Apple "Jacqueline" Jack + Rainbow Dash

Apple "Jacqueline" Jack I've added some extra colors to her mane, as I think the design could be pushed further without making her unrecognizable. The extra features I have added are also to make her design more interesting, as well as a call back to her work at the farm. 

I wanted her design to look feminine but also masculine, as that is something I feel fits her character. 

Rainbow Dash Dash's whole color pallet has turned more dark and grey, as this is just a personal taste of mine. Her body features have turned sharp, as a way to show her speed and as a pegasus body type.

She still works for the Wonderbolts as a captain, her badge shows this. Dash is still very adventurous and bold, pushing herself further than she probably should.

Big McIntosh + Sugar "Cube" Bell

Big McIntosh I've darkened his whole pallet, as I wanted him to contras his siblings. I personally also like the fan canon that he's either trans/a drag queen, which he is here in All Love No War AU. So once all the work is done, Big Mac can let his more feminine colors out, which his wife very much supports. She gets to make him pretty and make him feel like his true self.

Sugar "Cube" Bell I've greyed her whole pallet and made her figure more long, as that's the way I draw unicorns. I've shortened her hair and let it loose, as I think it would change with time and all the kids she's had. Plus her working now at the farm and long hair would get stuck on a lot of things. Both are happily married and have been for years now. They have learned to work around their faults and love each other deeply and never would pick another.

Tender Taps + Apple Bloom

Tender Taps Taps is still a dancer but he's now become a backstage dancer. Working with ponies such as Sweetie Bellè, Coloratura "Colorful" and even Songbird Serenade. After passing his exam he was recruited by Sapphire Shores personally and has worked under her ever since.

His whole pallet has been darkened and his markings are very sharp and frame his face. His mane is pretty much the same, it's just become darker and an extra line has been added. For his cutie mark, I've added a bowtie and some sparking but I didn't add much, as I felt it already fit him. The outfit he has on is for the next show, where the theme is more rock.

Apple Bloom Bloom has grown much in height, towering over everyone except her big brother Mac. She still works at the School of Friendship, teaching biology and about cutie marks with (Scootaloo) Speedy Scoot-"aloo".

I made her whole pallet warmer and all of her accessories soft in color. So even though she is extremely tall, she still feels welcoming and like a friend. I've added more color to her mane, making a gradient from a darker red to a pinkish one. Her cutie maker is now more about her talent than just the Cutie Mark Crusaders, the heart in the middle is what ties them together. After Goldie Delicious's passing, she decided to wear her shawl, in memory of her.

Fell behind on the NATG alumni event prompts so I combined them all into a set of colored sketches. These are the prompts:

Week 18: "Draw the CMCs helping a pony in need / Draw a day at school in Cherilee's class."

Week 20: "Draw a pony shopping for presents / Draw a pony decorating for the holidays."

NG World:All Love No War Ship: Apple Bloom + Tender Taps

Sweet Blossom Sweet was the first of the twins to be born, she is a happy go lucky filly who is very social and outgoing. When Apple Rise wanted to sell his flowers but couldn't because of his weak body, Apple Bloom suggested to help him. And as the twins weren't very old, they would have to come with to sell the flowers. Sweet was always happy to go to their shop to sell the flowers, she would make bouquets, mixing beautiful and same meaning flowers together. Which how she gained her cutie mark.

Sour Dancer Sour being born a few seconds later then his sister always gets bullied by her because of it, as she's the "oldest". Compared to Sweet, Sour is sarcastic and very teasing, which can come off as rude to strangers.  Sour was more of a father's boy and when he could, he would join his father to his dance classes and do his best to do the same moves he saw them do. Even though Sour struggled in the start, he felt pure joy and happiness when he was dancing and soon became a little well-known dancing star. He gained his cutie mark while dancing with his sister in front of their parents. He managed to do a hard dance move he wasn't able to do before, which gave him his cutie mark.

At long last, Triple Threat was finally home.

The recovery period was a long one, and it wasn’t over even after she left the hospital. She still had to go to therapy for awhile and practice mindful exercises, working hard at not slipping back into harmful mindsets. Certain things she would have to stay mindful of for much longer to come if she wanted to maintain a healthy relationship with her body.

