My take is that Heavy was like those guys who insist they don't want a cat or small dogs and then will never leave its side once they are forced to have one. Medic taught him [the baboon] to smile and Heavy's never felt the same since.

Just saying random stuff here, but since Medic may like names for animals associated with physicists/mathematicians (like Archimedes), what if he named the baboon "Émile" or "Borel", after the mathematician who is associated with one of the earliest (known) uses of the "infinite monkey theorem"?
