I cannot pick one because I don't really have A favorite. But Stucky (Marvel), DinLuke (Star Wars), Merthur (Merlin), SuperBat (DC), TimKon (DC) and Science Girlfriends (Orphan Black) are all ships I enjoy.

15. What's a WIP you want to finish but doubt you will?

Dying Is Easy, Living Is Harder. I have many ideas for it but unfortunately, I'm not obsessed enough about the characters to fulfill them lmao. Also An Unexpected Visit bc similar to the previous one I have a lot of ideas, but I just don't think I am talented enough to actually write those ideas.

16. What are your writing strengths?

I've rewritten this answer 10 times, but no version felt right. At one point, I decided I was just gonna skip it. BUT NO. I'm gonna stop worrying about other peepz opinions and just say what I actually believe. And here it is.

I know how to make my writing more immersive with various details like sounds, smells, sensations etc. (and I LOVE doing this. The only issue is I sometimes do it either too much or too little ahdjkhsd)

I am VERY nitpicky. This can seem more like a flaw (and it is), but it has also helped me grow and understand what I like and dislike about my writing. It also means I spend a lot of time editing which makes posting SO much more satisfying (tho sometimes I gotta get those shorter fics out there for the instant serotonin boost lol)

I'm not a huge fan of characters who say/do things that don't make sense considering the genre/plot. Spending more time on this is challenging since I both dislike and SUCK at writing dialogue (why is English so HARD??), but it is also a lot of fun bc I think I am getting better at it.

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

Well, that part about being nitpicky is obviously a lie bc I didn't realize question 17 was gone ahdjshdkj. But I was the one who noticed it first among my friends so...maybe? Nope lol

English grammar. I have to double check every time I write a message to online friends to make sure what I've written is actually a sentence that makes sense.The thing is - I think I'm pretty good, but I actually suck. One time, I wrote mold wine instead of mulled wine in a fic. Never living that down. This is I think why it takes me so long to edit lmao.

Being too harsh on myself and not allowing myself to feel proud about my accomplishments/comparing my writing to other people. Yes, compared to other fantastic writers I suck, and it will always be like that. It's something I'm still struggling to accept, but I'm getting there!

Writing quickly. Like shutting off my brain and just writing doesn't work for me. I have to be there and edit every single sentence that I don't like, and I think this is why it takes so long for me to finish the first draft. Def gotta work on this!

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

Hmm. Instinctively, I think it makes more sense to write something like, "Person A said something in a language I didn't understand" than to write in that language. It's more fun that way. And if both the pov character and I don't understand what Person A saying it makes me sympathize with the pov character more.

That being said, if I ever see someone writing in Swedish in a fic, I will be immensely happy (and horrified)

19. First fandom you wrote for?

Rise of the Guardians on ffn. The fic is still there and is still hot garbage, but I did have a lot of fun writing it.

20. Favourite fic you've written?

I know what my LEAST favorite one is hjkahdsjk. Nah but for real, I love all my fics for very specific reasons. Like I have a sort of emotional connection with all of them depending on where I was in life, how I was feeling emotionally at the time, etc.

My top 3 would probably be Long Way Down (To The Bottom Of The River) bc it was the first fic I put a lot of thought and effort into, There Are Softer Oak Trees bc it makes me soft and fuzzy when I think about it, and cardboard box bc the comments made me fkn cackle.

Hello. I have no request but i want to say something to you. Apologies because English is not my first language, so you may find some errors in my words or have difficulty understanding this. I am sorry if this may be too long to read, but i would like to say that I love your stories. I had discovered you from the traitors among us series but i find myself enjoying the rest of your other writings as well.

There is so much that i want to say but i find myself unable to string my feelings into words. I love how you describe everything because you make it feel like i am there in the story myself. You are a great and amazing writer because it is not always one could have the ability to make another feel through words in their screens. It's like I am seeing the characters through their thoughts and expressions, and the subtle things in the background just help paint the whole picture of the experiences of the reader. I especially liked the third part of the series. It was like i could feel the grief, sorrow, and anger of the reader in my own chest through your words, with everything that has happened to her. I do hope that the father gets what he deserved at the end too for doing her like that. I am annoyed the most with him. Stupid fathers.

I have read up on your situation and I am praying that you be safe and protected for the days you may need. I hope you do not feel pressured to update your story as soon as possible, because good things like your stories take time to craft. I will wait for the time, as long as it may take, for you to update, so please take as much time as you may need to rest and help yourself first. I am sorry I am unable to help you as I do not have the means too right now, so I am hoping my words may cheer you up, even for a little bit.

