Hit me with the dnd goat lore. Who is this guy? What's his class? Where's he from? Why is he out adventuring? What is the manner by which he will be made to suffer (if known at this time)?

finally, i get to talk about the goat lore...

His name is Žrtva, and while he looks like a bard he's actually a Zealot Barbarian/Oath of Vengeance Paladin. He's from the far north, just under Icewind Dale, raised in a cult which worshiped a minor deity of fear and hunger. As a child, he was stolen from his family due to his albinism, and raised in the cult for many years to serve as a perfect innocent sacrifice. When he was 16, the cult tried to sacrifice him in a ritual meant to summon their god to the world, but at that moment Žrtva fought back for the first time in his life, raging and killing all of the cultists who were trying to kill him. Ever since then, he's been adventuring around the world, hunting down any other cults which worship that deity.

Most of his suffering comes from his backstory, but I think the cult he was brought up in was an extremist cult and the majority of other worshipers are not as gung-ho about sacrificing other people. I imagine the god as one often worshiped by hunters, being a god of not just fear and hunger but of the hunt and the natural cycle. I think the most suffering I could inflict on Žrtva is making him as merciless as the cultists who tried to take his life and he only realizes that most of the other worshipers are decent people far, far later.

WAHH I dodnt even know abt the wedding let alone the HONEYMOON?! But uhhh they technically COULD go anywhere in terms of money, but Ichi doesn't have a passport... i mean MAYBE like... hawaii? But I dont think Ichi would be that interested... I think maoichi would probably want to stay in Japan in all honesty, first places i thought of were Kanazawa, Kyoto, or Niigata... maybe somewhere on the coast??

... well... i (Aero) personally do not want kids, HOWEVER... I think Mao does, and Ichi does.... and i HAVE made this joke that they end up having triplets... (idk if any of yall have seen Parks&Rec, but a passing comment is made in an earlier season to a character, 'you look like you could give birth to triplets right off the bat' and then seasons later... she has triplets, so i think it would be really funny if Matsuyo made some similar comment and it happens to Mao in the end.... lol)

do they actually eat carrion/crowfood? If so, does this affect their lifestyle or do they just have iron stomachs?

They do, sometimes, when prey is lacking. Unlike other clans in the area they are not opposed to eating it or disgusted by it. The cats from this clan have a slightly better resistance to food poisoning. They can still get sick though.

They're called VultureClan because apparently the first clan settlers survived on carrion pieces the vultures left for them.

10. what band were you obsessed with as a child? do you still like them? - my first ‘favorite band’ was Barenaked Ladies—got into them because a babysitter could sing the whole of One Week and I wanted to challenge myself to learn to do the same haha. i do still like their older stuff that i have a lot of nostalgia for! but haven’t really vibed with them since steven page left the band because he took basically all of their edge™ with him and I find them a lot more boring now sorry ed ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

13. what's an album cover that you would frame and put up in your house? - lmaooo I do have 2 framed and hung up right now !! my ‘gallery wall’ in my bedroom is kind of teal-and-yellow themed, so I have matt duncan’s ‘soft times’ and dutch uncles’ ‘o shudder’ up there in with all my other things hehehe… also have had plans for a bunch of EE albums up in this weird panel on my other wall but keep procrastinating on doing that ! alas lol

22. what band do you think has the best or most interesting story? (toxic breakup, bandmates in love, etc) - ohhh this is such a weird one because I’m so ignorant of A Lot but i just love like. the band that came together for Hedwig and the Angry Inch on broadway, they were all assembled for being like friends or friends-of-friends of the composer stephen trask, and they lowkey formed their own ‘real’ cover band Tits Of Clay who performed a bunch of gigs outside of hedwig, kind of as hedwig promo but kind of just for funsies, and they played a billion hedwig shows together through all of the broadway run and on into the entirety of the national tour.. they’re all such good musicians and they all continue to have careers beyond this of course, but it’s like… what a beautiful moment of time in music and friendship… please see my #tits of clay tag for more because I adore them but also like. you know

