PolyMercs AU Update

I have decided to add a third addition to the Beaufort Family: A Daughter Named Aria (Biologically a BushMedicine/Medic x Sniper FanKid; Sniper being the one who carried her)!

Aria is born around the same time Scout and Pauling have their daughter Natalie + When LuluBelle was 14 and Leon was 12 respectively!

She's a sweet, mischievous, and curious girl who LOVES bugs, the outdoors, exploring, and is basically besties with Natalie. She is also very close to her sister LuluBelle, her brother Scout, and All her Daddies!

Leon was jealous and wary of her for the first year or so of Aria's life but are much closer now even with occasional rivalry between the two!

What're your opinions on some of the criticism around comic 7? (Plot inconsistencies, qualms with the mercenaries not being the focus, disapproval of the "suburbia happy ending" allegedly sanding down the lovably weirdo qualities of the mercs)

I don't care lmao. I think worrying about "plot inconsistencies" in the lore for a game full to the fucking brim with "plot inconsistencies" is just looking for shit to complain about because you hate having fun. I also was talking abt this the other day where like. I did NOT get the vibe that Everyone has a "suburbia happy ending," only that Scout does, and that Scout is the only character that could feasibly be satisfying for. I simply don't think we're meant to understand Sniper pulling up in his van, Demo pulling up with his floating haunted talking sword, and Medic pulling up with his fully-grown mpreg baboon is meant to signify that "everyone has settled down now." I think Scout is the only character that could ever really feel like a realistic ending for. It's his El Camino. I also don't really know what like. people expected an ending to be?? "It sanded down the lovable weirdo qualities of the mercs" can I be so fucking blunt for a second: pick up a computer and play Team Fortress 2. The video game. Nothing but nonstop tf2 merc content. few tf2 mpreg headcanons i have: sniper, he shows. A LOT. like poor guy will probably try to hide his pregnancy from others but his body will be like, nah, you're gonna look very pregnant very early, and look 3 months overdue with twins when you're actually due scout, dude's gonna show a bit later than usual, but his side symptoms from pregnancy will be SO BAD. not threateningly bad but enough for him to get mega needy and enough to be mega annoying for him. sore nipples, lots of back pain, inability to be in the same room as certain food, and gets way too teary way too fast. spy, gonna have massive mood swings but you won't know until halfway then pop and everyone knows overnight. engi, chillest mpreg in town, due to his figure you won't be able to tell straight away, but you will be able to tell with how gentle he is... medic, stays in his office. when he walks out with a pregnant belly, everyone is like "why am i not surprised". probably gets himself pregnant with something weird or many multiples, towards the end everyone is concerned -- but it will be fine. heavy, you won't know, you will see him less. soldier, you WILL know, you will see him more. Probably naked. Doing some really weird things. pyro, ???, oddly giddy, base is on fire, ???, t here's babies!! demo, probably can't get mpreg due to his blood alco level but when it's halloween then ??? ???
