What is your opinion on the Caliyork ships?

Hmm well if you've seen my posts before you'll notice I'm a texicali shipper but i do quite like this one too, it's definitely a less problematic ship imo

It's definitely a cute ship, i do see you specified ships, like multiple but i can't really think of much other caliyork ships, it does remind me of those California baby fever posts where i think it was California new York and someone else, i don't remember exactly maybe mass? Those were fun to read honestly, i remember suggesting he steals Utah's baby and i think that inspired a different post about it

Honestly I'm surprised i haven't seen more fics of California trying to get new york asleep, idk I'm just a sucker for those kinds of fics and it works lovely with canon just saying

Can I write something for this? Maybe something about Texas arguing about the hypocrisy, only for Cali to admit it's because he wants to protect those close to him. It might be texicali, but I can always change that if that ship makes you uncomfortable.

I have a headcanon that, even though California is strongly anti gun, he owns a lot of them. Also a lot of tasers and stuff like that. He wants to be able to protect himself and the people he considers his friends and loved ones.

Cheers to Summer my Friends

I get by with a little help from my friends. I really do.🙌🏻 But, lately, I haven't been able to devote as much time to enriching and cultivating my friendships as I would like due to the hectic hustle and bustle of my life, and my insane travel schedule from this past February through May. That's why this summer, I have decided to stay home, finish the nesting (and, decorating) process at Casa Texicali, schedule quality time with friends, spend a ton of time working on my books and TV pitches, and only leave town once per month if at all possible. In other words, I have decided to find a balance in my daily life without plotting an escape somewhere else every week. Because a quality career and a quality life means spending quality time in LA nurturing those very things. That's why it's so important for me to finish this Casa Texicali design and shoot so I can settle in, feel comfortable...and, get to work...AND, play. To kick off a summer at home filled with friends and at-home entertaining, I hosted one epic summer kick-off at 18 Social DTLA at Hotel Indigo Los Angeles Downtown last week with some of those said good friends. Surrounded by old and new friends alike, we cocktailed and caught up, shared half-birthday cake and stories, and I even convinced a few of them to join me in the photo shoot fun with Dustin Downingwhile standing in a Bombay Sapphire gin bath. I couldn't ask for a more memorable way to show summer what is in store for her.
