How would you feel about a big pdf version of Aurora being out there? Probably by having all the images downloaded and then put together using a program like pdf chain. I think having a file like that would make it pretty great to read on an e-reader.

Since the comic is ongoing, it would probably make sense to have one single file for all of arc 1. I'd be happy to put it together, but only if you're in favour of it of course! If you would want to have the file for your own sharing/reading purposes, I'd be happy to send it to you.

The comic is in the process of being edited for physical publication in summer of 2025, and ebook rights are part of the contract, so I would not feel good about someone stitching together and passing around a bootleg version.

It's not very organized, and not all information is of equal importance, but whenever I ramble about my characters and their setting in depth on a post, I try to add that tag so that they can be found more easily.

It’s the way that when Buck told Eddie that he and Natalia broke up, Eddie said, “welcome back to the world of the living, Buck; you were missed.” It’s the way that at the graveyard, Eddie said, “to be honest, you haven’t been the same since [the lightning strike] happened… but how could you be?” It’s the way that, to Eddie, Buck died for 3 minutes and 17 seconds, but he never came back to life. It’s the way that when Buck said he broke up with Natalia because all she wanted to talk about was death, Eddie saw the light in Buck that he hadn’t seen since before he was struck. It’s the way he missed the Buck he was before he died, but didn’t push him. The way he said, “you don’t have to be anything for anybody,” when Buck said he felt that he had to try to be the “same old” guy he was before the lightning. The way that even though Eddie did miss the old Buck, and he did want to be there for him, he gave him the space he needed to heal, even if it meant healing with Natalia. It’s the way that, when Buck told him that he broke up with Natalia, he raised an eyebrow and immediately welcomed him back. In that moment, Buck was alive again and Eddie had him back. It's the way he loved Buck back to life. It’s the way Eddie loves him to his core.

I'm curious, what musicals have you been listening to?! ✨️

OKAY! SO!

There are two main “being written” musicals that I’ve been listening to a lot (read: religiously keeping updated on) and those are Caesar Musical and Fated the Musical!!

The Caesar one is a jazzy musical being written by Grace Yurchuck! I believe she has only been working on it for a year, but already she has lots of great snippets on her social medias, along with a couple full demo songs sung by her. The musical is based off of the Shakespeare play Julius Caesar! And the best part is as of right now, all vocal parts are being written for female voices!! Every song she has written is super catchy!

The second one is Fated the Musical, which is also in early stages of being written! It is a musical based on King Arthur, and follows the relationships and ties between all of the characters! Similar to Epic the musical is split into parts, 15 songs in each act (there are three acts), and the acts are broken down into three five songs sections! This musical really tugs on your heartstrings and gets very emotional! It’s kinda a rock opera, and took a lot of musical inspiration from Jesus Christ Superstar! They are currently casting their leads, and are about to start casting their supporting characters!!

Overall, I highly recommend these, and if you want to know more about any of them, feel free to DM me! (I respect that this is an Epic blog so I won’t clutter it too much with other musicals- but I am still open to talking about these!!!)

do you have a "preference" between more stylized or more 'biblically accurate' takes on the DCA?

The overall answer is :: I LOVE all forms of the DCA

Biblical: because I adore the way they are designed to be almost uncanny and unnerving. The boys in this iteration can not be mistaken for anything but animatronics designed by a sketchy company looking to skim corners and make money. To love them in this form is very telling for those of us that adore their personalities above all else; who they are as quirky AI really shine through in their biblical designs. Stylized: because this is where the absolute LOVE for the DCA shines through in the unique lens of all the extremely talented people that have fallen for these bots. There is a certain tenderness that goes in to designing something unique that ripples over into the overall Fandom. For instance, I am sure we can happen across several designs and IMMEDATELY know whose hand it was penned from. That is amazing.

So either/or I NEVER turn down a piece of art of the DCA shared or gifted. I am honored to have either in this amazing Fandom.
