That is very fair. Hq at Hogwarts does have a lot of cliffhangers/ ongoing plot threads. I will say that I think in general it has a lot less angst than what recent chapters may lead to believe.

Thinking of my ongoing stories/series in general, here is a Cliffhanger Guide:

Cards books don't end in clifhangers. They're all self-contained plotlines (the short story If Stone Bled Symphonies has an epilogue chapter that's not really necessary to the rest of the story and really only serves to introduce the second story...the epilogue cliffhanger is easily skippable as a chapter)

Waling With My Eyes Open will not end in a cliffhanger. But, I do have a one shot sequel planned.

After the Fall of Olympus will end in a cliffhanger; but also the chapter right before that won't and I'm planning to openly warn people that if they don't like cliffhangers that the story can mostly be stopped right there rather than reading the final chapter. The series in general won't end in cliffhangers, it's just that first book. There's a lot of chapter cliffhangers in that one tho.

Invesitgations Inc. (ie. the Haikyuu Scooby-Doo Au) doesn't have any stories that end in cliffhangers (or not that I'm planning anyway)

Call Me Your Home At Night is also a cliffhanger free ending.

Flash Facts of Bart Allen is a series of short stories so all self-contained.
