What IS this, Granger? A question for the ages. I like it when the characters get to kind of call each other out on the metatextual shenanigans. Like, hey girl, are you good? Because your best friend is having existential conflict and doing dramatic slam-the-door-and-slide-to-the-floor gestures of distraught woe when you don't pay attention to him, and we're kind of worried about him.

Eddie isn’t sure who tells her at first, when Nancy appears out of seemingly nowhere about two hours later, grabs him by the collar of his shirt, and drags him down to her height to look him in the eye.  He’s not sure who tells her, or in what precisely fucked up manner that they do to get her eyes to go full hawk on him like that, but oh, boy is he going to kick their ass just as soon as he finds out.  “You’re selling coke in the fucking alley, Munson?!”  The whole kitchen comes to a clattering stop. Everyone’s eyes are on them, center ring, spotlight hot, and Eddie is hunched over all weird because Nancy’s grip on his shirt is impressive, actually.  “Okay,” he says, aiming for steady and even, “so, in fairness, I’m pretty sure you already knew I was selling…?” 

and kas!chrissy:

“I don’t think I’ve had it this short… ever,” Chrissy says, holding a long chunk of her own hair delicately between two hands like a fine piece of jewelry while Nancy moves to the other side to saw through another chunk.  She’s sitting on a stool in the bathroom, door closing them off from the rest of the house where some people are sleeping and others are getting ready to start their days. There’s no cohesion in a world of eternal shift changes, except the cohesion in the changing of shifts, but it means even in the dark of night there are people awake in their vicinity.  Otherwise Nancy’s hands would be doing more than just holding an inch of hair between two fingers and cutting.  Otherwise Nancy’s pulse would be thrumming out of fulfillment rather than hopeless anticipation.

He melts into the Shadows before you can even respond. “Okay, I guess I'll just sit here, then,” you say to the empty cavern.

Hand:

You hand over the flower and he takes it with surprising gentleness, letting it rest in his palm, holding it up to the light, and then he hands it back to you. “Incredible. What is it?” “A flower, dumbass.”

Taking last week also in consideration given it's still Tuesday, I had a blast at my printmaking class - lately I wasn't having much fun because I had a lot more things on my priority list... but yeah I had this life is beautiful and I have time moment

Not anon but what are your favourite colours for different things (clothes, room, general, other)? Like, my favourite colour overall is yellow but my room is blue, because blue is my favourite colour for decor! That sort of thing!

oooo so my favorite color overall is orange! always has been!! but for specific things...

for clothes I prefer wearing dark blues and black, sometimes other like "royal" shades but blue and black are my main ones

I also love blue decor it's so calminggg

mmm i am a huge fan of brown eyes though!!

and i love just the whole aesthetic of pastel goth, with the pastel colors mixed with black. though I'd never wear it personally, I love the way they look together.

i prefer like, silver or white cars tho my car rn is dark gray :')

just the questions I really wanted to answer!!!!

5. Is there any scene you're excited about writing?

I'm so so set on writing a Lexthan fic with the plot of Bat Out Of Hell and oughhhhh the ending with Ethan like in the gutter and seeing the Black and White is going to be somethingggg what else am I supposed to do with: "there's a man in the shadows with a gun in his eye and a blade shining oh so bright".

11. Is there any scene you can't wait for people to react to when reading? Why?

I know the reach on Science Fiction/Double Feature is going to be so so so bad but the ending <3 I want to write something happy for once, bittersweet but happy!!!

14. Is there any unwritten/unpublished fics you planned on doing, but now you're feeling like you're gonna scrap those ideas?

I had a whole one-shot collection written that were all based around the same thing and I just couldn't focus on it when I was writing it and like now I Do Not Like How Its Written. I might go back and fix it but i probably wont. Makes me sad because there was one really good Tedlotte fic and some P3IP in there as well as my little backstory for the three girls Holloway couldn't save. There was a lot of good in there but I dont think it'll end up seeing the light of day.

A random headcanon: couldn't pick just one so here's a few:

- would totally be a horse girl if she could get over how terrifying she finds horses

- loves her dangerous houseplants. for her citadel dlc meetup she brings shepard to a botanical garden and infodumps about the plants that have interesting histories re: medicinal uses

- one of her dads worked at a fish farm and got to bring fish home sometimes, so cheap simple fish dishes are major comfort foods for her

General Opinion over said character: call me old fashioned, but i was raised to serve my queen. clean for her. cook for her and everything i do is for her. and if she cheats? that is on me! she caught me slipping and i will apologize and do better.
