Does anyone else ever forget to take their mood stabilizer and start showing psychopathic tendencies you never knew you had?

I must be PMSing too because PMDD is a bitch. Having sensitivity to hormonal changes makes you so annoyed and irritable that you notice you’re annoyed and irritated but not easily calmed down because hormonal changes in the body. Almost as bad as medication induced which is worse.

The IOCDF's website can also help you find support groups, therapy, and has lots of online guides and resources as well if you or a loved one is struggling with the disorder. It is very comprehensive!

I just realized that whenever I find a new anime/manga/series, and I note it on my Tumblr blog, I forget to tag the name of the series. Granted, it's dangerous for me to use tags of actual series/character names, because you never know how volatile certain fandom are, and I've had some extremely bad experiences, saying what I thought were normal posts, into fandoms I had no experience with. But recently, one of my posts Sharing a Tweet about a manga I hadn't heard of but wanted to remember trying later, got a lot of traction. And a lot of the reblogged used a tag, that I didn't know what it was. Turns out, it was the title of the series. LOL I forgot to note the title of the series that I was making a whole post about, in order to remember for later. LOL
