also thank you so much for noticing that!! the truth is i started sketching him in just like, a crazy, kinda wild post, without the blink at all, with his hand in his pocket and his other saluting and his legs kinda flailing and i kinda pictured it as him like, falling?

and then i decided it didn’t really make sense on its own so i thought it would almost be cool if it was like, him falling into a blink. like how sick would it be if instead of walking into a blink he fell into it like it was a portal beneath him or something lol

idk maybe it’s too complicated but i had fun playing around with brushes to make the blink and i think it turned out pretty cool, and i LOVE the idea of him glitching through a blink lmao
