She taps a pen against the short scribbled list as she listens, nodding to herself. Upon the realization she hadn’t introduced herself however, she chuckles slightly.

“Ah, yes, forgive me. I am Miss Kimiko, one of the administration staff, similar to Miss Pauling. Although I believe a few of your team may also call me ‘Miss Kim’…? I would prefer to not be called that, however.”

A slight irritated, yet resigned huff can be heard from her end as she mentions the ‘nickname’, before she goes straight back to business.

“As for the buildings, has there been any recent construction? For example, a safe room at your base, a track going through the town to your base, perhaps some metal panels in the floors of random buildings?”

She frowns as she looks at her list once again, realizing she was unsure of what the planned ‘objective’ was. While it was annoying, it certainly wasn’t anything new for information to simply be given to her very last minute.

🎣 for Miss Kimiko pls! except she’s sort of not a field person so it’d mostly likely be through either phone call or the Contracker itself? whichever you feel is interesting haha

Suspiciously, as Ned wasn't expecting his parents – or anyone else for that matter – to call, he retrieves his rotary phone from his cupboard. God only knows why he keeps it there. Actually, she probably doesn't know either. Palms already perspiring, he masks the nervousness in his voice as he picks up – a voice foreign to him as of yet, less controllable than the one he'd lived with for 34 years. "Hello? Who is speaking?.." A mix of embarrassment and pride flush his cheeks in a soft rose tint as he manages to produce a voice crack in such few words.

He was wearing a more casual outfit, only in loose shorts and an oversized light blue turtleneck that had Pyro's symbol on it. He waited for Ivan to notice him before speaking] Vati, you a vampire? The chef was leaned against the counter, drinking a mug of his signature 'cranberry juice' and reading a chefs magazine. Noticing Engel, he glanced up and began to drink from his mug before suddenly spitting out the contents once the nurse spoke.

Wiping blood from his chin, he cleared his throat and tried to compose himself.

"Vhat-- grrm-- Engel-- I can explain I-... Okay I--"

He set his magazine down and looked around at the mess he made. With a sigh he grabbed a towel and began to wipe the fluid up.

"Vhat a vaste... Sorry Engel, I vasn't expecting you to open vith zat. Zhough I suppose it vas a matter of time before someone ozher zhen zhe Medic found out. Makes sense it vas you."

*trapper enters the kitchen in thick winter clothing, presumably back from hunting outside, although not sporting his usual balaclava. Instead he wears a black surgical mask and his goggles. He’s holding a box, most likely with food inside, which he places on the counter. He takes off the layers and drapes them over a chair, adjusting his flannel a little.*

The kitchen was a mess, pots and pans littered about and utensils thrown around. It wasn't an unusual sight to see this place a mess when the Chef was cooking, but she was known to clean up after herself as soon as she was finished. Though now, she didn't seem to be present at all.

A clambering could be heard from the walk-in pantry, presumably things being knocked over. Liv did not reply to the Trapper, nor did she come out. It was oddly quiet otherwise.
