21/11/2024: backstraps!

really, APRIL is a kind of novelty backpack. she had adjustable straps so i can carry her around! they come with snap buttons that fasten to 3 lengths... this is fine when she is on her own, but if the leg compartments are included, she becomes too heavy which is why i need to hold it in place with safety pins ^^; not great but it works

the straps also come with a detachable pocket!

it holds on velcro.

it can also be fastened to 2 heights. it's wide enough to hold 2 cigarettes or a joint in one of those plastic tubes. that was the designated purpose because i do smoke and i do smoke a lot.

i finally caved and bought a new glue gun after the last one seemingly clipped out of existence, so i'm currently reusing some of the fabric to make her other straps (the ones holding her leg compartments and her scalp in place) nicer and pink as well. simultaneously tho im painting all of her guts pink so i cant show that off until tomorrow