EHEHEHE THANK YOU i wrote a little introduction post about her here so that would be a good place to start at >:^)

so tl;dr james is aubrey's twin sister and she's a private investigator and security guard at the club bodytalk in downtown night city! she mostly works there as a bouncer because she's good at throwing punches and throwing people out, but she's also in charge of overseeing any ongoing gigs from aubrey's fixer business and sending in reinforcements if necessary (or she just goes out there to deal with the problem herself)

she used to be on the wilder side when she was younger, drinking and doing drugs much like aubrey but instead of it leading her down the path of partying and one night stands she got in trouble with the ncpd a LOT and she mostly just got into so many fights. she's not like that anymore nowadays, after getting married she settled down and after her divorce she mostly just wanted to vibe. she's not made for a 9 to 5 job and that's why her current occupations are perfect for her because she can work in the evening hours at the club and do the investigator stuff on the side :)

she ends up getting together with luna at some point a bit later in the story! they first properly meet when luna starts working at bodytalk a bit more and grow closer quickly when james gets injured after a gig and she ends up going to luna's shop because it's the closest ripperdoc she could find. need to spin them around more but things are happening in here alright

some more facts because i love her

james uses she/he pronouns, in the sense of mainly she/her but if you wanna use he/him for her she doesn't give a fuck and also actively encourages it when people ask her :) this is mirroring aubrey's he/she pronouns, he has the same kind of relationship with his pronouns. the two of them often jokingly say they swap pronouns every other week LMAO

she's a few minutes younger than aubrey but also a single cm taller and she has decided to make it her entire personality. as is her right

james has pretty bad anger issues which are entirely a result of her past, with her father being a piece of shit and her mother not taking care of her children at all. she's very protective of becca, her older sister, who took care of her younger siblings throughout their whole childhood

james nowadays lives together with rikki, her younger half-sister :D rikki basically moved in after aubrey left for elysium (spaceship) and when he returns, he goes to live together with leon which means rikki can stay with her older sister. the valentine siblings all love each other very much basically and don't mind sharing a living space at all, it's what got them through their childhoods and especially after aubrey has been trapped in space for nearly a year they all agree it's important to stick together as much as possible

as we’ve established, stark men are gentlemen. not just the starks, but northmen themselves don’t play about their women. and there’s also a difference between possessiveness & jealousy… lord so many thoughts. so many things to ponder.

okay, so, as for cregan, he’s very assured. very confident & unwavering in his loyalty to you, and your loyalty to him. cregan can get possessive, but he mainly thinks people ogling over you is funny, because he’s completely confident in your devotion to each other. you usually make your way over to him yourself, and he’ll pull you in by your hips as he teases about the man hitting on you. unless he sees them making you uncomfortable or overstepping — he doesn’t tolerate that. making his way over to pry you away… but honeslty sometimes someone just gets under his skin & he just wants you all to himself. maybe he can get a little jealous…. he does jest in jealousy sometimes though. i could see him wanting your attention. pulling you toward him & away from whatever had your attention if he was feeling particularly needy, jokingly muttering a-

“Come here, you’ve got me jealous.”

robb is so possessive & jealous nobody speak to me. nobody SPEAK to me right now. it’s just so innate/natural for him, you could be talking to anyone and his hands would twitch with the need to pull you away. he really does try and control himself, but he lets it slip sometimes when bedding you.

“You’re mine, yeah? C’mon, wanna hear you say it.”

it’s especially bad during the war, because he’s so frustrated all the time. his emotions are at an all time high, and he can’t find it in himself to try and mask how close he wants you to him & how far away he wants you from other people. “Will you just-“ & he grabs you by your cloak, pulling you to him. “Come here.” he doesn’t have time to hide his emotions when there’s so much on his plate. just let him have what he wants, honestly. 🙄

jon is quietly possessive. he’s never really had anything of his own before, he wants you alllll to himself. i don’t think he’s really jealous, unless you’re pushing his buttons on purpose. the prospect of you being his turns him on sooooo badly, though. you could be talking about how a man of the nights watch hit on you, just murmuring a small-

Winter is cold with it’s blanketing snow. Your fathers have both went out for reasons you didn’t care to listen to, too busy finding relief next to the fireplace. They would return soon as they always did, so you didn’t worry much. Wrapped nicely in a blanket as the flames’ orange light frames your figure, bathing you in it’s warmth.

The winter is cold, but the fire is warm. Your other siblings are either fast asleep or in their rooms. The winter tends to make them lethargic, and the boredom seems eternal when there’s nothing to do. You and your siblings cannot tend to the farm as easily as before, especially during the night when the cold seems all the more prominent due to the lack of sun.

