I love love LOVE the concept of them so much, but I feel like Moffat really dropped the ball on that one.

They had the potential to be so heartbreaking, deep, cool, and tragic, and I have no doubts that Matt and Alex could have carried that. But onscreen, it felt like we were given almost nothing and it could have been so much more.

I feel like the fans had to twist and bend to pick up fragments of scenes just to piece together the ship and it shouldn’t be like that. It should have been able to shine through more in the narrative and I’m bitter about it. 💔😔