But there was also a different kind of recovery going on. Back in the safety of her home, TT started singing and dancing again. She even dug up some old scripts from plays she had been in, reading them over and imagining what it would be like to perform onstage again.

A reality that was closer than she once thought.

After awhile she went beyond merely reading lines, she decided to try getting back in costume to see how it felt!

Oh gosh… The egg costume from her time in Shank brought back a lot of memories. They gave it to her because she was fat, but it wasn’t a terrible role by itself. A lot of mixed memories were tied to that costume but she just wanted to see if it still fit. If she still had it in her.

And she did!

Triple Threat almost cried with shame the first time she put it on, but now she nearly cried with joy looking at herself in the mirror. The costume was nice and snug, just as it should have been. At long last she was right where she was supposed to be.

“Mom! Daddy!”

She raced out of her room to where her parents were.

“It fits! It fits! The costume fits!”

“Oh my gosh, T!”

“Congratulations!”

Her parents would never fully know the extent of what she was feeling right now, but they didn’t need to ask anything to see that their daughter had returned to them, her happy and gorgeous self yet a brand new mare at the same time.

“Look at this!”

The young mare did a little dance for them and they both cheered and applauded, just like they were watching a real Bridleway show.

Speaking of…

“I’m ready to get back out there, guys. I’m ready to show them what I’ve got.”

Are you sure?

Was the unspoken question between both of them, knowing what Bridleway had put her through before. TT could see it as clear as day.

“I’m really sure. I’ll be careful. But I’ll also show them I’m not to be messed with anymore, they’ve got another thing coming if they try!”

And with that, Triple Threat was back.

So with my Equestria Girls au. Scootaloo’s aunts are foster moms. Aunt Holiday and Auntie Lofty have fostered many children over the years, mostly children with disabilities and/or queer youth that have been disowned by their families.

Holiday and Lofty have adopted two children both being the children of Holiday’s siblings. Scootaloo and Tender Taps. I always thought those two were somehow related so I’ve made them cousins/ adopted siblings.

Merry Christmas of Hearth Warming Eve!

This is the last MLP holiday crossover as I will start a new holiday crossover without MLP. So, I might be busy for weightlifting class in next year because I do not want to get diabetes. I’m still thinking whether I’ll stay active or not because of this site is not helping to stop cyber bullying. I decide to make new account in different alternative site where I can share my art without getting involved with the others. (I'm talking about DeviantArt)

The School System in Equestria

So when fillies and colts get old enough for school (between ages 6-7 usually) they are sent to their town’s school building to, at first, learn basic writing, math, science, etc. As children's happiness is considered a priority too, school is usually only three days out of the week, with an optional field trip on the fourth day.

But how to graduate is different for every pony, and often classrooms are mixed with kids of many ages.

Since magic makes it possible to find what your special talent is, the school does it’s best help you experience lots of things to help narrow it down.

Now a lot of the time, ponies find their special talent based on just what they’ve grown up around, like their family’s business, or a hobby a friend introduces themselves them to. Maybe they got a big hint if their parents visited a Name Seer before they were born.

Ponies like that might leave school to apprentice under somepony else with a similar- if not the same talent.

But sometimes it's harder to figure out what your talent is- or if your Cutie Mark's meaning isn't obvious, how to use it to make a living. Parents' days are used almost like career days, so little fillies and colts know what jobs are out there. Field trips are very common to also widen horizons. And if ponies want to research subjects themselves they can request a leave of absence.

For careers that require higher learning, it's recommended that the student wait until they become teenaged, and then are sent to Colleges that specialize in their studies when they're ready. Some after school tutoring may be taken, but Equestrians- for the most part- want their kids to remain kids for as long as they want.

They want children instead to continue to try new things, so they don't feel pressured by their Special Talent to stick with one job later in life if it doesn't make them happy.

(So, if I had planned better when I was writing down which ponies I was going to draw for these headcanons, Tender Taps here would’ve been Rumble so I could’ve talked about my Pegasi headcanons. But I wasn’t that clever, so my Pegasi headcanons will have to wait. 😅)

Self-reflection:

Drawing ponies with their eyes closed is not something I do that often. Knowing how to accurately render the head shape without it looking too empty will require more work.
