thaddeus Darlington, a rodeo enthusiast gun wielding hog hunter who feels the responsibility of keeping the family in line.

Both of their arcs focus around Graham’s little sister Sierra who they both feel like they need to be the father figure of (since Graham and Sierra’s dad Norman died soon after she was born) - so throughout the entire story both Graham and Thaddeus is butting heads trying to fill the position of the man of the family.

Also Graham is an asshole hence the horror element

ox and hohma are ocs that i made with @authenticparanoidghosts while we were playing lego star wars and we were bummed about the lack of character creator in the skywalker saga because we really wanted to make our own sith apprentices. so we came up with a kind of elaborate reason why they could switch into different forms, we decided that they were part of a sith order that can access their past lives.

ox and hohma are two freaks in the order whose souls are intrinsically connected together for all of eternity. they have been a part of each others lives in every single iteration since the beginning of the universe. they're soulmates, they're rivals, they're married, they're divorced, lovers, enemies, siblings, master and student, they've murdered eachother on multiple occasions, they were lizards together etc etc. literally any relationship you can think of they have had that together. and now they're teenagers and they sometimes have to hang out with knowledge of all of these lifetimes and they're so normal about it i promise.

Jack wouldn't take this well, one because this is his first break-up, two because his superhero work was the cause of this, and third of his insecurities when he is not wearing the mask...

June having her mother instincts is the first one to know what is going on, Miko and Rag are the second ones, and the Bots are the last ones to realize what is happening with Jack.

Though Cybertronians don't understand the human definitions for their own understanding of ¨break-up¨ they understand that is difficult for Jack and decide to give him space and wait for him to talk to them.

That doesn't happen with people like Miko sadly. When she gets the memo she starts to jump all around Jack just so he can tell her all the details and Miko can get revenge help her friend. Raf is still too young to understand romantic relationships, poor kid, he is in the same place as the Bots and he is the smartest.

And of course, June is here to calm the waters explaining with more detail the situation and stop Miko from doxxing Sierra.
