I'd just like to add on to my previous post about Earthspark Twitch and Megatron going to Cybertron and meeting Hot Rod that bang up alongside that I'd love it if Hot Rod also develops and unexcpected friendship with Soundwave like he did in Cyberverse.

Like maybe they'd been fighting on Cybertron the whole time but at the Climax the Quintessons or Unicron or whoever is descending on Cybertron and maybe they got away from an initial assault with Hot Rod having saved Soundwave or something. They come to a mutual agreement to temporarily team up to help liberate their home world (again just like in cyberverse) and it turns out they work great together.

No idea how that'd end but I just think it'd be cool.

Plus the soundrod fans would love it.

Some Transformers thoughts of mine

Okay there's this weird thought that popped up in my head today.

In some continuities, there's transformers merch made like in the Aligned continuity, ya know, Transformers Prime (well, the TF RBA, where Wedge has this Bumblebee shrine in one whole room at the academy), like do the bots get paid for the merch?

For example, Bumblebee is so popular he's literaly a celebrity, so is he paid regularly because of that merch? And I remember him being a regular street cop in Transformers robots in disguise, so I'm not really sure.

Imagine being Bumblebee, you're with the boys (idk Hot Rod and Cliffjumper and some others) you got some nice dinner, one of them suggested to split the bill, but you're like "Nah, I got you covered" and dropped a scrap ton of Shanix on the table (probably four times the amount of you and your fellas dinner). The boys are just shocked and looked at you in the optic, questioning on how you got that amount of Shanix.

But for other continuities, like Earthspark, I don't think it would count for obvious reasons. He hidin, earth currency is nothing to him.

What about bootlegs? Like a goofy ahh eyed Bumblebee merch, would that count?

I've made posts about Earthspark Rodimus and Megatron having a tense relationship and having to work through it.

Now I flip it over and suggest the COMPLETE opposite.

Where Hot Rod/Rodimus shows up and is, well, himself and he and Megatron absolutely argue every moment they're together on every conceivable subject. The terrans and maltos are convinced Rodimus HATES Megatron and that Megatron is working with him so much in order to change his mind. It's not til the end that it's shown that the two are, to borrow a tvtrope, Vitriolic Best Buds and Rodimus is actually one of the autobots Megatron gets on the best with.

Okay so I know Tfe Prowl’s VA is Hot Rod from Cyberverse, but he absolutely gives off Hot Rod/early Rodimus vibes to me.

Tfes Prowl has a baby face to me, especially in the way everyone draws him. Not in the way of "child" but more of "awkward teen who has yet to fully grow into their adult features" kind of way. Think of it like how teen dogs have lanky legs and huge paws.

Just imagine he does look young for a cybertronian. Like, imagine the Autobot command is full of these responsible, grown adults, and then there's just this random ass teenager.

Except this teenager is your leader's second in command and your boss.

Yeah he does look kind of young. I think it’s because of the eyes. All the adults have their eyes being normal size and then Bee and Terrans have bigger eyes to emphasise that they’re younger. And then. There’s Prowl with his anime sized optics haha
