I want to start with this: I am a person who believes in personal accountability. No one should perform or ignore their own comfort or desires in this hobby to please others. As I see it, your blog, your rules. I can't tell you what to do with your blog, just like you can't tell me what to do with mine. You are as entitled to write content I don't personally agree with or want to engage with as I am entitled to block or blacklist you for writing it -- and the reverse is true also, I will not take a block or unfollow personally. I value boundaries and taking accountability for one's own experience in the community.

If you are liking one of my starter calls, plotting calls, or sending memes, you have to select someone. It can be as wide as telling me to pick from among a fandom, as narrow as a single muse, I do not care, but I have over 100 muses and I cannot read your mind. If you do not specify a muse, I will send one of three of my 'gag' muses to your starter/inbox. Superhero/scifi muses will get Weasel, traditional fantasy muses will get Bing Bong, and urban fantasy and modern muses will get Big D. This is your only warning.

I don't play League of Legends, so for now, my Vi and Vander are very much show based. I'm willing to play with characters from LoL, but please have mercy if I don't align to in-game Vi and Warwick as much, thank you.

By that same card, please do not take anything my muses say IC personally OOC. I tend to play some tempestuous bitches, for lack of a better word, with big opinions and personality. This is not a sign of me trying to start anything OOC -- sometimes, muses just say things. IE, Aria saying 'Only good Templar is a dead Templar' is not me personally denouncing Teplar muses or roleplayers --and I wish that wasn't an actual canon event in my career.

30. Circles are fucking bullshit. The idea of a safe space for mages where they can learn and hide from "angry mobs", as Vivienne puts it, is great, but in DA reality Circles are prisons, where those in power abuse it and push people to awful measures. AND DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON CHANTRY AND TEPLAR ORDER. The mistreatment of mages based on a single verse in the chant and an order that makes it's members take lyrium, which is highly addictive and harmful, while there are Seekers that have very similar abilities without all this shit is just plain stupid. In short: fuck Chantry, fuck Circles and fuck Templars.

49. I can't for the love of life be an evil bastard and be mean to people in those games. Every time I start a new game with an intent to have "the evil protagonist experience", I just give up and continue making the same choices I personally find nice, which turns into exact same playthrough as the last one. On top of that I romance the same characters each time .-.

My Warden Amell started to be 'alive' when Leliana and Alastair kinda began to hit on her, I was like 'wait, you can romance people in videogames???' Then the Landsmeet when you have to basically sit down the nobles and they'll them to chill or else.

But tbh my first run of Origins was a little rushed. I wanted to catch up with the other games so I skipped a lot of dialogue and leveled everyone horrible (I rushed way worse on DA2 cuz I wanted to get to the prettiness of Inquisition) After DAI I went back to Origins and actually read the dialogue (to give an idea I didn't even realized my Amell had sided with the Teplars until DA Keep pointed it out when getting ready for DAI) the implications the context etc that by the time I was looking for Jowan phylactory before getting caught I was like 'Yeah. I will kill for my Warden and she is her own charecter with her own set of goals'

what was THE moment during Origins when you went “holy shit, i love this game, i love my character” ??! or when your warden jumped out from your hands and really became their own?

i was very new to RPGs when i made Bryony and had her very headstrong and reckless and .. FUNNY from the get-go, but then i got to.. the return to Orzammar for Paragon of Her Kind and hearing all the.. nasty ambient dialogue about casteless dwarves from. every body. Every BODY. had me exploring more thoughtful dialogue trees and. oh god she just bloomed from there and has lived in my heart since.. ssdkjsdfh LESKE BRO.. IM SO SORRY