The fire is loud, but the sounds of a wailing baby are louder. And when the door finally opens and you see your fathers enter, you spot the red-faced baby wailing and shivering.

You did not panic, you had seen the sight many times. It’s how your siblings came to be your siblings. And so, as Nick and Gray rushed to prepare accommodations for the youngest addition to the family, you held the baby in your embrace, warm from the fire and the blanket.

The baby’s wails calm quickly once his eyes make contact with yours, and they are quickly replaced by giggles.

Spring is nice and warm with a bit of a cold breeze. You and your other siblings had went out to tend to the farm and the spring harvest. In your hand you held a basket, and in your arm you held a toddler. His curious eyes didn’t look at a particular thing. Everything that was around you both was glanced at.

"You’re gonna help me harvest the veggies, right?" You ask, and the young boy nods happily as he is placed down on the floor. He stumbles, but soon regains balance.

That was the entire reason he was with you. He saw you leaving the house, and of course got fussy because how could big sibling leave him alone? (Gray and Nick were a bit offended.)

"You can go pull out the carrots." Boothill nods and quickly begins his assigned task. His eagerness makes you laugh faintly, and you begin to harvest the other vegetables nearby.

The minutes pass by as you hum a tune. You don’t know it’s name, but you know it’s your fathers’ favorite because every night while you were tucked into bed by one of them they would sing it to you and it would always lull you to slumber.

Once you were done with your part, you turn to look at Boothill. "Are you done?" You ask, and the loud laugh that leaves you almost surprises you from it’s abruptness. "Look at you!"

Your laughter makes Boothill giggle and laugh as well. To him your laughter was always contagious. "C’mere," you sigh with a smile, picking the young boy up with one arm and the basket with another.

"You’re a mess — how did you manage to get so dirty so quickly?" You ask, sliding the basket down to your elbow as you wipe his dirt-stained cheeks with your sleeve. Boothill squirms but does not complain. "Sorry.." he murmurs, but you shake your head as you make your way back home.

"It’s okay, we all get dirty. But you’re gonna have to take a looong bath!" Boothill’s eyes widened as he clung to your neck, tugging at the material of your attire. "Noo!!" He whined. "Yes~!" You reply in a sing-song tone. He squirms more in your hold until he is able to free himself, falling to the floor with an 'oof!'

Before you are able to check on him for injuries, he’s already running off in the vast fields of the farm, and you panic. "Wha- Get back here!!" You shouted, and so began the chase.

Summer is hot with it’s merciless heat and humidity. You try to find relief in the shade your hat brings to your head, shielding you from the blazing sun’s rays. The horses of the stables relax in their respective areas, and you make sure to greet them all with a pat between the ears before you guide one out, yours, and pet their mane with a smile.

What better way to spend the hot summer day than take a nice ride, the wind hitting your face as your horse gallops across the grassy fields?

Just as you place your foot on the stirup, you hear soft huffs from behind. You already know who it is as you sigh. "Didn’t I tell you to stay inside? It’s too hot for you," you say, turning around to face Boothill. The child pouted. "Y-You’re not my dad!" He retorted weakly, trying to catch his breath.

You smirk. "But I am your older sibling, so what I say goes," you tease, ruffling his hair. You retract your hand quickly, however, with a small hiss. It’s damp from sweat, no surprise, but it is also as hot as an oven. "Goodness- you’ll burn your scalp to a crisp," you frowned. Boothill does not say anything at first, looking away as he crossed his arms stubbornly.

"I’ll be fine!" He insisted, cheeks flushed from both the heat and embarrassment.

You rolled your eyes. The last time he got sick he was insufferable, especially since he got fussy anytime anyone other than you gave him his medicine.

Sighing, you lift a hand to remove the black hat on your head. You could handle the heat, he could not. Lazily, you drape it over his head, watching as it slid down over his eyes and eventually his entire face. He panics for a second at the sudden darkness, and you can’t help but laugh at him.

"Stop laughing!" He shouted in embarrassment as he adjusts the hat. You, in fact, did not stop laughing. Picking up the young boy, you plop him down onto the back of your horse before hoisting yourself up as well. "If you get sick, I’m not taking care of you," you said as your horse begins to move at a leisurely pace.

"That’s unfair!!"