Can you just imagine hasn't? When you bring it up to Reiner at first, he's pretty much reluctant in being a house husband. This is because he's used to being the one moving around, going out, and doing work, right? All his life, all he knows is roughness and the toils of war. So, what could he possibly do all day cooped up in the house? But you convince him that it's his turn to just take it easy, relax, and to this time leave things to you. It's the least you can do for him, right? So, hesitantly again, he agrees. First few hours that he spends alone while you're gone, he's just mimicking what he does for his mom when he's in her home. Coz of being in the scouts before, he can at least clean the house decently. He can at least cook a little to save his stomach from starvation, so he does that too. And then you come home after a long day at work. You see the house is clean, and there's even a meal. He's already at the table, wondering if you'd even like the food he made. He sees you just staring at your home and his mind instantly jumps into conclusion. He apologizes that he hasn't really done anything. But you just shake your head and smile brightly at him, thanking him for tidying up. And for cooking a meal; and that you're really happy because it's the coziest you've ever been, coming home. And it's all because of him. At that point, something just clicks in Reiner. Seeing you so overjoyed, sparks a passion in him, which makes him look forward to what he can do tomorrow, the next day, and the day after that… all so he can see that glowing smile on your face all the time.

Coming back from a painful day at work to this notification is possibly the best thing that happened this year 😭😭😭😭

My guy then decided to attend a cooking course with a bunch of old ladies who call him cute and handsome (I remember an old post talking about how Reiner is every old ladies idea of handsome and that’s so fuckin true)

Anywho these old ladies become very good friends with him- since Reiner is also an old lady deep down. They correct his mistakes, ask him about his life and what you do for a living.

It doesn’t take long before he masters the basics- and even then he was nervous and doubted himself, sitting by the plate, anxiously waiting for you to come downstairs.

Your astonished at how such an intimidating man is sitting in front of you with a vivid blush and fidgeting with his fingers, his frail sweet heart depending on whatever words you decide to say next.

“ITS PERFECT REI!!” You launched off your chair to run to his side. The corners of his lips curled up into a lil giggle as you basically smothered him into your chest.

The Pleasure in a Secret / Of Days in Goodness Spent / [Insert better title here] is an approximately five chapter story following young!cobert as they finish their honeymoon in Florence. We meet some extended relations of Robert's, we go to the opera!, we go to museums.

It was inspired by that scene in S3 when Robert asks Matthew "How was the honeymoon?" and Matthew answers, "My eyes have been opened" and Robert says, "Don't I know it." What. What do you know? I'm not sure I hear that line as sexy.

☔Is there a fic concept you have that you'd like to just explain and share because you're not sure you'll ever write it? If so, what is it?

Actually, yes. So I did start a Modern AU somewhere. I wrote two skeleton expositions: one picked up with characters at the end of the series; the other picked up with characters at S3. It's got angst (featuring both Simon Bricker and Jane) LOL. I was just curious how if I literally transplanted them into modern times, how would they translate? I may write it one day as a challenge to myself, but oof Modern is not my strength.

Robert heard her small voice even though the room was packed to the brim. He peered across it to where Cora had tipped her head, searching out the person in question. 

“Ah,” he answered. “That’s Richard Grey, Lord Merton’s son. He’s called Dickie. His wife is there, Ada.”

“Dickie,” she repeated. 

Robert smiled. “Lord Merton and Papa have known one another since Eton.”

He smiled again at her thoughtful pout. 

“Eton,” he saw, more than heard, her whisper. Her reddened lips moved it purposefully, committing it to her memory. “Dickie and Eton.”

His chest grew tighter when she looked up at him, sparkling eyes, twinkling tiara. 

He smiled yet again. His cheeks had begun to grow sore. Had he ever smiled so much?

“But there are so many people,” she glowed. “Why are they all here? I’m not sure any of them know me!” He watched her scan the crowd and look back up at him, eyes all full of wonder. “And this goes on all night?”

He caught himself laughing a little, but he nodded. “Well, they’ve been known to, though Rosamund’s presentation ball only lasted until three.” 

“In the morning?”

“Yes!” He laughed louder. “Cora, you have just been presented. We must celebrate you.” He, too, then looked out across the crowd: he wasn’t sure he knew all of them either, and the music had not even begun. “Though I dare say even there are quite a few more here than Rosamund’s.”

“Shh!” Cora’s eyes flicked to just behind Robert, where his older sister stood. “We mustn’t let her hear.”

That was true. 

“And besides,” her voice was quieter, “they’ve all probably come out of curiosity.” She smirked the way Robert was beginning to learn she did, a crooked little grin that made him chuckle. “I feel a little like the eighth world wonder.”
